Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study the relative weights of Quality Scorecard (QSC) which was developed for a new quality concept, called Open Quality, in the era of Industry 4.0. Open Quality aims to ensure quality responsibility by accurately measuring the quality level and sharing the quality data with stakeholders. Methods: To analyze the importance of QSC, a survey study was conducted based on 10 types of industry. The relative weights of QSC measures are investigated by both the industry types and the organizational life cycle. Further, the relative importance of QSC was analyzed according to the organization's lifecycle. By dividing the aspects with respect to the result data, application method for QSC is further provided. Results: The result indicates that there are significant differences among Korean companies in terms of the level of Industry revolution stages. Among ten industry types, manufacturing and finance sectors show the highest importance of QSC. QSC measures are also considered more importance in growth stage of the maturity cycle than generator and decline stages. Conclusion: When QSC is adopted for Open Quality, its relative weights must be considered to cope with the unique characteristics of industrial types. Besides, QSC's contribution may vary according to the level of maturity of the target company.

This study deals with litter which has sunk and accumulated on the sea-bed of the Chinhae Bay obtained by using a beam trawler. The litter collected through the duration of survey (1997~1998) were distributed from 8.76~80.63 items/ha and 3.51~108.39 kg/ha, respectively, in quantities and weights. Especially bulky wastes(shell, tires, motorcycle and refrigerator) were composed of 76% of them, next metal and glasses, 29.5%. The seasonal variability of litters in the bay is large, as 62% in April, next August, 23%, in total weights. These discarded substances have the widespread distribution but varied in each sampled area. Therefore they exist in a significant pollutants, as threatening the fishing activities and near marine environment, and also potential damage to marine resources.
The study is to find out any significant relations in clothing behaviors according to attitudinal body image and plastic surgery attitude. The sampling method was a convenient sampling, and the subjects were 190 male and 160 female students in Daejeon. The survey was conducted from June 20 to July 15, 2008. The data were analyzed by the frequency analysis, Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, t-test and variance analysis. The subjects who pay much attention to weights and appearances have a positive attitude to plastic surgery. As they concern their body weights and appearance, they have high exhibition of clothing. Those who think their body as being attractive have been more interested in clothing and fashion. The subjects who have positive attitude for plastic surgery are more interested in clothing and fashion, showing higher conformity of clothing.

Increasing demands of high corrosion resistant sheet steels for the automotive body panels have been leading to a tendency toward heavier coatings of electroplated sheet steels. The specimens were prepared from lab-scale electroplating simulator with various coating weights of zinc, zinc-iron and zinc-nickel coated sheet steels and evaluated in the light of the application for the automotive body panels. Corrosion resistances by sacrificial action were improved with increasing coating weights for all electroplated sheet under survey, but blistering resistances of pure zinc coated sheet steels were not as much. On the other hand, the adhesions of heavy alloy coatings showed poor powdering performances by the external compressive or tensile forces.

We made a new sample design for life and consciousness survey of Kyungpook people in 2007. We used the 10% sample survey data of 2005 population and housing census as a survey population. After stratification, we allocate proportionally samples within strata after examining various characteristics in previous survey, which includes economic activity state, an income level per year, and housing possession. And we calculated weight in a new sample design and derived estimators and a formula of standard error using the weights.
Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine sleeping patterns and diet patterns of the children in day-care centers in Seongdong-district and to find out the relationships between those two patterns and children growth. Methods : 686 day-care center kids participated in the examination. We measured their heights and weights. We also conducted a questionnaire survey (of them) on their sleeping patterns and diet patterns. Based on the findings, we have analyzed correlations of the factors. Results : 1. We have interviewed 686 children in day-care centers in Seongdong-district. Substantial survey was conducted to 672(14 kids didn't go through regular medical checkups). Their age ranged from 4 months to 120 months and weights covered from 6.20 kg to 50.80 kg with the average of 16.97kg. Their height ranges were from 70.4cm to 140.6cm and the average was 100.76cm. 2. The survey results showed that birth-height affects children's current height. The results from the group of age over 25months and the group covering 2 to 6 years indicated that birth-height affected the current height as well. However, the result from the age group over 37 months showed that birth-height didn't relate to the current height. 3. Results from questionnaires on sleeping patterns indicate that children sleeping longer are taller than the other. Results of other questionnaires showed no substantial relations to height. 4. Results from questionnaires on diet patterns, cold food eating habit affects growth. Conclusions : According to the results above, sleeping patterns substantially affects the growth. In order to find out, however, the specific relations between them, further research would be necessary.
Background: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the depressive mood experience of adults in their 20s. Methods: This study is a descriptive survey that conducted a secondary analysis using data from the 2017 Community Health Survey, which is conducted annually in Korea. The study targets 21,324 adults in their 20s. Data analysis was conducted after creating a composite sample plan file that reflected layering variables, colony variables, and weights. Results: Factors affecting the depressive mood experience were suicide thought experience, subjective stress level, gender, monthly household income, smoking status, subjective health level, breakfast status, participation in social activities, and whether the Internet, games, and smartphone interfered with daily life (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to establish and realize a system that enables early detection and support of depression and suicide high-risk groups at the individual, home, community, and national levels.
This study was to investigate the effects of the body fat $\%$ on life styles and self-recognition of health conditions in hotel culinary college students. This survey was conducted using the questionnaires for 144 students (110 males, 34 female) in Hongseung-located college. More exercise time and less frequency of alcoholic beverage they intake, lowered their body fat $\%$. Males did stronger exercise and had lower body fat $\%$ than females. The stronger exercise they did, the lower body fat $\%$ they had, and were more satisfied with their present weight. Since they had more alcoholic beverage, they smoked more. Less smoking, more abdominal obesity they were. The less satisfaction with their body weights, the higher body fat $\%$ they had. The obese less were content with their weights. More recognition of obese shape, higher body fat $\%$ they had and abdominal obesity they were. Female had higher body fat $\%$ and were more abdominal obesity, did weak action, less smoke and weak exercise than male. Higher body fat $\%$ they had, more abdominal obesity they were. The more part time jobs they had, they did not smoke or were not satisfied with their body weights. Female students in culinary arts division had higher body fat $\%$ and were dissatisfied with their body weights and did less exercise or subnormal exercises. Annual reports on the ease of doing business, published from the World Bank, measure the regulations of economies that enhance business activity and those that constrain it by the 10 areas of business life-cycle. It then calculates the scores and ranks in each of the areas and in aggregate. The aggregate scores are the summation of the scores in the areas. This means that all the areas have the same weight. As evaluation results can vary greatly by the areas used and their weights, it is possible that the areas emphasized by small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) of Korea are not appropriately reflected in the evaluation results. From the viewpoint of small and medium-sized Korean enterprises, this paper tries to compare the ease of doing business of economies via determining the weights of the 10 areas. Through an AHP-based survey on Korean professors of a business school and SME CEOs, the weights are determined and then applied to the calculation of the aggregate scores and the ranks of the economies. While the changes in the top and bottom ranks are relatively small, some cases of big changes are found in the middle ranks.
Korean telephone surveys have been based on telephone directory and thus criticized for considerable under-coverage. Now, Korean survey institutions progress to random digit dialing (RDD) very actively. But still most surveys are administered by quota sampling, prone to assign heavier weights to social classes with more hours staying indoor. As a practical remedy, time-balanced quota sampling scheme was proposed by Huh and Hwang (2006). This study compares two telephone surveys on TV audience environment in Korea: RDD with conventional quota sampling versus RDD with time-balanced quota sampling.
