Most recently, offshore Engineering & Construction field is concerned about integration management technology such as CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing), PDM(Product Data Management) and Enterprise Information Engineering in order to cope with the rapid change of engineering and manufacturer specification as per owner's requirement during construction stage of the project. System integration and integrated data modeling with relational database in integration management technology improve the quality of product and reduce the period of the construction project by reason of owing design information jointly. This paper represents the design methodology of system integration using Business Process Reengineering by the case study. The case study is about the offshore plant material information process from front end engineering design to detail engineering for the construction and the basis of monitoring system by integrating and sharing the design information between the 2D intelligent P&ID and 3D plant modeling using relational database. As a result of the integrated data modeling and system integration, it is possible to maintain the consistency of design process in point of view of the material balancing and reduce the design assumption/duration. Near future, this system will be expanded and connected with the MRP(Material Requirement Planing) and the POR (Purchase Order Requisition) system.

Since the great acceleration, the emergence of the sustainable development concept amid the conflict between economic growth and the preservation of the natural environment is at a time when an efficient land-environmental plan integration system is needed to achieve a smart balance between development and conservation. Although preceding studies have been conducted domestically and internationally on various aspects, the operating system has not been implemented effectively. In this study, the policy concept of environmental policy integration, the current status of integrated management of land-environmental plans in South Korea, and related literature studies were reviewed to derive overall complementary points. In addition, the review was carried out by reorganizing the domestic urban planning legal-based system and the environmental legal-based system according to the same hierarchy to promote an effective integration system, and in foreign cases, the establishment of spatial and environmental plans in Germany and Japan was typically considered to derive implications for the establishment of an efficient interconnection system for the integrated management of domestic land-environmental plans in the future.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of the case of France, which has already implemented the social integration policy with the interest of the social integration of migrants in advance of Korea. First, we analyzed the system and system of social integration policy in France. Second, we analyzed the social integration policy promotion system in France, and examined the ministries and the agencies that direct the integration policies of the migrants. Third, the implications for the integration policy of Korean immigrants were derived through the above analysis. As a result, France was promoting a consistent social integration policy at the level of the central government, and all members of the society participated in the social integration program. It also encouraged participation in the program in conjunction with social integration programs. Based on this, we concluded that the social integration policy of our country should be modified somewhat. First, it is necessary to pursue the unity of policy by uniting the ministries that can manage migrant social integration policy in our country. Second, the main target of the social integration policy of our country should include not only immigrants who migrated from abroad but also Koreans. Third, Korea should encourage migrants to participate more in social integration programs and at the same time increase their participation rate by disadvantage of staying.

In a large scale robot system, one of important problems is software integration, which involves three elements: modularity, reusability and stability. By these issues, the degree of convenience of system integration, its required time and the performance of the system stability can be determined. In addition, the convenience of system management can be determined by the degree of completion of service components. This paper explains the template based service component (TBSC) for the integration of service components in networked robot. The important characteristics of TBSC are automatical execution and recovery process by a PnP supporting robot framework, which helps a system operator to manage a robot system comfortably. For easy implementation and system stability, we provide a service component creator and a verification tool to developers.

Lately, the demand for automation in the industries has increased and automation system has continuously installed in various industrial fields. But automation for shipbuilding industries is more difficult than others. Because we must cope with diverse ship types and owner's various requirements. Nevertheless, for the past several years a steady development on welding robot for shipbuilding has been going on. Existing automatic welding robots are operated separately and do not communicate with each other. In the existing facilities, although a unit of robot has a good performance, and if all of units are not operated systematically, we are not satisfied with results of our system. So we suggest an integration and operation method of system units. System integration methods applied to our system have in many cases lead to lower cost and shorter lead time.

Electrical grounding is defined as referencing an electrical circuit or a common reference plane for preventing shock hazards and for enhancing operability of the circuit and EMI control. In order to realize the best electrical grounding system of korean space launch vehicle, we should design the electrical grounding architecture of korean space launch vehicle of system-level at the earliest point in design procedure. To minimize the electrical grounding loop and the unnecessary electromagnetic interference or radiation among the electronic subsystems, we should establish the electrical grounding rules of the all electrical interfaces. The electrical interfaces among the electronic subsystems are generally classified into the electrical power and signal interfaces. Because of using the primary and secondary power system architecture in the korean space launch vehicle system such as the common space launch vehicle systems, we need to establish the electrical grounding rules between the primary and secondary power system. We also need to establish the electrical signal grounding interface rules among the electronic subsystems. In this paper, we will describe the grounding schemes of the common space launch vehicle system and propose a conceptual design for the electrical grounding architecture of korean space launch vehicle system.

GPS/INS integration is widely considered as main navigation systems of vehicles since GPS(Global Positioning System) and INS(Inertial Navigation System) have their own strength and weakness, respectively. Accuracy, continuity, integrity, and availability should be provided in navigation systems of vehicles. Ultra-tightly integration can improve these capacities, expecially availability of GPS. Unmanned Expedition Vehicles(UEV) must be robust against Jamming and external impact because UEV have to substitute for a man when they are in the place where they can not be controlled by a man. This paper analyzes the performance of Ultra-tightly integration and compares it with those of loosely integration and tightly integration for some trajectories

This study suggests integration scheme for agricultural governance of South and North Korea after unification by comparing and analyzing their current agricultural governance, assuming drastic changes of economic system in integration process after unification. The North Korea's critical food shortage will force reformation of its agricultural governance to be the top priority in integration process after unification. The agricultural governance of South and North Korea has comparable structures. However, the North Korea's agricultural governance is extremely inefficient because it is established for political purposes. The integration scheme suggested includes expansion of Rural Development Administration, integration of research institutes, establishment of branch of Korea National University of Agriculture and Fisheries, transformation of existing North Korea's organization into South Korea's system and preparation of training programs for North Korea's officials.

The main purpose of this study is to seek better approach which explains reciprocal causality associated with factors causing social conflict and improving social integration respectively. Throughout this study, there are several important implications how social conflict can be solved in South Korea. In particular, government and policy makers in political sector should create an environment of social integration through political reforms by switching from vertical structure to horizontal structure and by encouraging ordinary people to actively participate in the policy-making processes and political activities. In economic sector, government and stakeholder associated with a certain economic issue should induce a change in the economic environment for social integration, focusing on distribution of wealth and employment stability. In social and cultural sectors, it is necessary to solve social and cultural problems (e.g., generation gap and conflict between the young and the old, multi-ethnic families, and lack of communication) by exploring better ways to establish an altruism and to interact with each other. In psychological sectors, PsyCap(Positive Psychological Capital) will help ordinary people to crate positive thinking and lead to social integration. For instance, political leaders having PsyCap are able to communicate with the people and can help the people to build positive main influencing on social integration. Finally, the improvement of the system is required because the improvement of insufficient system is the basis for reasonable and equitable social integration.
