Consider an unknown regression function f of the response Y on a d-dimensional measurement variable X. It is assumed that f belongs to a tensor Sobolev space. Let T denote a differential operator. Let $\hat{T}_n$ denote an estimator of T(f) based on a random sample of size n from the distribution of (X, Y), and let $\Vert \hat{T}_n - T(f) \Vert_2$ be the usual $L_2$ norm of the restriction of $\hat{T}_n - T(f)$ to a subset of $R^d$. Under appropriate regularity conditions, the optimal rate of convergence for $\Vert \hat{T}_n - T(f) \Vert_2$ is discussed.

In this article we have applied Schweizer & Sklars t-norm based similarity measures to classification task. We will compare results to fuzzy similarity measure based classification and show that sometimes better results can be found by using these measures than fuzzy similarity measure. We will also show that classification results are not so sensitive to p values with Schweizer & Sklars measures than when fuzzy similarity is used. This is quite important when one does not have luxury of tuning these kind of parameters but needs good classification results fast.

Based on two real and invertible $d{\times}d$ matrices Band C such that the norm $||C^T\;B||$ is sufficiently small, we provide a construction of tight Gabor frames $\{E_{Bm}T_{Cn}g\}_{m,n{\in}{\mathbb{Z}^d}$ with explicitly given and compactly supported generators. The generators can be chosen with arbitrary polynomial decay in the frequency domain.

In this paper, we review some class of t-norms on which fuzzy arithmetic operations preserve the shapes of fuzzy numbers and the Hausdorff-distance between fuzzy numbers as the measure of distance between fuzzy numbers. And we suggest the least Hausdorff-distance square method for fuzzy linear regression model using shape preserving fuzzy arithmetic operations.

In this paper, we prove some common fixed point theorems for six maps satisfying compatible maps of type(${\alpha}$) on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces in sense of Park et al.[7]. Our research are generalization and extension for the results of [1], [2], [3] and [13].

A generalised Taylor series with integral remainder involving a convex combination of the end points of the interval under consideration is investigated. Perturbed generalised Taylor series are bounded in terms of Lebesgue p-norms on $[a,b]^2$ for $f_{\Delta}:[a,b]^2{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$ with $f_{\Delta}(t,s)=f(t)-f(s)$.

The object of this paper is to introduce the notion of compatible mapping of type(${\alpha}$) in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space, and to establish common fixed point theorem for five mappings in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space. Our research are an extension for the results of [1] and [7].
