Yeosu area from the old historical monuments and artifacts related communications signal station, directions display panels, lighthouse, Geomundo the first submarine cable installation, etc. The historical value of the communication is present. Therefore, tourism and culture industries in conjunction with the Communication Museum and Science Center was established to recognize the importance of communication and utilizing the Superintendent to allow residents and people contributing to the establishment to promote.

It is difficult for a superintendent or an operator of building service systems and equipment to decide the reasonable time for management of himself due to the shortage of his specialty for repair or replacement of a part of or whole equipment. But The reliable life expectancies for various building service equipment have not been prepared yet. This study shows the difference of optimal economic life and the decrease of running cost and energy consumption according to management level of the building equipment by the LCC analysis. The numerical model for building HVAC system was composed and analyses were performed for several parameters with management.

The building HVAC systems have very different qualities of performance and durability with the superintendent's ability for management and maintenance. The poor management of these systems finally lead to the shortening of the life expectancy and result in the increase of operating costs and energy consumptions due to low efficiencies. So it is essential to try to develop ways to adequately maintain and to use the building facilities efficiently in order to preserve earth environment and the limited resource. In this study, the LCC based numerical calculation package will be developed for the efficient maintenance plan and the determination of the reasonable time of repair or replacement of equipments.

The objective of this research is to reconstruct an aristocratic officer's travels by analysing Yu, hee-chun's diary, Miamilgi. Yu had kept his diary for eighty three months, from October 1567 to May 1577, and there were twenty six times of travel logs which are analysed in this research. As a result of the analysis, his travels can be divided into official travels and private travels. Sixteen times of official travels were comprised of inspection tours for parishes as a superintendent of Jeonra province, trips to supervise maintenance works of royal tombs and to worship the tombs, to carry out the sanjae (rituals in the mountains) as a second minister of the ministry of rites. It was difficult for him to have private travels as he continually served as a royal officer. He had got only 10 times of private travels during the eighty three months for maintaining the ancestor's tomb and worshiping the ancestors, for recuperating himself and his wife, and for constructing his new house. All of these travels were long-distance ones. In terms of his travel routes, he frequently used royal main trunks, e.g. 'Haenamro' (from Seoul to Damyang), which were maintained by the royal government. The main reason of his frequent using of trunk lines was that convenience facilities such as the royal post stations (Yeok) and royal inns (Won) were equipped well in these roads so it was easy to get horse change services and lodging and boarding. The fact that main trunks were chiefly straight lines and the shortest way was rather secondary reason. On the other hand, when he was a superintendent of Junra province, he had four times of round inspection on all parishes of Junra province, following the tour routs covering all over the province. As he was incumbent royal officer, he started his travel by getting a permission from the king. Simultaneously, he made ready some travel items. Among the items, horse was most important one for the journey. After finishing all the preparing processes before the departure, he had special farewell ceremony for the King, Sookbae, and had a small party with his friends called Jeonbeul. Main transportation means for his travel was horse, and many kinds of horses such as royal government's horse, Yeokma, local government's horse, Swema, as well as his private one were used. Additionally, he used a palanquin while he was doing inspection trip as a superintendent of Junra province. Yu was incumbent officer so he mostly lodged in local government guest houses. If he could not find out any local guest house, he was lodged in royal inn, and in his relatives houses or irregularly in buddhist temples. Most meals were supplied by local royal governments. The activities in his journeys were varied on his travel objectives. In his private journey, it was the main activities that maintaining ancestor's tombs and having a memorial service. During the trip, he visited his relatives. His official trips, on the other hand, had a regularity. Main activities were dealing with public works, and visiting Hyanggyo (country public school). However in the midway, he visited his relatives and had a journey to scenic places.

After its decision of 'constitutional nonconformity' about a night assembly on September 24th, 2009, then the Korean Constitutional Court decided the 'limited violation of constitution' saying, 'Even a night demonstration should be allowed to be held up to the midnight' on March 27th, 20104. Since such a decision, the revision of Assembly and Demonstration Act has not been done, and the revised act is currently pending on the National Assembly on October, 2016. Amid the controversy about the 'Legislative Deficiency', some articles of the Assembly and Demonstration Act are revised and created like the imposition of the fine about a ghost assembly and the notice duty of fact to hold an assembly, the police superintendent's recommendation about the assembly place and partitioned assembly holding by time in order to protect the people's basic rights and convenience. However, this revised bill of Assembly & Demonstration Act limits the duty of assembly withdrawal report only to overlapping assemblies and a police superintendent can only recommend about the partition of assembly place and time, but has not a certain authority to forcibly enforce, so it is expected that the recommendation will be eventually ended to a formal procedure. And as this revised act has no punishment article concerning the violation of the notice duty within 1 hour before holding an assembly in this revised act, so there is a problem that the police can't force an assembly to follow the article. This study proposed some political suggestions concerning the articles to be supplemented and corrected in the Assembly & Demonstration Act after analyzing its articles around its 2016 revised Act. The Assembly & Demonstration Act has several problems to be continually corrected and supplemented further including the matter of 'Night Assembly & Demonstration' which is in the condition of 'Legislative Deficiency' since 2009.

Purpose : This study was to analyze on current Study situations were oriental-western hospital NMS of Korea ${\cdot}$ China. Method : This study was descriptive-comparative investigation. Study subjects were Korean(44) and Chinese(47) hospitals' NMS. Nursing division of Xi Yean Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine collected raw data. Result : Hospital NMS of 44 Korean and 47 Chinese has been analyzed and results were as follows; Current situations of Korean NMS(47.7%) belonged to the Director of hospital while Chinese belonged to diagnosis and treatment division(78.7%), and to the nurse-vise superintendent(14.9%). Chinese NMS divided in nursing administration, and technology management that has unique type of simultaneous development in chinese medical and nursing practice. Korean(72%) and Chinese(43.3%) nursing division, and Chinese nursing unit(33.3%) operated inservice education. And Korea(43.2%) and China(80.9%) evaluated by written examination after education. Details of performed oriental nursing practices were similar between Korea and China. Conclusion : There were different of NMS, inservice education, but similar to oriental nursing practices between Korea and China.

This study was performed to find out variation of carbonation progress of agricultural hydraulic concrete structures along the used years with using Thermo Gravimetric analysis/Differential Thermal Analysis(TG/DTA) and Indicator(phenolphthalein). In this study some conclusions such as follows were derived. Firstly, The result that the age of structures and the content of $Ca(OH)_{2}\;and\;CaCO_{3}$ in concrete have proportional relationships was found in the method of TG/DTA. This relational functions could be used to estimate remain lifetime of structures, obtaining the limits of the content of $CaCO_{3}$ in concrete which reinforcement corrosion could be occurred with breaking protection cover of alkalinity. Second, if the result of strength, voids, permeability characteristics could be combined with this relational function this may be able to be used as a new more accurate assessment technique for the quality of concrete than current usual methods. Third, environmental affect could be more superintendent for concrete carbonation than the age of agricultural hydration structures. Forth, It is difficult to estimate the used year of agricultural hydraulic concrete structures with the carbonation depth measured by indicator method. Finally, the accuracy of this relational function could be decided to be upgraded with continue analysis for more structures.

Recently, the number of closed rural schools is increasing due to the decrease in school age population. This study aims to comparative analysis of utilization policies for closed schools in Korea and Japan. The results are as follows. First, Both Korea and Japan was expected to increase the number of closed schools since the standard of abolition of small schools has been strengthened. Second, In Korea, it was possible to know the detailed information of closed schools through 'Eduinfo' website, but it was hard to know the detailed information of utilization cases of closed schools. On the other hand, Japan not only provided information about the unused school facilities but also introduced the utilization cases of closed schools and financial support system for utilization of closed school. It was characterized by linking with the information of unused schools and company, NPO, elderly welfare facility, etc. Third, In korea Superintendent established plans to use closed schools to respond flexibly to local circumstances. Japan simplified the procedures for closed schools to promote the utilization of closed schools. Finally, In Japan, there was various financial support system. But in Korea, it supported the cost of subsidy reduction, free loan, maintenance and management and operation.

The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

Textbooks are the basic materials for school education and the best instruments that the teachers can use. The textbooks for information and communication technology education that are authorized by the superintendent of schools are currently used in the elementary schools and the various kinds of the ICT textbooks are adopted in accordance with the cities and provinces. In this study, we make a comparative study of the 11 ICT textbooks for year 4 students from the view points of the present conditions, the organizations, and the contents. Also, using Romey's method we investigate them whether their contents are suitable for the inquiring activities. We expect that our study will be the basis of the development of the next authorized ICT textbooks and contribute to the ICT education.
