This paper deals with an approach to boost the public sector SI market in Korea. In order to promote competition powers of the software industry in Korea, a software industry promotion law has been issued, which restricts large SI companies from competing in the public sector system integration market. However, naturally many SI projects in public sectors are too large and complicated to be carried by small and medium size companies. This paper proposes an approach to reform the SI market for those small and medium size SI companies.

Researches are working on integration of ontology in order to reuse the constructed ontologies. And lots of tools lot ontology integration have been developed and used. However conventional methods and tools have following shortages: they cannot integrate more than three ontologies at once, and numbers of people cannot work together for ontology integration with the tools. In this paper, we propose an ontology integration process (OntoIntegProcess) by using MetaOntology[1]. And we develop an ontology integration system (OntoIS) based on the process. We show the effectiveness of the proposed process and system through experimental results obtained from ontology integration.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, a global economic downturn and a recession in the shipping market are expected, it is important for domestic shipping companies to establish appropriate strategy in response to the recession. Accordingly, domestic shipping companies should grow into integrated logistics companies that combine shipping and logistics in the future. And for this purpose, it is necessary to actively promote logistics integration with external shipping and logistics companies. This paper presents the direction of logistics integration for domestic shipping companies to develop as integrated logistics operators with competitiveness in the global shipping market, and presents detailed alternatives. Domestic shipping companies lack the infrastructure such as ships, port terminals, and warehouses, so they have a weak capacity to independently promote logistics integration. At the shipping company level, a logistics integration promotion strategy should be established, and accordingly, logistics infrastructure, service network, and logistics integration operating system should be established. The government should provide tax benefits for logistics integration, financial support for M&As led by domestic shipping companies, a standardized information sharing system, and preparation of educational courses for nurturing digital manpower.

Since Industrial Revolution, the sudden industrialization and population explosion have brought about a serious environmental pollution on the air of the earth, the quality of water and the soil, and the greenhouse effect by the destruction of the ozone layer and the greenhouse gas, the organism diversity decline, the desertification by the ruining of woods and the overall global environmental pollution such as the contamination of the ocean and rivers have been come to the front. So the new recognition on the environment is being spreaded in construction business and the efforts for certification acquisition of ISO 14000 being followed by ISO 9000 are progressing, Accordingly, with an example of H Company where integration system is built so that it can minimize the efforts and cost at the construction of the management system, operation and management after the fact, this paper shall suggest the practical scheme of 3 steps through a study to integrate both existing quality management system and new environmental management system. As the integration system of the quality and environment which is constructed by this method is executed, the number of the established and managed document is cut by about a third and so the disorder to encounter between these documents is prevented and unnecessary efforts is reduced in constructing a system, consequently the efficiency of the system is accomplished. Also as the dualization of quality management system and environmental management system additionally needs more men and money after certification acquisition, the non-construction of the integration system may give rise to a cause to aggravate the burden of the company and hereafter when a new system is imported, it may be very difficult to integrate the system. This system integration enables a efficient and effective system to be constructed , operated , and managed after the fact.

This study aims to examine the integration process of educational system and school structure of the former East Germany into the Federal Republic of Germany following German unification. More specifically, the study focuses on drawing some policy suggestions and implications for achieving integration of South and North Korean educational system in a unified Korea. In fact, the school structure in the former East Germany had been integrated into West German educational system and school structure before and after official German unification by way of so called transitional process. The results of the study indicate that the integration process of school structure in the former East Germany into West German educational system was quite successful with stable management by means of various transitional measures and reaching an agreement between East and West Germany. Additionally, the study presents that local characteristics regarding school structure in the former East Germany were recognized and introduced in the integration process and they managed to handle the social change situation after German unification flexibly. However, it shows some shortcomings because it had been carried out in too short a period of time and the positive factors of school structure in the former East Germany had not been enough taken account into the integration process, along with the lack of inner comprehensive relevant infrastructure. Furthermore, the study points out that German case of school structure and its integration process after German unification has implications for specific ways Korea should pursue to achieve integration of South and North Korean educational system in a unified Korea. To be more specific, it suggests how we come up with plans and measures to establish integration of South and North Korean school structure in a stable way especially in terms of dealing with North Korean school structure and building an inner infrastructure.

Generally, the system of calculation for the multi-path ultrasonic flow meters can be divided into two methods by how to get the mean velocity, namely, weighting and direct method. Weighting-method derive the mean velocity through modeling in theoretical velocity profile. Direct-method derive the mean velocity though actual flow distribution. The system of calculation varies with maker's transducer configuration and integration method. Each system has merits and demerits. This paper describes the system of integration that calculates line velocity over cross-section of the circular pipe. Flow rate mr discussed in this paper is a difference between theoretical flow rate and integrated flow rate according to values of Reynolds number in symmetric flow field or theoretical flow rate and integrated flow rate according to rotated model in asymmetric flow field.

Electric Power Steering (EPS) mechanism has become widely equipped in passenger vehicle due to the increasing environmental concerns and higher fuel efficiency. This paper describes the development of concurrent simulation technique and simulation integration technique of EPS control system with a dynamic vehicle system. A full vehicle model interacting with EPS control algorithm was concurrently simulated on a single bump road condition. The dynamic responses of vehicle chassis and steering system resulting from road surface impact were evaluated and compared with proving ground experimental data. The comparisons show reasonable agreement on tie-rod load, rack displacement, steering wheel torque and tire center acceleration. This concurrent simulation capability was employed fur EPS performance evaluation and calibration as well as for vehicle handling performance integration and synthesis.

This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.

This study focuses on MRO e-Marketplace and attempts to research how companies select the structure of e-Marketplace governance and how it influences purchasing performance. Furthermore, a longitudinal study is conducted to analyze the dynamic relationship between variables in our research model. The research gives the following results. First, as the utilization level of e-Marketplace increases, the level of relational exchange between purchasing company and e-Marketplace increases. The increased utilization level enhances purchasing efficiency rather than reducing purchasing price. Secondly, as the level of relational exchange between purchasing companies and e-Marketplace increases, system integration increases, whereas supply externality decreases. Accordingly, system integration improves purchasing efficiency, whereas the low supply externality does not help lower purchasing price. Third, compared to the initial growth stage, the stable stage of e-Marketplace has the significantly increased level of relational exchange and purchasing efficiency through system integration, rather than the reduction of purchasing price by supply externality.

An integration system with multi-measurement sets can be realized via combined application of a centralized and federated Kalman filter. It is difficult for the centralized Kalman filter to remove a failed sensor in comparison with the federated Kalman filter. All varieties of Kalman filters monitor innovation sequence (residual) for detection and isolation of a failed sensor. The innovation sequence, which is selected as an indicator of real time estimation error plays an important role in adaptive mechanism design. In this study, the centralized Kalman filter with adaptive measurement fusion is introduced by means of innovation sequence. The objectives of adaptive measurement fusion are automatic isolation and recovery of some sensor failures as well as inherent monitoring capability. The proposed adaptive filter is applied to the GPS/SDINS integration system with an additional sensor. Simulation studies attest that the proposed adaptive scheme is effective for isolation and recovery of immediate sensor failures.
