Many developing countries consider ICT as a key enabler to improve their educational systems and teachers are viewed as change agents. This paper aims to present policy suggestions concerning how to foster teachers' ICT competencies in developing countries based on the outcomes of an ODA project case in Peru. This study was conducted through three stages: Literature survey, site visit, and policy suggestions. To draw relevant policy suggestions, we employed the framework of the 'macro-meso-micro' level of teacher professional development. The following policy suggestions are discussed: (a) macro level: to develop the national framework of teacher ICT competencies and competency-based teacher training, (b) meso-level: to promote teacher communities of practices and school-based research programs, and (c) micro-level: to redesign teacher professional development programs to help teachers better understand the complex relationships between content, pedagogy, and technology, beyond learning about basic ICT literacy skills. This study contributes to the understanding of how ODA projects can approach the issue of teacher ICT capacity building at multiple levels.

Purpose: This paper treats the survey result from the suppliers of smart factories. Based on the survey results, it is provided suggestions about government policies of the smart factory. Methods: For providing political suggestions, the survey of smart factory is conducted. The survey results are analyzed by the correlation and association methods based on the stratification. Results: The survey results are analyzed for extracting policy-level suggestions. Multiple policy-level suggestions are identified and presented in the conclusion. Conclusion: Six policy-level suggestions are presented for enhancing the management efficiency of suppliers of smart factory.

The purpose of this study aims to provide possible suggestions for the improvement KDC 5th ed. as a system. After analyzing and evaluating various devices of KDC 5th ed. such as schedules, common auxiliary tables, internal tables(omitted), notes, relative index, precedence order(omitted), alternatives, manual(omitted) and relocated table(omitted), suggestions for the improvement were proposed. If above suggestions are adopted, effective literature classification scheme which is suited to domestic circumstances will be certainly prepared.

This study asked preservice elementary teachers to conduct an inquiry of observing the moon, and analyzed the phenomena observed, difficulties experienced, and pedagogical suggestions by the preservice teachers. Participants were 31 undergraduate students enrolled in a science course in a university of education. As a part of the course, the preservice teachers observed the moon for about a month and completed personal journals which described the phenomena they observed, difficulties they experienced, and the pedagogical suggestions to help elementary students conduct the same inquiry activity. The analysis of the journals revealed that the preservice teachers observed the moon mostly during the evening or night and that they noticed lunar phases, directions, altitudes, and color and brightness more frequently than other phenomena. The preservice teachers experienced difficulties related to the observation time, lunar phases, directions, and altitudes, and, reflecting on their own experiences, suggested a variety of pedagogical ideas about these difficulties. The pedagogical suggestions by the preservice teachers also included how to help elementary students keep their interest and perform the moon observation for a rather long period of time. Implications for moon investigations in the elementary school science classroom and relevant research were discussed.

Recently SW is the key industry which leads the HW industry and service industry, but market size of SW is only 0.9% of GDP. It is necessary systematic and strategic support to create new SW market through SW convergence and to secure the global competitiveness. This paper deals with some strategic suggestions for progress of SW industry in company with regional economy. We survey and analyze the many SW support projects by government and take professional advice from some specialists of regional information industry promotion agency. We draw 10 strategic suggestions for support of SW industry. Also we analyze the relative importance of 10 strategic suggestions by AHP analysis.

This study aims to present a theoretical for domestic archival management studies and analyze curriculum through the established archival management course of nine universities. For this, the concrete study consists of the following : (1) to regulate concept of archival management studies, (2) to make suggestions which can be helpful to establish practical curriculum through especially analysis of curriculum in order to establish educational system suitable to domestic conditions. Data collection and analysis method in order to execute this study was mainly depended upon the documentary research and the major study method was to desirable curriculum of organizations in order to grasp distinctive feature of curriculum that is provided in this country at present. At this time, the curriculum of the object of analysis was limited to the curriculum of nine graduate schools, the organized subjects were divided into two sides of 'educational content side' and 'educational method side'. Based on such analysis, by grasping the whole inclination and problem points of subjects organized by domestic educational organizations, the suggestions was presented, considering at the present stage for developing education of archival management studies. Especially, the suggestions was presented here from two sides of 'the systematic side related to establishment of curriculum' and 'the content side of organizing subject'. It is expected that the suggestions presented after close analysis of the domestic present status would offer important information under the present conditions when the establishment of curriculum in the beginning stages.

This paper is concerned with characteristics of Internet retailing and manufacturer's product development strategy using Internet retailing. First, this paper reviews the current status of Internet retailing companies and explains some barriers to taking advantage of Internet retailing. With the rapid development of electronic commerce, online reputation management systems are of increasing importance in building trust and managing risk. Reputation rating mode and aggregating method are the most crucial parts of a reputation management system. In this paper, we analyze the merits and disadvantages associated with the rating mode and aggregating approach of current reputation management systems, and put forward some suggestions. These suggestions are helpful in improving current reputation management systems and developing new reputation management systems.

Jenkins (2000, 2007) suggested lingua franca core (LFC) of English as an international language (EIL) context. According to her, intelligibility of English pronunciation of L2 English speakers and English learners is more important than pronunciation accuracy in English communication. Her suggestion has been widely accepted in Korean classroom situations, so the systematic teaching of English pronunciation has been rarely emphasized. In this paper it is argued that the LFC of English is widely misinterpreted in Korea while some of her suggestions themselves are also misleading. This paper tries to redefine Jenkins' LFC and provide suggestions for teaching LFC in Korea.
