This Study is about the check-List composition for 'Low carbon green growth' of Long-life housing. That utilization for required the check-list composition at Sustainable building strategies and Design methods. That for long life housing, sustainable building strategies part of building construction and interior, the proper foundation for legislative system, maintenance methods with in building life cycle, sustainable and green architecture capability realization prepare for connection plan with 'Low carbon-green growth'. Extracting from elements of Architectural planing answer to basic concept of Low carbon-green growth and aimed at Low carbon scheme for energy saving, green growth scheme for environmental conservation as to each application purpose reconstitute by classify Check-list category about elements of Architectural planing. Through this architectural research deduce elements of architectural planing that can be research utilization with in Check-list composition.
To propose the evaluation criteria of substantial sustainable low-carbon long-life housing, this study subdivided an existing planning item composed of the simple enumeration type by coding system of high/middle/low classification according to the core technology, and it was subdivided by a total 203 piece item. In other words, it subdivided 4 divisions by apartment unit, building, park and equipment, and classified elemental technology and system were divided by passive/active elemental technology and system according to the design process of long-life housing. Besides that, this paper presents the restructure results of checklist with quantitative criteria that classified by the weighting factor and compatibility between law system and current planning criteria in domestic long-life housing.
This study aims to investigate the eco-friendly planning methods for a sustainable apartment houses in the Metropolitan area of Seoul. Eco-friendly plans that considers the environmental issues were attempted from the beginning of 2000s, and since then, many apartment houses in Korea were built using this concept. They were, however, generally focusing on the physical and spatial aspects of the site plan. After the Seoul C40 weather summit conference in 2009, the low carbon green housing standard has been emphasized and thus the chemical concept was added to the existing physical planning methods. Under such a background, this study intends to investigate the eco-friendly plans for the apartment houses in the 2000s. This includes an ecological network plan, an ecological base plan, a building greening plan, a water treatment plan, and an energy saving plan. Based on the analysis and synthesis of these planning methods in the early 21st century, it would be possible to set up a proper future plan to enhance the sustainable built environment in the housing industry in the coming years.

To be Low Carbon and Green Growth, it is necessary that Long-Life Housing based on Green Technology is supplied. The main concern at the moment is developing Sustainable Housing relative to Life-Cycle or Life-Style of the residents, and the resident of Remodeling or Redevelopment. This study is aim to be Development of Maintenance Process in order to make steady dwelling when supplying Long-Life Housing that separates Support(Skeleton) and Infill different from the existing Short-Life Housing, and has durability, alterability, available remodeling, easy maintenance. Long-Life Housing should consider the maintenance about movement and variableness. In contrast, the maintenance of the existing Housing is regular maintenance, change and repair by damage. As well as Long-Life Housing should be demanded proper Development of Maintenance Process because of difference of Housing in concept, design and Construction. Therefore, this study looks into problems when applying Development of Maintenance Process in Long-Life Housing, and shows Development of Maintenance Process about the efficient Long-Life Housing for the manager.
The paper affirms the weight proportion concept as an element, which could be empirically analyzed quantitatively through the developmental expansion of qualitative empirical analysis on taxonomy that is required for the construction Low-Carbon Green Cities and their eco-friendly elements, such as a pleasant residential environment The weight proportion concept is proposed as a new measure to identify eco-friendly elements and as an objective assessment indicators. To perform an empirical analysis, surveys were first given to the residents of Metropolitan Newtown (50 persons) and outside experts (50 persons) for the total of 100 persons. Second, the paper surveyed 74 sites of Eco-Environmental Certified Apartment Housing Complexes. Upon analysis of eco-friendly elements by their type and total weight, the largest weight proportion was expressed in the interior and eco-environmental elements, carbon-decrease types, and carbon-absorption types. The results of this paper confirm recent positive sentiments and preference toward a variety of future-oriented and sustainable eco-friendly elements like the eco-housing and new renewable energy, In addition, the paper affirmed the new housing trend towards constructing eco-friendly elements, such as carbon-decrease and carbon-absorption, that induce long-term investments, despite their need for higher investments.

It's been more than 30 years since global warming by the increase in CO2 became a cause celebre worldwide. Recently the government promulgated Framework Act on on Low-Carbon Green Growth and has been continuously putting much effort into saving energy and reducing carbon dioxide emissions such as an international climate change conference to prevent the increase in CO2. However, because most cities are not planned for energy saving, new cities should be planned as the active energy-efficient urban structure for 'sustainable urban development' from a long-term perspective. This study aims to design a new prototype for the sustainable energy-independent and environment-friendly housing estates which is the nation's new vision in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. A study on the energy-independent site planning and the quantitative standardization of its factor will be conducted.
The environment which has been destroyed for the national growth since 1960's would seem to offer infinite resources to human, but now, the existence of human being is threatened by the development thoughtless for the environment. The World Powers have concentrated on green growth with eco-friendly resource since the end of 20th century. Korea suggested that the vision was the low carbon for green growth in 2008. It is necessary to supply Long-Life Housing in the green technology in terms of the sustainable housing development based on various life style, life cycle of the residences, the restrain remodeling and redevelopment in construction. This study is aim to establish the development of maintenance process to make continuous inhabitation of Long-Life Housing that has the separated SI for maintenance, durability, variability and remodeling. The maintenance for Long-Life Housing is very important to have more than 50~70 years the long term of life cycle in comparison with Housing. Also, the roles of manager and user are important parts in Long-Life Housing. The present maintenance for Housing is shift and repair works by the routine maintenance and demage. However, The maintenance for Long-Life Housing should consider movement and flexibility. In addition, Long-Life Housing requires the proper process of maintenance because it is different from Housing in housing concept, design and constructions stage. Therefore this study shows the efficient maintenance process for Long-Life Housing.
Korean building industry was developed by concrete and steel construction. However, concrete and steel have some problems which low carbon storage capability and difficulty of recycling. According to many studies, timber has high carbon storage capability, high recycling capability and sustainable supporting capability. Focus on this factors of timber, make new wall structure as Green Timber Wall panels and check the shear performance to use wall system in housing construction such as light-weight timber construction and nondearing wall on other construction. In the results, B-4-B and B-4-S show similar modulus of shear stiffness on the table. GH-4-GH has slip shape failure mode between Green Timber Wall boards. GH-4-GV has most stable characteristic curve than other specimens.
This study explores the environmentally innovative and low-impact technology, a zero food waste system (ZFWS) that utilizes food waste and converts it into composts or biofuels and curtails carbon emissions. The ZFWS not just achieves food waste reductions but recycles food waste into fertilizer. Based on a fermentation-extinction technique using bio wood chips, the ZFWS was employed in a field experiment of the system installed in a large-scale apartment complex, and the performance of the system was examined. The on-site ZFWS consisted of three primary parts: 1) a food waste slot into which food waste was injected; 2) a fermentation-extinction reactor where food waste was mixed with bio wood chips made up of complex enzyme and aseptic wood chips; and 3) deodorization equipment in which an ultraviolet and ozone photolysis method was employed. The field experiment showed that food waste injected into the ZFWS was reduced by 94%. Overall microbial activity of the food waste in the fermentation-extinction reactor was measured using adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP), and the degradation rate of organic compounds, referred to as volatile solids, increased with ATP concentration. The by-products generated from ZFWS comply with the national standard for organic fertilizer.

The bearing wall apartments which occupy the majority of multi-residential apartment buildings built in Korea, are known for having limited architectural plan flexibility, posing challenges in terms of maintenance and remodeling. The economic losses and environmental issues resulting from the reconstruction of bearing wall apartments are now accumulating to the extent that they are becoming a national concern. Multi-residential apartment buildings, which are now the dominant form of residence in Korea, must accommodate diverse customer needs and changes in life style. A new concept of Rahmen structure with architectural flexibility is Green Frame. GF multi-residence housing is expected to reduce construction costs and shorten the construction schedule by overcoming the shortcomings of conventional bearing wall apartments. This goal is consistent with the national policies that target the reduction of resource and energy consumption. In addition, GF will be established as a core contributor to achieving a reduction in $CO_2$ emissions, which will enable the sustainable growth of domestic construction industry, and address the low-carbon green growth drive implemented by the government.
