GPS상시관측망 자료를 이용하여 국토지리정보원에서는 VRS 서비스를 하고 있으며 실시간적이고 정확도를 높이기 위해 VRS-RTK 측량방법이 널리 사용되는 추세이다. 하지만 VRS-RTK GPS 측량에서 이동국과 기지국간의 거리가 멀어지면 정확도가 떨어지는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 지적도근점측량 시 이러한 문제점을 파악하기 위해서 GPS 상시관측망의 안쪽과 바깥쪽에 존재하는 경남 거제시의 실험지역 두 곳을 선정하여 정확도를 분석하였다. 두 지역을 대상으로 정확도를 분석한 결과 위치오차에 대한 평균제곱근오차는 ${\pm}0.03m$로서 지적측량 규정내에 있었으며, 지적측량 시 VRS-RTK GPS 측량의 적용가능성을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this research is to study use method of mobile system for effective field management for urban facilities. GIS database could be standardized commonly useful for the site management of city facilities through standard list, standard items and standard specification appropriate for the mobile system, and this is effective to manage the city facilities on the site in real time.

In this study, the method of extracting DEM is presented using RC Helicopter Photogrammetry System. From the result of reference points and checkpoints using Total Station which is conventional type of survey, the errors turned out to $-0.194{\sim}0.224m$ on the X-axis, $-0.088{\sim}0.180m$ on the Y-axis and $-0.286{\sim}0.283m$ on the Z-axis when RC Helicopter Photogrammetry System utilized. Through this RC Helicopter Photogrammetry System, they can provide efficient update of digital map on toparchy area or access is not easy area.

It is getting more difficult to construct new transmission lines, due to the increase of people's demand resulting from the change of social environment and people's consciousness. In order to solve these complicated conditions. we developed a computer system to support the route selecting and surveying of a transmission line. This paper introdouces the methodology for route selecting, designing, surveying of a transmission line and tower designing process using a computer system.

Fast urbanization and industrialization have resulted in rapid changes in the urban environment. For effective monitoring and management of these changes, a new surveying methodology that is more inexpensive and timely than the conventional remote sensing system is required. This paper proposes an unmanned airship videographic system capable of acquiring stable video. In addition, it presents approaches to constructing a prototype facilities management system based on VideoGIS, which links GIS functions and video data to provide actual spatio-temporal information.
