국내 온라인 게임 기업의 해외진출지원 모델의 효율성 연구 (Study of the effectiveness of a supporting model for the domestic online game industry to go abroad)

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임의 구조 분석을 통하여 한국의 온라인 게임 기업이 글로벌 시장에 진출하는 과정에 필요한 효율성 높은 정책적 지원 플랫폼 및 성과 평가 모델을 발굴한다. 온라인 게임 기업의 해외 지원을 위해 다양한 방법으로 정부의 정책 및 게임 회사의 노력이 시도되었으나 온라인 게임이라는 콘텐츠만이 갖는 고유한 특성과 환경으로 인해 온라인 게임의 글로벌 지원에 특화된 성공적인 비즈니스 모델을 갖지 못하고 있었다. 그동안 국내 온라인 게임 지원 정책은 글로벌 서비스 플랫폼(Global Service Platfotm: GSP) 지원 사업과 국제게임대회, 현지화, 홍보 등 다양한 사업을 중심으로 국산 온라인 게임업체를 지원하고 국내 온라인 게임에 대한 해외 경쟁력을 높이려고 해왔다. 하지만 그 투자와 노력에 비해 GSP 등 일부 사업을 제외하고는 좋은 결실을 맺지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2004년 이후 10년간 추진 중인, 온라인게임 육성의 유일한 성공 정책이라 할 수 있는 GSP 사업 모델에 대한 다각적 접근 방법과 참여 업계의 설문 분석을 통해 정책 수행 결과에 대한 효과를 검증하고 시사점을 도출하였다. GSP의 성과 평가를 위해 새로운 정책 지원 및 평가 모델인 글로벌 온라인 게임 지원 모델(Global online game Supporting Chain Model: GoGSCM)을 제시하였으며, 적합성, 효율성, 효과성, 지속성의 4가지 측면에서 GSP 모델을 평가, 검증하였다.

기업사회책임활동적인지인지동기류형대고객충성도적영향(企业社会责任活动的认知认知动机类型对顾客忠诚度的影响) (The Effects of the Perceived Motivation Type toward Corporate Social Responsibility Activities on Customer Loyalty)

  • 企业社会责任活动已被认为是提高企业形象和企业竞争力的一个潜在因素. 然而, 先前大部分关于企业社会责任活动的研究是主要针对的是这些活动如何影响影响对产品, 企业以及企业形象的评价的评价. 另外, 一些学者将消费者对企业动机的感知作为企业社会责任和消费者反应之间直接关系中的调解变量. 然而, 动机理论和相关的研究存在一些缺点. 对消费者, 企业社会责任活动只有两个动机, 但最近, Vlachos等人(2008) 认为这些动机应该细分. 因此, 它有可能从原有理论发展为修正理论模型(说服, 个人知识管理(PKM). Vlachos等人(2008) 将企业社会责任动机细分为四种类型, 并尝试发现这些动机在影响顾客种程度方面的作用以及不同. 以前的研究已经证明具有积极动机会对的社会责任活动会有积极的影响. 但并没有实证地解释其心理原因. 因此本研究的目的是双重的. 第一, 本研究试图发现顾客为什么会在他们感受到企业社会活动的积极动机的情况下表达他们的感激. 第二, 本研究试图测试当社会从企业社会责任活动中获得利益时与消费者的回报的效果. 以下是本研究的假设: H1: 企业社会责任活动的价值驱使的动机积极影响认知的对等对于互惠的期待. H2: 企业社会责任活动的参股者驱使的动机消极影响于互惠的期待认知的对等. H3: 企业社会责任活动的利己驱使的动机消极影响于互惠的期待认知的对等. H4: 企业社会责任活动的战略驱使的动机消极影响对于互惠的期待认知的对等. H5: 对企业社会责任活动的互惠的期待认知的对等积极影响消费者忠诚度. 我们选择了一个公司作为研究对象来理解企业社会责任活动的动机是如何影响消费者于互惠的期待认知的对等和顾客忠诚度. 总样本为100名受访者被选为试验测试. 此外, 为了获得一致的回复, 我们保证所有的受访者都超过20岁. 本调查中. 在排除了28份无效问卷以后, 总受访者是172名(82名男性, 90名女性). 基于截至标准, 数据和模型的适配度良好. 在观察结果以后, 企业社会责任活动的价值驱使的动机对于互惠的期待认知的对等有积极的影响(t=6.75, p<.001),假设1被证明. Morales (2005) 也指出消费者的确感激企业对社会所做出的努力以及对社会所给予的利益. 而且企业社会责任活动的参股者驱使的动机对于互惠的期待认知的对等没有影响(t = ‐.049, p > .05). 因此, 假设2被拒绝. 我们可以用符合论来解释这个结果. 利己驱使动机(t = ‐3.11, p < .05)和战略驱使的动机(t = ‐4.65, p < .05) 对认知的对等有消极影响. 因此H3和H4被证明. 而且认知的对等积极影响消费者的忠诚度(t = 4.24, p < .05),H5被证明. 从结果中看, 与大众群体相比,大学生更容易受利己驱动动机的影响. 以下是本研究的结论:首先, 数据分析结果显示价值驱使的动机积极影响于互惠的期待认知的对等. 但是参股者驱动的动机对互惠的期待认知的对等没有显著影响. 另外, 利己驱使的动机和战略驱使的动机消极影响互惠的期待认知的对等. 第二, 当企业社会责任活动与消费者的回报关联时, 社会责任活动积极影响顾客忠诚度. 本研究测试了动机的种类是否影响消费者对企业社会责任的反应, 尤其是企业社会责任如何能影响关键的内在因素(认知的对等) 和消费者行为的结果(顾客忠诚度). 而且, 本研究阐述了认知对等在企业社会责任动机和顾客忠诚度的关系中起到媒介的作用. 我们的研究扩展了有关消费者企业社会责任动机方面的研究, 将他们定位为消费者反应的一个直接指标. 另外一个贡献是, 我们成功地鉴定了认知的对等作为一个次级过程在归因于顾客忠诚度的企业社会责任的影响中的中介作用. 今后在研究企业社会责任的最终行为和财务影响时应该考虑源于互惠的期待认知对等的影响. 本研究的结果具有重要的管理意义. 第一, 本研究发现的对等的中心作用表明经理人应该经常考虑这些行为将创造出多少的互惠的期待认知对等. 第二, 理解消费者对企业社会责任的动机, 的认知是如何与互惠的期待认知对等和顾客忠诚度相关, 可以帮助经理人通过营销活动和管理企业社会责任‐感应归因过程来监控和提高这些消费者的结果. 本研究的结果将帮助企业去理解影响互惠的期待认知对等的四个不同的动机的相对重要性.

베이비부머의 노후준비가 부모부양 의식에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Old Age Preparation of Baby Boomers Give Dependents Awareness of Parent)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 급격한 산업화와 도시화로 인한 핵가족화가 가족 및 개인의 책임과 의무로 여겨져 왔던 부모부양의식에 커다란 변화를 가져온 현실에 있어서, 시대 상황적으로 여러 가지 상대적으로 취약한 베이비부머 세대 스스로의 노후준비가 부모 부양의식에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과 종교, 주거상태, 월평균소득 등이 부모부양의식에 미치는 유의미한 결과를 보였으며, 경제생활관련 노후준비수준, 건강생활관련 노후준비수준, 여가생활관련 노후준비수준, 가족생활관련 노후준비수준, 주거생활 관련 노후준비수준 그리고 노후준비수준 총합 모두에서 부모부양의식과 관련하여 유의성을 나타내었다. 특히 주거생활관련 노후준비수준과 여가생활관련 노후준비수준이 부모부양의식에 미치는 영향에 있어서 유의확률이 .001(*p<0.05) 가장 유의미하게 나타났고, 이어서 경제생활관련 노후준비수준이 .005(*p<0.05)의 유의확률을 나타냈다. 결과적으로 본인들의 노후 준비수준이 높을수록 상대적으로 그들의 부모부양의식이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정책적 제언을 하면, 첫 번째, 그들의 주거생활과 관련한 안정적 지원정책이 차별화하여 지원되어야 할 것이며, 두 번째로 봉사활동 등 사회활동을 통한 여가활동을 위한 사회적 프로그램의 지원이 필요하며, 아울러 아직 젊은 그들에게 경제활동을 통한 경제생활 불안감을 해소 할 수 있도록 국가의 정책적인 배려가 있어야 할 것이다.

국민건강증진기금 중장기 운용 방향 (The Future Direction of Health Promotion Fund)

  • This study reviews the amount and expenditures in national health promotion fund from 1997 to 2006, to analyse the problems and provide the future direction of health promotion fund programs. This study suggested the guide for future plans and the scope and contents of health promotion fund programs, priority and fund budgetary allocation, and operation organization. It is needed to revise health promotion law and enforcement decree of the health promotion act. The fund should be used in limited 9 areas related to healthy life activities: (1)Anti-smoking actions, (2)To support activities leading to a healthy life, (3)Public health education and development of materials, (4)Investigation and research regarding community health matters, (5)Public nutrition management activities, (6)Oral health management activities, (7)Physical exercises for health promotion, (8)Foundation related to supporting healthy life style practice society, (9)Expenses necessary for the management and operation of the fund. And also, in order to improve the performance of health promotion, it is considered to reform the operation system including organization.

외국의 건강증진기금 운영실태 고찰 및 시사점 (The Review of the Health Promotion Foundation and Implication for Korea)

  • Objectives: The study aimed at reviewing the organizational values, structures, and activities of the health promotion foundation model as a recently recommended by the World Health Organization, and exploring adequate suggestions to administer the funds in Korea. Methods: The study materials were collected from web-sites and visiting, the ThaiHealth, VicHealth, Healthway, and Health Promotion Switzerland were reviewed as the representative cases of health promotion foundation model. Results: According to the review, the health promotion foundation established based on relevant legal acts had the comprehensive and professional organizational structure with boards and committees as governing and supporting bodies. The foundations had clearly defined vision, mission, and purpose, and pursuit health promotion purpose, independent and professional decision making process, strategies and priorities to initiate broad health promotion activities, balanced funds distribution to various areas and sectors, and networking and collaborating with partners. Conclusions: Health promotion foundation is a recommendable model to lead more effective and efficient health promotion activities and to collaborate with other sectors or other countries. Expanded usages of health promotion fund into the diverse health promotion settings such as communities, work places and schools and health activities including sponsorships as well as health promotion programs need to be considered.

국내 건축주 분류 및 유형별 태도·행동 조사 - 개인 건축주 대상 연구 보완 - (Classifying Building Industry Clients and Investigating Their Attitude and Behavior - Supplement Research on Individual Clients -)

  • This paper discusses issues faced by individual building industry clients. These form the majority of clients but, because they do not possess high purchasing power, they attract less attention in the industry. Given that key decisions on project definition and procurement strategy are made at the pre-project stage, the industry would benefit from knowing relevant aspects of its clients' attitudes and behaviors, so that it can support them. There is a lack of research on this subject, and so we first describe a theoretical framework and research methodology that were developed for this specific group of clients. Theory adopted from consumer behavioral research was introduced to develop a general behavioral model of individual clients. In this model, individual clients are assumed to seek and then process information after acknowledging normative activities. To validate our model, a field survey was conducted using randomly selected individual clients. Their opinions on the importance and difficulty of 12 normative activities were analysed to establish a general attitude. Information seeking behaviour was investigated by measuring the frequency and type of source that they contacted to conduct the normative activities. The attitudes and information seeking behaviour presented in this research will contribute to the development of project tools for supporting these clients.

제조기업 실행공동체의 사회적 자본이 조직의 지식공유특성 및 개인혁신활동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Capital on Organizational Knowledge Sharing Characteristics and Individual Innovation Activities in Community of Practice of Manufacturing Company)

  • Purpose The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social capitals on organizational knowledge sharing characteristics and individual innovation activities in community of practice (CoP) of manufacturing company. Design/methodology/approach For this purpose, we divide social capitals as three dimensions, i.e. structural, relational, and cognitive dimension. Structural dimension also consists of closure and Brokerage. Relational social capital is defined as trust about colleagues, superior authorities, and organization. Then, cognitive social capital is defined as a shared understanding among individuals, such as a shared language and codes within CoP. Knowledge Sharing is defined as quantity and quality of shared knowledge. We also defines the cause and effect relationships among social capitals, organizational knowledge sharing characteristics, and individual innovation activities in CoP of manufacturing company as follows. The social capitals will have positive effects on quality of shared knowledge. Then the quality of shared knowledge will have positive effects on the individual innovation activities. This paper tested the validity of these hypothesized casual effects and the sub-hypothesized causal relationships. For the purpose, we used the Partial Least Squares (PLS) for analyzing the causal relationships. Findings Our empirical results show that social capitals of CoP mostly have effects on organizational knowledge sharing characteristics (quantity and quality of shared knowledge) and knowledge sharing activities also have effects on individual innovative activities in the workplace. In this study, these result have a significant implication that a private company will be able to gain organizational innovative performance much better by strengthening CoP supporting activities.

  • The rapidly changing environment have forced organizations to improve systems thinking capability to coordinate diverse activities across cross-functional business areas necessarily involving group decision-making processes. Although many approaches have been introduced to enable the collaborative processes of group decision-making, they often lack features supporting the dynamic complexity issues. The study proposes system dynamics modeling based on simulation techniques to improve systems thinking capability in group decision-making context.

A Survey Study of Quality Management Practices in Manufacturing and Service Sectors

  • A questionaire survey has been conducted to find out the total quality management practices in Korea. Its initial purpose is to search for some general measure of depth and width of spread of quality management throughout Korean industries, specifically in manufacturing and service sectors. This can be used as a guideline for supporting any activities endeavoring to find appropriate methods to boost quality management in Korea. Also, through comparisional analysis at the macro-level, some characteristics in quality management practices are shown to exist in Korean industries. The analysis is based on perceptions of surveyed people about quality management practices in their companies.

  • There have been growing recognition on the needs of coordination of diverse activities across cross-functional business areas necessarily involving group decision-making processes. Although many group decision-making support tools and methods have been introduced to enable the collaborative processes of group decision-making, they often lack features supporting the dynamic complexity issues. This study proposes system dynamics modeling approach based on simulation techniques to deal with the group decision-making tasks having properties of dynamic complexity.
