This paper proposes several alternative government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. First, this paper considers reforming factors relating to current financial supporting policy and studies foreign government supporting loan programs through benchmarking so as to derive alternative financing supporting policy. Secondly, this paper analyses several investment supporting policies on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. Finally, new Korean government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises is collectively diagnosed by putting comprehensive analyses together in this paper.

In this paper, we use case studies to analyze the supporting programs of policy funds for Korean and Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). It is found that supporting firms are suitable to the excluded companies from financial institutions and excellent corporate credit rating. It is also shown that subordinated loan program as well as loan limit can be enlarged policy funds with priming water of private funds. Moreover, it shows that credit guarantee funding has a positively significant influence on long-term funding facility. Therefore, this findings can improve the complementary relationship between policy funds and financial institutions.

The purpose of this study is to review the characteristics of the policy for supporting child care and education in Korea. In order to suggest the theoretical and practical issues for child care and education policy, it is necessary to evaluate the existing policies. Based on the review of the literature, the legal system, and the policy, the child care support system in Korea is evaluated to be fragmentary and inconsistent. And Korean child care policy is a mixture of the conservative and the liberal one. In order to meet the needs of the family and children of Korea, more progress approach to child care policy is needed. The suggestions of this study are to have Korean government give more weight on societal care of children, introduce children's allowance, integrating child care and education system and developing policy monitoring systems in Korea.

This paper presents the real condition and problems of rural communities, shift of social paradigm, and also discussed the results and efforts of existing energy supporting policy by literature review. The aim of this study is to suggest the new supporting policy of energy saving facilities for rural communities, and to show its necessity, framework, promotion method, and connection plan with existing policy. Based on this study, mainly three results can be drawn as follows; first, this new policy is required that not only suggestive reason such as energy crisis and social atmosphere, but also, financial support and welfare service for resident of rural area. Second, the various rural facilities including residence must be planed sustainable energy saving system by this new policy. And the third, this policy should be simultaneously adopted with rural development policy, and must drive forward that is closely connected with a related policy.

The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing managerial performances of women entrepreneur's characteristics and entrepreneurial supporting policy. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to characteristics of women entrepreneurs and an entrepreneurial supporting policy. The model is used by SPSS 15.0 for analysis on the sample collected from 130 respondents. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows: need for achievement, risk-taking propensity, vision, opportunity perception and entrepreneurial supporting policy influence positively managerial performances. The results of this study will provide practical implications on success of women entrepreneurs.

The optimal time-sequential distribution of supporting fire against enemy ground units in combat against attacking friendly units is studied. Lanchester type models of warfare are combined with optimal control theory in this investigation. The optimal time-sequential fire-support policy is characterized for a specific problem. Although complete details for the determination of the optimal policy are not given, it is conjectured, on the basis of the theorems which were proved, that for this problem the optimal policy is to always concentrate all supporting fire on the same enemy unit until supporting fire must be lifted.

The purpose of study was to examine the entrepreneurial supporting policy and the entrepreneurship which can affect the entrepreneurial intention, and to prove the moderating effect of the business failure burden and the self-efficacy on the relationship of the entrepreneurial supporting policy, entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention through the empirical study in the fusion of industries. We used data from 321 survey participants by using structured questionnaires, excluding dishonest respondents, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 statistic package. We used hierarchical regression technique to prove our hypothesis. The results showed that education and marketing support which are part of the entrepreneurial supporting policy in the fusion of industries will have positive influence on innovativeness, pro-activeness and risk acceptability which are part of entrepreneurship. It has been reported that only funding support has positive influence on entrepreneurship pro-activeness. The results also indicated that the entrepreneurial supporting policy will have positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention, but business failure burden and self-efficacy will have no moderating effect in the relation between the entrepreneurial supporting policy and the entrepreneurship. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were presented.

The purpose of this study is to contemplate the environmental change of the fourth industrial revolution in viewpoint of SME, and to analyze the relevance between the fourth industrial revolution and SME, thereby reviewing the governmental supporting policy for SME. Promising fields of the fourth industrial revolution can be derived from WEF survey, manufacturing innovation, and new growth engine. Also the case of GE's movement could be a good reference. We explored the relevance between the fourth industrial revolution and SME supporting policy, and described the suitability as SME's next item among the various promising fields. When extracting new business items by using the factor of prospective and appropriate conditions, both types such as product or service and subordinate or derivative items would be possible. For the proper action to the fourth industrial revolution, not only the competence enhancing of SME itself but also positive supporting policy of government side are to be considered.

This study aimis to identify policy priorities for promoting youth activities through the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA is used to identify policy priorities for promoting local youth activities. The IPA tabulated result is presented in a two-dimensional grid to showing for promoting local youth activities, The require concentrate support part is divided into 3 parts. Problem solve supporting at work development of leisure activities programs, leisure activities programs developing and development of leisure-related professionals. And leisure-related professionals developing. The next parts that require continuous management were divided into four parts. The next parts that require continuous management is divided into four parts. Creating rental housing for young people, support for housing expenses supporting, loans supporting, and Holiday guaranteed. Based on the factors that support youth activities that make up the IPA matrix, the implications of revitalizing local youth activities is presented as below. First, ensuring employment of local youth and efforts to create sustainable jobs. Second, continuous efforts to improve the housing conditions of local youth, and third, policy support is needed for local youth to do various leisure activities.
