지역사회 거주 노인의 웰다잉 인식, 건강 관련 삶의 질 및 노인시설 관련 거부감 (Recognition of Well-dying, Health-related Quality of Life and Repulsion-related Nursing Home of Community-dwelling Older Adults)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to measure the relationship between the recognition of well-dying, health-related quality of life (HRQoL), and repulsion-related nursing homes and community-dwelling older adults. Method: A descriptive survey was conducted among 505 community-dwelling older adults aged over 65 years. Data were collected from October 25 to November 30, 2023, and analyzed using a t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients with SPSS/WIN 26.0. Results: The results reveal that the subjects' recognition of well-dying was 2.30, HRQoL was 0.84, and repulsion-related nursing home was 3.31 points. Recognition of well-dying was significantly correlated with HRQoL (r=.10, p=.024). Conclusion: The results indicate that consumer-centered, well-dying education programs for community-dwelling older adults should be developed and applied continuously through effectiveness verification.

성적 자극을 유발하는 신체부위와 관능적 디자인의 인지도에 관한 성별 비교 (A Comparison of Recognition by Gender of Sexy Body Parts and Apparel Designs)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in recognition of sexy body parts and apparel designs by gender and correlations between sexy body parts and apparel designs. Data were collected through a survey of 265 males and 303 females. Data were analyzed by included t-tests, f-tests, and Pearson's correlations. The results were as follows: 1. Females found male body parts were sexier than males did. Males found female body parts were sexier than females did. 2. Females found men's clothing designs were sexier than males did. Also, males recognized women's clothing designs as sexier than females did. 3. Males found see-through and body-consciousness, the methods of designing sexy styles, were sexier than females did. Differences in sexy color recognition by gender were also found. 4. There were correlations between most of sexy body parts and designs which emphasized that body parts. The results of this study shows the differences in recognition and correlation by gender. The results may be applied to develope sexy designs for different genders.

통합교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 태도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Recognition and Attitude of Early Childhood Teachers for Integrated Education)

  • 본 연구는 통합교육의 주체인 유아교사의 개인적인 변인들이 통합교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 태도에 미치는 영양을 분석하여 향후 장애유아 통합교육의 성공적이고 올바른 구현을 위한 기본전략 구상의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 교사경력, 직급, 학력, 통합교육, 경험, 장애관련 연수의 개인적인 변인들이 통합교육에 대안 교사의 인식과 태도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과 교사 개인적인 변인들은 인식과 태도의 각 하위영역별로 각기 다른 차이와 영향강도를 보이고 있으나, 통합교육 경험과 장애관련 연수경험이 주요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 교사들의 현직교육을 활성화하여 장애관련 연수나 통합교육에 관한 실습 등을 실시하는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain basic data of nutrition education for obese children in Seoul and to examine dietary habits, dietary behaviors, and body image recognition before and after nutrition education. A convenience sample of 69(male : 54, female : 15) obese children was selected from "98 Children Nutrition Camp" in Seoul. The survey design employed a structured questionnaires. The results of this study were summarized as follows ; 1. Anthropometric parameters such as height, weight were measured in 69 obese subjects of age 10~12. 2. Effects of nutrition knowledge were gained by dietary habits, dietary behaviors and body image recognition. 3. Comparison of nutrition knowledge scores for obese children was to obtain basic data of effects for nutrition education.

친환경농산물에 대한 주부들의 인식도 및 구매 행동 (Recognition and Purchasing Behavior about Environment-Friendly Agricultural Produce of Housewives)

  • This study examined the recognition and purchasing behavior about environment-friendly agricultural produce (EFAP) of housewives in Yeungnam area. The data were collected from 401 housewives by a self-administered questionnaire on April, 2010. Frequencies, t test, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows V.17.0. The results of the survey were as follows: (1) the purchase group of EFAP showed higher degree of concern about health and recognition about EFAP than the non-purchase group, (2) knowledge scores about EFAP were very low for both the purchase and non-purchase groups, (3) levels of confidence in EFAP in the purchase group were higher than those in the non-purchase group, (4) the purchase group considered high price as the main distribution problem about EFAP, whereas the non-purchase group regarded low trust toward producers, and (5) monthly household income (below 2,000,000 won) and confidence in EFAP were the significant factors affecting EFAP.

외식산업의 윤리경영에 대한 종사원의 인식 연구 (A Study on the Recognition on Ethics Management of Employees in the Foodservice Industry)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the actual situation of ethics management in foodservice industry and its employees’ recognition on corporate ethics management. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 342 employees, and the data were analyzed by frequency, chi-square, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the employees consider the corporate ethics management to be very important and it has been much more improved in foodservice industry. However, they are still skeptical about the continuous and consistent practice of ethics management. In addition, the survey revealed that the ethics management was regarded to be critically important to improve the value and the culture of the corporation. It also showed that the recognition of the improvement of ethics management in foodservice industry has been affected by the work environment of the whole society too. The result concluded that the taking the initiative by CEO is the most important factor for introducing the ethics management, while the propagation of ethics management requires the volition of the employees inside the corporation.

Recognition Level of the Culinary Practice of Culinary Teachers in Vocational High Schools

  • This study finds methods to activate culinary education by surveying the level of recognition for culinary practice from the culinary teachers of vocational high schools. The number of individuals surveyed is 103. Data is verified by using SPSS 14.0 (SPSS Inc, Chicago, USA). The results of the survey on recognition for culinary education showed that learning requirements are very high as well as that theoretical education and trial demonstrations are necessary to enhance the effects of culinary practice education. Desired teaching learning materials were cooking materials by a certified technician. Their desired supplementary data for enhancing practical techniques were practical demonstrations, various materials and language instruction to learn other culinary practices. It is reported that there was increasing work other than learning time and complication for preparing practice. In addition, they desire more websites for cooking need to be built. Plans for activating culinary education are as follow: First, how to enhance the professional abilities of culinary teachers. Second, to show the necessity of theoretical education, video-based education, and culinary practice demonstrations. Third, to show the necessity to increase the ratio for culinary practice classes. Fourth, to display various teaching and learning materials. Fifth, to enhance websites for culinary data. Sixth, to provide opportunities to augment a sense of achievement.

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in recognition of sexy body parts and apparel designs by age and to discover the correlations between sexy body parts and apparel designs. Data were collected through a survey of 265 males and 303 females. Analyses included t-tests, f-tests, and Pearson's correlations. The results were as followings; 1. The 20's-30's age group found female body parts were sexier than 40's-50's did. 20's-30's believed the male body was sexier than 40's-50's did. 2. The age groups found men's clothing designs were different by different age groups. Also, differences in female clothing designs were recognized by different age groups. 3. The 40's-50's age group recognized see-through sexier than 20's-30s did. Differences in sexy color recognition by age were also found. 4. There were correlations between most of sexy body parts and designs which emphasized the body parts. The results of this study show the differences in recognition and correlation by age. The results may be applied to developing sexy designs for different targeted age groups.

  • 핵연료 소결체가 장전되는 핵연료봉의 끝부분에는 각각의 핵연료봉을 구분해주는 고유의 문자가 인쇄되어 있다. 핵연료 집합체 제조 과정에서 각각의 핵연료봉은 고유 문자에 의해 구분되어 체계적으로 관리되고 있으며 아울러 핵연료 연소 이상상태 감시 및 사용후 핵연료 검사 분야에서 핵연료봉 제조과정 추적에 이용되고 있다. 핵연료봉 문자 자동인식은 핵연료 집합체 제조과정의 자동화를 위한 핵심 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 핵연료봉 문자인식 시스템을 개발하여, 핵 연료봉단에 기록된 각 문자로 부터 추출한 메쉬 특징값을 데이타베이스에 저장된 특정 문자의 특징값과 비교하여 자동으로 문자인식을 수행하도록 하였다. 실험 결과, 95.83 퍼센트의 양호한 인식률을 기록하였다.

서울, 경기지역의 황기에 대한 인지도 및 이용실태 조사 (An Investigative Analysis of Recognition and Uses for Astragalus Membranaceus in Seoul and Kyunggido Area)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the recognition and uses of Astragalus membranaceus. The survey methodology employed was a questionnaire, which interviewed 272(37.8%) males and 448(62.2%) females from the Seoul and Kyunggido area. The main results are as follows: 40-50 years old like and eat Astragalus membranaceus more frequently than 10-30 years old. The most popular reason provided for the preference of Astragalus membranaceus was good health benefits. People indicating a dislike for Astragalus membranaceus had generally fewer previous experiences of eating this plant. The main purchasing place appears to be traditional markets and supermarkets. Astragalus membranaceus was acknowledged as having the following characteristics ‘excellent nutrition’(3.82), ‘natural food’(3.76), ‘possessing anti-cancer and anti-oxidization characteristics’(3.70) and ‘good for liver function, a depressant and good coelenteron effects’(3.62). However, it was not associated with a ‘cheap price’(3.02) and was regarded as ‘difficult for buy’(3.10). Recognition and eating experience was low for Astragalus membranaceus kimchi and rice bread, bread, sauce and Astragalus membranaceus added health drinks. However opinion of its taste was regarded highly.
