A Study on the Improvement of Human Resource Development for Fisheries and Shipping affiliate Teachers(I) (수산·해운계열 교사를 위한 인적자원개발 방안 모색(I))

  • The purpose of the study is to improve in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers informative and professional presentation. The sensible solution to this problem is to analyze about the opinion of in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers about Certification Training Program during 10 years. We provide the suggestion about the coming certification training program that satisfy the need of the trainee and that can be effectively applied into practical teaching movement in school. According to these conclusion, it is estimated that in-service fisheries & marine teacher don't have the negative view of certification training program. By the way Combination subject education program was significantly improved by developing the program on the basis of the fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers' opinion.

A Study on Decomposition of PET Microfiber Fabrics by Sodium Propyleneglycolate/propyleneglycol (Sodium propyleneglycolate/propyleneglycol 용액에 의한 Pollrester극세사직물의 분해에 관한 연구)

  • Polyester microfiber fabrics were decomposed at 100, 110, 120 and 140 t of temperature and 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5% of sodium propyleneglycolate/propyleneglycol solution(SPG-PG). Characteristic decomposition feature and physical and chemical properties of the decom- posed PET microfiber fabrics were discussed. The activation energy was 18.77 kcal/mol and the dyeability of the decomposed PET microfiber fabrics was found to be improved as it was supported by the examined K/S values. Up to the 20% of the weight loss of the PET microfiber fabrics, K/S values incresed with increasing the weight loss. The melting temperature of PET microfiber fabrics decomposed by SPG-PG showed no fundamental change. Tensile strength of the decomposed PET microfiber fabrics decreased linearly in accordance with the increased the weight loss of the PET microfiber fabrics. The moisture regain and the tactilities increased in accordance with the increased the weight loss of the PET microfiber fabrics.

  • 본 논문은 24GHz 차량 추돌 예방 레이더 시스템-온-칩을 위한 입력 임피던스, 전압이득 및 잡음지수를 자동으로 측정할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 고주파 자체 내부검사(BIST, Built-In Self-Test) 회로를 제안한다. 이러한 BIST 회로는 TSMC $0.13{\mu}m$ 혼성신호/고주파 CMOS 공정 ($f_T/f_{MAX}$=140/120GHz)으로 설계되어 있다. 알고리즘은 LabVIEW로 구현되어 있다. BIST 알고리즘은 입력 임피던스 정합과 출력 직류 전압 측정원리를 이용한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 자동으로 쉽게 고주파 회로의 성능변수를 측정할 수 있기 때문에 시스템-온-칩의 저가 성능 검사의 대안이 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • Computational geometry has wide applications in pattern recognition, image processing, VLSI design, and computer graphics. Voronoi diagrams in computational geometry possess many important properites which are related to other geometric structures of a set of point. In this pater the design of systolic algorithms for the static and the dynamic Voronoi diagrams is considered. The major motivation for developing the systolic architecture is for VLSI implementation. A new systematic transform technique for designing systolic arrays, in particular, for the problem in computational geometry has been proposed. Following this procedure, a type T systolic array architecture and associated systolic algorithms have been designed for constructing Voronoi diagrams. The functions of the cells in the array are also specified. The resulting systolic array achieves the maximal throughput with O(n) computational complexity.

  • This study was carried out to determine a suitable mixing rate to utilize the PDF as a bedding materials at the pigpens and investigate the effect of substitute processed dustproof fly-ash(PDF) on the odor. In proportion to the increase of substitute rate of the PDF, the utilizable period was extended, and there was a little change of the moisture in the bedding materials. At all the treatment of PDF, there was the significant effect on the maggots and parasites but it didn\`t hinder in the biodegradation. According to highly mixing rate, PDF decreased in the noxious gas ($NH_3$ and $H_2$S) emission. In conclusion, the mixing rate of 30% or above this substituted level will increase replacement terms, and reduce the sawdust cost and the pollutions of breed pigs.

  • Precise measurement of extremely low resistance shunt is important for characterization and calibration of high current instruments. We tested resistance measurement method for extremely high current shunt (up to 140 kA), where resistance is determined by precise measurement of voltage drop at 10 A test current in the frequency range of 40 Hz to 10 kHz. For the extremely low ac voltage to be precisely measured, a verification of the measurement method was also carried, where the inherent noise is systematically evaluated. The measurement uncertainty was estimated to be $1\;\%\;at\;95\;\%$ confidence level (k=2) for about 50 $\mu\Omega$.

Effect of Heparin on the High Affinity KGF and aFGF Binding to the Chimeric KGFR-HFc

  • To investigate the role of heparin in keratinocyte growth factor (KGF) and acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) high affinity binding to the KGF receptor (KGFR), a cell free system was established which utilized a secreted chimeric molecule between the KGFR extracellular domain and the immunoglobulin heavy chain Fc domain (KGFR-HFc). KGFR-HFc was purified from NIH 3T3 cells and demonstrated the binding of $[^3H]-heparin$ as well as heparin Sepharose. Scatchard analysis showed that the dissociation constant for heparin binding to KGFR-HFc was 140 nM. High affinity KGF and aFGF binding to KGFR-HFc remained unchanged after treatment with 0.6 M NaCl, which is the concentration sufficient to release any bound heparin to the KGFR-HFc. These results strongly suggest that although the KGFR interacts with heparin, the presence of heparin is not absolutely required for high affinity binding of either KGF or aFGF to the KGFR.

  • Acute cyanide poisoning is usually the result of attempted suicide which is often lethal within minutes or leads to a very poor prognosis after delayed and inadequate treatment. It affects the cerebral structures with the highest oxygen requirement, such as the basal ganglia, the cerebral cortex. We experienced a-45-year-old man who ingested Potassium Cyanide. He was stuporous. In 25 minutes, respiratory arrest developed and cardiopulmonary resuscitation was done. After return of spontaneous circulation, he admitted to intensive care unit, and conservative treatment was started. The clinical status was improved by degrees, but he couldn't perform daily activity like before. Minimal limitation of movement and memory deficit were left. In magnetic resonance imaging, which taken at the 11th day after admission, there were both basal ganglia and folia of cerebellum abnormality.

담자균류의 약효성분의 개발에 관한 연구

  • 영지와 구름버섯의 원형질체 융합 균주 F-1의 배양 균사체로 부터 열수추출한 분획 Fr.I을 DEAE-cellulose ion chromatography와 gel filtration chromatography를 통하여 분획 Fr.II, III, IV,로 분리 정제하였다. Sarcoma 180에 대한 종양억제율을 검사한 결과 Fr.IV는 68.73%로 가장 우수하였으며 동계 복수암에 대한 수명 연장 효과도 140 %의 유의적인 결과를 얻었다. 면역 관련 장기의 중량에 대한 영향을 실험한 결과 정상군에 비해 간, 비장 및 흉선의 중량을 증가시켰고, 마우스 암세포에 대한 직접적인 세포독성 작용을 보이지 않았으나 면역 실험을 실시한 결과, 마우스에서 용혈반 형성세포수를 1,36배 증가시켰으며 암이식군에서 감소된 T lymphocyte활성을 정상수준까지 회복시켰고 또, macrophage의 superoxide anion 분비를 2.25배 증가시켰다. 이로써 이 항암 성분은 면역세포를 활성화시켜 항암 효과를 나타냄을 의미한다. Fr.IV히 분자량은 7.9$\times$$10^4$ dalton이고 75,57%의 다당체와 4.47%의 단백질로 이루어졌으며 그 다당체는 주로 glucase, xylose와 mannose로 구성된 heteropolysaccharide이었으며 그 단백질은 Alanine과 Valine을 위시한 15종의 아미노산을 함유하고 있음이 확인되었다.

  • This paper deals with a priority queueing model in an ATM system. Two types of customers are considered. Type-1 customers have push-put priority over type-2 customers. Type-1 customers can enter the service only when the number of type-2 customers is less than a threshold T. We derive the joint probability of the number of customers in the buffer, the mean waiting time, and the loss probabilities of each type. We also propose an optimal control policy that satisfies a given quality of service.
