현대패션에 나타난 장갑의 외적 형태와 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Exterior Features and Characteristics of Gloves in the Modern Fashion)

  • This study is on the characteristics of gloves in the modern fashion and has the purpose to review the style and the feature of gloves coordinated with clothes variously. The study started firstly with reviewing the related literature for the information of the origin, the process of development and the sort of gloves and then verified the results with photographs in the fashion magazines and collections at home and abroad since 1990s. The first characteristic is utility. Lining and covered materials use the materials excellent for keeping warm as the original purpose of wearing gloves is to protect hands against cold weather. It is demonstrated in the fashion collections that coordinating sieves appeals more often in fall-winter season than in spring-summer season. The second is sense of fashion. Gloves are normally coordinated with same materials and colors of clothes. But, gloves could create infinite varieties, make sufficient images through stressing splendid colors on achromatic colored clothes, shaping unique styles, transforming with various materials and ornaments. The last is sense of deconstruction. Gloves are transformed as a sort of clothes beyond the original use. Gloves are coordinated transcending the conventional thoughts, which makes it possible that Stoves appear in summer season, not in winter. Coordinating gloves appears free and unique through atypical formation.

조선왕조실록 분석을 통한 조선시대 식중독에 관한 연구 (A Study on Food Poisoning during the Joseon Dynasty using the Veritable Records of the Joseon Dynasty based data)

  • This study analyzed food poisoning articles in the Joseonwangjosillok to acquire historical evidence. The study method used case studies from the textual content of the Joseonwangjosillok. In all, there were fifteen cases of food poisoning in spring (60%), four cases in summer (16%), five cases in fall (20%), and 1 case during winter (4%). Most cases of food poisoning occurred during spring, followed by fall, then summer, and the least during winter. Foods that caused poisoning were as follows: twelve cases of seafood (48%), three cases of vegetables (12%), two cases of meat (8%), and eight cases of poisonous food (32%). Maximum cases pertained to seafood poisoning, which also spiked during spring. This could be attributed to the increased number of planktons as the sea temperature rose during spring. Due to the increased plankton, shellfish absorbed more toxins. The consumption of increasingly toxic shellfish resulted in more cases of food poisoning. The food poisoning frequency was the most severe during the 18th century, followed sequentially by the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries, and was the least severe during the 19th century. Joseonwangjosillok showed that food poisoning cases happened most during social events where many guests or family members gathered to eat.

  • 이 연구는 1997년 여름부터 2020년 봄까지 광화문글판 게시글의 언어적 의미를 분석한다. 광화문글판은 현대 한국 사회의 문화적, 사회적 변화를 반영하는 중요한 미디어로, 다양한 문학적 인용구와 감성적인 메시지를 통해 대중에게 희망과 위로를 전달해 왔다. 본 연구는 게시글의 키워드 빈도 분석을 통해 각 계절별로 자주 등장하는 주제와 메시지를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 봄과 여름은 새로운 시작과 도전, 사랑과 인간관계, 자연의 아름다움을 강조하는 메시지가 주를 이루며, 가을과 겨울은 성찰과 성장, 인내와 강인함을 중심으로 한 메시지를 전달함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 광화문글판이 계절적 특성에 맞춘 다양한 메시지로 독자들에게 긍정적인 삶의 태도를 독려하고 있음을 밝혔다.

Effect of Night Interruption with Mist and Shade Cooling Systems on Subsequent Growth and Flowering of Cymbidium 'Red Fire' and 'Yokihi'

  • Growth and flowering of Cymbidium 'Red Fire' and 'Yokihi' plants were examined in a greenhouse with cooling systems in summer, and with night interruption (NI) lighting in winter as a forcing culture system. The greenhouse was divided into two sections with separate cooling controls during the summer season. One section was cooled by a mist system (mist), while the other section was cooled by a shade screen (shade). During the winter, the greenhouse was redivided into three sections within each cooling system. Plants were grown with NI either at a low light intensity of $3-7{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$(LNI) or a high l ight intensity of $120{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$(HNI) u sing h igh-pressure sodium l amps during the 22:00-02:00 HR. The control plants were grown under 9 h short-day condition. NI for 16 weeks and cooling for 9 weeks were employed twice during the 2 years of the experimental period. The air temperature was approximately $2^{\circ}C$ lower in the mist than in the shade and the relative humidity was 80 ${\pm}5%$ in the mist compared to $55{\pm}5%$ in the shade. The daily light integral in the mist section was 48% higher than in the shade section. The time from initial planting to flowering pseudobulb emergence decreased with both LNI and HNI for both cultivars, regardless of the cooling treatments. Under NI conditions, however, between 60% and 1 00% of plants of both cultivars flowered in the mist, whereas no or 20% of 'Red Fire' or 'Yokihi' plants, respectively, flowered in the shade treatment over 2 years. Plants grown under the mist had bigger pseudobulbs than those grown in the shade under both NI treatments. These results show that commercial use of NI in winter and a mist cooling system in summer would decrease crop production time to 2 years and increase profits in Cymbidium forcing culture.

소매산의 높이와 신축성 유무에 따른 동작기능성에 관한 연구 - 여고생 여름 교복 블라우스를 중심으로 - (A Study on Improvement of Gesture Function according to the Sleeve's Height and Existence of Elastic - Focused on Female High School Student's Summer Blouses -)

  • This study is to present a female high school summer blouse with high movement functionality and satisfying appearance. For the experimental research 6 subjects with closest average body shapes and their body surface was measured at beginning and after selecting a representative movement the tested uniform was worn and the appearance and movement functionality was evaluated. The results of this research are as follows. In the research with the aims to improve the sleeve designed the height in 3 types as A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1 and their evaluation showed that in the order of best appearance was A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1, A.H/4+3. In the order of best comfort was A.H/4+2, A.H/4+3, A.H/4+1 and the best order for movement functionality was A.H/4+1, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+3. Additional height types designed produced from elastic materials were A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1 and the resulting order of appearance was A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1, order of comfort was A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1 and the order of movement functionality was A.H/4+1, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+3. Integrating these results shows that in using the same concurrent materials, the experiment pattern of setting the sleeve height as A.H/4+2 was the best while in using elastic materials, the experiment pattern of setting the sleeve height as A.H/4+3 was the best.

A Comparative Study of Coffee Culture between Italy and South Korea: An Exploratory Study

  • This exploratory research compares two particular features of coffee culture, namely the reason why a particular coffee shop is frequented and the reason for going to the chosen coffee shop in Italy and South Korea. A survey was carried out targeted at current undergraduate university students in both countries with data being collected in the late spring and early summer of 2017. The main impetus for this research was to investigate the aforementioned areas given the fact that Italy has such a long standing coffee culture that dates back centuries and is still an industry dominated by independent coffee houses while the Korean coffee industry started developing in the early 1980s and taking off after the 1988 Olympic Games. The Korean coffee industry, in contrast, is driven by the franchise coffee shops such as Starbucks, $Caf{\acute{e}}$ Benne, and The Coffee Bean among others. While both countries have well developed coffee cultures, they developed along very different lines. Data collected from respondents are tabulated and presented followed by an analysis and interpretation of the data. Finally, some suggestions on how to conduct further research in order to better understanding the underpinnings and contributing factors in understanding consumer choice and coffee culture in both Italian and Korea are suggested.

20대 남녀의 의복색상 선호에 관한 연구 -대구시내를 중심으로- (A Study on Preference of Men and Women in Their 20s of Clothing Color -In the Taegu Areas-)

  • The purpose of this sty is to forecast the tendency of clothing colors, to provide materials useful for making the color plan for a better costume, and suggest new information in the apparel industry. To achieve these purposes, this study was carried out by suggesting vogue colors of recent apparel, along with the 20 standard colors of Muncell to 350 men and women in their 20s residing in Taegu.. We analysed and compared their preferred colors in suits vidual factor ;age, sex, education ,skin color, and body shape, and additionally classifying their interest in clothing colors, cause for color selection , degree of interest in color of clothes, color satisfaction of apparel market, and color combination of clothing, color satisfaction of apparel market, and color combination of clothing. We compared these elements according to their age, sex, and education. The results of this study is summarized as follows; 1. It was shown that both men and women in their 20s preferred warm colors the first colors mentioned being the most popular ; Pastels, Red, Blue and Black. They disliked dark and sordid colros in the order of Mauve, Khaki and Red. They preferred wearing Pastels and Yellow in the Spring, White, Blue, and Pastels were the favorites for summer, Beige in autumn, and black, Gray, and Beige in winter. The repugnated colors they chose two wear were Black, Red, Mauve, Khaki in spring and summer. Mauve, Red, Yellow were favorites for autumn, and Blue·White, Yellow·Green, and Pastels in winter. 2. The preferred colors for T-shirts were Yellow, Pastels, White in spring. White and Pastels were summer favorites, Beige an Red for autumn, and Black, Red, Beige in Winter. As for suits, the preferred colors in spring were in the order of Pastels, Beige and Yellow. The preferred colors of upper garments in summer were in the order of White and pastels. for lower summer garments Pastels, White and Blue were favorites. In autumn, Beige was shown to be highly preferred, and in winter, the order of preferred colors was Black, Gray and Beige. 3. On of those individual factors showing the greatest difference was sex. 4. Those factors having the greatest impact on the selection of clothing color were the season and their preference color. 5. The in vogue color of men in their 20s was at a higher level than hat of women. The groups that had an upper college level education showed a significant difference in their choices thant hose who were highschool graduates and technical college student and graduates. The consideration of inteterest in color of clothes, holding clothes during new purchasing, body shape and skin color was higher for women than men. In buying and wearing accessaries, women tend to take into consideration the harmony with the garment, and there was shown a significant difference between highschool graduates and the groups above the level of college education.

수경재배에 의한 고랭지 시금치의 여름철 안정생산 기술 개발 (Development of Stable Production Technique of Summer Spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) in Soilless Culture in the Highlands)

  • 고랭지 시금치의 여름철 수경재배에 적합한 품종과 육묘 배지의 선발, 적정 양액조건의 구명 및 시설비가 적게 들고 생산성이 높은 수경재배 방식의 개발을 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 고랭지에서 여름철 수경재배에 적합한 시금치 품종은 '퀸토'로 다른 품종에 비하여 생육이 좋고 수량도 많았다. 시금치의 생육에 적합한 양액의 조건은 pH 6.0, EC $2.0dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$$NH_4-N$의 비율은 30%이었다. 육묘용으로 피트모스와 펄라이트를 7:3의 용적비로 혼합한 상토를 200공 트레이에 채우고 시금치 종자를 파종하여 육묘한 경우 우레탄스펀지나 암면 플러그에서 육모한 것보다 입묘율이 높았다. 이렇게 육묘한 묘로 수경재배를 한 결과 혼합상토로 육묘한 경우의 수량은 암면 및 우레탄스펀지에 비하여 18% 및 24%가 증가하였다. 토양 위에 비닐을 깔아 만든 박막재배 베드에 lcm 두께로 혼합배지(피트 : 펄라이트 = 7 : 3)를 채운 후 스티로폼 정식판을 올려놓고 시금치를 재배할 경우 담액재배에 비하여 초장은 18% 길었고 수량은 9% 증가하였으며, 근권 온도 pH 및 EC는 담액재배와 비슷한 양상으로 변화하였다.

블루베리 '듀크' 품종의 무가온 시설재배시 전정시기가 수체생장과 과실수량에 미치는 영향 (Bush Growth and Yield of Highbush Blueberry 'Duke' as Influenced by Different Pruning Times in Unheated Plastic House)

  • 본 시험은 무가온 시설재배 조건에서 북부하이부쉬 블루베리의 전정시기가 영양 생장과 과실 생산에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 180L 용기에서 재배한 7-9년생 '듀크' 품종을 대상으로 2018년과 2019년 6월 20일(수확 후 30일경), 7월 20일, 8월 20일에 하계전정을 실시하였고, 2019년과 2020년 1월 20일에 동계전정(관행)을 목질부 생장량의 30%를 제거하는 방법으로 처리하였다. 하계 전정구들은 2년 연속 전정 이듬해인 2020년 10월 15일에 신초 생장이 현저히 감소하였는데, 주당 총 신초장은 6월, 7월, 8월 전정구가 동계 전정구에 비해 각각 47%, 37%, 33%로 작았고 하계전정 시기가 늦을수록 신초 생장이 감소하는 경향이었다. 하계전정 1년차와 2년차 이듬해의 과실 특성은 전정 시기의 영향이 없었고, 주당 수량은 전정 1년차 이듬해인 2019년에는 차이가 없었으나 2년 연속 처리 이듬해 2020년에는 동계 전정구가 2.9kg인데 반해 하계 전정구들은 동계 전정구에 비해 21~38%가 감소하였다. 따라서 무가온 시설재배 조건에서 북부하이부쉬 '듀크'의 하계 전정은 동계 전정에 비해 수세가 약화되어 수량이 감소할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • These studies were carried out to find the proper conditions for in vitro maturation and fertilization of bovine follicular oocytes and culture methods capable of further developing early embryos. For these objectives, the cleavage rate of oocytes matured and fertilized in vitro was investigated under medium supplemented with hormones and estrous cow serum and season of oocytes collection as well as different cumulus cell stage before insemination. Finally, 2~8 cell embryos were cultured in in vitro and in vitro culture system to investigate developmental capacity into morula. 1. Cleavage rate of oocytes matured in vitro was 27%(20/73) for A(LH+FSH+estradil-17$\beta$+10% FBS), 38%(27/71) for B(LH+10% ECS) and 27%(15/56) for C(10% ECS), respectively. Supplement B showed more higher rate and 4~8 cell embryos were also obtained much more in this group(67%, 18/27). In vitro maturation rate of follicular oocytes cultured in TCM 199 supplemented withLH and 10% ECS was 88%(75/85). 2. Cleavage rate(15%, 10/65) of oocytes collected in summer was significantly lower than in fall(47%, 42/89). 3. Cleavage rate(15%, 10/65) of oocytes with partially removed cumulus cell before insemination was more higher than that(44%, 27/62) of oocytes with intact cumulus cell. 4. The frequency of development from early cleaved embryos into morula was 6%(4/65), 12%(4/33) for co-culture of cumulus cell monolayer and bovine oviduct epithelial cell monolayer, respectively and 25%(6/25) in ligated rabbit oviduct.
