On an offshore plant topside, various types of offshore facilities for processing energy resources, such as oil and gas, and equipment and outfitting for connecting these facilities are installed in a limited space. An offshore plant superstructure is composed of numerous supporting rack structures and reinforcements for securing and supporting offshore installations and the related equipment. This paper describes the development of design support software to support this superstructure design efficiently. The developed design support software, which was based on AVEVA Marine's PML(Programmable Macro Language), supports the parametric method for superstructure design. A method of batch 3D modeling from 2D drawings for supporting rack structure produced in the basic and detailed design was also developed using AutoLisp. In addition, through the application example of superstructure module design, the design support software introduced in this paper can be expected to reduce the design time by more than 90% compared to the use of only basic functions of AVEVA PDMS.

Emotional labor is now emphasized as a very important concept not only for private companies but also for public servants who perform public affairs in public institutions, but relatively theoretical research is lacking. The purpose of this study is to examine the negative effects of the surface acting on emotional labor and to examine the moderating effect of social support to reduce it. As for the social support, we distinguished between POS support and supervisor support. Furthermore, we found that any support among POS and supervisor support has a large effect on the relationship between surface acting and emotional exhaustion. In order to verify this research model and hypothesis, we conducted 250 employees who perform civil affairs in public institutions. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was found that surface acting had a very significant effect on emotional exhaustion. The increase in emotional exhaustion due to the incongruity between inner emotions and display emotions appeared to be the same as the results of research on existing private companies. Second, both POS and supervisor support significantly reduce the relationship between surface acting and emotional exhaustion. Third, the moderating effect of POS and supervisor support showed that the control effect of superiors' support was stronger, so that the surface act reduced the influence of emotional exhaustion more strongly. The results of this study refer to the importance of emotional labor education for civil servants performing civil affairs. In addition, it suggests that various programs should be provided to relieve emotional exhaustion and stress of civil service officials. In addition, it suggests a more aggressive organizational support design for high-level POS.

RHEL 7, the leader in the enterprise Linux market, has dramatically increased the maximum support specification, such as file system size, file size, etc., by changing the default file system from EXT to XFS. It's not just an increase in support specifications, it's working on daemons, and it's showing excellent performance on high-performance disks such as high-capacity disks and solid state drives. Changes in the file system mean changes in direct operating techniques, such as changing related commands, changing backup tools, and changing disk quota settings. The changes to the XFS file system are making a lot of changes to the operation of the Linux system, but we believe that the position of the Linux operating system in the server field will become stronger.

In the past several years there has been relying on USA fur the resource of global positioning data in the pluralistic GNSS environment(Galileo, Post GPS, Quasi-Zenith Satellite System). For this reason, we should make a decision which strategy for research is carried out. According to a diversity of resource for obtaining positioning data, well organized research support at government level for efficient using is required. Specially, it is very Important that subcommittee for research organized with National GIS Promotion Committee as a leader make counterplan strategy. We have obtained an conclusion that we can make a good decision by establishing Spatial Information Expert Group and selection of essential element of technology.

This study aims to understand the current state of a community project in Seoul and to determine a revitalization plan for community projects of inhabitants initiative. Regarding the research methods, 10 apartments that participated in this activation project in Seoul were selected, 31 residents who participated in community activities were surveyed, and 20 community planners in Seoul were surveyed. The results indicate that community leaders are the most important factor in community programs. community leaders must be able to promote participation and a spirit of service; they must also be capable of managing and implementing programs. To ensure that local community resources are utilized and integrated, it was shown that consultation and human resources are of the highest necessity. Moreover, regarding community education, it was shown that for providing general opportunities and means by which community activities may be implemented, program information and space applications are crucial. Furthermore, financial support and support for public relations activities from the government are necessary. To activate apartment communities, first, community education programs for residents must be provided. Second, a system that facilitates access to and sharing of resources from areas outside the community must be established. Third, financial support should be consistent to support community activities. Finally, the promotion of community vitalization at the government level is necessary.

The purpose of this study examine to identify the mediating Organizational citizenship behavior in the relation Authentic leadership and Organizational support. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires targeting 229 caregiver in Daegu city and Gyeongsangbuk-do city. Data were analyzed with SPSS/PC ver. 21.0 programs. There were significantly positive correlations between toward the Organizational citizenship behavior, Authentic leadership and Organizational. As a result of analyzing the main factors the level of care performance for authentic leadership and Organizational support to be significant explanatory variables and this model's explanatory power was 50.0%. Therefore, it is necessary required to improve the Organizational support and leader's authentic leadership for the nursing work performance.

This study aims to investigate the Healthy Family Support Centers'(HFSCs) operational patterns and their programs by surveying 46 HFSC employees in order to prepare for the massive increase of the number of HFSCs nationwide. This study might contribute to not only rebuilding the HFSCs' operational strategies but suggesting visible ideas for the HFSCs' programs. Results were as followed: First, most HFSCs consisted of several teams, i.e., educational team, counseling team and cultural team. However, the number of employees in each team was different from one regional community to another. The most difficult task in the HFSCs' operation was publicity work. Citing the issue of system delivery difficulties, HFSC employees insisted that budgetary deficit was the most difficult obstacle in running the HFSCs. Second was in regards to the programs that each team was planning, performing, and evaluating for each program. The HFSCs' programs were mostly structured around family difficulties or problems that arise according to the family life cycle. Based on these study results, more unified and specialized programs for HFSCs should be developed. In order to achieve this related studies should continue to conducted.

The modern development of higher education in Ukraine is the result of two main factors. One of them - the factor of social progress - reflects the transformations inherent in modern Ukrainian society. These include, first of all, the processes of democratization and the development of civic responsibility. European the choice of Ukraine, the integration of our state into the European space determine accordingly, the second factor influencing the development of domestic higher education - the trends that guide the progress of the European Higher Education Area (European Higher Education Area (hereinafter - EHEA) and the European Research Area Research Area, hereinafter - ERA). The strategy of information support of the educational process (approved by the European Commission in 2010) recognizes the leading role of higher education as a driver of social progress, accordingly states the priority - the development of free economic education and identifies indicators of such progress - the achievement and international attractiveness of European free economic education. The information support of modernization challenges in higher education are aimed at the educational process, the leadership position of students, in particular through promotion and implementation of leading achievements and best practices in the context of globalization.

This study is an exploratory case study of a humanity community building process in a rural area context, particularly in the villages of Eoro-ri, Chilgok-gun, and Gyeongsangbuk-do. Chilgok-Gun has institutionalized support systems for a humanity community building, and has implemented some programs for four years. This article uses a qualitative approach to analyze the process of community buildings, such as in-depth interviews and observations. The analysis is based on the process of discovering, vitalization, and self-governing for community buildings, and give some implications for future community buildings in a rural area context as follows. First, the village leader constantly needs to be cultivated. The village leader is not a simple representative of the village. He constantly needs to make efforts to communicate with the villagers. Second, learning through constant self-reflection is necessary for the villagers. It is important to make community programs and residents' small meetings to facilitate reflection. In community buildings, the process of communication and consultation for villagers is more important. The process that creates a new value of the village in the learning process takes place. Third, talented village people who can develop the village should be educated. This is a virtuous circle for Village Development. Aging in rural areas has been deepening, which will affect the future of local communities that can meet in accordance with various crises and responses. There is a need for complex research on sustainable ways to reinvent itself as a community.

The chemical industry has been a leader in the number of registrations for many decades. The big chemical companies in Korea were clearly committed to ISO 9000 and had strong senior management support. However, not many people in the chemical industry are familiar with ISO 9000 and understand how to develop a ISO 9000 quality manual and how to organize a campaign to get the ISO 9000 registration. The purpose of this paper is to briefly summarize the key concerns of chemical companies and how companies can address those concerns and conform to the various elements of the ISO 9000 standards. The case studies of two domestic and foreign companies in establishing ISO 9000 quality system are also discussed.
