한국의 TPP 참여전략에 관한 연구: 전자상거래를 중심으로 (Korean perspective for joining TPP : Focused on Electronic Commerce)

  • 4개 국가의 지역 무역협정으로 시작된 환태평양연대협정(TPP)은 미국의 적극적 참여와 일본이 참여 의사를 밝히면서 거대규모의 무역협정으로 확대되었다. 한국은 아직 유보적인 입장이지만 미국의 꾸준한 요청과 아시아 태평양 지역을 아우르는 규모를 감안하여 참여를 타진할 것으로 생각된다. 미국이 주도하는 TPP의 협정내용은 기존에 체결된 FTA를 기반으로 하여 구성될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 꾸준한 발전이 기대되는 전자상거래 분야는 이를 선도하고 있는 미국이 자신들이 유리한 부분을 적극적으로 제시할 것으로 예상되는 바, 한국이 참여한다면 한 미 FTA 등의 기존 협정 분야에서 우리에게 유리했던 부분 등을 적극 제시하고 향후 한국이 전자상거래 시장을 선도하는 방향으로 협상에 임하는 것이 중요하다.

  • Development of information and communication technology is changing commerce environment and consumer purchasing behavior has also been changed. Globalization is becoming increasingly prevalent in the world today and many factors such as culture, politics, and economics may influence the applicability of management theories. Concurrently, corporate managers are faced with the challenge of offering usable and useful applications to the local users. Besides, many scholars strongly support that the criteria for M-Commerce adoption in developing countries are different from that of developed countries, due to cultural, security, social, political, economic, and technological aspects. This research tried to investigate the differences on the adoption of mobile commerce between developed and developing countries. In this study, the motivation for studying advanced mobile phone services adoption in the South Korea and Viet Nam is presented. Second, M-Commerce adoption model is introduced as a starting point for the research model. We then integrate price, personal innovativeness, quality dimension and perceived of playfulness into our model. Next, we describe our method and report the results of our analysis. The paper concludes with a discussion of the results from both the South Korea and Viet Nam with implications.

Critical Factors for Acceptance of Social Commerce: A Case Study in Oman

  • The study aims to assess the acceptance of social commerce and participate in social commerce amongst Omani people. The questions of the survey Instrument were prepared in English later converted into Arabic. The survey instrument was having two parts; the first part sought the demographic information like age, gender, education, occupation etc. The second part of the instrument was related to the variables, which was in 5-point Likert scale, where 5 means strongly agree while 1 meaning strongly disagree. The data was collected using online and offline surveys, making the number of the valid responses to 478. A conceptual model was developed using the following variables. The selected variables such as "Familiarity" (F), "Trust" (T), "Perceived usefulness" (PU), "Perceived ease of use" (PEU), "Intention to Purchase" (IP). The hypothesis was tested using structural equation modelling. The results indicate that all six hypotheses were supported. The F, T and PEU, and PU was found to be positive and significant related to intention to purchase (p-value 0.003, 0.001, 0.000. & 0.007). Amongst the four, p value of F was found to be the lowest and PU was found to be the highest. This indicate F was strong indicator of IP as compared to others. PUE relates to PU, and F was related to IP.

사물인터넷 기반의 용량 정보 수집을 통한 음식물 쓰레기 전자상거래 서비스의 설계 (Design of Food Waste Trading E-Commerce Service with IoT-based Capacity Information Collection)

  • 본 논문에서는 아파트를 비롯한 집단 거주지에서 대량으로 발생되는 음식물 쓰레기를 가축 사육 농가 등 도심 인근 지역 수요자에게 온라인 거래를 통해 판매할 수 있도록 지원하는 전자상거래 서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 제안 서비스는 일반적인 전자상거래와는 달리 사물인터넷 기반의 센서와 통신 모듈이 탑재된 스마트 음식물 쓰레기통을 이용해 각 아파트의 위치 정보와 배출되는 음식물 쓰레기의 양을 자동으로 수집한 후 이를 특화된 전자상거래 플랫폼 상에서 시각화된 정보로 제공하여 수요자에게 판매하는 것을 핵심으로 한다. 스마트 음식물 쓰레기통은 무게 센서와 GPS 센서 그리고 LoRa 통신 모듈을 이용해 주기적으로 현재 용량을 클라우드 기반의 데이터베이스로 전달하며, 이렇게 수집된 여러 아파트의 위치 정보와 용량 정보는 웹사이트나 모바일 애플리케이션 형태의 전자상거래 서비스 운영에 활용이 된다. 제안하는 전자상거래 서비스는 각 아파트에서 구매자가 있는 인근 지역 농가까지 음식물 쓰레기를 배달하는 서비스와 연계함으로써 지역 경제 활성화와 더불어 음식물 쓰레기 처리 문제를 해결하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다.

소셜커머스에서 패션제품 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fashion Product Purchasing Behavior in Social Commerce)

  • In social commerce, consumers can buy products at much cheaper price if the required minimum number of buyers are made. Social commerce has showed rapid growth as an innovative distribution system receiving highlights, however it is true that it hasn't been sufficiently studied. The purpose of the study for presents the direction of growth of the fashion industry with social commerce through qualitative studies. This study is to make a preference group of four people and a non-preference group of four people of social commerce users for the fashion items sold social commerce market and lastly proposes some improvements. The 'preference group' showed high familiarity and preference to social commerce; and they had the tendency of the pursuit of convenience and voluptuous shopping. The revisit of 'non-preference group' preferred open market and, had the tendency of economical shopping and, they are favorable to other categories of social commerce. The reasons of preference were that accessibility was good in fashion products purchasing behaviors in social commerce and, it was convenient and, price was good and new information on cheap and good products were provided; the reasons of non-preference were that the quality of the products and genuineness of articles are doubtful or, the price is not the lowest or, the carried over products were majority. In the perspective of the fashion products in social commerce they answered that it would be brighter but improvements are needed such as supplying exact information, the lowest price, diversified products and the subdivision of category.

사물인터넷 기반 건강관리 스마트 주얼리 시스템 (Smart Jewelry System for Health Management based on IoT)

  • 센서를 활용한 IoT 디바이스의 사용이 증가함에 따라 센서 기반의 상황 인식을 통한 융복합형 다기능 스마트 주얼리를 개발하였다. 현재 시장에서 공급되는 평범하고 단순한 디자인의 패션 주얼리에 사용자와의 상호작용을 고려한 스마트한 기능과 디자인을 추가였고 본 논문 에서는 스마트 주얼리에서 착장된 센서에서 개인의 생활습관 정보 데이터를 입력받아 네트워크와 연동하고 건강관리 기능을 추가하였다. IoT 기반의 스마트 주얼리 센서가 발생시키는 데이터를 신속하게 관리할 수 있도록 온톨로지로 모델링하고 건강 정보를 서비스 할 수 있도록 스마트 주얼리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 스마트 앱을 통해 서비스의 상태를 표시된다. 앱은 맞춤형 서비스 사용자에게 위험을 결정하여 질환에 관한 가이드라인을 제공한다.

계층적 CNN을 이용한 방송 매체 내의 객체 인식 시스템 성능향상 방안 (Performance Improvement of Object Recognition System in Broadcast Media Using Hierarchical CNN)

  • 본 논문은 계층적 Convolutional Nerual Network(CNN)을 이용한 스마트폰용 객체 인식 시스템이다. 전체적인 구성은 스마트폰과 서버를 연결하여 서버에서 컨볼루셔널 뉴럴 네트워크로 객체 인식을 하고 수집된 데이터를 매칭시켜 스마트폰으로 객체의 상세정보를 전달하는 방법이다. 또한 계층적 컨볼루셔널 뉴럴 네트워크와 단편적 컨볼루셔널 뉴럴 네트워크와 비교하였다. 계층적 컨볼루셔널 뉴럴 네트워크는 88%, 단편적 컨볼루셔널 뉴럴 네트워크는 73%의 정확도를 가지며 15%p의 성능 향상을 보였다. 이를 기반으로 스마트폰과 방송매체와 연동한 T-Commerce 시장 확장의 가능성을 보여준다. 아울러 방송영상을 시청하면서 Information Retrieval, AR/VR 서비스도 제공 가능하다.

IMT-2000 단말기용 USIM상에서의 오프라인 지불 솔루션 탑재에 관한 연구 (Implementation of Offline Payment Solution using USIM in IMT-2000)

  • 모바일 기기의 사용이 증가하면서 E-Commerce에서 M-Commerce로 변화하고 있다 특히 IMT-2000(International Mobile Telecommunication 2000) 서비스가 준비중에 있으며, USIM(Universal Subscriber Identi쇼 Module) 기술을 내장함으로써 서비스의 폭이 넓어질 전망이다. 그러나 아직 USIM을 내장하는 서비스는 미흡한 단계로써 기본적인 애플리케이션의 개발조차 미비한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 USIM의 전반적인 구조와 프로토콜의 분석을 통하여, 모바일 기기와 USIM 상에서 안전하게 지불할 수 있는 지불 솔루션을 제안한다. 특히 모바일 기기의 유동성과USIM의 안전성 및 계산능력, 저장능력을 이용하여 오프라인 상에서 안전하게 거래할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 시스템의 유효성을 입증하기 위하여 Jana Card 상에서의 지불 시스템을 개발하여 시뮬레이션 한다.

서비스제공자와 사용자의 인식차이 분석을 통한 소셜커머스 핵심성공요인에 대한 연구: 한국의 티켓몬스터 중심으로 (A Study on the Critical Success Factors of Social Commerce through the Analysis of the Perception Gap between the Service Providers and the Users: Focused on Ticket Monster in Korea)

  • Recently, there is a growing interest toward social commerce using SNS(Social Networking Service), and the size of its market is also expanding due to popularization of smart phones, tablet PCs and other smart devices. Accordingly, various studies have been attempted but it is shown that most of the previous studies have been conducted from perspectives of the users. The purpose of this study is to derive user-centered CSF(Critical Success Factor) of social commerce from the previous studies and analyze the CSF perception gap between social commerce service providers and users. The CSF perception gap between two groups shows that there is a difference between ideal images the service providers hope for and the actual image the service users have on social commerce companies. This study provides effective improvement directions for social commerce companies by presenting current business problems and its solution plans. For this, This study selected Korea's representative social commerce business Ticket Monster, which is dominant in sales and staff size together with its excellent funding power through M&A by stock exchange with the US social commerce business Living Social with Amazon.com as a shareholder in August, 2011, as a target group of social commerce service provider. we have gathered questionnaires from both service providers and the users from October 22, 2012 until October 31, 2012 to conduct an empirical analysis. We surveyed 160 service providers of Ticket Monster We also surveyed 160 social commerce users who have experienced in using Ticket Monster service. Out of 320 surveys, 20 questionaries which were unfit or undependable were discarded. Consequently the remaining 300(service provider 150, user 150)were used for this empirical study. The statistics were analyzed using SPSS 12.0. Implications of the empirical analysis result of this study are as follows: First of all, There are order differences in the importance of social commerce CSF between two groups. While service providers regard Price Economic as the most important CSF influencing purchasing intention, the users regard 'Trust' as the most important CSF influencing purchasing intention. This means that the service providers have to utilize the unique strong point of social commerce which make the customers be trusted rathe than just focusing on selling product at a discounted price. It means that service Providers need to enhance effective communication skills by using SNS and play a vital role as a trusted adviser who provides curation services and explains the value of products through information filtering. Also, they need to pay attention to preventing consumer damages from deceptive and false advertising. service providers have to create the detailed reward system in case of a consumer damages caused by above problems. It can make strong ties with customers. Second, both service providers and users tend to consider that social commerce CSF influencing purchasing intention are Price Economic, Utility, Trust, and Word of Mouth Effect. Accordingly, it can be learned that users are expecting the benefit from the aspect of prices and economy when using social commerce, and service providers should be able to suggest the individualized discount benefit through diverse methods using social network service. Looking into it from the aspect of usefulness, service providers are required to get users to be cognizant of time-saving, efficiency, and convenience when they are using social commerce. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the usefulness of social commerce through the introduction of a new management strategy, such as intensification of search engine of the Website, facilitation in payment through shopping basket, and package distribution. Trust, as mentioned before, is the most important variable in consumers' mind, so it should definitely be managed for sustainable management. If the trust in social commerce should fall due to consumers' damage case due to false and puffery advertising forgeries, it could have a negative influence on the image of the social commerce industry in general. Instead of advertising with famous celebrities and using a bombastic amount of money on marketing expenses, the social commerce industry should be able to use the word of mouth effect between users by making use of the social network service, the major marketing method of initial social commerce. The word of mouth effect occurring from consumers' spontaneous self-marketer's duty performance can bring not only reduction effect in advertising cost to a service provider but it can also prepare the basis of discounted price suggestion to consumers; in this context, the word of mouth effect should be managed as the CSF of social commerce. Third, Trade safety was not derived as one of the CSF. Recently, with e-commerce like social commerce and Internet shopping increasing in a variety of methods, the importance of trade safety on the Internet also increases, but in this study result, trade safety wasn't evaluated as CSF of social commerce by both groups. This study judges that it's because both service provider groups and user group are perceiving that there is a reliable PG(Payment Gateway) which acts for e-payment of Internet transaction. Accordingly, it is understood that both two groups feel that social commerce can have a corporate identity by website and differentiation in products and services in sales, but don't feel a big difference by business in case of e-payment system. In other words, trade safety should be perceived as natural, basic universal service. Fourth, it's necessary that service providers should intensify the communication with users by making use of social network service which is the major marketing method of social commerce and should be able to use the word of mouth effect between users. The word of mouth effect occurring from consumers' spontaneous self- marketer's duty performance can bring not only reduction effect in advertising cost to a service provider but it can also prepare the basis of discounted price suggestion to consumers. in this context, it is judged that the word of mouth effect should be managed as CSF of social commerce. In this paper, the characteristics of social commerce are limited as five independent variables, however, if an additional study is proceeded with more various independent variables, more in-depth study results will be derived. In addition, this research targets social commerce service providers and the users, however, in the consideration of the fact that social commerce is a two-sided market, drawing CSF through an analysis of perception gap between social commerce service providers and its advertisement clients would be worth to be dealt with in a follow-up study.

IoT에서 데이터 기반 앱을 모델로 한 UX디자인에 관한 연구 (A Study on UX-Design as a Model for a Data-driven Apps in IoT)

  • 과거의 조형중심, 시스템 중심의 디자인에서 점차적으로 사용자를 배려하는 디자인 철학이 반영된 사용자 중심 디자인으로 패러다임이 변화하고, 특히 어떤 제품이나 서비스를 사용하는데 있어 최적의 경험을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 UX디자인(User eXperience Design)의 중요성이 크게 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT시대에서 UX디자인이 고려해야할 변화 중에서 웨어러블의 기능에 영향이 적은 데이터를 기반으로 한 디자인 부분에 접근해 보았다. 다양하고 많은 데이터를 가진 기존 소셜커머스 앱의 레이아웃이 IoT디바이스의 인터페이스에서도 데이터 기반의 레이아웃과 유사하다고 생각하였다. 데이터 기반 앱을 모델로 레이아웃을 분석하여 UX디자인 의 구조를 정리하였다.
