An high frequency induction hardening technology of vehicle body press-formed of thin sheet steel has been developed to increase the strength of vehicle body parts locally by high frequency induction heating, thereby eliminating the need for reinforcements. And this technique for increasing the tensile strength of sheet steel was practically applied to the front floor cross member and center pillar reinforcement of a passenger car. The side impact behavior has been investigated when induction hardening technology is applied to the conventional low-carbon steel and weight reduction of an automotive body is expected. In this paper, basic experiments were performed for the hat-shaped specimen under high frequency induction heating process. Martensitic transformation was found in the heating zone through microscopic observation which showed higher hardness. In addition, the hardness and strength of the center-pillar specimen made of boron steel increased remarkably by high frequency induction heating.

Fifteen herbs used in oral medicine were extracted in ethanol and screened for tooth whitening effect, radical scavenging activity, inhibition of inducible nitric oxide synthase activity and anti-bacterial activity on Streptoccocus mutans. The results are as followed: 1. The tooth whitening effect of toothpaste containing 1 $\%$ ethanol extracts of 15 herbs was tested in brushing method using artificially stained HAT tablet and bovine tooth specimens. Toothpaste containing 1$\%$ of Vucia unijuga, Illicium verum, Angelica dahurica and Piper longum extracts showed tooth whitening effects on both HAT tablet and bovine tooth specimens. But the others did not show a considerable activity. 2. The antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts of 15 herbs was tested using the method of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) reactivity. Two ethanol extracts of Cimicifuga heracleifolia and Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis were found to be the most effective on radical scavenging activity. C. heracleifolia and P. nigra var. henonis extracts removed 86$\%$ and 81 $\%$ of DPPH radical at 0.01$\%$, compared with butylated hydroxy toluene as positive control. 3. The inhibition activity of ethanol extracts on nitrate production In RAW264.7 cell stimulated by lipopolysacchride was tested using the Griess reagent. But all extracts did not inhibit nitrate production. 4. The antibacterial activity on Streptoccocus mutans was tested by paper disk method. But no one extract showed any anti - bacterial activity.

Das Deutsche als Fremdsprach hat sich als akademische Disziplin etabliert; es hat seine - von vielerlei Irrungen und Wirrungen begleitete - Startphase hinter sich und ist in eine Phase der Konsolidierung eingetreten. Bei aller Unterschiedlichkeit der $Ans\"{a}tze$, Forschungsmethoden und Lemziele gibt es doch eine Einheit in der Vielfalt, was angesichts der erst wenige ]ahrzehnte alten Disziplin erstaunt. Im Zentrum stehen nach allgemeiner Auffassung die Theorie und Praxis des Lehrens und Lernens/ Erwerbens des Deutschen als Fremdsprache; unterschidliche Auffassungen bestehen vor allem daruber, ob Deutsch als Fremdsprache ein germanistisches oder aber ein fremdsprachenphilologisches Fach sei. Unbestritten sind dagegen Fremdperspektive und $Interdisziplinarit\'{a}t$ der Disziplin rnit zahlreichen Beztigen zu Nachbarwissenschaften. Eine wesentliche Rolle in der Diskussion spielte stets die Rolle der Grammatik im fremdsprachlichen Deutschunterricht. Freilich hat die Diskussion ergeben, dass dieses in Wahrheit eine Scheinaltemative ist, die auf einer Reihe falscher Annahmen oder $Missverst\"{a}ndnissen$ beruht, vor allem jenen, im Unterricht komme es $ausschlie{\ss}lich$oder zurnindest vorrangig auf Fertigkeiten und Kommunikation an, nicht oder nur am Rande auf die Vermittlung sprachsystematischer Erkenntnisse. Durchgesetzt hat sich heute freilich die Erkenntnis, dass Grammatik, verstanden in diesem weiten Begriffssinn, aus dem Fremdsprachenunterricht nicht zu verbannen ist. Weiterhin $d\"{u}rfte$ Einvemehmen dariiber herrschen, dass Grammatik und Kommunikation keinen Gegensatz darstellen, vielmehr das Lernziel kommunikative Kompetenz die Beherrschung grammatischer Regeln einbezieht, wenn nicht voraussetzt. Der Funktionsbegriff ist umstritten. Der Oberbegriffe $f\"{u}r$ alle Funktionen $w\"{a}re$ Kommunikation. Fur unser Verstandnis einer funktionalen Grammatik fur Lemende des Deutschen als Fremsprache ist die entscheidende Frage, welche Funktion in der Kommunikation eine bestimmte Struktur spielt. Das Ziel oder der Zweck der kommunikativen Handlung steht im Mittelpunkt. Wir meinen, dass auch jenseits des deutschen Sprachraums Form und Funktion des sprachlichen Zeichens eine Einheit darstellen und im Unterricht nicht getrennt werden $k\"{o}nnen$. Zuerst lernen wir die Formen und Strukturen sprachlicher Mittel kennen, und danach werden wir sie praktisch an: Regelwissen, aber Versagen in der Kommunikation. Die Beispiele der sprachlichen $M\"{o}glichkeiten$ der Satzarten unter funktionalem Aspekt und des Ausdrucks der $Modalit\"{a}t$ im Deutschen machen die Notwendigkeit eines funktional-kommunikativen Ansatzes einer Grammatik fur Deutsch als Fremdsprache deutlich. Es belegt zugleich, dass - unter dem Primat des Didaktischen - die Grenze von Grammatik und Lexikon $\"{u}berwinden$ werden muss, um den Lemenden wirkliche $Erkl\"{a}rung$ und Lernhilfen zu bieten.

Background: Outdoor workers are at risk of high ultraviolet radiation exposure, and may have difficulty using sun protection. The objectives were to determine the prevalence of sun protection behaviors in a sample of outdoor construction workers, and to assess which factors predict better sun protection practices. Methods: Participants were recruited via construction unions. Workers answered a questionnaire on demographics, skin cancer risk, sun protection behaviors, and job. Sun protection behavior scores (from questions on sunscreen use, sleeved shirt, hat, shade seeking, sunglasses) were calculated by converting Likert-scale answers to scores from 0 to 4, and taking the mean (separately for work and leisure). Determinants of sun protection behavior scores were examined for work and leisure using generalized linear models. Results: Seventy-seven workers had complete questionnaire data (participation 98%). Sun protection behaviors used most often were hats (79% often/always) and sleeved shirts (82% often/always); least prevalent were shade-seeking (8% often/always) and sunscreen (29% often/always). For both work and leisure scores, the strongest predictor was skin type, with fairer-skinned individuals having higher sun protection behavior scores. Workers had higher scores at work than on weekends. Workplaces that required hats and sleeved shirts for safety purposes had higher protection behavior scores. Conclusion: This high-participation rate cohort helps characterize sun protection behaviors among outdoor workers. Workers practiced better sun protection at work than on weekends, suggesting that workplace policies supportive of sun protection could be useful for skin cancer prevention in the construction industry.

The present study was focussed mainly on the morphological changes of the glandular tubules in the large intestine according to age of piglets. Samples were taken from large intesine of 1-, 10-, 20-, 35- and 45-day-old piglets, 2 to 3 piglets in each age group. The intestinal samples were fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution, dehydrated, and then paraffin sections were stained with H-E. The results observed were summarized as follows: 1. The mucosal glands in the cecum and colon tend to be unbranched simple straight tubular glands, or often two or more branched simple stright tubular glands. 2. The number of the longitudinal folds and the number of the crypts per cross section of piglet colons, respectively, were 1-day-old piglets-$3.8{\pm}0.8$, $92.1{\pm}6.9$; 10-day-old piglets-$7.1{\pm}1.1$, $164.2{\pm}10.3$; 20-day-old piglets-$15.2{\pm}0.8$, $178.5{\pm}6.8$; 35-day-old piglets-$19.3{\pm}3.0$, $454.9{\pm}25.3$; 45-day-old piglets-$20.6{\pm}3.1$, $524.6{\pm}37.2$, and the regression equation between age and these two number were $\hat{Y}=0.40X+4.32$ and $\hat{Y}=10.4X+51.52$, respectively. 3. The length and cell number per single side wall of a glandular tubule in the colon section were 1-day-old piglets-$196.3{\pm}7.1{\mu}m$, $40.0{\pm}3.3$; 10-day-old piglets-$236.0{\pm}34.5{\mu}m$, $47.9{\pm}5.3$; 20-day-old piglets-$262.8{\pm}39.6{\mu}m$, $54.3{\pm}9.0$; 35-day-old piglets-$291.75{\pm}48.3{\mu}m$, $56.9{\pm}4.9$; 45-day-old piglets-$364.8{\pm}61.5{\mu}m$, $67.7{\pm}7.4$, respectively, and the regression equation between age and these two data were $\hat{Y}=3.45X+193.8$ and $\hat{Y}=0.56X+41.0$, respectively. 4. The overall percentages of the cell number and length of glandular tubules in piglet colons were the pit and isthmus-$75.3{\pm}11.1%$, $78.8{\pm}12.3%$; gland-$24.7{\pm}5.4%$, $21.2{\pm}5.3%$, respectively. 5. The length and cell number of single side wall of glandular tubules in cecal sections were 1-day-old piglets-$190.3{\pm}31.1{\mu}m$, $37.6{\pm}4.8$; 10-day-old piglets-$235.6{\pm}25.3{\mu}m$, $46.2{\pm}3.6$; 20-day-old piglets-$295.3{\pm}45.6{\mu}m$, $52.0{\pm}6.2$; 35-day-old piglets-$351.3{\pm}28.3{\mu}m$, $60.4{\pm}8.5$; 45-day-old piglets-$366.3{\pm}48.5{\mu}m$, $64.7{\pm}8.2$, respectively, and the regression equation between age and these two data were $\hat{Y}=4.11X+196.6$ and $\hat{Y}=0.60X+38.9$, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to compare wage treatment and the employment environment of school foodservice employees before and after conversion to indefinite contract status since September 2012 when the Ordinance on the Appointment of Education Officials (indefinite contract) under the Gangwon Provincial Superintendent of Education was applied as well as to examine the effects of wage treatment and the employment environment on job stability. The questionnaire survey was conducted from March 31 to April 10, 2017 for school foodservice employees working at 97 schools in Gangwon province. A total of 477 questionnaires were distributed and 470 questionnaires were used for the analysis. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Window Ver.18.0. The detailed results of this study were as follows. First, wage treatment (2.29 vs. 3.16), employment environment (3.45 vs. 4.22) and job stability (1.88 vs. 2.35) revealed significantly positive perceptions after conversion to indefinite contract status compared to before conversion. Second, after analyzing leading factors influencing job stability, it was revealed that wage treatment (before: ${\beta}{\hat{a}}=0.516$, P<0.05; after: ${\beta}{\hat{a}}=0.465$, P<0.05) had a positive (+) effect on job stability, whereas employment environment did not affect job stability. In conclusion, in the context that most school foodservice employees are contract employees, this study is significant in that the changes in the employment policies of the national government and education office were confirmed to have effects on school foodservice employees.

This article is designed to establish fundamental design criterion for theme park cast costumes in accordance with play type and space. There is an understanding that theme parks act as a play space that is designed to meet diverse playing desires. To analyze cast costumes, the theme park - 'Everland' in South Korea as an example, area was divided into attraction space and non-attraction space. Attraction space is mainly for full-scale play content areas and the non-attraction space is to enforce the attraction space experience. Roger Caillois's play theory states that there are 4 play types; Illinx, Mimicry, $Ag{\hat{o}}n$, and Alea. All 4 play types were shown through attraction and Mimicry at non-attraction. Each cast costume was analyzed in terms of apparel design elements - silhouette, textile, color, detail, and props - related to play type facility and cast role. Criteria for theme park cast costume designs were suggested based on the results. Illinx cast members who fulfill a safety-checking role wear high chroma warm color costumes with the accent on details in bodice cutting lines, collar edges, pockets, buttons and decorative ornaments. A complementary contrast is also used. The guidance cast in Illinx may wear a suit in bright/vivid color. Mimicry guidance cast costumes show meticulous perfection in imitation with the figure in its space. From head to toe, color, textile, and silhouette - every detail and even props should match the character. $Ag{\hat{o}}n$ cast costumes are strictly limited in detail and decorative ornament usage as well as in color, since they are in charge of the management and operation of a competition. Alea cast's role is a self-demonstrator. Alea cast members should be a real tarot card reader. However, a manual should control their costumes. A total of 10 cast roles at a non-attraction space should be designed to show job patterns clearly in accordance with the whole theme at the park.

Die staatliche Gerichtsbarkeit und die Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit haben es gemeinsam, dass sie eine Institution der Entscheidung von priyatrechtlichen Streitigkeiten sind und dass ihre Entscheidungen auf ein rechtmaessiges Verfahren beruhen muessen. Auf der anderen Seite aber unterscheiden sick die beiden Institutionen wesentlich dadurch, dass die Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit auf einer rechtsgesch$\"{a}$ftlichen Parteihandlung, n$\"{a}$imlich einer Schiedsvereinbarung beruht, w$\"{a}$hrend das Prozessvefahren vol den staatllchen Gerichten seine Legitimation in der Staatshoheit hat. Wegen der vertraglichen Basis der Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit k$\"{o}$nnen die Parteien in der Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit $\"{u}$ber das Verfahren verf$\"{u}$gen, und beim Fehlen der Parteivereinbarung f$\"{u}$hrt das Schiedsgericht nach freiem Ermessen das Verfahren durch. Damit das Schiedsvefahren nicht zu einem quasi-Konventionalprozess wird und die Garantie der rechtsstaatlichen Prinzipien nicht ausser acht gelassen wird und ein geordnetes Schiedsverfahren zu gewahrleisten ist, braucht das Schiedsgericht einen Massstab seines Ermessens. Die Regelungen der Zivilprozessordnung sind dabei in erster Lime in Erw$\"{a}$gung zu ziehen, weil sie sick auf die rechtm$\"{a}$ssige Erledigung der Streitigkeiten richten. Die Zivilprozessordnung hat nicht zuletzt einen grossen Einfluss auf das Schiedsverfahren, sei os durch die Ausiibung der Zwangsgewalt des staatlichen Gerichts bei der Beweisaufnahme odor sei es durch das Anerkennungs- und Vollstreckbarerklarungsverfahren des Schiedsspruchs. Obwohl der Zivilprozess md das Schiedsverfahren sich im wesentlichen unterscheiden lassen, sind sie miteinander eng verbunden. Die staatlichen Gerichte haben nicht nor die Pflicht, im Wege der Aufhebungsklage md des YollstreckbarerldErungsverfahrens die Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit zu kontrollieren, sondern auch die Aufgabe, bei der Entscheidung des Schiedsgerichts mitzuwirken. Die Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit ist vol allem bei der Beweisaufnahme auf dieMitwirkung des staatlichen Gerichts angewiesen. Das ergibt sich aus dom Gewaltmonopol des Staates. Bei der Mitwirkung des staatlichen Gerichts spielt die Zivilprozessordnung eine entscheidende Rolle, weil das Gericht die Beweisaufnahme nach der Zivilprozessordnung durchzufiihren hat. Fiir die anderung der Zivilprozessordnung im Jahr 2002 muss man daher auch in der Schiedsgrichtsbarkeit Aufrnerksarnkeit zeigen. Vor allem lassen sich die eventuelle, alternative subjektive Klagenhaufung, die Rechtzeitigkeit des Vorbinggens, die St$\"{a}$rkung der Vorbereitung der miindlichen Verhandlung, der Zeugenbeweis md die Vorlegungspflicht der Urkunden sowie die Abanderungslrlage auch auf das Schiedsverfahren anwenden nd damit kann man die EffektivitEt des SchiedsverfEhrens vertiefen und erh$\"{o}$hen.

본 연구에서는 indium-tin-oxide(ITO)/1,4,5,8,9,11-hexaazatriphenylene-hexacarbonitrile(HAT-CN)/N,N'-di(naphthalene-lyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-benzidine(NPB)/4,4'-Bis(N-carbazolyl)-1,1'-biphenyl(CBP)/2,2',2"-(1,3,5-Benzinetriyl)-tris(1-phenyl-1-H-benzimidazole)TPBi/tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum($Alq_3$)/LiF/Al 구조를 가진 유기 발광 다이오드 소자의 발광층에 $Ir(ppy)_3$(2% wt)을 도핑하여 소자의 특성 변화를 살펴보았다. $Ir(ppy)_3$의 두께는 5nm이고 도핑 위치는 정공 수송층과 발광층 계면의 0nm에서부터 25nm까지 5nm간격으로 도핑을 하였다. 실험 결과 소자의 효율은 도핑 위치가 정공 수송층에서 25nm떨어진 위치일 때 가장 높았고, 10nm일 때 가장 낮았다. 이는 도핑 부분의 위치가 정공 차단층에 가까워질수록 정공과 전자의 균형이 좋아지는 것이 소자 성능을 향상시키는 원인으로 추측된다.

During the year 2016 the newly installed NYSC (National Youth Science Center) 1m optical telescope was officially commissioned. Calls for future observational programmes were announced. During test observations we carried out an observational project aimed at follow-up observations of transiting extrasolar planets. To predict future transits we developed the "TransitSearch" code implemented in Python utilizing transit information from the Open Exoplanet Catalogue. During three nights in April and June 2016 we observed planetary transits of HAT-P-3b and TrES-3b. Preliminary light curves of the transit events are presented alongside with best-fit models. From this experience we plan to improve the optical alignment and photometric performance by operating the 1m NYSC telescope in a strongly out-of-focus mode for transit observations.
