국내 뇌성마비 아동의 자세조절 향상을 위한 운동 중재 효과: 체계적 고찰 (Effects of Exercise Interventions on Postural Control for Children With Cerebral Palsy in Korea: A Systematic Review)

  • 목적 : 뇌성마비 아동의 자세조절을 향상시키기 위해 국내에서 사용되는 운동 중재의 방법과 효과를 알아보기 위해 체계적 고찰을 사용하여 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 누리미디어(DBpia), 학술연구정보서비스(RISS) 그리고 한국학술정보(KISS)의 데이터베이스를 사용하여 2006년 10월 이후로 게재된 국내학회지를 검색하였다. '뇌성마비', '자세조절', '균형'를 키워드로 검색하여 총 18개의 연구가 연구대상으로 선정되었다. 각 연구는 근거의 질적 수준과 방법론적 질적 수준으로 분석하였고 그 결과는 대상자, 중재, 대조군, 결과에 따라 Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome(PICO)로 분석하였다. 결과 : 본 연구의 분석에 사용된 연구의 근거수준은 수준 I이 8개, 수준 III이 5개, 수준 IV가 2개, 수준 V가 3개이었고, 방법론적 질적 수준은 '우수'의 연구가 가장 많았다. 대상자는 경직형 양하지 마비, 실험설계는 무작위 대조군 실험 연구가 가장 많았다. 분석결과 국내에서 사용되는 자세조절 운동 중재는 뇌성마비 아동의 운동능력과 균형능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 보였다. 결론 : 국내에서 사용되는 운동 중재는 뇌성마비 아동의 자세조절 능력을 향상시켰다. 앞으로 뇌성마비 아동의 유형별 자세조절 향상을 위한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Can aromatherapy reduce restless legs syndrome in hemodialysis patients? a systematic review and meta-analysis

  • Purpose: This study conducted a systematic literature review and meta-analysis on the effectiveness of aromatherapy in reducing restless legs syndrome (RLS) in hemodialysis patients. Methods: Using the population, intervention, comparison, outcome, study design framework, a search was conducted of eight electronic databases: PubMed, Cochrane, Embase-Ovid, CINAHL, Web of science, Scopus, PQDT, and RISS. The population was hemodialysis patients, and the intervention included aromatherapy aiming at RLS, compared to control groups receiving placebo or usual care. The outcome measured was RLS, and the study design was randomized controlled trials. Results: The analysis included seven articles presenting results from 10 studies, and the pooled overall effect of aromatherapy on RLS in hemodialysis patients was shown by a Hedge's g of -1.84 (95% confidence interval: -2.45 to -1.23). Meta-regression analysis revealed greater effectiveness in studies that received funding. Age over 60, lavender oil use, intervention duration of less than 4 weeks, sessions longer than 30 minutes, a routine care control group, and quality assessment score of 10 or less were associated with RLS reduction. Conclusion: The study concluded that aromatherapy is effective for managing RLS in hemodialysis patients.

  • 급변하는 시장상황에 따라서 생산 자동화 시스템의 원활한 구현을 위한 다양한 자동화 제어 기술들이 요구 되고 있다. 그 중에서 자동화 제어 기술의 핵심 중의 하나는 PLC기반제어 기술을 바탕으로 하는 융복합 제어기술이다. PLC를 이용한 다양한 자동화 제어 기술이 급속하게 발전하고 보급됨에 따라 자동화, 생산, 제조기술등의 분야에서 재직하고 있는 엔지니어들은 필수적인 제어 기술임에도 불구하고 산업체의 적용범위가 광범위하고 응용사례가 다양하기 때문에 최적의 경로를 선택하여 체계적인 학습을 진행하기는 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 아울러 여러 가지 교육 훈련 프로그램 등이 진행되고 있지만 체계적이지 못한 교육과정과 연계성이 부족한 커리큘럼 구성으로 재직자들의 능력 향상과 기업 경쟁력 강화에 큰 도움이 되지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 S사의 현장엔지니어를 대상으로 하는 교육 프로그램의 문제점들을 분석하여 기업 맞춤형 교육과정을 체계적 모델로 개발하여 그것을 적용한 결과와 효과를 제시한다.

Modularized Gain Scheduled Fuzzy Logic Control with Application to Nonlinear Magnetic Bearings

  • This paper describes an approach for synthesizing a modularized gain scheduled PD type fuzzy logic controller(FLC) of nonlinear magnetic bearing system where the gains of FLC are on-line adapted according to the operating point. Specifically the systematic procedure via root locus technique is carried out for the selection of the gains of FLC. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed gain scheduled fuzzy logic controller yields not only maximization of stability boundary but also better control performance than a single operating point (without gain scheduling)fuzzy controller.

  • This paper proposes a receding horizon predictive control (RHPC) for nonlinear time-delay systems. The control law is obtained by minimizing finite horizon cost with a terminal weighting functional. An inequality condition on the terminal weighting functional is presented, under which the closed-loop stability of RHPC is guaranteed, A special class of nonlinear time-delay systems is introduced and a systematic method to find a terminal weighting functional satisfying the proposed inequality condition is given for these systems. Through a simulation example, it is demonstrated that the proposed RHPC has the guaranteed closed-loop stability for nonlinear time-delay systems.

  • The synthesis of control structure involves the selection of controlled variable (or measured variable), and the structure interconnecting measured and manipulated variables (control loops). This paper deals with the synthesis job by using the structural analysis and block relative gain. This synthesis tool is very useful because they require minimal information, and the results show that this is a systematic and efficient metholodgy.

  • This paper presents a path control method for mobile robot using neural network and a systematic method for the kinematic and dynamic modelling of a mobile robot. The robot finds its path deviation by taking the signals of an optical array sensor and determined its moving behaviors using neural net control method. A robot can be taught behaviors by changing the given patterns, in this work, Back Propagation rule is used as a learning method.

  • The Conventional-Anti-reset-Windup (CAW) structure gives pretty good performance among the conventional strategies that prevent systems from saturation, but there is no systematic way of designing the control systems. Also, it frequently destabilizes the systems. Moreover, the CAW structure cannot be applied when the output of the saturating actuator cannot be measured. Therefore the CAW structure is modified to accommodate this situation. An effective designing method is proposed to give better performance of the control system. The stability of the control system is also considered. The usefulness of the proposed method is shown by applying this method to a few examples.

  • For the optimal achievement of system goals through a systematic analysis of the complex problems, systems engineering provides us the concepts and methodology that include comprehensive interpretability (or understandability), universal applicability, and feasibility. Under this aspect, the main objective of this study is that it introduces mathematical system theory (MST) as the fundamental tool of SE into the Inventory Control among the related parts with IE, and review it's applicability. Through its work, we can find that it has the alternative aspects with which it can replace other existing methods for problem-solving in understanding and analyzing structurally systems in themselves as well as being considerable of the time evolutionary process of a given system.

  • Robotic techniques can be one of the promised solutions to address the prostate cancer which is one of the most important public health problems in medical fields. Despite several past and on-going dedicated researches, the systematic techniques and completed theories have not been established well. Therefore we review the state-of-the-art literature on the applications of engineering technologies with particular focus on diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer. The current status of the elastography and systematic DRE are presented as novel diagnostic tools, and an overview of the applied technologies to address the limits of the treatment (radical prostectomy and brachytherapy) is reviewed.
