Nowadays, the increasing global competition forces manufacturer to reduce the cost and time for implementation of manufacturing system. The AR(augmented reality) technology as a new human-machine interface introduces a noteworthy perspective for a new manufacturing system design. Using AR technology, a physically existing production environment can be superimposed with virtual planning objects. Therefore, the planning tasks can be validated without modeling the surrounding environment of the production domain during short process planning time. In this paper, we introduce the construction of AR browser and determine the optimal environment parameters for field application of AR system through lots of tests. And, many methods such as multi-marker coordinate system, division of virtual objects and so on, are proposed in order to solve the problems suggested from initial field test. Based on these tests and results, the test-bed of C/Pad assembly system is configured and robot program for C/Pad assembly is generated based on AR system.
In this paper, a design and experiment of PCI Express Core verification Model is described. The model targeting Endpoint core verification is designed by using newly-emerging SystemC which is a system design language based on a new C++ class library and simulation engine. In the verification model, we developed a SystemC Host System model which act as a Root Complex and Device Driver dedicated to the PCI Express Endpoint RTL Core. The test of Host System Model is guided by scenarios which implements and acts point of Device Driver and Root Complex and shows the result of simulation. Also, We present the full structure of verification model and Host model.

The development motive and maintenance of navigation system were military strategy purpose since middle of 20th century. During cold war period between the United States and the Soviet since the Second World War, advanced navigation system that two countries are responded individually have done development competitively. These systems are exhibited on general except military purpose gradually and are taking charge of point role in economy transport activity such as transportation of logistics between the country. Navigation system can divide into ground system and satellite system. Representative system of ground system is Loran-C(Long Range Navigation), and representative system of satellite system is GPS(Global Position System). Loran-C system is a system that use much in all the world country sea and ground, but GPS and DGPS that present is a satellite navigation system are used much. According to development of satellite system, examine about actual conditions of Loran-C navigation system and practical use plan in this paper because there is controversy about role of Loran-C navigation device along with Loran-C's operation and user decrease, and discusses for Loran-C's development direction.

The enhancement of C2(Command and Control) system will increase effectiveness of individual force power in combat engagement. Especially, available time of a given engaging force and information accuracy are the most influencing factors to increment of combat effectiveness after enhancement of C2 system. In this paper, by using Schutzer's C2 Theory and Measures of Effectiveness, we developed several analytical functions representing the relationships between C2 system enhancement and two most critical variables, available time and information accuracy. As a result of functional analysis, we showed C2 system enhancement and combat effectiveness have positive and non-linear relationship. The higher level of C2 system be required, the better combat effectiveness of force power can be obtained. Additionally, we proposed a proposition that the combat effectiveness of C2 system is more sensitive to available time than to information accuracy, which might be very important issue for further research in this field.
${\beta}$-SiC formation mechanism in Si melt-C-SiC system with varying in size of carbon source was investigated. A continuous reaction sintering process using Si melt infiltration method was adopted to control the reaction sintering time effectively. It was found that ${\beta}$-SiC formation mechanism in Si melt-C-SiC system was directly affected by the size of carbon source. In the Si melt-C-SiC system with large carbon source ${\beta}$-SiC formation mechanism could be divided into two stages depending on the reaction sintering time: in early stage of reaction sintering carbon dissolution in Si melt and precipitation of ${\beta}$-SiC was occurred preferentially and then SIC nucleation and growth was controlled by diffusion of carbon throughy the ${\beta}$-SiC layer formed on graphite particle. Furthmore a dissolution rate of graphite particles in Si melt could be accelerated by the infiltration of Si melt through basal plane of graphite crystalline.
In this work, a capacitive wireless power transfer (C-WPT) system is presented for wireless sensor system (WSS) applications in marine propulsion shafts. For a single Q factor on both sides of the coupling capacitor and reactive power removal from the circuit, a double-sided LCLC converter and transformers topology are designed to drive the rotary C-WPT system for WSS on the shaft. Parallel-connected parallel plate rotating capacitors with a capacitance of 170 pF are designed and implemented for the C-WPT system on a snow rotating shaft. In the experimental results, the C-WPT system achieved a transmission efficiency of 66.67% with 7.8 W output power at 3 mm distance and 1 MHz operating frequency. Therefore, it was proved that the fabricated C-WPT system can supply power to the WSS of the rotating shaft.

In Korea, the training is performed through independent environments without interoperability among L-V-C systems. In the L system, training for large units is limited due to civil complaints at the training grounds and road restrictions. The V system is insufficient in training related to tactical training, and the C system lacks practicality due to a lack of combat friction elements. To achieve synchronicity and integration training between upper and lower units, it is necessary to establish a system to ensure integrated training for each unit by interoperating the currently operating L, V, and C systems. The interoperability between the C-C system supports Korea-US Combined Exercise. On the other hand, the actual development of the training system through the interoperability of L, V, and C has not been made. Although efforts are being made to establish the L, V, and C system centering on the Army, the joint composite battlefield and LVC integrated architecture technology are not yet secured. Therefore, this paper proposes a new plan for the future training system by designing and implementing the LVC integrated architecture technology, which is the core technology that can build the L-V-C interoperability training system. In conclusion, a division-level L-V-C interoperability training system can be established in the future by securing the LVC integrated architecture technology.
This paper presents a SOC design methodology using the newly-emerging SystemC. The suggested methodology firstly uses SystemC to define blocks from the previously-developed system level algorithm with internal behavior and interface being separated and validate such a described blocks' functionality when integrated. Next, the partitioning between software and hardware is considered. With software, the interface to hardware is described cycle-accurate and the other internal behavior in conventional ways. With hardware, I/O transactions are refined gradually in several abstraction levels and internal behavior described on a function basis. Once hardware and software have been completed functionally, system performance analysis is performed on the built model with assumed performance factors and influences such decisions regressively as on optimum algorithm selection, partitioning and etc. The analysis then gives constraint information when hardware description undergoes scheduling and fixed-point trans- formation with the help of automatic translation tools or manually. The methodology enables C/C++ program developers and VHDL/Verilog users to migrate quickly to a co-design & co-verification environment and is suitable for SoC development at a low cost.

This study compared the temperature and humidity measured by an aspirated radiation shield (ARS), the accuracy of which has been recently verified, and those measured by a system developed by the parent company (Company A) to investigate and improve the performance of the developed system. The results are as follows. Overall, the two-plate system had a lower radiation shielding effect than the one-plate system but showed better performance results when excluding the effect of strawberry vegetation on the systems. The overall maximum temperature ranges measured by company A's system and the ARS were $20.5{\sim}53.3^{\circ}C$ and $17.8{\sim}44.1^{\circ}C$, respectively. Thus, the maximum temperature measured by company A's system was $2.7{\sim}9.2^{\circ}C$ higher, and the maximum daily temperature difference was approximately $12.2^{\circ}C$. The overall average temperature measured by company A's system and the ARS was $12.4{\sim}38.6^{\circ}C$ and $11.8{\sim}32.7^{\circ}C$, respectively. Thus, the overall average temperature measured by company A's system was $0.6{\sim}5.9^{\circ}C$ higher, and the maximum daily temperature difference was approximately $6.7^{\circ}C$. The overall minimum temperature ranges measured by company A's system and the ARS were $4.2{\sim}28.6^{\circ}C$ and $2.9{\sim}26.4^{\circ}C$, respectively. Thus, the minimum temperature measured by company A's system was $1.3{\sim}2.2^{\circ}C$ higher, and the minimum daily temperature difference was approximately $2.9^{\circ}C$. In addition, the overall relative humidity ranges measured by company A's system and the ARS were 52.9~93.3% and 55.3~96.5%, respectively. Thus, company A's system showed a 2.4~3.2% lower relative humidity range than the ARS. However, there was a day when the relative humidity measured by company A's system was 18.0% lower than that measured by the ARS at maximum. In conclusion, there were differences in the relative humidity measured by the two company's devices, as in the temperature, although the differences were insignificant.
This study evaluates geothermal system efficiency in terms of input power and heat exchange volume on the heat-source and load sides, by applying a combined open-closed type loop system comprising a geothermal system and a groundwater well to a cultivation site. In addition, this study analyzes the effects of heating and cooling for a complex geothermal system, by evaluating the temperatures of an external site and a cultivation site during operation. During cooling operations the heat exchange volume on the heat source side, average 90.0kW/h for an open type system with an input of 235L/minute groundwater, and 40.1kW/h for a closed type system with an input of 85L/minute circulating water, for a total average heat exchange volume of 130.1kW/h. The actual heat exchange volume delivered on the load side averages 110.4kW/h. The average EER by analysis of the geothermal system's cooling efficiency is 5.63. During heating operation analysis, the heat exchange volume on the heat source side, average 60.4kW/h in an open type system with an input of 266L/minute groundwater, and 22.4kW/h in closed type system with an input of 86L/minute circulating water, for a total average heat exchange volume of 82.9kW/h. The actual heat exchange volume delivered on the load side averages 112.0kW/h in our analysis. The average COP determined by analysis of the geothermal system's heating efficiency is 3.92. Aa a result of the tradeoff between the outside temperature and the inside temperature of the production facility and comparing the facility design with a combined well and open-closed loops geothermal(CWG) system, we determine that the 30RT-volume CWG system temperature are lower by $3.4^{\circ}C$, $6.8^{\circ}C$, $10.1^{\circ}C$ and $13.4^{\circ}C$ for ouside temperature is of $20^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$, $30^{\circ}C$ and $35^{\circ}C$, respectively. Based on these results, a summer cooling effect of about $10^{\circ}C$ is expected relative to a facility without a CWG system as the outside temperature is generally ${\geq}30^{\circ}C$. Our results suggest that a complex geothermal system provides improvement under a variety of conditions even when heating conditions in winter are considered. Thus It is expected that the heating-cooling tradeoffs of complex geothermal system are improved by using water screen.
