조리 전공 학생들의 미각 인식도에 관한 조사 연구 (A Study on the Taste Recognition of Culinary Arts Students)

  • This study aims to find out how taste recognition differs between two groups of culinary arts students. We conducted a questionnaire survey on minimum sensitivity and minimum tastiness for four basic tastes. The first group consisted of 40 students in their first year, and the second group consists of 56 students in their second year and third year. The survey shows that both groups preferred medium saltiness, and the second group was more favorable to sweetness than the first group. The sweet and the pungent tastes were more favored than sourness and less favored than bitterness by both groups of subjects. The amount of the sample required for minimum tastiness shows that the freshmen had a higher sensitivity than the sophomore and junior students. Contrary to a common belief that people who have more experience in cooking would have a more sensitive taste, this study shows that taste sensitivity does not always accord with cooking experience. Rather, it depends on individual differences and current health status. Further research should be needed for various sensory test method and more kitchen experienced people who has more working years after graduate college.

The Impacts of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment: Evidence from Vietnamese Garment Companies

  • The purpose of the study is to determine how organizational culture affects employees' organizational commitment in Vietnamese clothing enterprises. Quantitative research through a questionnaire survey was applied in this research. A Survey of employees of Vietnamese garment companies in Hanoi was conducted from May 2021 to August 2021. The questionnaire was built from reference to previous studies and transferred to Google form. 315 returned questionnaires were usable. The statistical software SPSS 20.0 was used to test the reliability of the scale (Cronbach alpha), exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and regression analysis. The Organizational culture is constructed by 8 components including Organizational Communication, Training and development, Reward and Recognition, Teamwork orientation, Decision-making, Innovation and risk-taking, Direction and future planning, and Leader behavior. Organizational commitment is constructed by 3 components such as affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Findings show that organizational culture has a strong impact on organizational commitment in Vietnamese garment companies. Research provides recommendations on developing a good organizational culture through forming suitable leadership, effective organizational communication, training and development, reward and recognition, and a clear direction and future planning to enhance employee commitment to the organization and increase the garment company's performance in the future.

건강행위, 회복탄력성, 웰다잉 인식이 노인 만성질환자의 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Health Behavior, Resilience, and Recognition of Well-dying on the Depression of Elderly with Chronic Disease)

  • 본 연구는 노인 만성질환자의 건강행위, 회복탄력성, 웰다잉 인식이 우울에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 노인 만성질환자의 우울을 중재할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제시하고자 시행하였다. 본 연구 대상자는 노인 만성질환자 185명을 대상으로 2015년 2월 13일부터 3월 20일까지 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 program을 사용하였다. 연구결과 건강행위는 2.60점, 회복 탄력성은 3.14점, 웰다잉 인식은 3.41점, 우울은 3.29점이었다. 우울은 건강행위, 웰다잉 인식과 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 우울에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 건강행위, 주관적인 건강상태, 웰다잉인식, 동거여부, 성별 순이었으며 변인들에 의한 설명력은 44.8%이었다. 따라서 노인의 우울은 단순한 요인이 아니므로 신체적, 심리적, 성별 차이 등 다양한 요인들을 고려한 맞춤형 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

건강 관련 식행동과 아시아의 건강음식에 대한 인식 연구 (Study on Healthy Food Behavior and Recognition of Healthy Asian Food)

  • The purpose of this study was to research healthy food behavior and food recognition for each Asian country after subjects had visited Asian restaurants. The subjects of the study were university students from Griffith university and Queensland university, Australia. The survey was conducted from June 1 to 28, 2010. The summary of the analysis is as follows. Firstly, for dietary behavior related to healthy food, 'average' was the most common answer at 41.0% (102 respondents). Regarding the standard of selecting healthy food, 'if it is good for health' was the most common answer, regarding the reasons to like healthy food, 'because it is good for health', was the most common, and for information about healthy food, 'obtain from TV or media' was the most common. Regarding eating healthy food at home or dining out, most respondents answered 'once or twice a week', whereas regarding thinking of eating healthy food while dining out, 'average' was the most common answer. Secondly, the recognition of six Asian cuisines were ranked in the order of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indian, and Vietnamese. Representative well-being food by country, Bibimbap of Korea, Sushi of Japan, Shark's Fin of China, Tom Yum Kung of Thailand, Curry of India and Goi Cuon of Vietnam were selected. Thirdly, regarding recognition of well-being food, disease effect factor, health-oriented factor, nutrition factor and vegetarian diet factor were extracted. We found that disease effect factor and nutrition factor had positive (+) effects on visiting Asian restaurants due to recognition of well-being foods. Therefore, it is expected that more local people will eat at Asian restaurants if the public relations for Asian restaurants emphasizes harmony between well-being food and Asian food.

대학생 소비자의 TV광고정보인지 및 이해에 관한 연구: 광고 속 소비자기만요소를 중심으로 (College Students' TV Advertising Information Recognition and Comprehension: A Focus on the Consumer-deception Factors in Commercials)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze college students' TV advertising information recognition, comprehension and affecting factors on them. Data were collected by a survey of college student consumers after experiments with TV commercials. ANOVA, Duncan, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were carried out with the gathered data. The results are as follows. First, the TV advertising information comprehension degree of the college students consumers were shown to be low, by 41.2%. The comprehension degree was especially low when the information was presented visually without any verbal expression. Second, assuming that the comprehension of TV advertisements is defined by a correct perceptual understanding after recognizing the consumer-deception factors, the percentage of correct answers was poor, by 29.2%. Third, according to sex, average monthly income, degree of immersion on TV commercials, advertisement attitude, and consumer education of school, the TV advertisement information recognition and comprehension showed varying degrees between the groups. In the case of women students whose average monthly income was 100 to 300 thousand Korean won, had a high degree of immersion on TV commercials, and a high degree of consumer education at school, the TV advertising information recognition was shown to be high. In the case of third year college students who had a medium level of immersion on TV commercials and a high degree of consumer education at school, the TV advertisement comprehension was high. Fourth, the high explanatory factor of TV advertising information recognition and comprehension was found to be common because of consumer education at school.

Effects of Recognition of the Pregnancy necessity on Emotional Happiness -The mediation effect of health control behavior-

  • This study was a cross-sectional survey of the effects of pregnancy necessity recognition on emotional happiness and mediation effect of health control behavior on it. A total of 200 participants in the study were collected from structured questionnaire online and the data collection was from July $1^{st}$ to July $31^{st}$, 2018. Health control behavior questionnaire was developed by Wallston, K.A., Wallston, B.S. & Devellis, R (1978), Emotional happiness was analyzed by using PANAS (positive and negative affect schedule) developed by Watson, Clark and Tellegen (1988). The collected data were chai-square($X^2$), Pearson correlation, Dummy regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and the mediated effect analysis by SPSS 18.0. As a result, Under statistical significance, there were differences in the recognition of pregnancy necessity were depending on religion, participant's age, number of siblings, thought of optimal marriage age(p<0.05). More siblings, more religious, older age, and more recognized the pregnancy necessity. The analysis of Pearson correlation with the pregnancy necessity, health control behavior, and emotional happiness reveled that it was relevant (p<0.01). Dummy regression analysis showed that people who thought that pregnancy was necessary were 0.700 times more likely to felt emotional happiness that people who thought it was unnecessary (p<0.01). Analysis on the mediation of health control behavior, in which the effects of pregnancy recognition on emotional happiness, showed that it was effect (other people's health control behavior: B:.299, p<0.01, internal health control behavior : B:.217, p<0.05). Based on these results, this study suggested that to promote pregnancy recognition, families with brother and sister should be programmed with recommendations for exercise and alcohol abstinence, religious belief and health control programs.

성인 여성의 자연가족계획방법 사용에 대한 인식, 태도 및 요구도 조사 (A Survey on Recognition, Attitude and Demand toward Natural Family Planning Method in Female Adult)

  • Purpose: This study was attempted to investigate the demand, the recognition, and the attitude of general people on Natural Family Planning Method(NFP), and to provide basic data for a development of a program to establish a healthy sexual life. Method: This is a descriptive correlative study, collecting data by questionnaires. The subjects were 130 people of three urban areas from March 1 to April 15, 2004. The measurement tool used was about demand, recognition, and attitude to the natural birth control method. The data analysis was done by number, percent and T-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, using SPSS program. Results: The recognition, attitude, and demand to natural birth control method was 3.01, 2.84 and 2.73 respectively. The higher recognition of correlation for natural family planning, the higher attitude(r=.864, p=.000) and demand(r= .525, p=.000) of correlation for natural family planning. It was confirmed that the study subjects almost produced self esteem and confidence recognizing at the idea of life and self value, and positively thought of need, recognition, and attitude of natural family planning method which could keep their own health management. Conclusion: As the result above, we suggest that an educational program should be developed, diffused and supported, and culturally formed by nation and social group to insist the benefit of conjugal relations in natural family planning as well as to support the knowledge deficit.

치과의료종사자들의 감염방지에 대한 인식 (A Study on Recognition of Infection Control among Dental Staff)

  • 이 연구는 치과 진료실에서 치과의료종사자들의 감염방지에 대한 인식 정도를 파악하고자 설문지를 이용하여 대구지역의 치과병 의원에 근무하는 치과의사 50명, 치과위생사 176명, 간호조무사 100명을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 모든 직종에서 치과진료실에서 감염 위험성이 가장 높은 질환은 B형 간염으로 인식하고 있었다. 2. 개인용 보호 장비 사용에 대한 인식은 글러브, 러버댐 장착 필요성에 대해서는 높았으나 에이프런 착용에 대해서는 상대적으로 낮은 인식률을 보였다. 3. 기구 및 기재의 멸균에 대한 인식은 간호조무사에 비해 치과의사와 치과위생사가 상대적으로 높았다. 4. 장비의 표면 소독에 대한 인식은 치과위생사가 치과의사나 간호조무사에 비해 높았다.

대학생의 데이트 폭력 허용도 및 폭력 인식 관련 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Factors Related to College Students' Tolerance and Recognition of Dating Violence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 데이트 폭력 허용도 및 데이트 폭력 인식 정도를 살펴보고 관련 요인들을 대상자의 일반적, 이성교제 및 성 관련 교육 경험 특성을 중심으로 파악하는 것이다. 충남 에 소재한 B 대학교 남녀 대학생으로부터 수집된 설문지 365부를 SPSS WIN 22.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-검정, 상관관계 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 대학생들의 데이트 폭력 허용도는 매우 낮았고, 폭력 인식은 전반적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반적, 이성교제 및 성 관련 교육 경험 특성에 따른 데이트 폭력 허용도와 폭력 인식 정도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 데이트 폭력 허용도와 데이트 폭력 인식은 부적 상관관계를 보여 데이트 폭력에 대한 인식이 높을수록 데이트 폭력 허용도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 추후 연구의 방향성과 데이트 폭력 예방을 비롯한 실천적 개입에의 함의를 제시하였다.

아동기 외상, 거부민감성, 정서인식명확성이 전위공격성에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Childhood Trauma, Rejection Sensitivity, Emotional Recognition Clarity on Displaced Aggression)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 아동기 외상, 거부민감성, 정서인식명확성이 전위공격성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 H 사이버대학교 성인 208명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 하였다. 분석은 SPSS Win 25와 SPSS Process Macro를 통해 상관관계분석과 이중매개효과분석이 실시되었으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동기 외상, 거부민감성은 전위공격성에 정적 상관을 보였으며, 정서인식명확성은 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 아동기 외상과 전위공격성과의 관계에서 거부민감성은 간접매개하는 것으로 나타났으나 정서인식명확성은 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아동기 외상과 전위공격성과의 관계에서 거부민감성과 정서인식명확성은 이중매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 아동기 외상을 경험한 사람들의 전위공격성을 감소시키기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
