광학을 이용한 미술품의 표면측정시스템 제작 및 광학적 특성분석을 통한 진위감정 (Development of an Optical Measurement System for the Authenticity of Paintings)

  • 본 논문에서는 미술품의 광학적 특성을 분석하여 진위감정을 할 수 있는 시스템을 제작해보았다. 기존의 진위감정방법들보다 간단하고 정확한 광학적 진위감정시스템을 이용하여 미술품의 표면을 측정하고 정보를 얻고자 하였다. 첫 번째로 백색광을 이용하여 다양한 색이 칠해져 있는 미술품 표면의 고유한 색상정보를 확인하였다. 두 번째로는 라인레이저를 이용하여 미술품이 가진 표면형상에 대한 정보를 확인하였다. 진위감정시스템의 신뢰성을 평가하기 위해 진작과 비슷한 위작을 제작하여 실험을 진행해 본 결과, 진작과 위작이 서로 다른 데이터를 보여줌으로써 진작으로부터 위작을 쉽게 감별할 수 있었다.

  • The main purpose of this study was intended to analyze the image of N대-Expressionism represented in the late of 20th century fashion design. By the late 1960s and the early 1970s. the prevailing notion of modernity, which had pushed the limits of art beyond previous boundaries, had begun to lose its urgency. Critics called the new pluralistic era which the West was entering Post-Modern. Furthermore, the predominance of America and the New York scene is diminishing, and artistic leadership is now international. Post-Modernism dialectcally made denial of Modernism as likely as New Image Painting and Decorative Pattern Painting Art in 1970's and it was availed as a dialectcal means for the pre-diction of new comings that would be appeared at painting art in 1980's. New Image Painting has been called as Neo-Expressionism. The N대-Expressionists selected human's feature because appeared flankly, directly irregular agitation in the visual effect and they believed human's destructive and amputate body was cruelty. So they express it on the surface canvas. Under the these background, the image of Neo-Expressionism was represented in the late of 20th century fashion design such as the upside-down image of human feature, the image as ameditation on German myth and history, culture, the ecletic image is made of use a mixture of material. The properties of composition, line, color, texture, and form, common to all plastic art, are now more readily recognized and historically valued in every work. That is, individuality, humanity, and the human condition have been at the core of most Western art and Fashion design. Especially Fashion design has been one of the principal instruments used to examine our nature and to promote the notion of growth, self-understanding, and change.

강교 도장용 블라스트 표면처리에 의한 용접이음의 피로강도 향상 (Improving Fatigue Strength of Weld Joints by Blast Cleaning used in Painting Steel Bridge)

  • 강교 제작에는 녹, 흑피 등의 이물질 제거 및 도료의 부착성 증대를 위하여 도장 전 블라스트 표면처리가 실시되고 있지만, 이러한 강교 도장용 블라스트 처리가 용접이음의 피로강도에 미치는 영향에 대한 검토는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 강교 제작시 사용되는 블라스트 처리조건에 의한 압축잔류응력 도입량을 정량적으로 평가하고, 압축잔류응력에 의한 용접이음의 피로강도 향상 정도를 검토하기 위하여, 먼저 국내 7개 강구조물 제작사의 블라스트 처리조건을 조사하였다. 이를 근거로 도출한 10가지의 블라스트 처리조건별 알멘스트립의 아크하이트와 강재시편의 표면조도, 경도 및 잔류응력을 측정하여, 이들 측정값과 블라스트 처리조건들과의 상관관계를 검토하여, 아크하이트 측정으로 압축잔류응력을 근사적으로 추정할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 그리고 블라스트 처리 전 후의 맞대기 용접이음의 압축잔류 응력 측정과 피로시험을 실시하여, 블라스트 처리에 의해 맞대기 용접이음부의 용접지단부에는 약 170MPa이상의 압축잔류응력이 발생하였으며, 이로 인하여 맞대기 용접이음의 피로강도는 용접부가 없는 원판 강재 이상으로 크게 향상됨을 확인하였다.

  • A sludge treatment system for introducing the waste water mixture with paint sludge from the water bath of paint booth and for recycling cleaned water to paint booth after sludge separation is developed. Floated sludge is introduced from the water surface in the bath by using floating-skimmer, and is conveyed by pump to the centrifugal separator where sludge and cleaned water are separated. From the operation results of the present sludge treatment systems applied in actual paint booths, paint sludge can be separated automatically and effectively from water bath with its water content of $60-70\%$, and sludge-free clean water is returned to paint booth.

  • In the case of construction under the marine environment the durability of concrete structures is everely deteriorated by the penetration of salts which results in the corrosion of reinforcing steel. To verify the effect of corrosion protection of reinforcing steel by isolating the penetration of chlorideion this study investigated the bond strength between painting material and concrete, the degree of the penetration-diffusion of chloride ion and the accelerated corrosion test using different potential. Results show that the painted concrete has little the penetration-diffusion of cholride and the reinforcing steel in painted concrete is little corroding.

Influences of Coatings and Solution Corrosivity on Cathodic Protection of Metallic Materials

  • Painting has protected metallic stack but the paint films may be degraded and corrosion problem can be arisen. To protect the painted metal stack, cathodic protection can be applied. If cathodic protection is applied to bare metal, only small area may be protected. However, if cathodic protection is applied to painted metal surface, large area can be protected and the lifetime of paint films can be extended. High corrosion resistant alloys were corroded at a Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) facility of power plant within a short period and thus cathodic protection can be used to protect these metals. On the base of computer simulation, if cathodic protection is applied to bare metal in a FGD environment, it was estimated that applied current could almost be spent to protect area near the anode. However, if cathodic protection is applied to high resistant-coated metal, the much larger area from the anode could be effectively protected.

  • Ti-salt agglomerated titanium dioxide photocatalyst from sludge, which has various and excellent functions such as nitrogen oxide removal performance, antifouling performance, and bacteria removal performance, is intended to be applied to UHPC. The UHPC used in this study is supposed to have a high compressive strength of 100~200MPa and a high flowability of 600mm or more with a slump flow. Titanium dioxide is fixed to the UHPC surface by sieving through a test sieve and compaction and painting using a vibration compactor, and this is tested according to ISO 22197-1. The NO removal amount is evaluated by classification the result range.

Deposition and Characterization of Electrophoretic Paint on AZ31 Magnesium Alloy

  • In this study, electrophoretic paint (E-paint) was deposited on the knife-abraded surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy (AZ31), and its adhesion and corrosion resistance were examined by tape peel-test and salt spray test, respectively. E-paint started to deposit on AZ31 Mg alloy after an inductance time and pores were found in the E-paint layer which is ascribed to hydrogen bubbles generated on the surface during the painting process. The pores disappeared after curing for 15 min at $160^{\circ}C$. The E-paint on AZ31 exhibited good adhesion after immersion in deionized water for 500 h at $40^{\circ}C$. The E-paint sample without scratch showed no corrosion after 1500 h of salt spray test. However, on the scratched sample, blisters were visible adjacent to the scratched sites after 500 h of salt spray test.

강교 도장용 블라스트 처리가 면외거셋 용접이음의 피로거동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Blast Cleaning for Steel Bridge Painting on Fatigue Behavior of Out-of-Plane Gusset Welded Joints)

  • 강구조물의 제작에는 흑피 등의 이물질 제거 및 도장의 부착성 증대를 위해 블라스트 표면처리가 실시되고 있지만, 이러한 도장용 블라스트 처리가 용접이음의 피로거동에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 검토되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 강교 도장용 블라스트 처리가 용접이음부의 피로거동에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여, 용접한 그대로 및 용접 후 블라스트 처리한 면외거셋 용접이음을 대상으로 피로실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 강교 도장용 블라스트 처리에 의해 면외거셋 용접이음의 용접지단부 비드접선각도 및 곡률반경이 증가되고 압축잔류 응력이 도입됨을 확인하였다. 그리고 면외거셋 용접이음의 피로수명은 고응력범위에서는 블라스트 처리의 유무와 상관없이 거의 동일하였지만, 저응력범위(150MPa이하)에서는 피로수명이 증가하였으며, 피로한계는 약 160%정도로 크게 증가함을 확인하였다.
