The surveys were carried out from 2013 May 1 to August 31 and the subjects of the surveys were 124 journalists working in the editorial part of 11daily newspaper companies located in Seoul. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, and a T-test were performed using the SPSS Win 18.0 program. A p value 0.05 was considered significant. The study showed that there were significant differences in the physical symptoms depending on sex, age, marital status, and rank. In addition, emotional exhaustion was affected by gender, age and Sunday duty cycle etc. The results of this study will provide basic data for preparing a physical and mental health promotion program for journalists by the demographic characteristics.

The data were collected through questionnaire from convenient samples of 207 female college students. Statistical analysis of factor analysis, t-test and multiple regression analysis were performed in analysing the data. The major findings were as fellows: 1. The dimensions of evaluation criteria of well-known name brand apparel were design/brand name, clothing construction, and practicality. 2. The dimensions of consumption feelings were pleasure/confidence, active and regret. 3. In predicting buying intension of name brand apparel, consumption feelings fecund to be as more robust predictors than cognitive variables.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of educational programming language(EPL) using the meta-analysis method. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, t-test and F-test were performed for the effect size differences between the variables. The results of the study were as follows: First, EPL turned out to be highly effective in improving learning effects. The total mean of effect size was as big as 1.01 and the value of $U_3$ was 84.38%. EPL increased the learning effect by 34.38% compared with the control group. Second, the moderator variables such as subject, publication type, and learner's school age there was no statistically significant differences. By designing the experiment nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design showed statistically significant effect size compared with single group pretest-posttest design. Third, the mean effect sizes of the dependent variables were as follows: Creativity 1.90, problem solving ability 1.25, logical thinking ability 1.18, learning motivation 0.81, and achievement 0.59. EPL showed positive effect than traditional teaching and learning method comprehensively.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the perception between real and ideal body shapes of college students and to investigate the preferred body shape of college students. The research subjects numbered one hundred forty five male and female students, aged 20 to 29, who lived in Gwangju and Chonnam province. The anthropometric data was collected including both direct and indirect measurements. The data was analyzed by mean and standard deviation, t-test, and factor analysis. The results of t-test showed the significant difference($p{\leq}.001$) between real body size and ideal body size. The result showed that male students want to have bigger chest circumference and a taller height than their real body, the research also showed that the female students want to have a narrow bust and hip width along with a taller height than real body. Regarding ideal body shape, male students pursued bigger height and want an inverted-triangle body shape. On the other hand, female students pursued bigger height and slim body shape. This study established the factors(dimension of torso, height, the side shape of torso, and shoulder shape) as the perception between real and ideal body shapes. In terms of real body, the factor analysis shows two contrasting results in which the height is the most important factor for female students, while the torso dimension is the most important factor for male students. In terms of ideal body, the height factor is the most important for both the male and female students.

  • Purpose. This study was to investigate the analysis of the central corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth of eyes in Korean Young Population using the Pentacam topography. Methods. The subjects consisted of 126 eyes from normal cornea of Korean aged 7-12($8.857{\pm}1.501$) years during 2009. The thinnest location, pachy apex, and pupil central region of the cornea thickness was measured using the Pentacam pachymetry. The anterior chamber depth of normal corneas was measured with Pentacam. Results. The thinnest location of corneal thickness was $547.413{\pm}37.893$um. The pachy apex of cornea thickness was $552.103{\pm}36.016$um. Also, the pupil center of corneal thickness was measured $552.143{\pm}36.418$um. On the other hand, the mean thickness in the central cornea was a statically significant relationship(t-test, p=0.0002) between pachy apex and thinnest zone. Also the mean thickness of the central cornea was a statically significant correlation(pearson p=0.0001) among the pupil center, pachy apex and thinnest zone. The anterior chamber depth was $3.137{\pm}0.308$mm. The mean depth in the anterior chamber of cornea was a statically relationship(t-test, p>0.05) between OD and OS. Conclusions. The results of this clinical study suggested that the analysis of the central corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth using Pentacam in Korean young population can provide the useful morphological information in diagnosis of cornea for the contact lens fitting and corneal refraction surgery.

The subjects of this study were 214 four-year college students located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach's α, crossover analysis, and t-test were conducted using the 25.0 version of the SPSS statistical package. As a result of the study, there was no significant difference in negative health behavior, mental health, and self-esteem between the two groups according to the presence of tattoos. Therefore, it can be said that it has a meaning as a positive aspect of research contrary to previous studies that report negative properties of tattoo. This study is expected to be used as basic data in establishing tattoo culture suitable for the times by reflecting and activating tattoos as a cultural phenomenon in the future.

However, the cases used in the final analysis were counted as 238. The reliability of the questionnaire used in the study was measured by Cronbach's $\alpha$ statistics, being over .761. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, F-test, and multiple regression etc., using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions were drawn as following. First, there are difference in fellowship according to the demographic characteristics of security officers. Second, there are difference in organization empowerment according to the demographic characteristics of security officers. Third, the fellowship of security officers affects an organization empowerment. That is to say, when vigorous and active participation, and independent and critical thinking are perceived more highly, the intensity of influence, meaning, capability, and self-determination increase.

  • Propose of this study was to compared and analyzes the cranking between the newly developed hand cycle prototype and the hign-end hand cycle that are sold on the market for the disabled athletes. For this study, 10 male subjects, who had the same type of disability, were selected from the Korea Disabled Cycle Federation. 12 infrared camera(Oqus-500) was utilized to acquire the subjects' kinematic data. we have analyzed the data of 30 seconds - 15 seconds before and after cranking. SPSS 16 was used for a statistical verification and the difference of the sports biomechanical variable between RX and the prototype was verified by utilizing pared samples t-test. The significance level at the time of the experiment was ${\alpha}=.05$. The results show that there is a need to design the hand cycle crank in a curve shape to lessen the muscle fatigue that is measured the highest between the angle of 180 to 195. In addition, comparative analysis between the existing data and the data of modified crank must be researched since the hand cycle cranking is one of the main variables in performance enhancement.
