탭의 형상이 절삭성능에 미치는 영향

  • The various geometry of tap been developed in order to tap special workmaterial at considerably higher cutting speed than that of the conventional HSS tap. In this paper a piezo type tool dynamomerer is constructed and used to measure the torque. The experimental tests are run with various cutting speed. It is clarified that the process of chip formation strongly depends on rake angle, relief angel, angel of twist.

  • The chassis of T.V, cassette, radio and telephone are made up thin-iron plates that makes a lot of female screws to assemble various parts. Then makes hole in the iron plate and forming female screws of burring face after the burring. Female screws forming in thin-iron plate is very difficult working then rolled forming process use of plastic deformation instead of cut forming. In this study goals are solve the trouble problem of industrial field and develop new model tap for prevent chips.

  • 본 논문은 반향제거기 등에 적용 가능한 적응 FIR 필터의 고속 수렴 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 지연 평가와 영역 제한에 의한 탭위치 제어 등 두가지 특징을 가지고 있다. 반향 경로에 다중 반향이 발생했을 때에도 적용 가능한 위치 탐색에 제한을 두는 방법으로 제한된 탭위치 제어를 수행한다. 백색 가우시안 신호를 입력으로 사용한 반향제거기 시뮬레이션에 의해서 Full-tap NLMS, STWQ, 그리고 본 논문에서 제시한 알고리즘의 수렴특성을 비교한 결과, 제시한 알고리즘은 STWQ나 Full-tap NLMS 알고리즘에 비해서 256탭 적용필터에서 약 70% 정도 수렴 시간을 감소시키며, 또한 다중반향 발생 하에서 다른 알고리즘에 비해서 우수한 수렴 특성을 갖는다.

  • We designed a 128-tap FIR filter for a modem which complies with ITU-T V.32. We adopted pipeline technique and realized delay-taps with two ring-buffers. The multiplier in this filter carries out 2's complement fixed-point multiplication of 14bit $\times$ 16bit. The designed filter is expected to operate at 50MHz.

  • The broadband Power Splitters and Tap-Offs are needed to transmit a number of channels of signals with the high quality of signals. In this paper the design theories and analysis of the theoretical frequency characteristics of the Wilkinson's Power Splitters and Tap-Offs are reviewed. Then it has been showned that the theoretical frequency characteristics of the proposed compensated Wilkinson's Power Splitter and Tap-Off are improved much in comparison with the prototype wikinson's Power Splitter and conventional weakely-coupled Tap-Off. Furthermore the measured results of frequency characteristics for the fabricated circuits show agreement with the theoretical results and hence the validity of the proposed design and analysis methods has been confirmed.

  • This paper reports on the development of the analysis program of the valve train system, IV-TAP. It is essential to verify the stability of the design and to improve the performance of the system. In order to do that effi챠ently, it is required that integrated and interactive simulation analysis program. IV-TAP is developed in the base of the object-oriented, capsulation, modulization, OLE(objected linking and embedding) and variational design theory. So it contain the expandability and flexibility of the structure. In additon to that, it is programed to make the convenient user interface by using the visualization programming. It can support the modification of the valve element as well as the development of the valve system in the beginning. It is expected to reduce the money and effort for design the valve train system.

  • This paper presents an adaptive interpolation filtering scheme for the High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) standard. In regards to interpolation for motion estimation and compensation, the conventional HEVC employs 8-tap and 4-tap filters for luma and chroma samples, respectively. Coefficients in such filters are determined by discrete cosine transform (DCT). In the proposed scheme, boundary strength values are stored after the execution of the deblocking filter. For each block, the sum of boundary strength values is calculated to indicate whether its region is complex or simple. Consequently, based on the region classification, 12-tap and 8-tap interpolation filters are used for complex and simple regions, respectively. This process is applied to luma sample interpolation only. Simulation results show 1.8% average BD-rate reduction compared to the conventional method.

  • The characteristics of Far-infrared rays mineral water(FIR water) have been compared to the tap water by means of relationship between FIR water and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy(NMR), FIR water and thermography FIR water and velocity of blood FIR-water and pH, FIR water and dissolved oxygen(DO), FIR water and Oxidation-Reduction Potential(ORP) using the development FIR water purification of grand prix system. From the experimental result are quite satisfactory when compared with the tap water. Also the FIR water were evaluated to see if those are tasty and healthy using the Hashimoto's Mineral Balance Index. As a result FIR-water was found as tasty and healthy.

It has a advantage that simple drive of main switching device. and obtain load current of good quality without filter circuit and free from noise or isolation for lower switching frequency. In this research, study on current type converter and inverter circuit that consist for possibility of AC-DC/DC-AC multi-level reversible converter.

Carbon Emission Evaluation of Tap Water (수돗물의 탄소 배출량 평가)

  • To evaluate carbon emission in water treatment processes, LCA (life cycle assessment) was applied to 8 multi-regional water treatment plants (WTPs) from intake to supply of tap water. Investigation of 8 WTPs revealed that average carbon emission for 1 $m^3$ of tap water was 221 g. Major carbon emission sources in water supply system were intake and supply processes. Meanwhile, mixing process was the main carbon emission source in unit water treatment processes. Carbon emission was proportional to the turbidity and COD of raw water. Intake of better raw water and minimization of energy consumption in unit processes are needed to reduce carbon emission in the WTPs. In addition, comparison of carbon emission among WTPs can be used as a parameter for optimization of operation and maintenance of water treatment processes.
