중소기업의 정보시스템 도입과 실행과정에 대한 사례연구 : 화천기공을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on Information System Adoption and Implementation in a Small and Medium Enterprise : A Case of Hwacheon)

  • One of the most important issues in a small and medium sized enterprise (SME) is to identify how to apply IT to the organization so that it maximizes the effectiveness of IT. In general, a large company mainly plans to adopt, implement, and stimulate a new IT in a viewpoint of advanced IT system's capability for maximizing the effectiveness of IT. However, SME requires a totally different approach since SME's situation is different from a large enterprise's one. In this study, we investigate several factors that have an influence on the successful IT adoption and implementation of a SME through the case of Hwacheon. We also find out that CEO's support, CEO-initiating strategic meeting, IT development ability, and organizational compatibility in the introduction stage of IT are relatively more important than those in the implementation stage of IT, whereas IT flexibility, system quality, training and support, overcoming organizational resistance and performance improvement in the implementation stage of IT play critical roles in the IS success. Our results show that the advance of IT may not guarantee the success of IT implementation.

  • Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

ERP시스템의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 사용자 관점 (Success Factors for ERP System Performance)

  • This study was examined the relationship between the exogenous and endogenous variables in our model to measure ERP system performance using path analysis. The exogenous variables are system quality, user participation, user training, top management support and self-efficacy, and the endogenous variables are system usage, user satisfaction, and work efficiency. The results of the study are shown as follows. First, all the exogenous variables in our model have a direct effect on user satisfaction, and system quality, training, and self-efficacy have a direct effect on system usage. Second, system usage has a direct effect on user satisfaction and user satisfaction has a direct effect on work efficiency. The findings show that the exogenous variables in the model are important to increase ERP implementation success.

  • The e-business strategies ultimately pursue creating the maximal value for customers through the competitive advantages and business opportunities newly created on the basis of information technologies. For the realization of e-business strategies, the successful implementation and operation of e-business system must be the crucial activities in and out of an organization. Therefore, in physical world, there were lots of interests that what kind of key factors can lead the success of e-business system. Moreover, in the field of academia also, there have been many research results for investigating and finding out the key success factors for e-business system. However, the perceptual level of the significance of key success factors that organization members perceive can be changed over each phase of system life cycle such phases as introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. This study investigated that there might be significant differences in the perceptual level regarding importance of success factors among phases of system life cycle.

  • 최근 기업에서는 급변하는 경영환경과 비즈니스 역량강화를 위해 통합정보시스템의 도입과 구축이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 통합시스템의 성공요인은 전체적인 프로젝트 결과와 운영에 영향을 미치고 있지만 프로젝트의 성공요인 대한 연구는 다소 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프로젝트 구축과 운영에서 나타날 수 있는 성과 요인을 분석하기 위해, 선행연구와 실무분석에서 도출된 변수를 통해 주요 성공요인을 찾아내고자 하였다. 또한 기존 연구에서 제시해 왔던 요인을 업무프로세스 및 절차, 수행조직의 역량, 컨설턴트 및 참여 전문가 등으로 대별하여 프로젝트 이행과 운영에 영향을 미치는 요소를 투입 및 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 업무프로세스 절차와 수행조직의 역량보다는 컨설턴트 및 전문가 참여의 변수가 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 기업의 통합시스템 구축 및 성공요인에 대한 전문적 경험 부분에 대한 지침이 될 수 있기를 기대하고 있다.

정보시스템 성공 모델 모형을 이용한 IMS 성과측정 모형의 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on IMS Performance Modeling Using Information System Success Model)

  • 본 연구는 DeLone & McLean의 정보시스템 성공 모형을 이용하여 IMS의 성과측정을 위한 대안으로 IMS의 도입과 그 효과에 대한 실증적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구목적을 달성하고자 IMS 도입과 정보시스템 성공 모형에 대한 측정요소에 대한 문헌검토와 가설의 설정과 검증을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, IMS를 구축하고 운영하는 조직에서 담당자들의 IMS사용의도를 증가하기 위해서는 정보 품질, 시스템품질, 서비스 품질에 초점을 맞추어 IMS를 구축해야 하며, 최우선은 서비스 품질 쪽에 비중을 두어야 한다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 둘째, IMS를 구축하여 운영하는 조직의 담당자들의 만족도를 증가하기 위해서는 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질, 정보 품질에 초점을 맞추어 구축해야 한다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 마지막으로 성과에 영향을 주는 항목으로는 사용자 만족도보다는 사용자 의도가 더 중요하다는 점을 발견하였다.

정보시스템 감리의 서비스 품질이 의뢰기관의 품질 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Information System Audit Quality on Quality Performance of Client Firms)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외부 IT감리의 핵심 성공 요인을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 정보시스템 성공 모형과 서비스 품질 개념을 기반으로 통합 모델을 제시하였다. 연구모형은 외부 감리를 수행한 경험이 있는 국내 공공기관을 표본으로 총 254개의 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 서비스 품질 특성 중 응답성, 신뢰성, 유형성은 정보시스템의 구현 프로세스 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 프로세스 품질은 정보시스템 구현 성공(시스템 품질)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

농촌 지역개발사업의 성공 요인 -농촌신활력플러스 사업 추진체계를 중심으로- (The Successful Factors of Rural Community Development Project -Focusing on the Implementation System of New Rural Vitalization Plus Project-)

  • The study aims to explore the success factors focus on the system for implementing the New Rural Vitalization Plus Project (NRVPP). It offers recommendations to bring the success of the community development projects and support the strategies in political and practical. Conclusions and recommendations for improving the practice of implementation are based on the results of the in-depth interview with 9 developers and experts joining the NRVPP. Findings show that the promotion team as the NGO for the community development project used the collaboration and cooperation network to progress for the success of the project although they suffered the political, legal, and institutional problems hindering the normal function of each promotion entity in municipalities. The implications of the study were presented in the conclusion section.
