This paper proposes a BPM(Business Process Management) system framework for the NPD(New Product Development) of automotive suppliers. Recently many enterprises change their organization from function-oriented to process-oriented through BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Especially, based on quality systems like QS9000, it is required to documented business processes and continuously improve these processes for customer satisfaction. NPD, the most significant function for industrial competition, is reinforced by the best practices business process to satisfy the requirements of quality systems. The main objective of the paper is the development of the information system that supports the best practices process management. For this, first, we define the requirements of BPM system for NPD based on the viewpoint analysis, and then propose a DES (Design Execution System) framework based on dynamic workflow engine. The DES is addressed in the characteristics of a NPD business process, integrated project management, and process execution. A prototype DES system has been developed in the web environment. Its validity is demonstrated by applying it to an automotive supplier.

In spite of the increase of the necessity and the interest regarding the SCM in practical business, it is difficult to judge the whole situation of the SCM because the research remain fragmentary as compared with the huge and complicated concept of the SCM. So this study defines dimension of SCM practice and measurements of SCM performance. Through an extensive literature review, the study Identifies seven dimension of SCM practice(partnership, usage of IT tools, information sharing and information quality), five measurements of SCM performance(supply chain flexibility, supply chain integration, customer responsiveness, supplier performance, and partner relationship). Five hypotheses were formulated for the relationship between SCM practice and SCM performance. The important relationships to be tested include ; (1) the direct impact of usage of IT tools on the partnership (2) the direct impact of partnership on the information sharing and information quality (3) the direct impact of SCM practice on the performance of SCM, (4) A moderating effect of top management support on the relationship between SCM practice and SCM performance.

웹기반 기업정보시스템은 다양한 애플리케이션, 콘텐츠 그리고 자료유형이 혼재되어 있어 시스템사용자의 정보처리효율과 정보해독성의 저해요인이 된다. 이러한 환경에서 보다 사용자친근성과 접근의 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 기술이 포털이며 이를 통하여 기업의 모든 정보시스템 그리고 외부시스템간의 원활한 연결을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 기업포털(EP)을 정보처리포털(IPP), 의사결정지원포털(DPP) 그리고 지식경영포털(EKP)로 분류하고 이를 통하여 효율적인 시스템환경을 위한 구축방법을 제시하였다. 또한 구축에 따른 기술적인 문제보다는 개념적이고 절차적인 문제에 역점을 두고 분석하였다.

Today, the management environments of intelligence firm are changing the way of production planning and logistics management, and are changing the process of supply chain management system. This paper shows the development of information system software for intelligence enterprises is used in supply chain management for robot engineering industry. Specifically, supply chain management system in this paper has been developed to analyze the impact of multi plant and multi distribution environment, showing the process analysis and system development of hierarchical assembly manufacturing industry. In this paper we consider a production planning and distribution management system of intelligence firm in the supply chain. We focus on a capacitated production resource and distribution volume allocation problem, develop a mixed integer programming model, and propose an efficient heuristic procedure using a genetic algorithm to solve it efficiently. This method makes it possible for the population to reach the feasible approximate solution easily. The proposed regeneration procedures, which evaluate each infeasible chromosome, makes the solution converge to the feasible approximate solution quickly.

본 연구는 가스 산업체에서 안전관리, 건설공정, 운영관리 등을 통합할 수 있는 새로운 정보화 모델, 즉 PIIS 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 여기서 개발된 PIIS 모델을 기반으로 가스설비를 통합관리 한다면 안전 및 위험관리를 극대화 할 수 있고, 동시에 생산성과 원가절감 효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서 PIIS 시스템의 도입은 동기화와 통합화를 안정적으로 가져갈 수 있다는 측면에서 가스 공급자와 소비자 상호간에 이윤을 공유하게 된다. 결과, PIIS 운영체계는 인수기지의 건설단계에서 도입하는 것이 보다 효과적이지만. 천연가스의 탐사 단계부터 최종 소비자에게 공급되는 전체 라인에 적용하는 것이 가스업체의 생산성, 안전성, 경제성에 분명한 이익을 제공할 것이다.

SMBA (Small and Medium Business Administration) and TIPA (Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs) have operated the Business Innovation Platform for SME Informatization based on cloud computing technology with the cooperation of seven industry cooperatives since 2013. This project will evolve into the open market platform where service providers and users voluntarily participate and transact. This research conducts the literature review about the concept of open market and the empirical analysis through survey for the software providers and the future users regarding the future operation methods. The policy about how the open market strategy for the business innovation platform needs to be designed and implemented are organized as the three differentiated government support strategies. The first is to provide free IT services including specialized core operation support S/W which is developed only for the small or home office group of firms which lack minimal informatization capability and budget. The second is to augment IT platform service through incorporating ERP supplier initiated commercial S/W sales window for those firms having medium level informatization capability. This includes to provide IT support for customization and system integration with existing government subsidized S/W. The third is to provide upgrading services of existing S/W functions to facilitate better system utilization. The results provide useful insight for government role to enhance SME competitiveness using IT.

This paper shows the result of study on the process improvement/innovation based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) for Development V1.2 staged representation in the view of engineering area of software, hardware and system. This paper intend to help rolling stock industry to define & innovate process and finally obtain certificate for achievement of CMMI V1.2 from SEI authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser through the introduction experienced by Hyundai Rotem Company(car-builder and supplier of electronic & electrical equipment) such as why CMMI-based process definition & improvement are planned and how each processes of CMMI V1.2 Level 3 have been implementing and how obtaining the certificate of CMMI Maturity Level 3 of CMMI for Development V1.2 staged representation etc. This paper shows the introduction to CMMI V1.2 model, process improvement methodology and CMMI appraisal on the basis of Standard $CMMI^{SM}$ Appraisal Method for Process Improvement($SCAMPI^{SM}$), V1.2. And, this paper shows about what kinds of activities/practices of 18 processes(CMMI Maturity Level 3) is essentially implemented to satisfy their's specific goal and general geal through Hyundai Rotem Company's experiences. This paper shows the advantage and problem by adopting CMMI V1.2 model. Especially, it present the corrective/preventive actions against the identified problem in order to improve processes.

Objective : This research compared stabilities between two types of dental implant ($SLA^{TM}$, Institut Straumann AG, Waldenburg, Switzerland and $SSII^{TM}$, Osstem co, Busan, Korea) using Osstell Mentor (Integration Diagnostics AB, Goteborg, Sweden) considering surgery methods, surgery area, diameter of implant, systemic disease, and smoking for obtaining prognosis information when installing fixture of dental implant. Materials & Methods : 206 implants of 131 patients taken by resonance frequency analysis (RFA) were determined as a final sample. Dental implants were installed as protocol of supplier by a excellent dentist who had 10 years experience about dental implants. Before connecting abutments (3 months after installation of fixture), RFA were measured twice for buccal and lingual direction to obtain average value. Results : Dental implants at mandible showed significantly higher stabilities significantly than at maxilla (p<0.001). Diameter 4.8 implants had also higher stabilities than diameter 4.1 in case of $SLA^{TM}$ implants (p<0.001). $SLA^{TM}$ implants showed more excellent stabilities than $SSII^{TM}$ implants, especially at posterior area of mandible (p=0.045) and premolar area of maxilla (p=0.032). Conclusions : This research revealed higher stabilities of $SLA^{TM}$ implants than $SSII^{TM}$ implant, especially at posterior area of mandible (p=0.045) and premolar area of maxilla (p=0.032).

세계 경제의 일체화, 공업 설계의 글로벌화, 그리고 세계 기술혁명과 사회경제의 발전으로 각 나라의 디자인 컨설팅업계 또한 흥기되기 시작하였는데 이는 새로운 제품의 창조와 새로운 시장을 개척하는데 새로운 에너지를 주입시켜주고 있다. 동시에 디자이너들의 디자인 또한 단순히 제품을 디자인하는 단일한 행동으로만 가치를 창조하는 것이 아니라, 디자이너의 직능과 가치 창조의 경로를 통하여 디자이너의 직능과 가치 창조의 방법을 통해 다원화적인 방향으로 발전하기 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 우선 관련 문헌을 통해 현재 디자인 컨설팅의 기본적인 개념, 유형 등 내용을 살펴볼 것이다. 두 번째는 선행연구를 통해 영국, 일본, 한국의 디자인 컨설팅업계의 발전 상황, 발전 추세 및 경제발전 과정에서 디자이너의 발전상황과 직능의 전환 상황에 대해 고찰해볼 것이다. 마지막으로, 현재 기업에서 디자이너가 공업 디자인자문을 할 때 역할과 지위의 범주 확정에 있어서의 모호성에 대해서 본 연구의 결론을 제기할 것이다. 또한 전체적인 프로젝트의 기획자, 디자인 전략의 기획자, 전반적 디자인 프로세스의 제공자, 고객 사유의 인도자 등 넷 가지 측면으로부터 디자이너가 공업 디자인 서비스를 제공할 때 담당하는 역할에 대해 설명 할 것이다.

EPC 산업군에 속하는 기업들의 주요 업무에 대한 아웃소싱비율이 급격히 높아짐에 따라 프로젝트 공급망의 성격과 협력업체와의 협업구조도 더욱 복잡해져 가고 있다. 1, 2차 또는 그 이하 협력업체의 복잡한 공급망에의 참여는 지속적인 통합노력을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 2차 협력업체를 중심으로 기업 성과와 거래기업에 대한 관계만족도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인 분석에 초점을 둔다. 네트워크 배태성, 협업, 정보공유 및 신축성 등을 선행요인으로 설정하고, 프로젝트 공급망에의 참여실적이 있는 2차 협력업체들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 통계적 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 2차 협력업체의 공급망 주도기업과 1차 협력업체와의 협업은 성과와 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 정보공유와 신축성은 네트워크 배태성과 협업에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 협업에 의한 역량제고는 네트워크 배태성에 의해서도 상당한 영향을 받는다는 결과도 도출하였다.
