  • In the digital business environment, digital trust has became a key element of business compete.   • 스마트폰의 대중화로 국내 모바일 게임 산업이 2012년부터 규모가 확대되면서 많은 주목과 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 모바일 게임 산업에 있어 플레이어 캐릭터는 게임 자체의 성공 여부에도 직접적인 영향을 주고 있다. 이러한 변화에 맞춰 사용자가 원하는 특성 있고 개성적인 캐릭터를 제공하는 게임이 많아졌다. 본 논문에서는 게임캐릭터 디자인을 효율적 개발을 위한 유형 분석으로 스마트폰 게임 캐릭터의 기초 자료로 활용하는데 가치를 두고 연구하고자 한다.

Success Story: How Storytelling Contributes to BTS's Brand

  • Good storytelling is at the heart of BTS as both a brand and a band. Modern brands know that story is no longer an option, but a requirement for keeping audiences engaged. With their consistent and creative reliance on story, BTS has transformed the K-Pop landscape, providing a framework for others in the industry that relies on open-structure narratives, sincerity, and active audience engagement, among other components. To investigate BTS's storytelling strategies, this article breaks down how stories permeate BTS's content, from music and videos to the Bangtan Universe and documentary films. The importance of transmedia storytelling and participatory audiences is also examined. The analysis resulted in a proposed framework that suggests the following components: 1) story as central to the brand; 2) authenticity and sincerity; 3) idol participation in creative output; 4) use of transmedia storytelling and story gaps; 5) intertextuality and cohesion; 6) opportunities for audience engagement; and 7) dedicated creative staff. Utilizing this framework can help K-Pop groups elevate their brands, better use storytelling elements, and gain larger, more engaged audiences.

  • The Construction Industry Institute (CII) developed the Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI), as a part of their Front End Planning best practices, which helps project managers assess and measure project scope definition risk elements. U.S. Green Building Council are seeing the benefits of sustainable building and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification by positively impacting life cycle costs, building marketability, and organizational productivity. However, there have been no efforts to integrate these two planning tools in construction industry. By applying a supplemental tool which combines the PDRI with the LEED rating system, construction industry can develop and implement a tailored instrument that leads to total project success in sustainability. The objective of this research is to assemble a new front end planning mechanism for green buildings by incorporating the current PDRI and LEED systems.

  • The postoperative period for a carrier of total hip prosthesis (THP), especially in the first months, remains the most difficult period for a patient after each operation, even if traumatologist surgeons want the relief and success of their operations. In this investigation, selected three of the daily activities for a wearer of total hip replacement (THR), such as sitting in a chair, lifting a chair, and going downstairs, and was performed a numerical simulation by finite elements based on experimental data by Bergmann (Bergmann 2001) in terms of effort for each activity. Different stresses have been extracted, and a detailed comparison between two activities with different induced stresses such as normal, tensile, and compressive shear stresses.

  • The issue "Exploring Social Media and Other Crucial Success Elements of Attitude towards Politics and Intention for Voting in Pakistan" is a huge study embracing more issues. The politics of Pakistan is basically the politics of semantic groups. Pakistan is a multilingual state more than six languages. There are 245 religious parties in Pakistan, as elaborated by the Daily Times research. The use of social media sites in Pakistan peaked to its maximum after announcement of election schedule by the Election Commission of Pakistan in March 22, 2013. Most of the political parties used it for the recent elections in Pakistan to promote their agenda and attract country's 80 million registered electors. This study was aiming to investigate the role of social media and other critical variables in the attitude towards politics and intention for voting.

  • 최근의 건축공사는 고층화되어 가는 추세이며 원가절감과 공기단축, 생산성 향상 등이 요구되고 건설자동화의 도입을 통한 총생애자동화시스템의 도입이 시급히 요구되는 추세이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 초고층 빌딩 건축에 주로 사용되는 커튼월 공법과 제조업에서의 SCM기법, 최신의 RFID기법을 이용하여 초고층 건축물 커튼월의 자동화 관리시스템을 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. SCM기법이란 생산에서 판매에 이르는 전단계의 과정을 연결, 관리하는 것을 의미하고 커튼월은 빌딩 건축에서 골조공사의 공기단축과 단순화를 위해 가장 많이 활용되는 건식공법으로 건설공사에서 가장 제조업에 가까운 형태의 공사로 볼 수 있다. 또한 RFID는 SCM의 구현방법으로 자재의 흐름과 생산프로세스, 그리고 정보관리 시스템의 도구로 사용되며 이들을 활용한 총생애자동화시스템은 생산과정 뿐만 아니라 사후관리 과정에도 효율적이며 높은 생산성과 경제성 향상에 기여한 것으로 기대된다.

  • BAT 공장 건설 프로젝트는 외국 발주자에게 한국 CM업체의 관리능력을 입증한 대표적인 프로젝트라고 한 수 있다. 본 프로젝트는 CM 사의 전문적인 관리를 통하여 외국의 공장건설에 비하여 $15\%$ 절감된 금액으로 공사를 완공할 수 있었으며, 철저한 공정관리로 공기를 단축하는 한편 준공 후 1개월도 안되어 생산이 이루어지는 성공적인 결과를 달성할 수 있었다. 본 프로젝트의 성공요인(Key Success Factors)은 CM사의 탁월한 관리능력이라고 할 수 있으나 더욱 중요한 성공요인은 사업관리의 모든 권한을 CM사에 위임하는 발주자의 신뢰에서 기인되었다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 "One Stop Shop" 개념의 CM 적용을 통하여 사업의 전단계에 걸친 전문적인 관리활동과 발주자와 CM사간의 신뢰의 중요성을 입증한 프로젝트에 적용된 Cost Management, Contract Management, Value Engineering 등의 활동을 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 민간시장의 CM활성화에 비하여 적용에 어려움을 주고 있는 공공시장에도 CM이 활성화 될 수 있는 계기를 되기를 바란다.

  • 건설산업은 수주산업으로서 사업기간 전반(Project Life Cycle)에 걸쳐서 발주자의 관여도가 크기 때문에 발주자의 역할과 기능이 사업의 성패에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국내외 여러 연구에서 이미 발주자의 기능과 역할에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있음에도 불구하고, 아직까지 발주자 조직이 수행하여야 할 역할과 기능에 대한 정의를 바탕으로 건설사업의 발주자 조직에 대한 조직 수준의 역량을 평가할 수 있는 포괄적이고 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 발주자 조직 역량요소를 이용한 발주역량 평가지표를 개발함으로써 발주역량평가의 기본체계(Framework)를 제시하고, 개발된 발주역량평가체계를 실제 발주자 조직에 적용하여 평가를 수행하고 그 결과를 제시함으로써 그 적용성을 검증한다. 건설공사 발주기관의 역량에 대한 정량화 가능한 측정 지표를 활용하여 객관적인 평가를 수행하고, 이를 통해 발주자 조직 역량의 현재 수준 진단과 부족한 역량에 대한 정확한 판단을 할 수 있다면, 미래지향적인 전략 수립 및 발주자 조직 관리의 효율성 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

IMS지향성과 기업문화 적합도가 IMS활동의 이행수준과 성과에 미치는 영향

  • With a sample of 147 Korean small and medium size companies, this study examined the relationships among degree of information orientation, corporate culture, degree of information management implementation and selected business performances in the process of implementing IMS improvement programs, such as IMS(Information Management System). Information orientation is defined as company-wide understanding and implementation of the underlying philosophy, principles, approached, and tools of information improvement programs. It is assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs requires a information-oriented mind-set of the employees. The key elements of information orientation include continious improvement structured processes, organixation-wide participation and customer-focused spirit. Culture id defined as the value and beliefs of em organization that shape its behavior. It is also assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs require strong support from s corporate culture that emphasizes cintinious improvement. Adopting the competing values model of Quinn and McGrath(1985), corporate culture is classified into 'flexible' versus 'controlled culture' and 'outer-directed' versus 'inner-directed culture'. Fitness was defined through the relationship between levels of information oriented and types of corporate culture. The results were as follows. First, it was found that when a company with high information orientation promoted information innovation programs, such as IMS, it reported higher degree of information management implementation and improvement in business performances. Second, the results showed the importance of 'flexible culture' and 'outer-directed culture' in performing information, innovation. Regarding the types of corporate culture, the analysis found that developmental culture, rational culture and group culture were effective. Third, companies with high information oriented and flexible culture or companies with high information orientation and outer-directed culture reported the highest implementation in Information management activities. Fourth, the results showed that the level of information management implementation had a mediating effect on the relationship between information orientation and business performance. It was also found that enhanced non-financial performance led to the improvement of financial performance. This study attempted to exaime the factor that lead information management program to success. In order to reach success, first, it is suggested that companies have positive mind set toward continious information improvement. Secondly, it is recommended that a flexible and outer-directed culture appropriate for continious information improvement is cultivated.
