This study has examined how residents view the remodeling process of their old apartment and the actual conditions of apartment remodeling case in Yonggang-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, in Korea. The questionnaire survey has been conducted to apartment residents in Seoul who want to have their houses remodeled in order to specifically find out how they view remodeling process. Furthermore, interviews have been conducted with persons who were in charge of remodeling operations, and related data have been analyzed by conducting on-the-spot survey on apartment in Yonggang-dong. The major findings were as follows 1. The residents pointed out the biggest problem is the lack of information in the remodeling process. Therefore, education and PR on remodeling to residents should be kept on in order for them to play a key role in remodeling operation. 2. In Yonggang apartment remodeling process several problems have been found such as the difficulty of obtainning unanimous consent from residents, the lack of the active and positive participation of residents and the absent of the drawing. Therefore, to activate remodeling of the apartment complex, it needs not only to induce the residents to participate positively, but also to make a practical adjustment on current special repairing allowance.

Purpose: To establish the building guidelines and to analyze the function of Regional Public Hospitals, the survey was conducted primarily on the current status focusing on the location and relationship of the department, area composition ratio, area per bed, and area per operating room. Methods: The research methods of this paper are as follows. 1) A literature survey on the function of the operating and related departments, 2) A drawing analysis for spatial composition and net area calculation. Results: The area of the Operation Department in the Regional Public Hospitals with 200 to 300 beds are as follows. Area ratio: 3.35%, area per Bed: 2.53㎡/bed, the number of beds per operating room: 64.37bed, area per operating room: 146.46㎡/n, area per operating room by plan type: integration corridor 133.84㎡/n, separation corridor 184.82㎡/n. Implications: This paper analyzed data on the current state of Operation Departments for setting up the function and role for the Regional Public Hospital. In the future, it is also required to provide size that takes into account user behavior and the user's psychological aspect in order to suggest appropriate area.

This study has presented construction planning data or material. which can maximize the efficiency of school facilities; in other words, to utilize school facilities as local continuing education facilities in terms of use rate, as well as to make school facilities to accommodate the 7th education curricula. This study has been carried out through questionnaire survey on currently executed various curricular operation types, targeting people in charge of drawing up and operation of the curricula in liberalarts high school. The questionnaire survey has also been conducted on ideal teaching-learning type by subject, targeting teachers in charge of individual subject. The expansion of specialized curricula rooms and classrooms, as well as classrooms by level and ICT-related rooms, are required to invigorate continuing education, which utilizes smooth operation of the 7th education curricula and school facilities. I also assume that implementation of school curricula and the role as local continuing education facilities can be fulfilled, through activated deployment type and operation programs with which management of the facilities becomes easy, in order to utilize those classrooms to be used for continuing education.

The ultimate goal of construction is to complete the given work in the most economical and safest way within the required construction period while meeting the quality standards specified in the design drawing. There are a few characteristics of finish work. First, executed in subdivided processes, finish work involves a very diverse and complex structure. Second, there are no criteria for each segmented process with regard to the appropriate time of input. Third, it is not very necessary to set priorities for lead and lag works. This study intends to provide information on the completion of a project in accordance with the required duration by setting priorities in the delay of each detailed process of finish work to minimize delay in finish work. In this study, finish work is divided into wet work and other types of finish work, and the importance of each process is classified based on the given details of each process. In addition, the study employs a survey to analyze delay factors of a designer, a constructor, and a supplier. Using the survey results, the study sets priorities in delay of final work to provide information on the completion of an apartment project within the planned construction period.

The aim of This study is to establish existing of Munhwa-Maul, and analysis exterior form and elevation types of housing in new village of rural area. And it was studied on data and general conditions about it. The analysis of this research is divided into main categories as follow; classification of exterior form types, drawing an elevation of housing in Munhwa-Maul. So, I needed both field survey and research for data of 22 new village. Through this study and the results of survey are as follows; Munhwa-Maul is role to establish people settled village in rural area. The types of house are several and various in Munhwa-Maul. Especially, masonry construction type of housing has about 80%. But recently new types of housing are on the increase. So, Munhwa-Maul has a new landscape of village. It was grouped by three exterior form of dwelling housing. The ratio of box form has about 40%. Lastly, the types of elevation are four. Flat-roof style has about 70% including eyebrow flat-roof.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the housing unit and investigate needs of housing in Home Economics curriculum of Home Economics teachers. The questionnaire survey was conducted 98 teachers participated in the minor training course in Chungbuk, August of 2000. When the teachers made their class in the section of housing, they emphasized respectively as the textual order: the space of housing and family life, the utilization of space, clean of residing circumstance in the middle school: and in the high school there was also concerned to the textual order: choice of housing, the house planning, interior design, maintenance of house. The teachers focused into the arrange of furniture and interior design for the students in the class, drawing of a plan in the contents of practical experience and performance. According to the survey results, the main point of class in housing should be emphasized the arranging of own room and function of other spaces in house for the students in the middle school. The high school curriculum should focus on the practical area to connect with the interior design. And in the section of housing it was needed to add the contents of management in the multi-family housing, housing problems, neighborhood environment for elderly, and also community planning.

In this research, a vertical alignment analysis algorithm was developed. The developed algorithm used acquired data from a vehicle with multiple sensors such as a global positioning system (GPS) an inertial navigation system (INS), and a distance measuring unit (DMI) to collect information about vehicle position and altitude. The vertical alignment analysis algorithm includes the identification of vertical tangent sections, the beginning and ending points of vertical curves, and the calculation of length of vortical curves. Also, the algorithm can help build models for vertical tangent sections and vertical curve sections. In order to verify the algorithm, a field survey was conducted at an actual highway section and the result of the field survey was compared to a highway CAD drawing.

The purpose of this study is to find problems of "Electricity equipmentand" and "Electricity practic II" tectbook applied in 6th Technical High School Curriculum and to make direction of "Power equipment II" textbook applied in 7th Technical High School Curriculum. The method of this study is questionnaire survey. 120 teachers of 40 schools were selected by cluster sampling method. The main findings of this study are as follow. 1) We should make the composition of textbook easy. 2)The illustration, photograph and drawing of textbook are fitted well. 3) "power equipment II" textbook applied in 7th Technical High School Curriculum would contented follows : lighting equipment, elevator equipment, broadcasting equipment, interphone equipment.

The Purpose of this study is to empirically examine the impact of various internal and external innovation activities of SMEs on their innovation performances in the field of electronics and communication industry. Drawing upon the literature review, internal and external innovation activities are defined and conceptualized, and independent, dependent and moderator variables are developed. We have used survey-based data for this study from the survey of technology innovation activities in manufacturing industry, which was conducted by the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) in 2010. The main result of this study shows that there were no significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on market performance according to the size of SMEs. On the other hands, we found that there were significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on technological innovation performance according to the size of SMEs. Therefore, in order to make high technological innovation performance, companies in the field of electronics and communication industry need to properly implement the internal and external innovation activities by considering their size.

This paper describes the plagiarism inspection supporting system of typical cultural contents or properties such as game programs, cultural contents of natural language documents and art works and proposes the cultural contents the plagiarism inspection supporting system For this, firstly, a survey of plagiarism inspection methods and tools for supporting Plagiarism inspection about programs, cultural contents of natural language documents are discussed. Secondly, the technical method for supporting plagiarism inspection of cultural art works by analyzing the drawing characteristics of authors is proposed. Finally, the experimental results show the effectiveness of this paper.
