This paper has investigated physicochemical properties and conventional and environmental-friendly treatment methods of paper mill sludge to emphasize the importance and necessity of the sludge recycling. The paper mill sludge generally shows high contents of calcium and water, and is mostly discharged by landfill after incineration process rather than being recycled due to technical or economical problems. In recent years, however, several possible methods for recycling the paper mill sludge have been suggested for its sustainable process as follows; compost, raw material for the construction and paper industry, new energy source for reducing fossil fuel use and raw material of activated carbon for treating paper mill wastewater. Thus the authors suggest that practical recycling technologies of the paper mill sludge must be developed for substantiality in the paper industry through comprehending physicochemical compositions and generation status of the sludge and actively performing various related studies. Furthermore, this investigation could be used as preliminary information for the study on recycled paper development using paper mill sludge incineration ash.

인터넷의 사용증가는 전자정부 서비스 성장의 주요한 촉매제 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 전자정부 서비스의 증가에도 불구하고 사용자 만족에 대한 실증적인 연구는 시작단계이다. 본 연구에서는 실증 분석결과 전자정부 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 6가지 요인을 도출할 수 있었다. 즉, 전자정부 서비스의 구성(formation), 기능성(function), 신뢰성(reliability), 시각성(visibility ), 효율성(efficiency), 그리고 지속성 (substantiality)이라는 요인이다. 본 연구는 전자정부 서비스를 기획하고 구현하는데 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 도출된 전자정부 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 6가지 요인은 한국의 전자정부 서비스의 향상과 정책에 주요한 시사점을 제공할 것 이다.

We are stepping into so called "aged society" stage, as the mature people account for 7% of the population by UN's standard yardstick. The goal of this research is to provide the fundamental source in producing ecological lifestyle uniforms of health and substantiality: LOHAS which are relevant to high performance and healthy body and take things like architecture, driving, surroundings, and recycling as main factors. the results of study were as follows: Therefore we can predict, through exerting researches about consumer's usage and preference of uniforms, that the garment business will be upgraded to the medical welfare and urban life style business level. All of the silver town resident we researched wear silver town uniforms, and the uniforms were chosen by the owner and operator. This research was processed through the survey of supervisors who were employed in senior residences. 66% of elderly changed their clothes for laundary every 2 days, The timing of removal of the old uniform was that 17% was less than 1 years, consideration of buying silver-town uniforms were consider materials, design, laundary, convenience of administration, durability, color, cost.

This study is to examine the contradictional phenomenon from the standpoint of philosophical thoughts, experiencing the modern Museum opened recently while anlyzing the perceptive phenomenon of the space as well as what architect is thought of the Museum, so that it is aimed at finding the aesthetic value and substantiality of its space concept. As for the construction of the Museum for the space experience, the contradictional expression of the architectural space was analyzed by going through Richad Meier of Barcelona Museum, Renzo Piano of Beyeler Museum and Mario Botta of Tingly Museum at first-hand.

'Sanghallonju'(傷寒論注) reorganized the formation according to method of 'the classification of similar symptoms' and annotated the text of Sanghallon, introducing his new methodology and 'Sanghallonik'(傷寒論翼) proclaimed his new finding of the science of the Sanghan. Meanwhile, 'Sanghanbuik' (傷寒附翼) explains various prescriptions in the 'Sanghallon'. It categorizes prescriptions according to the six Meridians and sum up Gageum's research by commenting on the target symtoms and the use of medicine on each prescriptions. Gageum's study is consistent in desire for embodying the universality of the differentiation of syndromes in accordance with the theory of the six Meridians.(六經辨證) in the medical scene. From his work, the substantiality of the six 'Sanghandbuik' is a publication that shows the essence of Gageum's medical science from his inclination, conclusion and concrete methodology.

In a side of criminal law, fire investigation, as general people fully can understand and prosecution is possible until deciding its cause and suspect, scientific researching method should be studied deeply. This paper proposes an establishment of fire investigation act and its sub-laws, constitution of joint commission for fire investigation, modernization of fire investigation equipments, substantiality of professional education for fire investigation and subjugation of departmentalism as a method to maintain and supplement an institution of fire investigation in Korea.

As the exiting school facilities become old and unfit for new curriculum, the systematical remodelling process based on its educational and physical functions is required. due to the inadequate maintenance and repairing practices, unnecessary costs are expended. Therefore, this study aims to establish a remodelling decision-making model for improving the educational environment of the existing school facilities. According to the budget system, it proposes the concept of remodelling that includes the activities of extension, reconstruction, repair and improvement. This study classifies the performance evaluation for school facilities as that of safety, durability and educational function, and articulates the assessment standards, methods and elements. In the end, it suggests a rational model for remodelling decision-making that can provide efficient and comprehensive remodelling process, economic and sustainable school development.

The origin of hospital accreditation in Korea is the Hospital Standardization Program of the Korea Hospital Association. Current accreditation program implemented by the Korea Institute for Healthcare Accreditation has succeeded in stimulating quality improvement activities of participating hospitals since its launching in 2010. However it has been criticized due to some unintended consequences of accreditation. In order to fully enjoy the benefit of the accreditation program in Korea, national efforts to expand accreditation scheme and coverage, upgrade accreditation standards, insure substantiality of accreditation process, provide consumers with more useful information, and strengthen the professional capacity of accreditation organization will be needed.

The ecological environment planning begins with the awareness that human are a part of ecological system. A recent issue, LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Substantiality), will be defined as a consumption trend which values highly health, social justice, economy, self development and sustainable life. LOHAS aims at coexistence with human and nature, pursue a sustainable development and it could be an alternative for SHS(Sick House Syndrome). This research tries to show the case analysis in coexistence in human and nature which LOHAS aims at. The design space applied the concept of LOHAS(renewing, reusing and recycling) will maintain healthy lives of the present and the future.
