In Korea, the situation to use a Information Communication Technology(In) was rapidly developed that the subscriber using CDMA mobile phone are about 3,601 ten thousand and the subscriber of very high-speed service for Internet using ADSL etc., are about 1,161 ten thousand, the base June, 2004. However, nevertheless the development of In and more rapid increase of subscriber, a farming, finishing villages and an islands are being exist a sharp difference of digital divide compare with a big city because of geometrical, economical reasons. In this paper, to put empasis in an Islands that the alienation class of Information are many exist, relatively small opportunity of information access because of geometrical, economical reasons, 1 search a ICT for Information Communication Network and propose a plan for Solution of Digital Divide of an Islands.

Some extended results in the study of two-position alignment for strapdown inertial navigation system are presented. In [1], an observability analysis for two-position alignment was done by analytic rank test of the stripped observability matrix and numerical calculation of the error covariance propagation using ten-state error model. In this paper, it is done by an analytic approach which utilizes the nonsingular condition of the determinant of simplified stripped observability matrix and by numerical calculation of the error covariance propagation accomplished in more cases than [1], and the twelve-state error model including vertical channel is used instead of ten-state error model. In addition, it is confirmed that this approach more clearly produces the same result as shown in the original work in terms of complete observability and there exist some better two-position configurations than [1] using the twelve-state error model.

Objectives Recently, the demand for complementary & alternative and personalized medical service has increased in the world. The purpose of this study was to predict the future market size of constitutional medical service in Korea through past surveyed studies Methods The portal sites of OASIS, NDSL, RISS, KISS, Koreamed, were used to select the researches related with constitutional medical service market. Total 1,477 papers were identified and 43 of them were fully reviewed. Finally, three of them picked up. Two specialists joined this review. Results and Conclusion The rate of constitutional medical service market among Korean medical service market was 23.2% in 2004 survey, 26.6% in 2007, and 23.5% in 2010. The number of Korean medical clinics and hospital was assumed 17,118 in 2020. The market size of Korean medicine was predicted 698,929 ten million won and among them, the scale of constitutional market size was 181,171 ten million won which meaned 25.9% proportion of Korean medical market size. Conclusion Constitutional medical market seems to be developed faster than Korean medical market in future.

We have analyzed students' reports on a problem for 'adhesive tape' and 'fractal diffraction' among ten assigned problems in the first Korean youth physics tournament (KYPT). There were three high school team' s reports and one middle school team' s report on this problem. However, many students failed to solve the 'fractal diffraction' problem correctly due to having no idea of fractal. This problem was found to be most difficult one for the participated students among ten assigned problems given in the first KYPT.

Major diseases of tobacco and farmer's control practices were surveyed in the Kyeongbuk province area from 2005 to 2006. Mosaic caused by potato virus Y and bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum were most severe during the harvest season. Compared with the disease occurrence of ten years ago, the damage by tobacco mosaic virus reduced but bacterial wilt increased. These changes in the disease occurrences may probably be due to releasing the resistant tobacco cultivar to the mosaic virus but susceptible to the bacterial wilt pathogen. More than thirty percentage of the farmers have misused fungicides and also have applied the continuous mono-cropping system for more than ten years, and have chosen the incorrect crops for the rotation.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of sample presenting types on the sensory characteristics of chilled buckwheat noodle soup (Naeng-myeon). Generic descriptive analysis was performed for evaluating only stock (system 1), only noodle (system 2) and stock with noodle (system 3). Eight kinds of commercially available Naeng-myeon were samples of interest. Ten female descriptive panelists participated. ANOVA and regression analysis were used for data analysis. In the training sessions, ten sensory properties were developed for system 1, four were additionally established for noodle. In each system, the 8 products showed significantly different intensities in almost all sensory attributes like darkness of stock, overall flavor, sweetness, saltiness, sourness. When integrating the two systems, sample presenting types showed significant difference for the seven sensory attributes, especially saltiness, sourness, beef flavor tended to be rated more strongly in system 1 than system 3.

By observing the correlationships between the characteristics of the facial pattern and the methods of establishing the position of the lower central incisor to the five reference lines on the lateral roentgenocephalograms, the author tried to find the most useful method of them, the criteria of which were the independence of a variation according to facial patterns, the close relationships with soft tissue and lip balance, and the simple and consistent usefulness in clinical practice. The subject consisted of forty normal occlusions, forty class II div I malocclusions, forty class III malocclusions, ten treated claas II div 1 cases and ten treated class III cases, all were in 14-17 yrs of age. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. The position of the lower central incisor to EP, OP, MP and NB showed variations according to ANB, FMA, facial convexity and Holdaway angle. 2. The position of the lower central incise. to AP line (A-Pog) was not co..elated with ANB, FMA, facial convexity and Holdaway angle, so it can be used consistently, regardlesss of the facial pattern. 9. The lineal position of the incisal edge of the lower central incisor to AP line has a profound influence on harmonious soft tissue and lip balance.

Purpose This study was performed to observe the change of body temperature during preparatory period. Method This study was carried out on 19 patients by D.I.T.I. The temperature was measured on Chondol(CV22), chonjung(CV17), the abdominal region and palm of Rt. and Lt. hand on every minutes for ten minutes. Result and Conclusion In male and female, until 6 minutes mean body temperature decreased but from 7 minutes it increased a little. Temperature in Chondol(CV22) and chonjung(CV17) also had similar tendency. However in the abdominal region temperature decreased and in palm of Rt. and Lt. hand it increased continously for ten minutes

A highly efficient, rapid, and reliable multiplex polymerase chain reaction based method for distinguishing ten species of genus Cynoglossus (C. senegalensis, C. abbreviates, C. macrolepidotus, C. arel, C. semilaevis, C. interruptus, C. joyneri, C. lingua, C. robustus, and C. monodi) is described. The species-specific primer sets were designed base on the cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene (1,500 bp). The optimal PCR conditions and primers were selected for ten of Cynoglossus species to determine target base sequences using single PCR. Multiplex PCR using the ten pairs of primers either specifically amplified a DNA fragment of a unique size or failed, depending on each species DNA. The length of amplification fragment of 208 bp for C. senegalensis, 322 bp for C. abbreviates, 493 bp for C. macrolepidotus, 754 bp for C. arel, 874 bp for C. semilaevis, 952 bp for C. interruptus, 1,084 bp for C. joyneri, 1,198 bp for C. lingua, 1,307 bp for C. robustus, and 1,483 bp for C. monodi with the species-specific primers, visualized by agarose gel electrophoresis, allowed perfectly distinction of the Cynoglossus species. The multiplex PCR assay can be easily performed on multiple samples and attain final results in less than 6 hours. This technique should be a useful addition to the molecular typing tools for the tentative identification of Cynoglossus species.
