This study offers an analysis of how Protestant Christianity in South Korea incorporated many beliefs and practices of Korean traditional religions in order to make the new faith more appealing to the masses. The paper also examines the way in which specific Protestant doctrines and practices were modified or accentuated to suit the disposition of the Korean people. In agreement with Confucianism, for example, Protestant churches in general emphasized the values of diligence, self-cultivation, righteous living, and, most importantly, filial piety. By overtly and subtly permitting ancestral rites to be conducted by Christians, moreover, Protestant Christianity evaded successfully the potential alienation of the tradition-bound Koreans. From Buddhism, Protestant Christianity syncretized such elements as the daily dawn prayer and all-night prayer as well as the practices of baekilgido ("a hundred-day prayer") and chunilgido ("a thousand-day prayer"). Hundreds of prayer centers that exist deep in the mountains also manifest a Buddhist influence. Shamanistic influences are also evident in Korean Protestantism, replete with the latter's emphasis on this-worldly success (health, prosperity, long life, etc.), faith healing, and conceptualization of God as being merciful and generous. What all of this reveals is that Christian conversion in South Korea did not involve an exclusivistic change of religious affiliation, meaning that it did not require the repudiation of traditionally held beliefs. Instead, millions of South Koreans eagerly embraced Protestant Christianity precisely because the new faith was advanced as an extension or continuation of traditional religious practices.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze current trends in the Korean ice cream industry and determine how these trends affect the competitiveness of each ice cream company. Method: This study was conducted by reviewing existing related literature and collecting and analyzing data from news articles, corporate reports, and existing researchers' studies related to the ice cream industry. Results: The Korean ice cream industry is growing and developing through the collaboration of fun marketing with taste, quality, and fun elements, and the young MZ generation can be said to be the main customer base. In terms of quality, premium ice cream made with high-quality domestic ingredients has recently been gaining popularity, and ice cream with reduced fat and sugar, such as plant-based substitutes, is also gaining popularity among consumers. Conclusions and Implications: The results of this study highlight the need for continued innovation in the Korean ice cream industry. The industry must also capitalize on the growth of online sales and the global appeal of Korean pop culture. Sustainability efforts, technology adoption, and strategic collaboration are key drivers for future industry success, and social media engagement must be integrated into marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty.

The primary aim of this study is to investigate the influence of Service Provider Quality (SPQ), System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), and Training Quality (TQ) on the interconnected aspect of organizational performance known as growth and development (GD). The study examined the influence of information systems (IS) on organisational performance and provided a theory-based technique for conducting research. The theoretical foundation for this study is derived from the widely employed [1]. IS success model in information systems research. The study's framework incorporates several novel elements, drawn from a comprehensive review of both recent and earlier literature, which researchers have utilized to evaluate the dimensions of [1]. In this study, we collected data from a diverse group of 348 individuals representing various industries through a web-based questionnaire. The collected data were subjected to analysis using SPSS. We conducted a multiple regression analysis involving 15 factors to assess several hypotheses regarding the relationship between the independent construct IS effectiveness and the dependent construct organizational performance. Several noteworthy descriptive statistics emerged, which hold significance for management. The study's findings strongly indicate that information systems exert a significant and beneficial influence on organizational performance. To sustain and continually enhance organizational effectiveness, the study recommends that managers periodically scrutinize and assess their information systems.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the essential factors contributing to the growth and success of smart cities, providing a comprehensive analysis of key elements that are crucial in fostering the development of smart cities. This study explored the impacts of technology-driven applications, corporate involvement, the role of experts, citizen co-creation, city-led strategy governance, and sustainable urban practices on overall attitudes towards smart cities. Additionally, the study examined the impact of overall attitude on the growth trajectory of the smart cities and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: To collect data, this study employed an online survey conducted by a reputable research organization. Data analysis involved the use of factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results: This study unveiled significant impacts of technology-driven applications, corporate involvement, the role of experts, citizen co-creation, city-led strategy governance, and sustainable urban practices on the overall attitudes. Furthermore, it demonstrated that the overall attitude significantly influences the growth trajectory of smart cities. Conclusions: This study identified key driving factors for smart city development, suggesting that the consideration of sustainable urban practices emerges as the most significant factor influencing the growth of the smart cities.

프로젝트 초기단계에서 신뢰도 높은 공정계획을 수립하고 공사기간 산정을 정확하게 하는 것은 공사 지연을 예방할 수 있으며, 연속적으로 발생하는 의사결정을 신속하고 정확하게 내리는 데 도움이 된다. 특히 초고층 프로젝트의 경우는 작업이 복잡하고 공사비가 크기 때문에 공사기간을 정확히 예상하는 것이 어렵고 공사지연시 발생하는 손실이 막대하다. 따라서 월별 작업가능률을 정확히 예상하고 적용하는 연구가 매우 중요하며 이는 초고층 프로젝트의 성패와 직결된다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 고도가 높아질수록 기후 환경은 지표면 근처와 차이가 생기기 때문에 일반적인 프로젝트의 작업가능률 산정방법은 초고층 프로젝트에서 정확성이 떨어지게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 작업높이에 따라 변하는 기후요소 변화를 예측하여 이를 적용하여 높이에 따른 작업가능률을 산정하고, 각 지역의 기후특색에 따른 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 산정된 결과에 따르면 작업고도가 높아질수록 부산, 인천, 서울 순으로 작업가능률이 떨어졌으며, 이는 풍속의 영향이 가장 컸다. 이러한 작업높이를 고려한 지역별 작업가능률 산정은 향후 초고층 프로젝트 공사기간 산정업무, 타당성 조사, 대상 지역 선택 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

팩션 영화들의 연이은 대 흥행으로 현재의 영화계는 이른바 팩션 열풍의 시대라 불리우고 있다. 영화 <광해, 왕이 된 남자>는 조선왕조실록 광해군 일기의 한 구절을 모티브로 사라진 15일간 광해를 대신한 또 다른 왕이 있었다는 팩션으로 관객들의 몰입과 상상을 자극한다. 또한 광해와 그를 대신하는 또 다른 왕, 하선을 통해 역사 속 광해군을 양면적 모습으로 재조명한다. 그리고 대선을 앞둔 시기에 개봉하여 대중이 바라는 지도자의 상을 재해석했다는 평을 받으며 흥행에 성공한다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 영상콘텐츠로 부각되고 있는 팩션에 대해 고찰해 보고, 누적관객 12,323,555명으로 역대 6위의 흥행성적을 가진 영화 <광해, 왕이 된 남자>의 흥행요소를 팩션영화로서의 <광해, 왕이 된 남자>, 광해의 양면성, 영화 개봉시기의 적절성, 이 세 가지로 분석, 연구한다. 결론적으로 영화 <광해, 왕이 된 남자>는 철저하게 대중들의 요구와 기호에 부합된 영화로 흥행에 성공하였다. 앞으로 가장 기본적인 이 연결 관계에서 영화의 방향성과 흥행결과의 전략적 요소를 분석해야할 필요가 있으며, 이는 영화계의 발전에도 큰 의의가 있으리라 기대한다.

본 연구는 안동국제탈춤페스티벌의 거버넌스의 특성을 분석하고 평가하였다. 평가는 사회적 정당성, 신뢰성, 전문성 그리고 투명성의 4가지 요소별로 거버넌스 주체 상호간 교차평가에 초점을 두었다. 안동국제탈춤페스티벌의 핵심적인 성공요인으로는 축제 주체 간의 협력적 파트너십에 기초한 거버넌스를 들 수 있다. 2011년 현재 안동국제탈춤페스티벌의 거버넌스는 '안동축제 관광조직위원회'를 중심으로 축제전문가, 시민사회단체, 지역상공인단체, 자원봉사자 그리고 지방정부 등의 각 주체들이 수평적이고 개방적인 파트너십에 기초한 소위 '민간주도형' 거버넌스를 그 특성으로 들 수 있다. 안동국제탈춤페스티벌의 거버넌스는 투명성을 제외하고는 모든 구성요소에 대하여 긍정적인 것으로 평가되었다. 거버넌스에 대하여 긍정적으로 평가한 경향이 강한 주체는 축제를 주도적으로 기획, 집행 그리고 평가 과정에 참여한 주체이었다. 긍정적으로 평가한 이유는 사회적 정당성의 경우에는 사업에 대한 정당성과 관련 주체의 참여 보장, 신뢰성에 있어서는 주체의 능력과 인지 및 제도적 신뢰이었다. 전문성의 경우는 전문지식, 대안제시 능력 그리고 업무의 지속성이었고, 투명성에 있어서는 원활한 의사소통과 정보 공개 및 공유 보장이었다. 앞으로 거버넌스의 효율성을 제고하기 위해서는 상대적으로 한정적인 역할을 수행하였던 주체의 적극적인 참여와 주체 간 그리고 주체와 일반시민 간의 원활한 의사소통과 정보공유를 보다 강화하기 위한 대안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 가치기반판매의 영업프로세스에서 영업의 성공적인 전개를 위해 필요한 영업활동 프레임워크를 제시하고 성공적 가치기반판매를 위한 개별 영업활동의 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 가치기반판매를 영업프로세스에서 절차적 진행으로 이해하며, 이를 영업활동 프레임워크에 통합하고, 영업활동을 세분화하여 성공적 수행을 위한 주요 활동 요소를 파악한다면 가치기반판매 본연의 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. 가치기반판매의 성공에 관계하는 영업활동을 문헌연구와 적용 사례의 실증을 통해 영업프로세스에 기반하여 영업활동 프레임워크에 반영하고, 성공적 전개를 위한 개별 영업활동의 세부요소를 사례연구를 통해 파악한다. 문헌연구와 현장 영업 실무를 통해 다섯 단계의 영업프로세스에서 13가지 영업활동을 제시하며, 사례연구를 통해 성공적인 가치기반판매를 위한 총 42개의 세부 영업활동을 향상된 영업활동 프레임워크에서 파악한다. 이 연구를 통하여 영업프로세스에서 가치기반판매의 영업 기능이 올바른 활동으로 수행되고 있는지, 그리고 특정 고객과의 영업 기회가 가치 기반 영업활동을 계속할 수 있는지 여부를 평가할 수 있는 역할을 영업활동 프레임워크를 통해 제공한다. 영업활동 프레임워크는 성공적인 가치기반판매를 위한 지침 역할을 한다.

스마트폰의 등장이후 게임 산업은 콘솔과 PC Online 게임에서 모바일 게임 중심으로 변화되었다. 이러한 환경에서 게임 산업은 게임의 본질적 재미를 사용자에게 제공하기보다 상업적 수익을 위한 수단으로 발전하며 부정적으로 변질되었다. 특히, 비슷한 플레이 방식에 그래픽만 달라진 게임들이 지속적으로 출시되며 산업을 발전시키기 위한 도전은 하지 않고 현상만 바라보는 실태이다. 또한, 사용자들의 인식 수준도 발전하였다. 온라인 환경의 발전으로 사용자들은 자신의 경험을 쉽게 공유한다. 자신들이 경험한 게임의 평가를 온라인 매체에 공유하며 게임의 질에 대한 냉철한 평가를 하고 있다. 지금 당장은 시장에서 발생하는 높은 수익으로 인하여 게임 산업 자체가 발전한 듯 보이지만, 향후 게임 산업에 콘텐츠의 부정적 발전방식을 지양하는 사용자들의 인식이 높아질수록 시장자체에 큰 악영향을 줄 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 현 상황을 바탕으로 모바일 이전 게임 산업에서 성공했던 게임콘텐츠를 사용자 측면에서 분석하고 재조명하여 사용자들이 원하는 게임콘텐츠의 질과 게임 산업의 방향성에 대해 돌이켜볼 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 모바일 이전의 게임 중 가장 대중적으로 성공한 게임을 연구대상으로 지정하고, 사용자 측면에서 분석하였다. 온라인게임 <월드 오브 워크래프트(World of Warcraft)>는 약 1200만 여명의 사용자가 즐겼던 게임으로 현재까지 꾸준히 인기를 얻고 있는 가장 성공한 MMORPG이다. 본 연구를 위해 <월드 오브 워크래프트>를 초창기부터 즐겨온 5명의 일반사용자를 전문가집단을 구성하였으며, 사용자의 오랜 지지를 유지해온 저력을 분석하기 위해 비즈니스 모델과 설문조사, 인터뷰, Jobs-to-be-done, 피쉬바인 모델과 같은 사용자 경험을 도출 가능한 UX 방법론들을 복합적으로 적용하였다. 그럼으로, 사용자 측면에서의 <월드 오브 워크래프트> 성공요인은 (1)10년에 걸쳐 완성된 '세계관'을 통해 사용자가 파고들 여지를 제공한 것. (2)사용자들의 입장(문화, 언어 등)에 맞게 '국가별 정책'을 통해 게임을 제공한 것. (3)시간의 변화에 따라 '확장팩'을 제공하며 사용자들이 끊임없이 파고들 여지를 제공한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 모바일 게임 발전이후 게임콘텐츠의 질적 하락의 문제점에 도달한 현 게임 산업의 콘텐츠 지표로서 산업적으로나 학술적으로 그 가치가 높다고 판단된다.

우리나라의 재난환경은 산업고도화 및 도시노후화의 영향으로 인하여 점차 다양하고 복잡한 양상으로 전개되고 있다. 따라서 컨트롤타워와 현장인원간에 재난현장의 각종 정보를 신속하고 정확하게 공유할 수 있는 재난통신체계의 확보는 재난대응의 성공을 위하여 그 어느 때보다 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구는 재난관리 선진국인 미국의 국가재난관리체계, 재난통신 운영체계 및 표준운영절차 분석을 통해 우리나라 재난통신체계의 개선책을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째, 재난통신조직이 보다 체계화되어야 한다. 중앙정부 재난통신조직과 지방정부 재난통신조직은 각각 상이한 역할 및 목표에 따라 운영되어야 하며, 상호운영성에 의거하여 유기적으로 공조해야 한다. 둘째, 재난통신 협의체는 재난 관련단체의 대표자들로 구성되어야 하며, 전국단위 및 지방단위로 각각 구성 및 운영되어야 한다. 셋째, 재난통신의 목표를 달성하기 위한 표준운영절차에는 운영적 요소와 기술적 요소가 모두 포함되고 각 재난통신체계 구성원들의 역할과 책임이 명확하게 수립되어야 한다. 이러한 개선책은 재난통신체계가 현장에서 정확하게 작동되도록 할 것이며, 이는 재난대응의 성공확률을 향상시킬 것으로 예상한다.
