In this study, heat and mass transfer characteristics of five components solution (LiBr+Lil+LiNO$_3$+LiCl+$H_2O$) which could be substituted for commonly used LiBr solution are tested using a helical absorber. The arrangement of helical-typed heat exchangers allows to make the system more compact as compared to conventional one. The effects of experimental parameters, such as the solution flow rate, cooling water, solution temperature, solution concentration and surfactant have been investigated in view of the heat and mass transfer. The results of the experiment of heat and mass transfer performance show that five components solution should have 2% higher concentration fur equal absorption capacity of LiBr solution. But considering that five components solution have higher solubility than LiBr solution about 4% high concentration, five components solution could be applied to a small sized water cooled or air cooled absorption chiller/heater. The increase of heat and mass transfer coefficient by surfactant addition is about 25∼30% and 23∼40% respectively.

The establishing of the guidance system assuming exclusive charge of the on-the-spot training. 6. The submission of the evaluation sheet for the on-the-spot training. 7. The extension of the period of the on-the-spot training and the reorganization of an educational system. 8. The persistent support for the on-the-spot training at the governmental dimension. 9. The securing of the educational dost spent on the on-the-spot training and the imposition of benefits on the industrial organization.
In order to produce raw material powder of advanced magnetic material by spray roasting process, newly modified spray roasting system was developed in this work. In this spray roasting system, raw material solution was effectively atomized and sprayed into the reaction furnace. Also, uniform temperature distribution inside reaction furnace made thermal decomposition process fully completed, and produced powder was effectively collected in cyclone and bag filter. This system equipped with apparatus which can purify hazard produced gas. In this study complex acid solution was prepared by dissolution of mill scale and ferro-Mn into the acid solution, and the pH of this complex acid solution was controlled about to 4. It was conformed that mill scale and ferro-Mn containing a lot of impurities such as $SiO_2$, P and Al could be used as raw material by reducing the impurities content of complex acid solution below 20 ppm. Complex oxide powder of Fe-Mn system was produced by spraying purified complex acid solution into the spray roaster through nozzle, and the variations of produced powder characters were studied by changing he reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, the injection velocity of solution and air, nozzle tip size and concentration of solution. The morphology of produced powder had spherical shape under the most experimental conditions, and concentration of solution. The morphology of produced powder has spherical shape under the most experimental conditions, and the composition and the particle size distribution were almost uniform, which tells the excellence of this spray roasting system. The grain size of most produced powder was below 100 nm. From the above results, it will be possible to produce ultra fine oxide powder from the chloride of Fe, Mn, Ni, Cu and rare earth by using this spray roasting system, and also to produce ultra fine pure metal powder by changing reaction atmosphere.
This work reports the application of a hollow fiber module(HFM) for Cr(VI) extraction from heavy metal salts mixed solution by using microporous hydrophobic hollow fiber module. In HFM configuration, the organic extraction used for the extraction of Cr(VI) was di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phosphoric acid(D2EHPA) diluted with n-heptane. The study of HFM includes the influence of hydrodynamic and chemical condition, i.e., the flow rate of feed solution, the time of reactive extraction, the concentration of feed solution, and the pH of aqueous phase solutions. Several experiments with synthetic solution of different mixed components system of Cr(VI) solutions established optimum condition to achieve a clean separation of Cr(VI). It was possible to separate Cr(VI) in the presence of metal salts mixed solution, such as Zn(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Cd(II) using the HFM technique.
This study was investigated on the recycle feasibility of the waste AC(Ammonium Carbonate) solution produ-ced in a commercial AUC(Ammonium Uranyl Carbonate) conversion plant. AUC particles were produced with the AC solution which was prepared with AC solid-agent instead of ammonia and carbon-dioxide gases. As the results particles of monoclinic shapes has been obtained regardless of the pH change if the carbonate concentration is sufficient in the mother liquore. Also a lot of twinned or aggregated particles were formed in case of the increase of pH in the reaction system but not affected in the change of temperature. Consequen-tly the characteristics of the particles which converted for AUC were produced withAC solution to UO2, particles specific surface area shape sintered density and others were similar to that of the particles which were produced with gases only when the pellets are fabricated in the nuclear fuel manufacturing process So the waste AC solution which is produced in the commercial AUC conversion plant is possible to recycle.

In the present study, an evaporative generation process of ammonia-water solution film on the vertical plate was analysed. For the utilization of waste heat, hot water of low temperature was used as the heat source. The continuity, momentum, energy and diffusion equations for the solution film and vapor mixture were formulated in integral forms and solved numerically. Counter-current solution-vapor flow resulted in the refrigerant vapor of the higher ammonia concentration than that of co-current flow. Eve the rectification of refrigerant vapor was observed near the inlet of solution film in counter-current flow. For the optimum operation of generator using hot water, numerical experiments, based on the heat exchange and generation efficiencies. revealed the inter-relationships among the Reynolds number of the solution film and hot water, and the length of generator. Enhancement of heat and mass transport in the solution film was found to be very effective for the improvement of generation performance, especially at high solution flow rate.
In this paper, a general closed-form solution for evaluating the dynamic behavior of a Timoshenko beam on elastic foundation under a moving harmonic line load is formulated in the frequency-wavenumber domain and in a moving coordinate system. It is found that the characteristic equation is quartic with real coefficients only, and its poles can be presented explicitly. This enables the substitution of these poles into Cauchy's residue theorem, leading to the general closed-form solution. The solution can be reduced to seven existing closed-form solutions to different sub-problems and a new closed-form solution to the subproblem of a Timoshenko beam on an elastic foundation subjected to a moving quasi-static line load. Two examples are included to verify the solution.
In this paper we consider the semilinear hyperbolic symmetric system of the first-order. The existence and uniqueness of the solution are proved, under certain conditions, some properties of the solution are investigated.

In the past, when the credit card was delivered to the customer, the postal agreement and receipt were signed by customer. The repossessed documents were sent back to the card company through the reorganization process. The card company checks the error by scanning and keeps it in the document storage room. This process is inefficient in cost and personnel due to delivery time, document print out, document sorting, image scanning, inspection work, and storage. Also, the risk of personal data spill is very high in the process of providing personal information. The proposed system is a service that receives a postal agreement and a receipt to a recipient when signing a credit card, signing the mobile image instead of paper, and automatically sending it to the card company server. We have designed a system that can protect the cost of paper documents, complicated work procedures, delivery times and personal information. In this study, we developed 'u-paperless' and secure credit card delivery system applying electronic document and security system.

In this paper, autonomous information exchange methodology is studied between IEDs using SOAP protocol based on XML and PtP communication to archive the safety and reliability of large-scale system operation. The SOAP protocol has the advantages in the independency Problem for operating systems, using language, platforms and the security problem because it is XML-based RPC protocol. Inference-based solution of the IED is designed as rule-based solution so that the IED internal status, the system status or the faulted zone can be inferred autonomously using the internal data as well as information data obtained from free information exchange among other IEDS, Also, it is designed so that the inference results and the operation information are transmitted to the above SCADA system, and determined autonomously whether the commands from the SCADA are executed or not. Finally, The inference-based solution of IED and information exchange system among IEDS is implemented using MS Visual C++ MFC, MS SOAP and MS XML. Availability and accuracy of the proposed methodology and the design is verified from diversity simulation reviews for typical distribution substation.
