국방 AI 소요의 중복 최적화를 위한 AI 능력(Capability)의 역할 개념모델 연구 (A study on a conceptual model of AI Capability's role to optimize duplication of defense AI requirements)

  • Multidimensional efforts such as budgeting, organizing, and institutionalizing are being carried out for the adoption of defense AI. However, there is little interest in eliminating duplication of defense resources that may occur during the AI adoption. In this study, we propose a theoretical conceptual model to optimize duplication of AI technology that may occur during the AI adoption in the vast defense field. For a systematic approach, the JCA of the US DoD and system abstraction method are applied, and the IMO logical structure is used to decompose AI requirements and identify duplication. As a result of analyzing the effectiveness of our conceptual model through six example defense AI requirements, it was found that the amount of requirements of data and AI technologies could be reduced by up to 41.7% and 70%, respectively, and estimated costs could be reduced by up to 35.5%.

전자선화증권 도입의 장애요인에 관한 실증적 연구 - 볼레로 전자선화증권을 중심으로 - (A Empirical Study on the Obstacles to the Adoption of Electronic Bill of Lading - Focusing on the Bolero Bill of Lading -)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify key obstacles to the adoption of electronic bill of lading and to suggest an effective way to promote the utilization of electronic bill of lading in international trade field. This study finds that all the respondants have not used 'true' electronic bill of lading that is issued and distributed electronically, and most of them agreed the needs of e-B/L adoption, but their intentions to adopt e-B/L remain very low in the present situation. Five obstacles to the adoption of e-B/L were derived from an explanatory factor analysis: 'integration' factor, 'law institution' factor, 'usability' factor, 'economic efficiency' factor, and 'security' factor. Solutions to promote the utilization of e-B/L in international trade field are as follows; Firstly, to endow e-B/L with the legal force through amending relevant laws including the commercial law. Secondly, to conclude the relevant international agreement, and to carry out joint projects between nations are needed. Thirdly, to conduct publicity campaigns is required to increase the understanding of the concepts and benefits of e-B/L to all concerned parties. Fourthly, stable and reliable system must be constructed with high level security. Fifthly, to readjust the service fee of e-B/L system to a realistic level is to be needed in order for user companies to use e-B/L service.

An Investigation of Behavioral Intention Towards QR Code Payment in Bangkok, Thailand

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting Thai commercial bank users' behavioral intention towards QR code payment system via mobile banking applications. The researchers conducted the study based on quantitative research approach. Non-probability sampling method such as the quota and convenience sampling was applied as sampling technique. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed. The data was collected from 1,800 respondents living in Bangkok, who have had an experience with QR code payment system with the top-three mobile banking applications in Thailand. This study concentrates on confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling as a statistical tool to examine the data, model accuracy, and influence of critical variables. In addition, the researchers applied the first-order and second-order techniques to examine the relationship between constructs. Adoption readiness and perceived risk were second-order constructs. The results reveled that compatibility has an impact on attitude towards QR code payment. Moreover, adoption readiness, compatibility, attitude, and personal innovativeness are statistically significant that impact behavioral intention towards QR code payment. The strongest antecedents of behavioral intention were compatibility, attitude, adoption readiness, and personal innovativeness, respectively. Surprisingly, perceived risk and perceived trust do not statistically have a significant impact on behavioral intention towards QR code payment.

가족센터(구 건강가정지원센터)의 입양가족 대상 서비스 제공의 필요성과 역할 정립에 관한 연구 (A Study on Family Support Service for Adoptive Families in terms of Necessity and Role of the Family Center)

  • 본 연구는 가족센터와 입양기관에서 입양 프로그램을 다룬 경험이 있는 종사자를 대상으로 프로그램 진행 경험을 살펴봄으로 가족센터의 입양가족 대상 서비스 제공의 필요성과 역할을 정립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 입양가족 대상 프로그램을 진행한 경험이 있으며 자발적으로 인터뷰에 응한 가족센터 3기관의 종사자 9명, 입양기관 2기관의 종사자 3명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구의 주요결과로는 첫째, 가족센터가 처음 입양가족 프로그램을 진행하게 된 계기로는 다양한 가족을 발굴하면서와 주요 의사결정 대상자가 이 문제에 관심을 가지면서, 기존 프로그램에 입양가족이 참여하면서인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 입양가족 대상 프로그램은 기존의 프로그램, 즉 자조모임과 공동육아나눔터 등에 만족하면서 가족교육이나 가족상담을 요청하면서 확장되었다. 그러면서 현장의 실무가들은 입양가족에게 접근하는 방법을 알아가게 되고 좀 더 전문적인 서비스 제공을 위해 고심하는 과정을 거친다. 셋째, 실무가의 애로사항이기도 한 것으로, 정부 부처의 공식적 요청이나 지원, 한국건강가정진흥원에서의 매뉴얼이 없어 자신들의 방식으로 주변 입양기관과의 협력과 자원 발굴의 과정을 거치면서 입양프로그램을 진행해오고 있었다. 넷째, 실무가들이 평가하는 전달체계로서 가족센터의 장점은 전국적 인프라와 가족 전문가의 상주, 통합적 가족 프로그램 제공 등을 들고 있었다. 마지막으로, 극복해야 할 점으로는 입양가족 대상자의 특수성을 고려한 담당자의 대상자 이해교육과 입양기관과의 긴밀한 협력, 한국건강가정진흥원의 기본 메뉴얼 제공, 가족 대상자의 포괄성을 높이기 위한 정부의 재정 지원 확대를 꼽았다. 이에 대한 노력이 종합적으로 이루어진다면 입양가족의 건강성 증진에 크게 기여할 것이다.

한국 의류산업의 QR Technology 도입과 효과에 대한 연구 (QR Technology Adoption and Effects in Korean Apparel Industry)

  • In order to settle down structural causes of the process of distribution and apparel production in domestic fashion industry, and to raise competitive power with changing market environment, we need to bulid up Quick Response(QR) system based on information technology such as EDI(Electronic Data Interchange), KAN(Korea Article Number), and POS(Point of Sales), POS is the most valuable information tool to promote QR system paractically. The purpose of this study was to investigate motivation of POS adoption, problems in operating the system, and satisfaction on POS effects. Data were collected by sending questionnaire to the managers in apparel firms which were using POS. Statistical devices were t-test, frequency with SAS program. The results fo the study were as follows: 1. The degree of satisfaction to POS effects was rather good. Especially, rapid evaluations on new products gave the greatest satisfaction to the users. 2. Satisfaction degree of POS effects according to introduces time and organization characteristic(number of employees) have no significant difference, but the firms which have higher annual sales volume showed higher satisfaction degree. Merchandise department showed higher satisfaction on POS effects. 3. The motivation of POS adoption was an effective logistics control with consumer information as a marketing strategy. The problems in operating the system were lack of investment, and professionals. They almost didn't have KAN code, instead, have their own code system.

중소기업 최고경영층의 조직간 정보시스템 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Influencing Factors on the 10S Usage Intention of the Small- and Midium-sized Firms′ Top Management)

  • Given the importance of adoption of the IOS (Interorganizational System) and the “much-slower-than-anticipated” growth of IOS adoption, especially in small- and midium firms, this study aimed to identify the key determinants of small- and midium-sized firms' ISO usage. Based on prior research on IT/EDI adoption in various organizations, the model that incorporates 9 factors that are hypothesized to have influence on the ISO usage decision was developed and empirically tested against data collected from 114 small- and midium-seized firms' top management. The results show that perceived financial costs are found to be major impediments to usage intention, and perceptions of relative advantage, compatibility, risk are also important determinants of ISO usage intention in small- and midium-sized firms. Implications of these findings are duscussed for researchers and practitioners.

Adoption of Smart Sustainability Performance Measurement System (SPMS) in Hotels and Variations across Ratings, Reviews, and Operational Efficiency Scores

  • Hotels have recently started to implement enterprise information systems to measure and report sustainability indicators in a smart manner. However, a complex ownership structure in a hotel chain prevents full smart systems adoption at the individual property level. This study explores how a smart sustainability performance measurement system (SPMS) for waste management adoption correlates with customer ratings, customer reviews, operational efficiency scores, and between franchised and corporate-managed properties. We derive insights from the secondary data constructed from multiple sources for a large multinational hotel chain hotel. The findings suggest that hotels that adopt SPMS have better operational efficiency scores and more customer reviews. Within the hotels that adopted SPMS, corporate-managed hotels have a lower level of ratings than franchised hotels, but they have higher operational efficiency scores and more reviews. We discuss research implications for the concept of smart tourism and hotel management literature and managerial implications.

현행 친양자제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Current Full Adoption System)

  • 양자제도는 나라마다 고유문화와 인간사회 발전의 속도에 따라 변화하는 내용이 서로 같지 않지만 자녀의 복리를 최우선하는 '자를 위한 양자제도'가 범세계적인 추세임에는 틀림이 없다. 이 양자제도는 당사자간의 합의에 의하여 혈연적인 관계가 없음에도 불구하고 자가 양친의 친생자로서의 신분을 취득하는 법정혈족관계를 말한다. 특히 오랜 기간 전통적인 가의 계승을 위한 이 양자제도는 시행하는 과정에서 여러 가지 문제가 지적되어 자녀의 복리를 위하여 친부모와 친족관계를 단절시키고 양친과 친생자관계를 발생시키는 친양자제도가 2005년 민법개정을 통해 도입되었고, 2008년 1월 1일 시행하고 있다. 그러나 이 또한 민법에서 친양자 입양조건 및 부부공동 입양에 있어서 3년간이라는 혼인기간을 요구하는 등 엄격하게 규율하고 있어 친양자제도를 실현하는데 한계가 있다는 문제점이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 우리나라 현행 친양자제도에 대한 법률적인 내용을 검토하고, 친양자제도와 관련한 외국의 입법례를 통하여 자의 복리를 위한 최선의 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 의류업체의 CRM 도입현황 (Current CRM Adoption in Korean Apparel Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current CRM situation in Korean apparel industry. Specifically, research purposes were 1) to examine the concepts and benefits of CRM, 2) to examine CRM strategies, 3) to analyze CRM system(i.e., customer relationship management service, customer segmentation criteria, DB management system), and 4) to analyze the potential problems and CRM adoption plan. The subjects for this research were thirty CRM managers in Korean apparel firms classified by the company type(woman's wear, man's wear, casual wear, children's wear, retailer) interviewed from December 2003 to March 1004. The results of this study were as follows: First, the concept of CRM represented the prime customer relationship, continuous consideration, and customer management system. The benefits of CRM reflected re-sales, improvement of profit share, and acquisition of customer's data base. Second, concerning the CRM strategies, most companies focused on persistent customer management through mileage program, membership cards and also implemented product strategies such as demand forecasting, customization based on customer data analysis. We also found that industry preferred to use pricing strategies, for example, segmentation of customer through discrepancies of price in which customers are provided by discount and gift voucher services. Regarding distribution strategy, channel diversification, localized service, and convenient delivery system were used. As promotion strategies, they chose celebrating customers' personal events and promoting cultural events and issuing coupons. Third, regarding CRM system, information service was the most frequently adopted, important and highly beneficial category. Also POS/web-POS, homepage were main sources of information. RFM is the mostly commonly used customer segmentation criteria. Fourth, potential problems in CRM adoption were lack of CRM knowledge and performance measurement of CRM. Future CRM adoption plan included CRM education and development of CRM performance measures.

한국채택국제회계기준 도입 사례분석 : 지상파방송업을 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Adoption of K-IFRS: focusing on the Ground Radio Wave Broadcasting System Sector)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2011년부터 상장기업에 적용되는 회계기준인 한국채택국제회계기준(K-IFRS)의 도입과정 및 재무적 영향을 (주)SBS미디어홀딩스를 통하여 사례분석하는 것이다. 도입과정은 크게 두 단계로 나뉘는데, 회계기준 변경으로 인한 영향을 분석하는 단계와 이를 실행하기 위한 IT 부문의 system 변경 및 구축 범위 결정 단계이다. 그리고 K-IFRS 적용으로 재무적 영향에 가장 크게 영향을 미친 것은 연결대상의 변동으로 인한 영향이고 개별계정과목 중에는 재고자산 및 무형자산(방송콘텐츠자산)인 것으로 나타났다.
