강우자료를 이용한 사방댐 배면 퇴적물의 준설시기 선정 (Suggestion on the Dredging Time of Sediments Behind Debris Barrier Using Rainfall Data)

  • 준설퇴적물 관리시스템이 설치된 사방댐(강원도 인제군)을 대상으로 강우강도-강우지속시간 한계곡선(I-D curve)을 이용하여 사방댐 배면의 퇴적물에 대한 준설시기를 선정하였다. 강원지역에서 약 30년 동안 6-9월 사이의 집중호우로 발생된 산사태 자료를 이용하여 I-D curve를 제안하였다. 준설관리시스템의 운영기간 동안 연구지역에서는 산사태가 발생되지 않았으며, 모든 강우사상은 I-D curve 아래에 위치하고 있다. 준설퇴적물 관리시스템에 대한 모니터링 결과 준설퇴적물 관리시스템에서 측정된 준설퇴적물 하중은 증가 양상을 보였으나 증가량은 적은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 준설퇴적물의 증가는 산사태에 의한 것이 아니라 집중호우시 산지표층부에서 발생된 일부 토사유실에 의한 것임을 알 수 있다. 준설퇴적물 관리시스템에 설치된 강우자료를 활용하여 사방댐 배면 준설퇴적물의 양을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있으며, 강우 한계곡선(I-D curve)을 함께 활용할 경우 사방댐 배면의 퇴적물에 대한 최적의 준설시기 선정이 가능하게 된다.

선체 변형 근사곡선을 이용한 추진축계 정렬의 유연성 평가 (The Flexibility Estimation of Alignment for Propulsion Shaft System using the Approximated Hull Deflection Curve)

  • In this paper, based on the measured data of hull deflection, an approximated hull deflection curve is drawn using reverse analyzed hull deflection data and the estimation method for flexibility analysis of shaft alignment is proposed by use of the approximate hull deflection curve. Generally an offset value of after stern tube bearing is a datum point with an fore stern tube bearing however the shaft alignment has a tendency which is able to get higher flexibility if the shafting system has the deflection value from after stern tube bearing as reference to bottom direction according to results of on this study. By applying this result of study, the shaft alignment for next similar ships will be able to estimate how to follow the hull deflection and how to be influenced by hull deflection at shaft alignment analysis state using the approximated hull deflection curve.

  • In order to design Non-point source management, the aspect of statistical features of the entire precipitation data should be focused since non-point source discharge is driven by continuous rainfall runoffs. 3-parameter mixed exponential probability density function is used to establish urban stormwater capture curve instead of previous single-parameter exponential PDF. Then, recent 10-year data in Busan are applied to establish the curve. The result shows that 3-parameter mixed PDF gives better resolution.

  • We have developed the exclusive CAD/CAM system for the machining of impeller blades. This study is about the mod-eling method for the effective machining of impeller blades farmed by ruled surface. As the impeller is consisted of boss part and blade part, the boss is modeled by rotational surface of hub curve on z-axis and the blade is described by ruled- surfaces between hub curve and shroud curve. This modeling process can be carried out on the software developed in this study. And, the developed software can describe the impeller as a solid model through interface with Solid-Works soul- ware. The developed software containing the interface method proposed in this study was very effective fur impeller modeling.

  • To understand adhesive phenomena, we need to get force curve between two surfaces. And it is said that high stiffness force analysis system is needed to get precise force curve and more information of the surfaces. Usually the stiffness of the force measurement system is under the order of 10N/m. The stiffer force measurement system, however, results in more information on the surface, because higher stiffness lead to the wider range of force curves, secondly because the force curve obtained through the stiffer one describes more precise relationship between relative tip-sample separation and interaction force. In this paper, considering for stiffness and resolution, the cantilever was designed and we made adhesion force measurement apparatus with high stiffness and high resolution, so we measured adhesive force between Ag-ball and wafer.

  • 최근 하드웨어의 발달로 영상처리를 사용한 운전자 보조 기능의 차선인식 시스템이 상용화 되고 있다. 하지만 고속도로 주행과 같은 차선이 확실하고 곡률이 완만한 비교적 이상적인 상황에서의 차선인식을 전제로 만들어진 시스템이 많아 시내도로와 같이 상대적으로 곡률이 크고 일부 차선이 확실치 않은 장소에서는 차선인식이 힘들어 무인 자동차 제어에는 적용하기 힘들다. 본 논문은 무인차량의 자동주행을 위해 labeling과 차선예측을 통해 급격한 곡선 차로나 차선이 한쪽만 그려져 있는 경우에도 강인하게 차선인식이 가능한 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법을 이용하여 이상적인 경우가 아닌 급격한 곡선차로가 있거나, 차선이 한쪽만 있는 실제 환경의 경우에서도 차선인식이 가능함을 보였다.

ECAM Control System Based on Auto-tuning PID Velocity Controller with Disturbance Observer and Velocity Compensator

  • This paper proposed an ECAM (Electronic cam) control system which has simple and general structure. The proposed cam controller adopted the linear and polynomial curve-fitting method to generates a smooth cam profile curve function. Smooth motion trajectory of master actuator guarantees the good performance of slave motion and has an important effect on the interpolation quality of ECAM. The auto-tuning PID velocity controller was applied to overcome the uncertainties in ECAM, and the gains of the controller are updated continuously to ensure the consistency of system performance under varying working conditions. The robustness of system against the varying load torque disturbances and noises is guaranteed by using the load torque disturbance observer to suppress the disturbance on master actuator. The velocity compensator was applied to compensate the degradation of performance of slave motion caused from the varying driving speed of master motion. The stability and validity of the proposed ECAM control system was verified by simulation results.

  • This study is on a mathematical model of profile shifted involute gear, and this model is based on Camus's theory. Gear is general mechanical elements that used for power transmission between two shafts that interval is comparatively short. and it delivers bit power as accurate ratio of speed. The profile of Spur gear which is the most basic factor is divided into Trochoidal fillet curve and Involute curve. Involute curve is used a lot of a shape curve of machine parts such as a gear, a scroll compressor and a collar of centrifugal pump. However, It is poor to study the modeling of Trochoidal fillet curve and the three dimensions model shaped mathematical curve. So we draw three dimensions gear have accurate mathematical function using ADS(Automatic Drawing system), VisualLISP. To check accuracy and perfection, we make a program of checking Interference. and use for this study.

Learning Curve를 이용한 G.T형 생산성향상 모델 구축 (The Construction of Productivity Improvement Model with Group Technology Style through the Utilization of Learning curve)

  • This paper constructs Croup Technology process-based learning curve model adjusted to a Group Technology environment which accounts for shared learning that occurs when multiple products utilize some of the same process steps. Through this constructed model, the estimated times and productivity of labor calculated by the Group Technology process-based learning curve model are compared with those generated by employing product-based 1 earning curve model. For sensitivity analysis of the model, the impact of learning rate and the ordered production quantity on the ratio differences between Group Technology process-based learning curve model and product-based learning curve model are examined. These results indicate the critical importance of employing Group Technology process-based learning curve model when a process spans multiple products.

  • It is frequently important to approximate a rational B$\acute{e}$zier curve by an integral, i.e., polynomial one. This need will arise when a rational B$\acute{e}$zier curve is produced in one CAD system and is to be imported into another system, which can only handle polynomial curves. The objective of this paper is to present an algorithm to approximate rational B$\acute{e}$zier curves with polynomial curves of higher degree.
