This paper introduces a GP (Genetic Programming) based robust technique for the prediction of a heavy rain newsflash. The nature of prediction for precipitation is very complex, irregular and highly fluctuating. Especially, the prediction of heavy precipitation is very difficult. Because not only it depends on various elements, such as location, season, time and geographical features, but also the case data is rare. In order to provide a robust model for precipitation prediction, a nonlinear and symbolic regression method using GP is suggested. The remaining part of the study is to evaluate the performance of prediction for a heavy rain newsflash using a GP based nonlinear regression technique in Korean regions. Analysis of the feature selection is executed and various fitness functions are proposed to improve performances. The KLAPS data of 2006-2010 is used for training and the data of 2011 is adopted for verification.

The purpose of this study is to examine characteristics of symbolism as an important trend of the end of centuries, by comparing the symbolic characteristics from two periods, modern(1880∼1910s) and comtemporary(1990s), based on the typical characteristics of symbolic art by Robert R. Delevoy. Af for the study method, the contents analysis is adopted to present an objective data analysis and interpretation accompanied by theoretical approach through literature survey. Delevoy classifies symbolism into three categories such as mysticism, eroticism, and decorativeness. This study is developed based on the Delevoy's three categories. symbolistic costume reflecting systems of the society and the phases of the times, became to contain all aspects of functional, symbolic, and practical. Especially, the costume I contemporary era adopted a new approach, philosophical factors controling human's sensibility, and a sincere and analytical attitude on progress of technology. This study provide the fact that costume is a part to create aesthetic of self-expression as a field of formative art. Contemporary costume allows vital power for daily life of human by pursuing new aesthetic value, and it expresses inner world of human and moves on future-oriented to regain humanity. The symbolistic characteristics will continue to influence varous aspects of our society and play a main role in shaping the purpose of fashion design in the 21st century.

피승수와 승수의 부호에 상관없이 빠른 이진곱셈을 수행할 수 있는 효과적인 방법으로서 Booth 알고리즘의 승수 비트-쌍 재코딩 알고리즘을 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 승수 비트-쌍 재코딩 알고리즘을 광특성에 적합하도록 변형 발전시킨 광곱셈 알고리즘과 기호치환 가산기로 구성된 고속의 광곱셈기의 구현을 제안한다. 특히, 기호치환 가산규칙을 듀얼-레일 논리로 부호화해서 이 논리의 보수가 언제나 존재하기 때문에 기호치환 가산기에서 이 논리의 보수가 시프트연산에 의해 쉽게 구할 수 있게 했다. 또한 시프트된 두 영상을 직렬 연결하여 중첩시키므로서 중첩영상을 얻고, 이 중첩영상을 마스크로 보내 기준영상을 인식하는 기호치환 시스템을 구성한다. 따라서 광곱셈기의 수동광소자의 수와 시스템의 크기를 줄여서 일반적인 광시스템과 비교하여 작은 시스템으로 구현한다.

The aims of this research were to characterize magic realism by analyzing existing magical reality literature reviews and research and to identify material that may inspire ideas for stage and film costume design by analyzing and drawing design characteristics and magic realism of costumes from Director Tarsem Singh's movie, 'Mirror, Mirror'. For the methodology, characteristics of magic realism in literature and, movies were analyzed, with a theoretical consideration of these materials on magical realism. Data on costume design and magical realism characteristics for use in the analysis were collected from the main characters of 'Mirror, Mirror' as well as from other characters. The result of this analysis was the emergence of five common characteristics of the magic realism Historicity, the most remarkable characteristic seen in Tarsem Singh films, was expressed through the symbolic meaning and decorative patterns shown by the traditional-style costumes, colors. Symbolization was expressed through the symbolic meaning, decorative elements, and traditional clothes, as shown by the colors and forms of the costumes. Fantasy was expressed through the colors, decorative elements, forms of traditional clothing, and forms with symbolic meaning. Reproducibility was expressed through the method of decorative element, symbolic meaning, traditional forms and de-structural clothes. Ambiguity, which can be associated with the combined characteristics of historicity and fantasy, was expressed in the clothes worn in the scenes that confounded time and space within the film.

본 논문에서는 그래프 기반의 바이너리 코드 동적 실행 경로 탐색 플랫폼을 제안한다. 바이너리 코드의 조건 분기 명령어를 노드(Node), 그 외의 명령어를 에지(Edge)로 구성된 그래프를 정의하며, 이 그래프를 기반으로 하여 실행 경로 탐색을 수행하는 방안을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 그래프 기반 바이너리 코드 실행 경로 탐색 플랫폼의 프로토타입이 실행 경로 탐색을 올바르게 수행함을 확인하였으며, 본 논문에서 제안하는 방안을 통해 소프트웨어 테스팅을 보다 효과적으로 수행하여 소프트웨어 보증, 시큐어 프로그래밍 및 악성 프로그램 분석 등을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 심볼릭 모델 체커 SMV(Symbolic Model Verifier)를 이용하여, 한국전자통신연구원 (Electronics and Communications Research Institute)에서 개발한 캐쉬 일관성 프로토콜인 RACE(Remote Access Cache coherency Enforcement) 프로토콜의 몇 가지 특성(property)들을 검증함으로써, RACE 프로토콜이 중요 요구사항(requirement)들을 만족함을 보인다. 본 검증에서는 RACE 프로토콜의 모델을 SMV 입력 언어로 명세하며, 검증할 특성들을 CTL(Computational Tree Logic)을 이용하여 나타낸다. 본 검증을 통해서 RACE 프로토콜은 4개의 노드로 구성된 시스템에서 비정상적인 state/input 조합이 발생하지 않으며, liveness와 safety를 만족한다는 것을 검증하였다. 또한, 프로토콜 개발자들이 예상하지 못한 명세서 상의 모호성(ambiguity) 및 기아현상(starvation)을 발견하였으며, 본 검증 사례를 통하여 모델 체킹 기법이 하드웨어 프로토콜 검증에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다는 것을 제안한다. 그리고, 검증시에 구현된 모델을 이용하여 시뮬레이션 및 테스팅에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 테스트 케이스를 자동적으로 생성할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다.

A convergence behavior is under investigation near a simple real zero for the k-fold pseudo-Olver's method defined by extending the classical Olver's method. The order of convergence is shown to be at least k+3. The asymptotic error constant is explicitly given in terms of k and the corresponding simple zero. Various numerical examples with a proposed zero-finding algorithm are successfully confirmed with the use of symbolic and computational ability of Mathematica.

Postmodern designers freely used historical motifs as symbolic expressions or ornamentations. Historical references often became a key to express their ideal against modern standardization. Among the historical references, Art Deco style was frequently appreciated by postmodern furniture designers from the 1960s throughout postmodern era. This study is Intended to explore the way of incorporating Art Deco in postmodern furniture design. Rational Italian designers in Anti-design Movement began to adapt historical motifs and Pop, and this spread out throughout to other Postmodern designers. The research explored how Art Deco and postmodern design are related and what the examples of Art Deco revival in the postmodern era we. In this sense the research mainly covered from the exhibition catalogs from the 1960s to 1990s. As a result of stylistic, symbolic, methodological analysis, Art Deco revival in postmodern era was an essential method to express anti-modern characteristics of postmodernism. In postmodern design, Art Deco was one of historical styles that surpass the limitation o( modernism, at the same time decorative style that express the postmodern ideal.

예를 이용하여 학습하는 방법은 ALEX,LP,LEX 에 이르기까지 각각 특유의 방법을 가지면서 발전해 왔다.특히 Silver 의 LP 시스템은 방정식(Symbolic Equation)을 푸는데 있어, 과거에 풀었던 예로부터 이에 적용된 일련의 연산자들을 이용하는 방법으로 구축되어 있다. 본논문에서는 기존의 학습시스템 LEX,LP를 보다 일반화시킨 새로운 학습시스템 LRD를 제안한다. LRD에서는 연구된 예에서의 연산자 활용을 이와 유사한 모든 문제에까지 적용시킬 수 있도록 하기위하여 일반화 과정과 세분화 과정을 설정하여 학습하는 방법을 제시한다.초월함수의 치역을 구하는 예를 통하여 LRD의 학습기법을 설명하고,기존의 LEX및 LP시스템 에서 다루어지는 문제들을 통해 LEX및 LP시스템과 LRD 시스템이 비교 되어진다.

The railway system is being converted to the computer system from the existing mechanical device, and the dependency on software is being increased rapidly. Though the size and degree of complexity of software for railway system are slower than the development speed of hardware, it is expected that the size will be grown bigger gradually and the degree of complexity will be increased also. Accordingly, the validation of reliability and safety of embedded software for railway system was started to become influential as the important issue. Accordingly, various software test and validation activities are highly recommended in the international standards related railway software. In this paper, we presented a software coding analysis tool using symbolic execution for railway system, and presented its result of implementation.
