실용형질이 우수한 녹색 형광실크 형질전환 누에 개발 (Development of the transgenic silkworm producing a improved green fluorescence cocoon)

  • 선행연구를 통하여, 형질전환 누에를 제작하는 원천기술을 개발하고 이를 통해 녹색 형광실크를 생산하는 형질전환 누에를 제작한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 개발된 녹색 형광실크 형질전환 누에와 국립농업과 학원이 보유하고 있는 누에 유전자원 중 유색견(絹) 누에품종을 이용하여 형질전환 누에와 유색견 누에품종 간 교차교배를 통한 잡종강세를 이용하여 고치 생산량 및 고치의 색채 등이 향상된 녹색 형광실크 형질전환 누에 1대 잡종(F1) 계통을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 선발된 실용형질이 우수한 농가보급형 녹색 형광실크 형질전환 누에 1대 잡종(F1) 계통은 기존 형질전환 누에의 녹색 형광단백질 뿐 아니라 유색견 누에 특유의 천연 연록색도 함께 갖고 있어 별도의 염색이 필요 없는 차별화된 고급 패션의류나 벽지 등의 고품질 소재로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

패션잡지광고에 표현된 패션 아이템 경향 분석 (The Analysis of Fashion Item Trend Expressed in Fashion Magazine Advertising)

  • Fashion magazine advertising is the most excellent source of information in predicting the fashion trend. It plays a pivotal role in setting a direction for the fashion trend in the upcoming season. The purpose of this study was to review by photos of the $pr{\hat{e}}t-{\acute{a}}-porter$ collection shown in LONDON, NEW YORK, MILAN, and PARIS during 2002-2006 A/W and 2003-2005 S/S seasons, being focused on such fashion items published as coat, dress, one-piece, two-pieces(jacket+skirt/pants, blouse+skirt/pants). In the results of this study, designers presented coat(n=144) chiefly, blouse+pants(n=29) were presented few during 2002-2003 A/W seasons. During 2003-2004 A/W seasons one-piece(n=156) was looking bullish, blouse+pants(n=34) were declining. Dress(n=149) was presented mostly, blouse+pants(n=17) was presented few during 2004-2005 A/W seasons. During 2005-2006 A/W seasons coat(n=180) was revived, blouse+pants(n=26) were presented lowly. Therefore designers presented coat(n=605, 28.4%) extremely much during 2002-2006 A/W seasons. Designers presented one-piece(n=109) much, jacket+pants(n=22) were presented few in 2003 S/S. In 2004 S/S seasons one-piece(n=167) was presented vastly different than jacket+pants(n=42). Also one-piece(n=152) was presented mostly, blouse+pants(n=48) was presented few in 2005 S/S seasons. During 2003-2005 S/S seasons one-piece(n=428, 28.2%) was presented most. And designers in these four world fashion centers didn't prefer blouse+pants in A/W seasons and jacket+pants in S/S seasons. Based on the above findings, it could be confirmed that the fashion items trend was almost similar among the four collections of $pr{\hat{e}}t-{\acute{a}}-porter$. The results of this study suggest that the fashion collections are the most reliable information sources for fashion product planning. Lastly, it is hoped that this study will provide for some useful basic data for domestic fashion businesses in producing fashion items.

  • The following statements for an infra-Krull domain $R$ are shown to be equivalent: (1) $R$ is a Krull domain; (2) for any essentially finite $w$-module $M$ over $R$, the torsion submodule $t(M)$ of $M$ is a direct summand of $M$; (3) for any essentially finite $w$-module $M$ over $R$, $t(M){\cap}pM=pt(M)$, for all maximal $w$-ideal $p$ of $R$; (4) $R$ satisfies the $w$-radical formula; (5) the $R$-module $R{\oplus}R$ satisfies the $w$-radical formula.

Effects of cultivation methods on methane emission in rice paddy

  • Methane is the main greenhouse gas released from rice paddy field. Methane from paddy fields accounts for 11 % of the global total methane emission. The global warming potential (GWP) of methane is 25 times more than that of carbon dioxide on a mass basis. It is well known that most effective practice to mitigate methane in paddy is related to the water management during rice growing season and the use of organic matters. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of tillage and cultivation method on methane emission in paddy. Tillage (tillage and no-tillage) and cultivation methods (transplanting and direct seeding) were combined tillage-transplanting (T-T), tillage-wet hill seeding (T-W), tillage-dry seeding (T-D) and no-till dry seeding (NT-D) to evaluate methane mitigation efficiency. Daily methane emission was decreased on seeding treatments (T-W, T-D, NT-D) than transplanting treatment (T-T). Amount of methane emission during rice growing season is highest in T-T ($411.7CH_4\;kg\;ha^{-1}y^{-1}$) and lowest in NT-D treatment (89.7). In T-W and T-D treatments, methane emissions were significantly decreased by 36 and 51 % respectively compared with T-T. Methane emissions were highly correlated with the dry weight of whole rice plant ($R^2=0.62{\sim}0.93$). T-T treatment showed highest $R^2$ (0.93) among the four treatments. Rice grain yields did not significantly differ with the tillage and cultivation methods used. These results suggest that direct seeding practice in rice production could mitigate the methane emissions without loss in grain yield.

  • The total light efficiencies of the novel 1.9" transflective tRGB-t/rW and tRGB-rW TFT LCDs are calculated and they are implemented by the traditional 7-mask ${\alpha}$-Si processing. Then, the two vehicles are turned on with the appropriate Sub-Pixel Rendering White (SPRW) algorithms, so they can exhibit the extra luminance without the original visual resolution loss. Their outstanding optical properties are approved by measuring the contrast ratio (C.R.) and the NTSC ratio. Because they utilize the light resource very effectively and efficiently, they are very suitable for the dark indoor and the bright outdoor environments.

한우 거세 및 비거세우의 성장곡선 특성 (Growth Curve Characteristics of Bull and Steer of Hanwoo(Korean Cattle))

  • 농협 한우 개량부에서 시험 사육한 거세우 및 비거세우 각각 60두의 자료를 근거로 곰페르츠 방정식에 의한 성장곡선을 추정한 결과 비거세우의 성장곡선 방정식은 $W_t$ = 906.1.exp{-3.956.exp(-0.0034t)}이었으며, 거세우의 성장곡선 방정식은 $W_t$ = 823.1.exp{-3.301.exp(-0.0027t}이었다. 이 추정식에 의한 성숙체중은 과거에 추정한 식보다 높게 추정되었는데 이는 사양조건의 차이에 의한 것으로 사료된다. 비거세우에 대한 거세우의 체중비는 19.5개월까지는 급격히 감소하여 79.2% 정도에 이르렀으나, 이후 격차는 서서히 줄어들어 성숙시에는 90.8%에 이르렀다. 추정식은 생시 체중이 거세우의 경우 과다하게 그리고 비거세우의 경우 과소하게 추정되었으며, 실제 체중의 변이는 비거세우가 거세우에 비해 큰 경향을 보였다.

Comparative Study on the Structural Dependence of Logic Gate Delays in Double-Gate and Triple-Gate FinFETs

  • A comparative study on the trade-off between the drive current and the total gate capacitance in double-gate (DG) and triple-gate (TG) FinFETs is performed by using 3-D device simulation. As the first result, we found that the optimum ratio of the hardmask oxide thickness ($T_{mask}$) to the sidewall oxide thickness ($T_{ox}$) is $T_{mask}/T_{ox}$=10/2 nm for the minimum logic delay ($\tau$) while $T_{mask}/T_{ox}$=5/1~2 nm for the maximum intrinsic gate capacitance coupling ratio (ICR) with the fixed channel length ($L_G$) and the fin width ($W_{fin}$) under the short channel effect criterion. It means that the TG FinFET is not under the optimal condition in terms of the circuit performance. Second, under optimized $T_{mask}/T_{ox}$, the propagation delay ($\tau$) decreases with the increasing fin height $H_{fin}$. It means that the FinFET-based logic circuit operation goes into the drive current-dominant regime rather than the input gate load capacitance-dominant regime as $H_{fin}$ increases. In the end, the sensitivity of $\Delta\tau/{\Delta}H_{fin}$ or ${{\Delta}I_{ON}}'/{\Delta}H_{fin}$ decreases as $L_G/W_{fin}$ is scaled-down. However, $W_{fin}$ should be carefully designed especially in circuits that are strongly influenced by the self-capacitance or a physical layout because the scaling of $W_{fin}$ is followed by the increase of the self-capacitance portion in the total load capacitance.

  • 1. 트랙터에 의(依)한 효율적(效率的) 경기방법(耕起方法)을 실험(實驗) 고찰(考察)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 가. 포장내측경기(圃場內側耕起)에 있어서 선회소요시간(旋回所要時間)을 최소(最少)하는 효율적(效率的) 선회법(旋回法)은 선회간격(旋回間隔)이 zr(r=최소선회반경(最少旋回半徑))보다 작을때는 Q 자형(字型), 클때는 U 자형(字型)이다. 나. 포장내측경기(圃場內側耕起)의 단위선회구(單位旋回區) 건(巾) w는 2.5r 시(時) 가장 효율적(效率的)이다. 다. 포장주변부(圃場周邊部) 경기(耕起)에 있어서는 W>-0.0345L + 35.84 시(時)는 혼합경법(混合耕法)이 능률적(能率的)이고 W<-0.0345 + 35.84 시(時)는 반접속경법(半接續耕法)이 능률적(能率的)이다. 라. 포장주변부(圃場周邊部)의 건(巾)l는 내측경기시(內側 耕起時)와 주변경기시(周邊耕起時)에 있어서 모두 적을수록 효과적임으로 최소치(最少値)인 2r가 가장 적합(適合)하다. 2. 트랙터에 의(依)한 단위포장(單位圃場)과 경기능률(耕起能率)과의 관계(關係)를 고찰(考察)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 가. 종횡비(縱橫比)$\frac{L}{W}$ 및 면적(面積) A가 크면 일반적(一般的)으로 경기능률(耕起能率)은 증가(增加)한다. 나. 경기능률(耕起能率)의 증가율(增加率)은 종횡비(縱橫比) 및 면적(面積)이 크면 클수록 증가율(增加率)이 점차적으로 감소(減少)한다. 다. $\frac{L}{W}-T$ 곡선(曲線)에서 $\frac{L}{W}$에 대(對)한 T의 변화(變化)가 큰 범위(範圍)는 대략(大略) 20a에서 6, 30a에서 5, 50a에서 4, 80a에서 3, 100a에서 2.5 이내(以內)이다. 라. T-A 곡선(曲線)의 변화율(變化率)은 $\frac{L}{W}$의 영향(影響)을 받으나 대략(大略) $T=A^{-\frac{2}{3}}$ 곡선(曲線)의 변화율(變化率)과 같다. 마. 종횡비(縱橫比)가 3이상(以上)일때는 면적(面積)의 크기에 상관(相關)없이 경기능률(耕起能率)에 미치는 10a 면적증가(面積增加)의 효과는 약(約) 5 정도(程度)의 종횡비(縱橫比) 증가효과와 같다. 바. 종횡비(縱橫比)가 $2{\sim}3$일때는 면적(面積)의 크기에 상관(相關)없이 경기능률(耕起能率)에 미치는 10a 면적증가(面積增加)의 효과는 약(約) $4{\sim}2$ 정도(程度)의 종횡비(縱橫比) 증가효과와 같으면 이는 종횡비(縱橫比)가 적을수록, 면적(面積)이 클수록 차차(次次) 감소(減少)한다.
