  • For the purpose of developing economical and time-efficient formwork for Top-down construction, a Non-Supporting Form System has been proposed. The system is consisted of two parts: a hanging part to support a steel frame and a section of concrete slab, and the other hanging part to lower the steel frame. In this paper, the proposed system is compared to two existing systems of Non Supporting Top-down Method and Bracket Supported R/C Downward Method. It is expected that this system can be used in Top-down construction with further development.

  • Program management is a concept to deal with huge and complex business activities from social, economical, cultural and environmental points of view and increase their value for client and society. The aim of this study is to establish a framework of program management process and develop a supporting system for program management. In this paper we propose a framework and a proto type supporting system based on case studies and report the result of application to an urban redevelopment using partially implemented software.

정밀농업 구현을 위한 공간 데이터베이스 구축 (Construction of a Spatial Database for Realizing Precision Farming)

  • Database as a supporting system for decision-making is one of essential parts for realizing precision farming. Application models on constructing a database for precision farming, including collection of spatial and attribute data, were suggested using a GPS, DXF files, AutoCAD, a Java application program and PostgreSQL DBMS in this study. The constructed spatial database based on the schema design of spatial and attribute data table was evaluated as a supporting system for decision-making by a simulation of a virtual variable-rate chemical applicator. The applicator could extract the values of soil property at its consecutive location in the tested field in communication with the constructed database, and prescribe the corresponding variable-rate of chemicals. The results of the study suggested the possibility that the constructed database can function a supporting system for decision-making for precision farming.

Design-Based Research for Developing Wiki-Based Inquiry Support Tools

  • The purpose of this study was to design an inquiry supporting tool on wiki based collaborative learning and to investigate the effect of the inquiry supporting tool. Eight design principles were selected and more specified design strategies were made from the literatures. The first system with the first-round design principles was developed and implemented in an actual classroom. After the first field study, researcher found a few drawbacks of the system. The second system was implemented in the classroom again. Finally developed wiki-based inquiry supporting tool system is unique in that it allows instructors to design their own CSCL inquiry activities, and it has intuitive menu tabs showing inquiry learning processes.

건설업 협력회사 안전수준 향상 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Subcontractors' Safety Management System in Construction Industries)

  • Subcontractors have an increased risk of accidents compared to large contractors. Subcontractors' safety management system is in close association with workers in construction sites. Contractors should strengthen subcontractors' roll and responsibility and provide continual support to prevent an accident. And also these supporting system should be provided to subcontractors' headquarters as well as construction site. Contractors' priority management for subcontractors safety should be transferred from the post management for disciplinary action to the preventive management to improve subcontractors participation and safety performance. Subcontractors can not establish the safety management system with just a one time supporting only. Contractors support and monitoring should be provided to subcontractors regularly and continuously to establish their self safety management system. The subcontractors safety management system improvement program(SSMSIP) suggested in this study will be a effective supporting system for subcontractors to establish and improve their safety management system. If we carry out the objective and quantitative evaluations and supporting system such as SSMSIP and provide the consequential incentive program to subcontractors, it can contribute to the accident reduction.

IT 지원 조직의 조직 적합성에 관한 연구 : 농촌 IT 지원조직의 사례 (A Study on the Organizational Fit of IT Supporting Organizations : A Case of IT Supporting Agricultural Promotion Agencies)

  • The concrete information technology (IT) has affected ways for supporting agricultural products. However, studies relating IT to agriculture in a broader sense have not been prevalent. The objective of this study is to improve agencies' effectiveness and performance in the use and application of IT through understanding the organizational fit and misfit. This research applied a multi-contingency view to Korean IT supporting agricultural promotion agencies and it evaluated the competitiveness of these agencies with reference to the correspondence of factors (Goal, Strategy, Environment, Knowledge Exchange, Task Design, and Information System) affecting their performance with organizational goals. The results reveal that organizations with good performance show better organizational fit with their organizational goal. This study contributes to the ways of efficient IT management in agricultural organizations in Korea.

중소기업 지원실태와 지원체계 개선방안 (Supporting Reality and Support System Improvement for the Small and Medium Size Enterprises)

  • 국가경제 성장동력으로서 역할이 강조되는 중소기업을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 중소기업 지원체계 개선이 시급하다. 따라서 중소기업지원제도를 (1)융 투자, (2)보증 보험, (3)기술개발, (4)특허인증, (5)판로 수출, (6)인력, (7)창업 벤처, (8)정보화 컨설팅, (9)자영업 유통, (10)대 중소상생협력 지원 등 10개 부문으로 구분하여 지원 유형을 파악하고 유사중복적인 지원실태를 분석하였다. 분석결과 지원부문 중 자금지원, 판로수출, 기술개발 등의 부문에서 유사중복적 지원이 이루어지고 있고, 지원법 제도간의 중복적인 문제와 지원주체의 복잡다기화로 인한 추진체계의 비효율적인 문제를 보였다. 이를 개선하기 위해 중소기업지원에 가장 필요한 것은 현재 지원시책을 중심으로 지원체계와 지원대상, 지원규모 등을 보다 체계화 및 정교화 해야 하며, 지원기관간 협력네트워크 구축과 통합정보시스템을 개선하여 불필요한 유사중복성 지원을 최소화하고, 현행 정책을 점진적으로 개선하는 방향으로 나아가야 한다.

부산광역시교육청 디지털자료실지원센터의 구축 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Implementation of a Digital Library Supporting Center in Busan Metropolitan Department of Education)

  • 학교도서관의 협력망은 시·도교육청을 중심으로 구축되는 것이 바람직하다. 디지털자료실지원센터는 학교도서관의 업무를 지원하기 위해 시·도교육청에 설치되는 종합정보시스템이다. 부산광역시교육청은 교육인적자원부와 한국교육학술정보원의 디지털자료실 설치 및 디지털자료실지원센터 구축 사업의 지원을 받아, 학교도서관을 지원하기 위한 디지털자료실지원센터를 16개 시·도교육청 중에서 최초로 설치하였다. 본고는 먼저 디지털자료실지원센터를 구축하는데 적용된 정보시스템의 기반 기술과 외국의 정보시스템 사례를 살펴보고, 부산광역시교육청의 정보시스템을 소개하고 있다.

접촉식 3점지지법에 의한 내경측정의 기하학적 오차 해석 (Geometric Error Analysis of Contact Type Three Points Supporting Method for Inner Diameter Measurement)

  • Inner diameter of bearing race is automatically measured by complete inspection system after grinding process. Contact type three points supporting method is widely applied to automatic inner diameter measurement because of its excellent stability. However, the geometric consideration regarding three points supporting method is not sufficient. In this study, the error equation from geometric error analysis of three points supporting method is found. The effect of factors in the error equation is also investigated. The error equation is linear for difference of diameter in sample and master on range of tolerance. An error becomes more and more larger, when the distance of two supporting balls or the diameter of supporting ball are increased. In the result, some considerations are proposed for measurement of inner diameter by the three points supporting method.

대량의 발신 호를 지원하는 음성 메시지 시스템 (Voice Message System Supporting Massive Outbound Call)

  • In this paper, new voice message system supporting massive outbound call is proposed. Basic idea of the proposed system is to pre-process all the text-to-speech conversion process, mixing of text and attached music file and to store the results of pre-process in the cache server which is connected to the IVR. New voice message system is optimized for the voice message system supporting massive outbound call by distributing the load of the web server caused by server-side script implementation which is accessing database and generating dynamic Voice XML document over client module and server module of web server. The proposed voice message system was test-deployed in one domestic voice message application service provider and it is shown that proposed voice message system reduced the response latency problem of test-bed voice message system.
