In this paper, we present a comprehensive study for the development of quadruped walking robot. To understand the walking posture of a tetrapod animal, we begin with a careful observation on the skeletal system of tertapod animals. From taking a side view of their skeletal system, it is noted that their fore limbs and hind limbs perform characteristic roles during walking. Moreover, the widths of footprints and energy efficiency in walking have a close relationship through taking a front view of their walking posture. According to these observations, we present a control method where the kinematical solutions are not necessary because we develop a new rhythmic gait pattern for the quadruped walking robot. Though the proposed control method and rhythmic pattern are simple, they can provide the suitable motion planning for the robot since the resultant movement is based on the animal's movements. The validity of the proposed idea is demonstrated through dynamic simulations.

A satellite is exposed to various impact environment until orbit entry. It is particularly undergoing the biggest impact by pyro shock, which is generated when the launch vehicle stages are separated or the satellite is separated from the launch vehicle. In this paper, due to the fact that the pyro shock is prerequisite for performing the test and verification on the ground, we developed an air-gun type shock tester for NEXTSat-1 shock test at the KAIST SaTReC along with the development of program introduced by LabVIEW software. The program operated in shock tester is consist of data measurement and analysis with the convenient implementation of user interface and its easy modification of the code.

The increase in seaborne cargoes has made our coastal traffic congested, and future coastal traffic is also expected to increase considerably as result of our economic development and high dependence on foreign trade. This increased traffic may be a cause of serious sea pollution as well as greater number of sea accidents. In view of this problem the introduction of VTMS along on our coast is required, following careful study of a large number of foreign systems. This paper analyzes the actual condition of 132 VTMSs in the world from the view point of management method authority of VTMS, coverage and characteristics of system. And this results provide helpful information for the development of VTMS in the future and for the implementation of VTMS in our coastal waterway.

Models from different perspectives including functinal view, behavioural view and information view are necessary to implement complex systems such as CIM. It is difficult to integrate those models into a unified framework since they describe different aspects of the system for different purposes. However, modeling from different perspectives is often the case, and many workers are involved in developing a system. Thus, the transformation or interconnection mechanism is required to cope with the consistency problem between them and to save the efforts during development. In this study, a methodology to thansform the IDEFO model into a process flow model is proposed.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of tourism development and the national economy. The effectiveness of the regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of development of tourism and the national economy largely depends on the presence of an effective central executive body that would take care of the problems of the development of the industry, the quality and perfection of legal support, a strategic view of programming the development of the industry within the state and regions, as well as administrative mechanisms of public administration, which fully ensure control over the activities of economic entities and the quality of the services they provide. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of tourism development and the national economy were identified.

Wood-culture is new paradigm which is substituted for the cement culture, and the study of wood-culture should keep pace with not only the study of a engineering science but also a sociological study to form a theory system. The purpose of this study is to suggest the method of sociological approach of the wood culture which have not yet tried at home and abroad; in view of structural-functionalism, systemical-functionalism, conflict theory, social-change theory by analyzing cases in Korea. In view of structural-functionalism, social system consists of cognition system, institution system, life system and technology system. These sub-systems fulfill the function of what-should-be, reasonability, reality and development. In view of systemical-functionalism, according to the acknowledgment and spreading proccess of the wood usefulness, wood culture system consists of the individual system, organizational system and the social system. In view of conflict theory, the society which has the wood culture can be classified into three types. The one is society which the traditional wood culture is declining and the cement culture is spreading. The other one is society which the cement culture is declining and the traditional wood culture is spreading. Another is Finally the society which the two type balance with. In view of social-change theory, the society can be classified into three types. The one is society which the wood culture is proceeding to the cement culture. The other is society which the cement culture is proceeding to the wood culture. Another is society which the wood culture changes itself. Finally, from a view of changing level, the society can be classified into three types: the micro-change, the middle-level-change, and the macro-change. It's need to study wood culture systemically in view of engineering and sociological science. And then it will be possible to make 'wood culture theory system'.

As web 2.0 becomes one of the important architecture styles, more web applications adopt single page structure instead of multiple web pages and navigations between pages. A single page web application client, called a mashup client in this paper, interfaces more than one services and allows users to navigate in the page. A mashup client page includes complicated functions and has to handle various styles of services and user requirements, and therefore is usually developed manually. In this paper, we propose a model driven code generation approach for in-page navigations. We propose a page model and view navigation design approach, applying REST service architecture patterns. Then, we consider type conditions for each view to have service calls or navigation controls. Also, we developed an XForms page code generation system to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method. The developed system generates mashup client pages including navigation controls between services and views. This system can generate ready to use codes from service specifications, so this can help to reduce the development overhead. Moreover, our approach is based on formal model and navigation patterns so the generated result code is simple and easy to understand, and includes only the necessary controls. Therefore, the proposed approach can be more effective for the case of a large number of services.

The directions and tasks of rural planning system can be accessed by the three view points of planning theory that are value formation, mean identification and effectuation. The concept of rural planning in Korea have been confronted with many problems and need to make new paradigm being able to develop depressed rural area. The highest valve in rural planning have been changed from economic development oriented to environmentally sound and sustainable development oriented. Also, the strategy of rural development have been changed rapidly. The growth pole theory and agricultural economic development strategy have been replaced by the urban-rural linkage theory and multi-sectoral development strategy including economic. social and spatial development. In recent, The implementation instruments for rural development focus on the participation of residence in rural area.
