  • Steel elements are widely used for temporary structures on every construction site. but despite its strong resistences against heavy concrete volumes, they are easily eroded by oxygens in the space as times have been gone. If they are used several times in the construction fields, their elements are rusted and deformed and the strength is gradually reduced through the weak part. From this point of view, aluminum pipe support has been developed in stead of steel pipe sopport with enhancing durability against oxygens all the more. The developed aluminium pipe support has been lighter than steel unit, so workability has been improved. In another advantage of aluminium pipe support, different level control is possible with being equipped with the level control nut which enables the length adjustment of aluminium pipe support and the collapse of aluminum pipe support could be also prevented from the structures in the long term.

  • Objective: This study was to identify the effect of pressure biofeedback applied in various postures that allow the application of abdominal drawing-in. Design: A cross sectional study. Methods: The study intended to compare changes in the thickness of abdominal muscles between different postures when abdominal drawing-in was performed using a pressure biofeedback unit in five postures and to compare differences in terms of measures such as the transverse abdominis's preferential activation ratio(PAR). Data measured from 30 healthy individuals were used for data analysis. A paired t-test and repeated measures analysis of variance was performed to compare the thickness of each abdominal muscle. Results: The transverse abdominis's and internal oblique's thickness showed statistically significant differences in all postures when abdominal drawing-in (p<0.05). In the comparison between the postures, statistically significant differences were observed between the positions of hook-lying and wall support standing and between supine and wall support standing and between hook-lying and sitting (p<0.05). In terms of the transverse abdominis's PAR in each posture, statistically significant differences were observed between hook-lying and quadruped, hook-lying and sitting, hook-lying and wall support standing, quadruped and supine, sitting and supine, as well as wall support standing and supine (p<0.05). Conclusions: When abdominal drawing-in using pressure biofeedback unit is performed for stabilization exercises, selecting and applying specific postures according to targeted muscles and the subject's functional ability will help provide a more efficient and accurate intervention.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the current status of unit tasks, unit task operation, and record management problems used by local governments, and to present improvement measures using text-based big data technology based on the implications derived from the process. Local governments are in a serious state of record management operation due to errors in preservation period due to misclassification of unit tasks, inability to identify types of overcommon and institutional affairs, errors in unit tasks, errors in name, referenceable standards, and tools. However, the number of unit tasks is about 720,000, which cannot be effectively controlled due to excessive quantities, and thus strict and controllable tools and standards are needed. In order to solve these problems, this study developed a system that applies text-based analysis tools such as corpus and tokenization technology during big data analysis, and applied them to the names and construction terms constituting the record management standard. These unit task operation support tools are expected to contribute significantly to record management tasks as they can support standard operability such as uniform preservation period, identification of delegated office records, control of duplicate and similar unit task creation, and common tasks. Therefore, if the big data analysis methodology can be linked to BRM and RMS in the future, it is expected that the quality of the record management standard work will increase.

  • Victory and defeat of the war depends on follow-on logistics support. The spending time of follow-on logistics support at combat area is greatly influenced by the degree of combat intensity. The main purpose of this study is to compose a optimal supply route for operational sustainability of combat unit at combat area using transport vehicles. This study suggests a composition of optimal supply route for follow-on logistics support which considers the degree of combat intensity. A mathematical programming model and a genetic algorithm suggest to minimize the total spending time of follow-on logistics support. The suggested mathematical programming model is verified by using CPLEX 11.1. This study computes supply route, total spending time, total travel distance, and the number of transport vehicle.

  • Objectives: To determine the relationships between physical activity (PA), the neighborhood environment support for PA, and social support for PA among Mexican-American women living in South Texas. The Enlace study was a randomized controlled trial that tested the effectiveness of a promotora-led PA intervention among low-income Mexican origin women (n=614) living in colonias. Methods: The dependent measures included accelerometer-measured average moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) and sedentary breaks and the Community Health Activities Model Program for Seniors PA 41-item questionnaire. The independent measures included the Physical Activity and Neighborhood Environment Scale (PANES) and the 13-item Physical Activity Social Support (PASS) scale. Results: Enlace participants were on average 40.4 (standard deviation, 10.3) years old, born in Mexico (86.1%), and uninsured (83.1%). Adjusted linear regression results indicated that each 1-point increment in the PANES overall score was associated with 0.050 (p<0.001) unit increase in sedentary break and a -0.043 (p=0.001) unit decrease in sedentary break duration. Both PANES (${\beta}=0.296$; p=0.002) and PASS scores (${\beta}=0.076$; p<0.001) were associated with weekly average self-reported MVPA. Interaction effects were observed between PASS scores and accelerometer-measured frequency of sedentary breaks and sedentary time duration. Conclusions: The findings of this study indicate that the relationships between PA and built environment and social support are measure-dependent and suggest that reducing sedentary time in this population may require a closer assessment of social support for PA.

  • Purpose : This study evaluated the nutritional status and effect of nutritional support team (NST) management in critically ill patients. Methods : From January 2015 to August 2017, the study retrospectively investigated 128 patients aged above 19 years admitted to a medical intensive care unit (MICU). The patients were divided into two groups: NST (n=65) and non-NST (n=63) groups. Nutritional status, classification of bedsore risks, incidence rate of bedsore and clinical outcomes were compared. Results : The study found a higher rate of the use of enteral nutrition in the NST group (${\chi}^2=45.60$, p < .001). The prescription rate of parenteral nutrition (PN) was found to be lower in the NST group (4.6%) compared to the non-NST group (60.3%). There was a higher PN of total delivered/required caloric ratio in the NST, compared to the non-NST, group (${\chi}^2=3.33$, p=.025). There were significant differences for higher albumin levels (t=2.50, p=.014), higher total protein levels (t=2.94, p=.004), and higher proportion of discharge with survival rates (${\chi}^2=18.26$, p < .001) in the NST group. Conclusions : Providing NST management to critically ill patients showed an increase in the nutrition support. Further, to achieve effective clinical outcomes, measures such as nutrition education and continuous monitoring and management for the provision of nutritional support by the systemic administration of a nutritional support team should be considered.

  • Angiography means that a check up to know an abnormal condition in all the blood vessels include from the heart, aortae, cerobrovascular and abdonominal artery to hands and feet. Main examples of this are cerebral angiography, abdominal, liver for urinary anomaly, renovascular angiography, and artery and vein in arms and legs. Angiography uses radial rays or angiography equipment for an image output during interventional procedure and compositive diagnosis. The acts which performed in a projection room have changed drastically. In general, it is performed by using equipment which is attached one or two C-arms and the method of inserting catheter in vein after anesthesia. For this reason, some rooms that consist of angiography room units should be planned not only for expensiveness equipment and facilities also to be germ-free. Nowadays, in the angiography unit case, it is placed independently as the central part of many hospitals. It does not belong to the imaging medical department any more as considering raising filming times and the relation between C.C.U.(coronary care unit) and operation unit. This means the acts performed are diversified and well-organized rooms in support of diagnosis are required. However, it is difficult to plan the angiography room unit due to domestic researches and data on this unit are not enough. Therefore, this study aims at bringing up basic issue for architectural planning of the angiography unit in general hospital.

  • Unit testing is proved to be vital for a successful software development process. Modern languages, such as Python, Java and C#, have a great support and tools for unit testing. But when it comes to C++, there are a big number of C++ frameworks available [List], and it becomes hard to make a choice of unit testing framework to use. This paper presents a survey of open source C++ unit testing frameworks by dividing open source C++ unit testing frameworks into two groups: frameworks with an integrated test runner and frameworks with a separate test runner.
