최근 많은 기업들이 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 회사의 전체업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이미 많은 기업에서는 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 기업들로부터 ERP 시스템 도입은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 많은 투자에도 불구하고 ERP 시스템의 도입이 기업의 경영성과에 항상 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 조사되지는 않았다. 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 방안에 대해서는 많은 연구를 찾아 볼 수 있다. 그러나 변화관리에 대해서는 그 중요성은 많이 강조되어 왔지만 연구 결과는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 변화관리에 관련된 논문들을 참고하여 ERP 시스템의 변화관리를 위한 방안으로 지속적인 변화관리를 통하여 ERP 시스템을 성공적으로 구축한 기업을 심도 있게 분석함으로써 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위해서 구축 단계별 변화관리 주요 활동 사항과 산출물을 중심으로 효과적인 변화관리를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 국제무역에 있어서 전자상거래가 중소기업의 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를, 중국 전자상거래 기업들의 설문조사를 통하여 실증적으로 분석한다. 또한 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 중국 기업의 전자상거래 핵심 성공요인을 추출, 분석하여 중국 중소기업의 전자상거래 발전 핵심요인으로 최고경영자의 혁신성, 최고경영자의 IT지원 및 기업 전략의 세 가지 요인을 통계적으로 유의미하게 도출하였고, 중국 중소기업 맞춤형 해외진출 플랫폼이 필요하다는 정책적 시사점을 함께 제언한다.

Purpose - Focusing on Haier, a successful corporate venture in China, we analyse the operating mechanism and success factors of corporate venture, and reveal the necessary factors for the successful implementation of corporate venture. Design/methodology/approach - This study is a single case study centred on Haier, a successful corporate venture in China. Findings - The operational process of Haier's corporate venture includes six key aspects: project selection, team building, resource allocation and support, project implementation, risk control measures, performance evaluation and rewards. In terms of success factors, the support of top management with leadership capability of value creation and sharing is very important for the success of corporate venture. Secondly, a multi reward mechanism can be introduced to motivate employees and improve performance. Thirdly, it is important to integrate corporate culture into the operating mechanism of an corporate venture. Fourthly, flexible operations that break down rigid organisational boundaries and transform the organisation into a more open platform for entrepreneurship can increase the likelihood of success. Finally, empowering employees with operational discretion can also have a positive impact on the success of an Corporate Venture. Research implications or Originality - This study contributes to theory and practice by analysing the success conditions of corporate venture, providing new understanding and drawing new perspectives, especially from the experience of Haier. The results suggest strategies and flexibility for successfully pursuing corporate venture, and provide important experience for international companies to help them gain competitive advantage in global competition. It also helps corporate leaders to promote new directions and innovations and improve their strategies to respond to dynamic environments.

본 논문에서는 마이크 입력레벨 조절기의 구현과 이를 이용한 인식률의 향상을 다룬다. 마이크를 통한 음성 입력이 너무 작거나 너무 크면 인식률에 직접 영향을 미치므로 인식에 적합한 입력레벨로 조절할 필요가 있다. 자동 입력레벨 조절기의 구현을 위해 고려할 사항을 연구했으며, 이를 통해 PC환경의 입력레벨 조절기를 구현했다. 수집된 음성 데이터베이스는 켑스트럼 평균차감법(CMS)을 이용하여 채널왜곡을 보상했으며, 구현된 조절기를 이용하여 실험한 결과, 이용하지 않은 경우에 비해 약 50%의 오인식율을 줄일 수 있었다.

e-Government is an innovative phenomenon around the globe for refurbishing public administration. Research to date, however, has been deficient in empirical studies of the factors that emerge out of the interplay of structure and human interactions responsible for successful implementation of e-Government projects. From the perspective of structuration theory, this study examines and explains the impact of this interplay in the implementation of an e-Government system, eSeva for local administration at one of the Indian state, The results suggest that the success of implementation of e-Government projects can be conceptualized as the outcome of persisting constructive interrelationships among the human, programmatic and institutional elements of e-Government and the critical learning and adaptation as a result of efforts at the structuration level.

It is a fundamental requirement for the medium-sized manufacturing company with multiple-types of products and mixed process flows to have a real time feedback system for systematic production scheduling and process control to maximize the productivity and delivery achievement. However it is very inferior in actual condition to make infrastructure for a systematic production scheduling and process control in middle-sized manufacturing company, Proposed in this paper is an MES implementation approach for the successful construction of MES infrastructure, implementation and operation in medium-sized manufacturing companies with multiple-types of products and mixed process flows.

TQM is a kind of generic strategy. Especially it is a competitive strategy which is concerned with the determination of competitive advantages. Strategic a, pp.oach is very important for the successful implementation of TQM. Unfitness between the company's strategy and the TQM program has been a major barrier preventing the effective implementation. In spite of its importance, little is known for TQM's strategic characteristics. TQM's strategic characteristics are different by its evolution stages. Therefore the generic strategic types that TQM seeks can be changed while TQM programs are progressing over its stages. This paper identifies the intended strategic type of TQM by its stages, which will greatly help to prepare the good implementation program of TQM.

Global e-SCM (electronic Supply Chain Management) has become an important business strategy in a rapidly changing global competition environment. It encompasses both domestic business and overseas business. Overseas business, including B2B and B2G, involves the complex trade procedures across countries. So, the standardization of electronic documents (messages) and business processes is one of critical factors for the successful implementation of global e-SCM. Without standardized messages and streamlined business processes, the benefits of global e-SCM would not be guaranteed because of human intervention like re-keying business data, which may create errors, delay processes, cause additional data or procedures, etc. Thus, this paper is to review the implementation challenges of Global e-SCM, to address the needs for electronic information flows through the standardization in electronic documents and business processes for fast and accurate trade transactions in the global supply chain activities, and to assert the importance of adoption of international standards.

The objective of this research project is empirically investigating factors influencing EPP system implementation based on the degree of volatility of business environment. The results show that computes with low volatility have successfully implement ERP system compared to companies with high volatility. This research project also identified success factors of each phased chartering phase, executive participation sound assessment of business condition, good understanding of ERP system and carefully constructed case are identified as success factors. During project expenditures, participation of various groups, technical resources, prefect and change management are found to be important for successful construction. Trained users, integration of systems, well-designed process and technical and human resource are found to be success factors during shakedown phase. Managers commitment technical infrastructure, system flexibility, and adequate resource for maintenance and renewing system are identified as success factors of onward and upward phase.

Recently, many enterprises are interest in implementing Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID). However, they have some difficulty in implementing RFID because of incompleteness of RFID technology and uncertainty of Return on Investment (ROI). Even though usefulness of RFID are recognized, many enterprises are just interested in planning of RFID rather than implementation of RFID. Among successful factors of RFID implementation, Information Technology (IT) capability is the most important one. If enterprises have systematic IT capability, it would make positive attitude to implement RFID. In addition, it will provide trust about RFID and promote adoption of RFID implementation. This study, therefore, empirically analyzed the relationships of trust, attitude, IT capability, and intention to RFID adoption using Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The result show useful guidelines and practical implication in implementing RFID.
