탁구프로그램이 지체장애인의 자기효능감, 심폐기능, 혈청지질, Catalase 활성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Table Tennis Program on Self Efficacy, Cardiopulmonary Function, Serum Lipids, Catalase Activity in the Physical Disabilities)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of table tennis program on self efficacy, cardiopulmonary function, serum lipids, catalase activity in the physical disabilities. Method: Physical disabilities were allocated to one of two groups: control group (n=7), experiment group (n=8). The experiment group took table tennis program four times a week for 12 weeks. Self efficacy was measured by questionnaire. Serum lipid profiles, catalase and cardiopulmonary function were checked after the exercise program and compared with pre-exercise data. Result: Self efficacy was significantly higher in the table tennis group. Maximum oxygen consumption and forced vital capacity were significantly increased and heart rate at rest was decreased in the table tennis group. Total cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased in the table tennis group. There was no significant change in catalase activity between two groups. Conclusion: These results indicate that table tennis program has positive effects on the health of the physical disabilities by improving the self efficacy and cardiopulmonary function and serum cholesterol profile.

여자 배구와 탁구선수의 등속성 운동에 따른 무릎근력 비교 (Comparison of Isokinetic Muscular Strength of Knee according to Female Volleyball and Table Tennis Players)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여자 배구선수와 탁구 선수 사이에 무릎 관절의 등속성 근력 수준을 비교하는 것이다. 총 27명의 엘리트 배구 선수와 27명의 탁구 선수가 이 연구에 참여하였다. 본 연구는 등속성 근력 측정을 통해 여자 배구선수 및 탁구 선수 무릎 굽힘근 근력과 폄근 근력의 양을 측정하였다. 최대 토크는 $60^{\circ}/s$에서 3회 최대 수의적 굽힘과 폄 수축을 수행하여 측정하였다. 여자 배구 선수는 여자 탁구선수 보다 무릎 폄과 굽힘근 근력이 높았다. 탁구 선수들은 왼쪽과 오른쪽 무릎 근력에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 하지만 배구 선수들은 양쪽 무릎 근력에 차이를 보였다. 또한, 신장과 체중은 무릎 근력과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 여자 배구 선수는 탁구 선수보다 무릎 근력이 더욱 높은 수준에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 배구 선수가 비대칭적 무릎 근력이 있음을 발견하였다. 향후 연구에서는 등속성 근력강도에 대한 연구가 다른 스포츠 선수와 비교하여 확인될 것을 기대한다.

Study on the Injury and Rehabilitation of Racket Athletes with Disabilities

  • Purpose: This study examined the injury and rehabilitation of athletes with disabilities in racket sports projects (i.e., badminton, table tennis, and wheelchair tennis). In addition, the characteristics of each project and the differences among those projects are discussed. Methods: Business team athletes with disabilities in racket sport were enrolled as subjects (i.e., 19 badminton athletes, 19 table tennis athletes, and 19 wheelchair tennis athletes). The real conditions of the injury, injury severity, injury site, symptoms, and rehabilitation methods after injury were analyzed. Results: No significant differences were observed among the actual condition, injury severity, symptoms and the methods of rehabilitation on racket sport for athletes (i.e., badminton, table tennis, and wheelchair tennis athletes) with disability. The differences were focused mainly on the injury sites due to the characteristics of the different projects, and specific technical actions. Conclusion: This study examined the real condition of the injury, injury severity, injury site, symptoms and rehabilitation methods after the injury on the rackets (i.e., badminton, table tennis, and wheelchair tennis) athletes with disabilities. The data can be used to eliminate the incidence of injury and minimize the injury severity for racket athletes with disabilities. In addition, it can also be used for the disabled, who like racket projects, as the fundamental material to prevent injury and assist in recovery.

동작인식을 이용한 탁구 스윙 분석 (Analysis of Table Tennis Swing using Action Recognition)

  • In this paper, we present an algorithm for the analysis of poses while playing table-tennis using action recognition. We use Kinect as the 3D sensor and 3D skeleton data provided by Kinect for further processing. We adopt a spherical coordinate system and feature selected using k-means clustering. We automatically detect the starting and ending frame and discriminate the action of table-tennis into two groups of forehand and backhand swing. Each swing is modeled using HMM(Hidden Markov Model) and we used a dataset composed of 200 sequences from two players. We can discriminate two types of table tennis swing in real-time. Also, it can provide analysis according to similarities found in good poses.

회전하는 탁구공의 비행경로 예측에 대한 연구 (A Study of the prediction of spinning table-tennis balls)

  • The motion of a spinning table-tennis ball is investigated in both theory and experiment. The equation of motion of spinning table-tennis ball is made using aerodynamics and calculated by C++ program In theoretical part, gravity, drag force and lift force are regarded as main force. Velocity, angular velocity, mass and Drag and lift coefficients are considered as a independent variable. Experiments are made by a digital stroboscope, a digital camera and a mirror, and snap multi-exposed images were took as a dependent result In experimental part, both magnitude and direction of velocity and angular velocity are changed in each situation. The predicted three-dimensional trajectories of spinning balls are compared with experimental trajectories. As a result the theoretical trajectories were predicted within 10% of experimental trajectories.

Effect of Social Support of Table Tennis Players on Athletic Stress and Athletic Performance

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social support of table tennis players on exercise stress and athletic performance. To clarify the purpose of this study, middle and high school table tennis players registered with the Korea Table Tennis Association in 2020 were targeted. After that, a total of 300 subjects (150 males and 150 females) were selected using the convenient sampling method. The survey tool consisted of a questionnaire on a 5-point scale. Also, the collected data were statistically processed using SPSS version 20.0. The results obtained through this research procedure are as follows. First, it was found that the social support of athletes partially affected the exercise stress. Second, it was found that the social support of athletes partially affected athletic performance. Third, exercise stress of athletes was found to have a partial effect on athletic performance.

탁구 포핸드 드라이브와 스매시의 각운동학 분석 (Angular Kinematic Analysis of Forehand Drive and Smash in Table Tennis)

  • 전국 규모의 경기에서 우승한 선수들을 포함한 남자대학 선수 8명을 대상으로 했다. 피험자의 4명은 펜홀더 그립, 4명은 세이크핸드 그립의 라켓을 사용하며 모두 오른손을 사용했다. 탁구의 포핸드 드라이브와 스매시의 라켓스윙동작과 관련된 각도성분, 스윙궤도, 스윙자세 등의 3차원 각운동 특성을 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 라켓각(p<.05)과 라켓의 스윙각(p<.01)에서 두 동작 간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 스매시는 백스윙 자세에서 이미 라켓을 세워 라켓각을 크게 유지했으며, 라켓의 스윙각을 작게 해서 볼 스피드에 비중을 두는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 백스윙 자세에서 라켓헤드의 높이도 두 동작 간 큰 차이가 나타났다. 임팩트 순간 phg에서 두 동작 간 라켓 장축의 열림각의 차이가 크게 나타난 것을 보면, 볼에 순회전의 스핀을 넣기 위해서 약간 뒤에서 임팩트가 이루어진 것을 알 수 있었다. 백스윙 자세에서 상체의 기울기는 드라이브 동작에서 phg보다 shg에서 상체를 조금 더 구부리는 것은 중립 자세에서 라켓 그립의 구조적 차이로 인한 것으로 판단된다.

탁구 로봇을 위한 빠른 자세 분류 시스템 개발 (Development of Fast Posture Classification System for Table Tennis Robot)

  • In this paper, we propose a table tennis posture classification system using a cooperative robot to develop a table tennis robot that can be trained like a real game. The most ideal table tennis robot would be a robot with a high joint driving speed and a high degree of freedom. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to use a cooperative robot with sufficient degrees of freedom to develop a robot that can be trained like a real game. However, cooperative robots have the disadvantage of slow joint driving speed. These shortcomings are expected to be overcome through quick recognition. Therefore, in this paper, we try to quickly classify the opponent's posture to overcome the slow joint driving speed. To this end, learning about dynamic postures was conducted using image data as input, and finally, three classification models were created and comparative experiments and evaluations were performed on the designated dynamic postures. In conclusion, comparative experimental data demonstrate the highest classification accuracy and fastest classification speed in classification models using MLP (Multi-Layer Perceptron), and thus demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.

탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인이 운동지속의지 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sports Fun Factors on Willingness to Continue Exercise and Psychological Happiness of Table Tennis Club Members)

  • 본 연구는 생활체육 탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인이 운동지속의지 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향에 알아보고 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 참여자는 탁구 동호인 293명을 대상으로 스포츠 재미요인, 운동지속의지, 심리적 행복감 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 운동지속의지에 영향력을 주는 요인은 승리/경쟁, 대인관계, 연습/혜택, 가족지원으로 파악되었으며 운동지속의지는 자아실현과 쾌락적 즐거움에 모두 유의미한 정적인 영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 재미요인인 유능성/지각, 승리/경쟁, 대인관계, 연습/혜택, 가족의 지원이 심리적 행복감인 자아실현, 쾌락적 즐거움에 미치는 영향에서 운동지속의지의 매개 효과분석 결과 유능성/지각만을 제외한 모든 요인의 매개 효과를 확인하였다. 특히, 대인관계(팀 분위기) 요인이 타 요인보다 자아실현과 쾌락적 즐거움에 높은 매개효과를 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
