유산소운동과 diacylglycerol 섭취가 비만인의 혈중 지질성분 및 안정 시 대사량의 변화에 미치는 영향 (Combined Effects of Aerobic Exercise Training and Diacylglycerol Ingestion on Blood Lipid Profiles and Resting Metabolic Rate Changes in Obese Man)

  • 본 연구는 체지방을 감소시키는데 효과적이라는 diacylglycerol (DG) 섭취와 유산소운동이 체구성비의 변화 및 혈중지질 개선에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 안정 시 대사량 변화를 관찰함으로써 임상적 및 대사적 측면에서 비만 개선 효과를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 본 연구의 대상은 의학적으로 다른 질병을 동반하지 않은 비만 남자 대학생으로서 연구의 의의를 충분히 이해하고 자발적으로 참여 의사를 밝힌 사람으로 선정하였으며, 체지방 측정 후 25%미만인 자와 흡연자는 대상에서 제외하였다. 모든 피험자들은 기본검사와 사전검사가 끝난 후 세가지(D, E, DE) 집단에 6명씩 무선 배정하였다. 첫 번째 실험군(D)은 diacylglycerol 섭취 조건으로 12주 동안 diacylglycerol을 섭취하였고, 두 번째 실험군(E)은 12주 동안 러닝 트레이닝을 실시하였다. 마지막 세번째 실험군(DE)은 12주 동안 diacylglycerol 섭취와 유산소 트레이닝을 실시하였으며, 본 연구결과 모든 그룹에서 12주 동안의 그룹별 처치가 진행됨에 따라 체지방이 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 안정 시 대사량은 D그룹을 제외하고 모든 그룹에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 운동과 다이아실글리세롤 섭취에 따라 콜레스테롤의 감소가 일어났다. 추후 카테콜라민, CAMP, HSL, Insulin 등과 같은 지방대사와 관련된 항목들에 대한 추가적인 분석이 이루어짐으로써, DG섭취와 트레이닝의 비만개선효과를 보다 신뢰성 높게 예측할 수 있으리라 본다.

응급구조과 학생들의 장애인에 대한 태도 (EMT-Paramedic Student's Attitude to the Disabled)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the EMT student's attitude to the disabled and provide the basic materials of educational program to make them have right awareness and attitude of the disabled. Methods: The subjects of this study were 348 of 339 emergency medical students at three departments of emergency medical in G metropolitan city who gave consent to take part in the research and the data were collected for 10 days from Mar. 2 to 11, 2011. It used DFS (Disability Factor Scale) developed by Siller (1967) and revised and complemented by Lee Jong Nam (1997) after validity and reliability test. Data collected were analyzed with technical statistics, t-test and ANOVA using SPSS/ PC 12.0 Results: The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. On the question that there are the disabled around the subjects, 74.7% of the respondents answered 'none', and on the question of having concerns on the disabled problems, 61.5% of the respondents answered 'they have no concerns on them'. In addition, on the question of effective methods for improving a negative awareness of the disabled, many of subjects responded the governmental support must be a priority. 2. The subjects' attitude to the disabled scored average 3.13 and they have positive attitude to the disabled. In six sub-areas of attitude to the disabled, tension in contact with the disabled scored 2.90, inferred emotional disorder 2.79, unconditional repulsion 2.78, refusal to friendly relation 2.74, limitation of other functions undamaged 2.66 and distorted identification 2.65. 3. Variable showing a significant difference in the results of analysis according to general characteristics of subjects was age and those who are over '21' showed more positive attitude to the disabled than those who are below '20'. 4. In the results of analysis according to the subjects' disability related characteristics, those who have the disabled in their friends or family and have concerns on the disabled problems have a positive attitude to the disabled. Promotion and education through mass communication for changing the awareness of the disabled into a positive attitude will be most effective. Conclusion: Consequently, positive attitude of EMT student's to the disabled can be fostered by continuous contact with the disabled and their participation in voluntary services in the dimension of individual or school will be important and also the various practical methods such as enlightenment movement and supply of right information through mass communication should be sought.

일부 대학생 심폐소생술교육에서 노래.동영상 자가 학습과 동영상 자가 학습(VSI) 간의 교육 효과 비교 (Comparison of the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CR) Education Effects Between the Song.Video Self-Instruction and CPR VSI (Video Self-Instruction) Among College Students)

  • Objectives: This study is a quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design study to compare and verify the educational effects between CPR Song.Video Self-Instruction and CPR VSI. Method: We selected total 58 subjects who were freshmen at the Dept of Emergency Medical technology, G College in G Metropolitan City and 28 of them were experimental group which had no experience to have CPR instruction and consented to take part in this research and 30 students were control group. Data were collected from Apr. 27 to 29, 2009. Data were analyzed with SPSS/PC+(version 14.0). and all significance level was set as p<0.05. Results: 1. In the knowledge of CPR, the knowledge level before CPR instruction was 2.17 out of 10 in experimental group and 1.86 in control group. After CPR instruction, experimental group got 9.07 and it meant the increase of 6.89 and control group showed increase to 7.16(p=0.000). 2. Self-efficacy of CPR showed 2.61 out of 10 in both experimental and control groups, and after CPR instruction, experimental group showed increase of 3.93 as 6.55 and control group showed increase of 3.91 as 6.52(p=0.000). 3. Accuracy of CPR performance was 0.32 out of 10 in experimental group and 0.40 in control group. After CPR instruction, experimental group got 9.25 and showed increase of 8.92 and control group got 9.20 and showed increase of 8.80(p=0.000). 4. Study satisfaction was 4.22 out of 5 in experimental group and 3.04 in control group, and experimental group was higher than control group. there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusions: This study found that CPR Song;Video Self-Instruction achieved better results than CPR VSI. With these results, it is considered that CPR instruction for college students through mass communication or video will be very helpful.

초등학생의 부력 개념 형성과 인지 수준의 관계 (Elementary School Students형 Conceptions of Buoyance related with Cognitive Levels)

  • The unit of a buoyant force included in the 7th national science curriculum for 6th grade students. On the contrary, it seldom that students' conception about buoyant phenomena is studied, even though there has been many studies of students' conceptions of basic science contents. The purpose of this study was to survey the elementary school students' conceptions of a buoyant force, to analyze their cognitive levels, and to explore the relationships between them. Sixth grade students (total numbers is 192) were selected .from 5 .lasses in two elementary schools in a local city of Kyungsangdo. They were asked to respond two kinds of test, which are the Logical Thinking Ability (GALT) to investigate students' cognitive levels and the Buoyant Force Questionnaire (BFQ). We developed BFQ test, based on the 7th national science curriculum for 6th grade and the previous researches of a buoyant force. We, qualitatively, analysed students' frequency of responses about a buoyant force and their types of explanation, and, quantitatively, analysed the relationships between cognitive levels and conceptions of a buoyant force with SPSS/ PC 7.0 programmes. The results of cognitive level showed that half of 6th grade students were in the concrete operational stage, 43.2% in the transitional stage, 6.8% in the formal stage. However, their sub-logical thinking abilities in a combinational, conservational, controlling variables, proportional, probability and correlational logic were very fluctuated from 91% to 8%. The results that only 4.8% of elementary students had correct conceptions of a buoyant force suggest that 6th grade students had great difficulties in understanding of that concept. Their difficulties would originated from the frequent common-sense explanations of a buoyant phenomena in terms of the weight or the unique properties or the contact area of an object or with/without air. Furthermore students' explanations, frequently, changed with context of problems of a buoyant force. Scheffe test of quantitative results that elementary students in the concrete level had 50.6% of concept formation in a buoyant force, the transitional level 54.5%, and in the formal operational level 62.8% showed significant differences of conceptions of a buoyant force with cognitive levels. Therefore the concrete operational elementary students had more difficulties of understanding of a buoyant force than the transitional and formal level, which is required to higher cognitive levels. This conclusion have implications that the unit of a buoyant force have to be presented with concrete activities for majority of students who are in concrete and transitional levels.

손마사지가 허혈성 심질환 환자의 불안에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Hand Massage Program on Anxiety in Patients with Ischemic Heart Diease)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a hand massage program on anxiety, vital sign and pain in clients with ischemic heart disease. The design utilized for this study was quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design The subjects were fifty-four patients, twenty-eight for the experimental and twenty-six for the control group, who were admitted with ischemic heart diease at a cardiac intensive care unit in K medical center of K university. This study was carried out from May, 1999 to March, 2000. The level of anxiety and pain measured by Visual Analogue Scale, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate were measured before and after hand massage, the state of Anxiety was measured by the Spielberger (1970) scale at admission and after hand massage for three days. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS PC program and analyzed using $\chi^2$-test and t-test. The result of this study are as follows : 1. The scores of VAS anxiety and State of anxiety of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. 2. The degree of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group. 3. The score of VAS pain of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The results suggested that hand massage can decrease VAS anxiety, State of anxiety, vital signs and VAS pain of patients who were admitted with ischemic heart disease at cardiac intensive care unit Therefore, it is proposed that hand massage is an appropriate nursing intervention to relieve anxiety of the patients who were admitted with ischemic heart disease at a cardiac intensive care unit.

웹 DDoS 대피소 시스템(WDSS) 구현 및 성능검증 (Implementation and Validation of the Web DDoS Shelter System(WDSS))

  • WDSS는 네트워크 연동구간을 이용한 DDoS 대피소 시스템에 L7 스위치와 웹캐시서버를 추가 구성하여 웹 응용계층 DDoS 공격에 대한 방어성능을 향상시킨 시스템이다. WDSS는 웹 DDoS 공격 발생 시 백본 네트워크로부터 트래픽을 우회한 뒤 비정상 요청은 DDoS 차단시스템과 L7 스위치에서 차단하고 정상적인 클라이언트의 요청에 대해서만 웹캐시서버가 응답하게 함으로써 소규모 트래픽 기반의 세션 고갈형 DDoS 공격에 대응하고 정상적인 웹서비스를 유지한다. 또한 정상 트래픽을 웹서버로 재전송하기 위한 IP 터널링 설정이 없이도 공격 대응이 가능하다. 본 논문은 WDSS를 국내 ISP 백본 네트워크상에 구축하여 시스템 작동에 대한 유효성과 웹 응용계층 DDoS 공격 방어성능을 검증한 결과를 다룬다. 웹 DDoS 방어성능 평가는 실제 봇넷과 동일한 공격 종류와 패킷수의 공격을 수행할 수 있는 좀비 PC로 구성한 DDoS 모의테스트 시스템을 이용하여 실시하였다. 웹 응용계층 DDoS 공격 종류와 강도를 달리하여 WDSS의 웹 DDoS 방어성능을 분석한 결과 기존의 DDoS 대피소 시스템에서 탐지/방어하지 못한 소규모 트래픽에 기반하며 동일 플로우를 반복적으로 발생하지 않는 웹 DDoS 공격을 탐지/방어할 수 있었다.

동영상 기반 자동 발화 심층 분석(SUDA) 어플리케이션 개발 (Development of the video-based smart utterance deep analyser (SUDA) application)

  • 본 연구는 동영상을 기반으로 일상생활에서 녹화한 아동 및 성인의 발화를 자동으로 분석해주는 SUDA(smart utterance deep analyser) 하이브리드 앱 개발에 관한 것이다. 특히, 아동과 부모가 원하는 시간 및 장소에서 상호작용하는 장면을 촬영하여 업로드할 수 있고 시간의 흐름에 따라 데이터를 계속 축적하여 이를 관찰하고 분석할 수 있도록 도울 수 있다. SUDA는 안드로이드폰, 아이폰, 태플릿 PC 기반에서 구동되며, 대용량의 동영상을 녹화 및 업로드할 수 있고, 사용자의 목적(일반인, 전문가, 관리자)에 따라 차별화된 기능을 제공할 수 있다. 전문가 모드에서는 자동화된 시스템과 협업하여 대상자의 발화를 말·언어적인 측면(비유창성, 형태소수, 음절수, 단어수, 말속도, 반응시간 등)에서 세부적으로 분석할 수 있다. 즉, SDUA 시스템이 대상자의 발화를 반자동으로 전사 및 분석하면, 언어치료사가 이를 검토하고, 보완하여 의사소통장애 진단과 중재 시 활용할 수 있다. 일반인(부모)의 경우, 전문가가 분석한 결과를 그래프 형태로 제공 받아 모니터링 할 수 있고, 관리자는 발화 분석, 영상삭제 등 전체 시스템을 관리할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 발화 분석의 반자동화로 치료사와 연구자의 부담을 줄여주고, 부모가 자녀의 발화를 기반으로 하여 말·언어발달에 대한 정보를 쉽고 다양하게 제공 받을 수 있다는 점에서 임상적 의의가 있다. 또한, 한국형 말더듬아동 진단 및 중재에 적용할 수 있는 종단데이터를 구축하고, 말더듬 회복 예측 요인들을 찾는 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

일본에 거주하는 한국 노인의 건강증진 생활양식 (Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles of the Korean Elderly in Japan)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate health promotion lifestyle profiles of the Korean elderly in Japan. The subjects of this study were 202 elders in Aichi prefecture. The method of this study questionnaires interviews, and a self-administered questionnaire from the 1st to the 20th of April in 2000. This study tool was based on Walker et al. (1987)'s Health Promotion lifestyle Profiles (HPLP). Analysis of the data used an SPSS/pc+ WIN 9.0 program. Data analyses were conducted by using frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA. Pearson correlation, Kendal tau and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results were as follows: 1. The average score of Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles of Korean elderly in Japan was 2.72(SD=0.40). On the sub-scale of Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles: nutrition(M = 3. 06), self-actualization(M =2.99), interpersonal support (M=2.81), stress management (M=2.68) revealed higher scores, whereas the scores of health responsibility(M=2.52), and exercise(M=1.92) were lower. 2. Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles were significantly different by age (F = 11. 02, p = .000), religion(F=2.96, p=.033), occupation(F=6.91, p=.000), living family status(F=13.07, p=.000), living family number(F=11.74, p=.000), monthly pocket money(F=18.79, p=.000), the source of pocket money (F=7.18, p=.000), and the length of residence(F=9.79, p=.000). 3. Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles was significantly predicted by monthly pocket money($r^2$ change =0. 188, p=.000), sex($r^2$ change= 0.066, p= .000), the length of residence($r^2$ change = 0.059, p = .000), the source of pocket money($r^2$ change=0.036, p= .000), age ($r^2$ change=0.018, p=.000). These variables showed a positive correlation with health promotion lifestyle profiles of the Korean elderly in Japan. These variables explained 36.7% of the variance of Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles. On the basis of the above findings, Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles programs for Korean elderly in Japan needs be to developed with Japanese social-culture perspectives and needs to develop an intervention method to improve Health Promotion Lifestyle Profiles. It is also suggested that further research is required.

중년기 남성의 스트레스와 갱년기 증상 (A Study on the Relationship between Stress and Climacteric Symptoms of Midlife Men)

  • This study investigated stress and the extent of climacteric symptoms in mid-life men, and examined their relationship in order to better understand the stress and climacteric symptom experiences of mid-life men, and thereby attempted to offer basic materials for the development of a health improvement program that may help increase the quality of life of mid-life men. Three hundred mid-life men whose ages were between 40 and 59 and resided in the Seoul area were subjects of this study. The data were analyzed with the SAS PC program using descriptive statistics to analyze subjects' general characteristics and variables of stress and the extent of climacteric symptoms of the subjects. The relationship between stress and climacteric symptoms were examined by the Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and stress and the extent of climacteric symptoms in relation to the general characteristics were analyzed by T-test and ANOVA. The study conclusions are as follows: 1. Subjects general characteristics The average, age of the subjects was 46 and 47.0% of them reported ages between 40 and 45. Of the subjects, 98% were married. In marriage satisfaction, those who were generally satisfied with their married life comprised 62.0% of the subjects. In terms of level of education, 95.7% were educated above the high school level. In occupational background, 59.7% had occupations related to technologies. As for religion, 42.7% had no religion. In number of children, 67.3% had 2 children. In residential status, 79,3% were living in their own homes. In terms of living arrangements, 87.7% of the subjects were living in the form of nuclear families. 2. Stress and the extent of climacteric symptoms The level of stress was scored as $2.94{\pm}0.74$, and considering that the overall examination score is $27.16{\pm}1.32$, the subjects' stress level was not viewed as particularly high. The average score of the extent of climacteric symptoms was $35.37{\pm}0.27$. The extent of sub-domains of climacteric symptoms included skeleton symptoms ($39.37{\pm}2.81$), joint pain ($39.16{\pm}3.66$), vasomotor symptoms ($35.39{\pm}3.01$), other symptoms ($36.99{\pm}3.02$), psychological symptoms ($34.68{\pm}3.01$), urogenic symptoms ($35.03{\pm}3.27$), and cardiovascular symptoms ($33.70{\pm}2.78$). 3. General characteristics in relation to the stress level The subjects' general characteristics that were significantly related to the level of stress were marriage status (F=4.38, p=.001), marriage satisfaction (F=4.56, p=.001), educational background (F=2.68, p=.012), and age (F=2.48, p=.033). 4. General characteristics in relation to the level of climacteric symptoms The subjects' general characteristics that were significantly related to the level of climacteric symptoms were educational background (F=3.26, p=.007), age (F=2.58, p=.027), marriage status (F=2.62, p=.025), and marriage satisfaction (F=2.78. p=.032). 5. The correlation between stress and climacteric symptoms The subjects' level of stress and climacteric symptoms were significantly related to each other (r=0.578, p=0.000). The subjects' level of stress was correlated with sub-domains of the climacteric symptoms including psychological symptoms (r=0.579, p=0.000), joint pain (r=0.479, p=0.000), skeleton symptoms (r=0.477, p=0.000), other symptoms (r=0.467, p=0.000), vasomotor symptoms (r=0.4615, p=0.000), cardiovascular symptoms (r=0.458, p=0.000), urogenic symptoms (r=0.401. p=0.000). In summary, the climacteric symptoms suffered by mid-life men are positively correlated with their level of stress. In addition, the climacteric symptoms were affected by the level of stress.

초·중등 예비교사와 교사의 식생활 교육에 대한 인식과 식생활 관리 역량 (The Awareness of the Dietary Education and Dietary Management Competency of (Preliminary) Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools)

  • 교사의 건강과 식생활에 대한 태도는 학생들에게 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 초·중등 예비교사와 교사의 식생활과 교육에 대한 인식, 식습관, 식생활 관리 역량을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 2017년 10월부터 12월까지 서울·경기, 충청, 전라, 강원, 경상 지역의 교육대학과 사범대학에 재학 중인 예비교사와 초·중·고등학교 교사 812명을 대상으로 5-Likert 자기기입식 설문조사로 실시되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS PC +24를 이용하여 빈도, 백분율을 구하였다. Varimax 회전법에 의한 요인분석을 실시하였고, Cronbach's α를 이용하여 신뢰도를 검증하였으며, 식생활과 교육에 대한 인식, 식습관, 식생활 관리 역량의 일반사항에 따른 차이점을 알아보기 위해 one-way ANOVA와 Ryan-Einot-Gabriel-Welsch F를 이용하여 p<0.05 수준에서 유의성을 검정하였다. 본 연구의 요인분석 결과 식생활과 교육에 대한 인식은 식생활 관심도와 식생활 관리 스트레스의 2개 요인이 추출되었고, 식습관은 건강 식습관과 나쁜 식습관의 2개 요인으로 구성되었다. 식생활 관리 역량은 식생활 지식, 조리, 식생활 위생 및 안전, 환경의 4개 요인으로 구성되었다. 식생활 관심도 평균은 3.81±0.73점, 식생활 관리 스트레스 3.09±0.95점이었다. 건강 식습관은 3.39±0.77점, 나쁜 식습관 3.31±0.91점, 식생활 관리 역량 평균 점수는 3.29±0.73점이었고, 식생활 지식 요인 3.29±0.67점, 조리 요인 3.02±0.82점, 식생활 위생 및 안전 요인 4.16±0.63점, 환경 요인 3.12±0.89점이었다. 예비교사와 교사는 식생활 관리 역량의 환경 요인을 제외한 모든 요인들이 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 식생활 관심 요인은 성별, 전공, 나이, 건강상태, 비만도, 식사준비참여 횟수에 따라 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 식생활 관리 역량의 평균점수는 성별, 전공, 나이, 건강상태, 식사준비참여 횟수에 따라 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 예비교사와 교사를 대상으로 한 식생활 교육은 일반사항에 따른 차이점을 고려하고, 식사준비에 참여하는 횟수를 높여 식생활 관리 역량을 강화하며, 건강한 식습관이 형성되도록 적극적인 교육과 홍보가 요구되었다. 또한 식생활 영역을 활용한 융합 교육을 도울 수 있는 자료 개발이 요구되었다.
