기업들은 ERP 시스템 도입 후에도 기존 시스템을 결합하여 운용하거나 새로운 시스템을 도입하기도 하며 각 기업의 ERP 시스템들이 연결, 통합되기도 한다. 이와 같은 이유로 ERP 출현과 함께 보다 강력하고 편리한 데이터 입력 기술에 대한 필요성이 점차 증가해왔다. 본 연구에서는 SAP R/3 시스템에서 제공하고 있는 인터페이스 기술과 함께 새로이 VBA기술을 사용하여 SAP R/3 시스템의 새로운 데이터 입력 인터페이스를 설계 및 구현하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이 방안의 장점은 사용자 관점에서 시스템 사용에 대한 거부감을 줄일 수 있으며 보다 편리한 데이터 입력과 출력으로 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The company protects the information of legacy system to satisfy all member in company. Integrating between applications is increasing recently because of e-Business activation. The e-Business activation also make between extra companies and intra companies integrated. This paper suggest on implementing the ERP using Phased Approach Method and the EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) with legacy system. This paper also suggest the standard method which would be used in implementing the EAI in another company and reduce the mistake during the EAI project. Therefore, it would be the one system between complicated systems through application integration, it would be also make shop floors visualized. This research would help users and service suppliers getting more advantages of e-Business system.

An online suit-customizing system for the special accessibility needs of wheelchair users should be developed because the demand for business suits by wheelchair users involved in economic activities has increased. This study develops a user interface an online customizing system for men's suits specialized for wheelchair users. This study used a five-step approach: (1) search for online men's suits customizing system in web porter sites, (2) select three sites based on three terms, (3) heuristic testing with five web specialists, (4) development of a system user interface based on suggestions for improvement from the heuristic test, (5) usability testing of the user interface prototype by 10 disabled men in wheelchairs. The interface of Company S had high ratings on interactivity, accessibility, informativeness, and consistency in the heuristic test results; subsequently, a user interface was developed based on suggestions for improvement from the heuristic test. This online user interface for customizing men's suits provides better usability to wheelchair users than existing online interfaces aimed at the non-disabled and disabled; consequently, this study contributes to the commercialization of an online customizing system for men's suits specializing in serving wheelchair users.

The purpose of this paper is to present a model to design the layout of the user interface components that handles many numbers of qualitative factors. An alternate rating system is also proposed for the closeness relationship ratings between the various pairs of components evaluated by using GOMS (goals, operators, methods and selection rules) technique. The proposed model is applied to the design of the part of the user interface in order to obtain the best layout of the components. The results of the proposed model are compared with that of an existing model, which handles single qualitative factor applied to obtain the layouts of user interface components.

A data model is a diagram that describes the properties of different categories of data and the associations among them within a business or information system. In spite of its importance and usefulness, data modeling activity requires not only a lot of time and effort but also extensive experience and expertise. The data models for similar business areas are analogous to one another. Therefore, it is reasonable to reuse the already-developed data models if the target business area is similar to what we have already analyzed before. In this research, we develop a case-based reasoning system for data model reuse, which we shall call CB-DM Reuser (Case-Based Data Model Reuser). CB-DM Reuse consists of four subsystems : the graphic user interface to interact with end user, the data model management system to build new data model, the case base to store the past data models, and the knowledge base to store data modeling and data model reusing knowledge. We present the functionality of CB-DM Reuser and show how it works on real-life a, pp.ication.

최근에 인공지능 기술발전과 더불어 코로나19 바이러스(COVID-19)가 장기화되면서 비대면 사회가 일상화되었고, 많은 기업들은 이에 대응하기 위한 디지털 트랜스포메이션과 인공지능 도입의 활성화를 촉진시키고 있으며 챗봇의 수요가 급격히 늘어났다. 또한 챗봇은 기존의 단순문의 대응에서 업무 트랜잭션 처리를 하기에 이르렀다. 하지만 기존 시스템과 연계를 위해 API를 개발해야하고 연계 하는데 많은 어려움이 발생하고 있어, 이를 해결하기 위해 RPA연계를 통한 하이브리드 챗봇을 구축하는 것이 점점 중요해지고 있으며, 최근 RPA와 챗봇의 결합이 많은 비즈니스 프로세스를 처리하는 효과적인 도구로 간주되고 있다. 그러나 연계사례 부족과 구축 방법을 찾아보기 힘들어 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 선행연구 고찰과 하이퍼오토메이션 관점에서 Conversational UX인 챗봇과 Task Automation의 RPA를 연계한 하이브리드 챗봇 구축을 위한 방법을 실제 구현사례를 바탕으로 제시하여, 보다 쉽게 연계방법을 이해하고 구축할 수 있도록 하여 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 적극적으로 AI 챗봇을 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 시사점이 있다.

웹은 문서를 공유하고 전달하는 방식이다. 그러나 현재는 음성/영상 데이터를 실시간으로 전달이 가능하며, 더욱 발전하여 사물과 연동되는 사물 인터넷으로 발전이 되고 있다. 기존의 음성/영상 데이터를 전달하는 프로그램의 경우 이기종 시스템과의 인터페이스, 확장성, 비용에서 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 음성/영상 전달 시스템이 이기종 운영체제의 제약을 개선하며, 기존 ERP 시스템과 호환성 및 확장성이 좋은 오픈소스 기반 시스템을 연구하여 개발한다. 프로그램은 이기종 시스템과의 인터페이스, 확장성을 고려한 방법론으로 프로그램을 설계 및 개발 하며, 시스템 구성 또한 오픈소스 기반의 비용절감과 확장성을 고려한 시스템으로 구성한다. 그러므로 연구 개발된 시스템은 확장성 및 인터페이스에서 우수함을 보이며, 시스템의 설계 및 개발 방법론은 영상회의, 영상채팅, 실시간 HMI(Human Machine Interface), 영상 SNS 등 여러 분야에서 활용이 가능하다.

Recently, searching agent systems to help purchase of products between business and customer have been actively studied in Electronic Commerce(EC). However, the most of comparative searching agent systems are only provided customers with searching results by the keyword-based search, and is not support the efficient decision models to be selected products considering the customer's requirements. This paper proposes the decision agent system applied decision model as well as searching functions based on the keyword-input to be selected useful products in EC. The proposed decision agent system is consist of the user interface, provider interface, decision model. Especially, as the example of the decision model, this paper is designed and implemented the prototype of decision agent system which is normalized the searching data and value of customer's preference weight as to each attribute, and orderly provided customers with computed results. This agent system is also carried out sensitive analysis according to the reflection ratio of the each attribute.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템이 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 인터넷 환경에서의 기업과 소비자(Business to Customer)간 또는 기업과 기업간(Business to Business)의 전자 거래 관련 응용 프로그램의 개발이 다양해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 기업과 기업간 전자 거래에 있어서 기업의 글로벌화를 통해 조달 업무의 투명성과 신속성 및 질적 향상을 추구할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 웹 기반 전자 입찰 시스템을 구현하는데 있어서 클라이언트와 서버 및 데이터베이스를 연동하기 위한 웹 기술, 기업간의 문서 교환을 위한 XML/EDI기술 및, 입찰과 계약과정, 조달과정에서 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 공개키 암호화 기술인 PKI기반 구조의 인증 및 전자서명을 활용한 보안 기능을 설계 및 구현한다.

This paper describes a scheduling support system for a plant where the machine environment may be modeled as non-identical parallel machine lines (NPML). That is, there are a number of stages in series with various different-capability-machines at each stage. Arriving continuously are jobs with their specific due dates, processing times and candidate processing machines. We’ve developed a real-time scheduling module in conjunction with a supporting production information system which supplies necessary data to the module. This scheduling module is one of the 9 modules in this system, and is composed of both a scheduling interface and a production monitoring interface. This module allows users to generate many candidate schedules by selecting their business policies. The selective arguments which are available consist of allocation costs, batch sizes and machine selection intervals. They are now being implemented at a powder metallurgy plant.
