In this paper, we present a reducing power consumption of a scheduling for module selection under the time constraint. A a reducing power consumption of a scheduling for module selection under the time constraint execute scheduling and allocation for considering the switching activity. The focus scheduling of this phase adopt Force-Directed Scheduling for low power to existed Force-Directed Scheduling. and it constructs the module selection RT library by in account consideration the mutual correlation of parameters in which the power and the area and delay. when it is, in this paper we formulate the module selection method as a multi-objective optimization and propose a branch and bound approach to explore the large design space of module selection. Therefore, the optimal module selection method proposed to consider power, area, delay parameter at the same time. The comparison experiment analyzed a point of difference between the existed FDS algorithm and a new FDS_RPC algorithm.
We have numerically analyzed by using the Beam Propagation Method the Dual-channel directional couplers, which peforms a number of useful fuctions in thin-films devices, including power division, modulation, switching, frequency selection, and polarization selection. We also use the effective index method to reduce one dimension.
A zero vector selection method to reduce switching losses for model predictive control (MPC) of voltage source inverter is proposed. A conventional MPC of voltage source inverter has not been proposed, and a method to select the redundancy of the zero vector is required for this study. In this paper, the redundancy of the zero vectors is selected with generating a zero sequence voltage to reduce switching losses. The zero vector of 2-level inverter is determined by determining sign of the zero sequence voltage. In the proposed method, the quality of the current is retained and switching loss can be reduced compared with the conventional method. This result was verified by P-sim simulation and experiments.
This paper presents a proper switching angle calculation method of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) for drill. The characteristic of SRM drive is very related to the scheduling of commutation angle and current waveforms. Therefore, a selection method of switching turn-on and turn-off angle is suggested for adaptational operation of SRM with varied rotor speed and load. Simulation and experimental results are presented for the validation of proposed method.
This paper presents a new concept for controlling of under actuated robot manipulators with avoiding obstacles using switching computed torque method (SCTM). One fundamental approach of this algorithm is to use the partly stable controllers (PSCs) in order to fulfill the ultimate control objective. Here, we use genetic algorithms (GA)in order to employ the optimum control action for a given time frame with the available set of elemental controllers, depending on which links/variables are controlled, i.e. the selection of optimum switching sequence of the control actions. The proposed approach models links of the robot using evolving ellipses and then introduces a penalty scheme for the objective function of GA when it detects collisions. An under actuated robot manipulator, which has three detrees-of-freedom is taken into consideration so as to illustrate the design procedure. Simulation results show the e.ectiveness of the proposed method.

Solar electric systems have very little impact on environment, making them one of the cleanest power-generating technologies available. While they are operating, PV systems produce no air pollution, hazardous waste, or noise, and they require no transportable fuels. In PV system design, the selection and proper installation of appropriately-sized components directly affect system reliability, lifetime, and initial cost. In this research, we have studied the PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signals. I proposed an efficient photovoltaic power interface circuit incorporated with a DC-DC converter and a sine-pwm control method full-bridge inverter. In grid-connected solar power systems, the DC-DC converter operates at high switching frequency to make the output current a sine wave, whereas the full-bridge inverter operates at low switching frequency which is determined by the ac frequency. Thus, it can reduce the switching losses incurred by the full-bridge inverter. Full-bridge converter is controlled by using microprocessor control method, and its operation is verified through computer aided simulations.
To reduce chattering in sliding mode control, a boundary layer around the sliding surface is used, and a continuous control is applied within the boundary. In this paper, a method of determining the sliding mode controller switching gains and the width of boundary layer is presented. Contrary to the trial and error selection of the switching gains and the width of boundary layer, the selection in the presented work is done using genetic algorithms. Simulation results show that the system performance has been improved.
The non-linear characteristics of ON states are important for the application to the high density cross-point memory industry because the sneak current in neighbor cells occurred during reading, erasing, and writing process. Kw of above 20 in ON states, which is the writing current @ Vwrite/the current @ 1/2Vwrite, was required in cross-point ReRAM memory industry. The high current density non-linear IV curve of ZnSe selector was shown and the ALD HfO2 switching device has the linear properties of ON states and the compliance current of 100 uA. To evaluate the performance of the selection device, we connected itto HfO2 switching device in series. The bottom electrode of the selection device was connected to the top electrode of the RRAM. All of the bias was applied with respect to the top electrode of the selection device, whereas the bottom electrode of the RRAM was grounded. In the cross-point application, 1/2Vwrite and -1/2Vwrite were applied to the word-line and bit-line, respectively, which were connected to the selected cell, and a zero bias was applied to the unselected word-lines and bit-lines. The current @ 1/2Vwrite of the unselected cells was blocked by the selection device, thus eliminating the sneak path and obtaining a writing voltage margin. Using this method, the writing voltage margin was analyzed on the basis of the memory size.
In this paper, different switching tables proposed for the Direct Torque Controlled (DTC) of a six-phase induction machine are simulated and implemented. A six-phase induction motor has 64 space voltage vectors which result in increased complexity in the selecting of inverters switching. The unsuitable selection of a switching table leads to large harmonics especially at low speed and it also reduces drive efficiency. A six-phase induction machine has large zero sequence harmonic currents of the order $6{\kappa}{\pm}1$. These harmonic currents are varied in various techniques. Decreasing this loss is essential in a six-phase induction machine. The main purpose of this paper is to improve the ST-DTC of six-phase induction machines to reduce the voltage and current harmonics and the torque pulsation. Selecting a suitable method for minimizing these harmonics is very important.
The switching-mode power converter has been widely used because of its features of high efficiency and small weight and size. These features are brought by the ON-OFF operation of semiconductor switching devices. However, this switching operation causes the surge and EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) which deteriorate the reliability of the converter themselves and entire electronic systems. This problem on the surge and noise is one of the most serious difficulties in AC-to-DC converter. In the case of carrier frequency selection, output-voltage of steady state and transient state is fully regulated. A RPWM control method was proposed in order to smooth the switching noise spectrum and reduce it's level. Experimental results are verified by converter operating at 300V/1kW with 5%${\sim}$30% white noise input. Spectrum analysis is performed on the Phase current and the CM noise voltage. The former is measured with Current Probe and the latter is achieved with USN. which are connected to the spectrum analyzer respectively.
