카탈로그 레조네(Catalogue Raisonne)의 국내 편찬 활성화를 위한 사례분석 연구 (A Case Analysis Study for Vitalization of Domestic Compilation of Catalogue Raisonne)

  • 카탈로그 레조네(catalogue raisonne)는 한 작가의 주요한 모든 작품를 목록화하여 작품과 관련된 학술적으로 중요한 기록정보를 기술한 예술가의 총체적 작품기록물로 정의 할 수 있다. 이러한 카탈로그 레조네는 전시 기획자 및 연구자들의 연구자료는 물론 작품의 진위여부를 가리는 기초적인 자료로 이용된다. 국내의 카탈로그 레조네의 제작은 시작단계에 있으나 국외의 경우 미술관련 기관과 작가의 재단이 주축이 되어 작가의 카탈로그 레조네의 활발한 제작을 진행해오고 있다. 카탈로그 레조네는 작품과 관련된 정보에 대한 기술이 무엇보다 중요한 요소이다. 이러한 카탈로그 레조네의 기술요소는 작가의 작품 및 작업의 특성에 따라 각양각색으로 나타날 수 밖에 없다. 이에 국외에서 출판된 작가의 카탈로그 레조네의 사례를 분석하여 카탈로그 레조네가 가지는 특성 및 기술요소에 대해 상세히 살펴보고, 이를 국내 작가들의 권위있는 카탈로그 레조네의 활발한 제작에 기여하고자 한다.

웨딩산업에서 웨딩업체와 웨딩플래너의 관계결속이 관계성과 및 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of relationship commitment between wedding companies and wedding planers in the wedding industry on relationship performance and relationship continuation intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between wedding companies and wedding planners and understand the influence of relationship factors on the relationship performance and relationship continuation intention of wedding companies. We conducted an online survey from June to July 2017, and collected 201 responses which were used during analysis. Statistical analysis, including technical statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis, was undertaken using SPSS 23. This study shows that among the relationship factors affecting the wedding planner and the wedding company, the computational tie-up has a significant impact on both the financial and non-financial performance of the wedding company, while emotional tie-ups have a significant impact on the non-financial performance of the wedding company, but not on financial performance. As for the effects of relationship commitment to wedding planners on wedding shops' relationship continuation intention, each factor for relationship commitment significantly affected wedding shops' relationship continuation intention. Regarding the effects of wedding shops' relational performance on relationship continuation intention, each factor of performance significantly affected relationship continuation intention. Therefore, wedding companies should make continuous efforts to maintain this relationship and recognize the need for robust relationships with wedding planners as a sure and important competitive tool for attracting customer and generating revenue.

  • 최근 교육시장의 변화와 코로나로 인해 과외 시장 및 온라인 학습시장으로 소비자들이 이동하여 대형 교육 프랜차이즈 사업이 매출액을 중시하는 입장에서 수익구조를 극대화하는 비즈니스 모델로 재편되고 있다. 교육환경의 변화로 교수자 중심에서 학생 중심으로 개별 맞춤 서비스를 제공하고, 학생들 스스로가 자기주도 학습이 가능할 수 있도록 학습동기를 부여하고 학습기술을 배양할 수 있는 새로운 학습균형 모델이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수학 교육서비스 프랜차이즈 사업을 운영하는 가맹본부 입장에서 최근 교육 트렌드와 소비자의 욕구를 만족하면서 기업의 수익구조를 향상 시킬 수 있는 새로운 수학 프랜차이즈 모델(K-MODEL)을 제안한다. K-MODEL은 차별화 콘텐츠 및 서비스, 학습 및 운영 프로세스, 학습 성취도 향상을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 가맹본부와 가맹사업을 진행하는 가맹점사업자들이 안정적인 수익구조를 가질 것으로 기대한다.

Effects of Physical Environmental Design Attributes on Psychological Well-being of College Students in University Dormitory During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period

  • During pandemic period, college students lost lots of such academic opportunities as extra-curriculum social activities, contact classes, and friendly socializing in university campus area, etc. Previous many studies have shown that physical environment has certain relevance on the well-being of human-beings. Recent public statistics on mental health had shown an increase in psychological distress and a decrease in college students and people's well-being during the lockdown in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there were little evidence on what the college students in dormitory suffered from COVID-19 incident in relation with their physical environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between environmental factors and psychological well-being of dormitory students in university campus. In order to explore the impact of physical environment on students' psychological well-being, survey instrumentation consisted of 25 indices were employed to measure the level of awareness to each index. A Chi-square analysis on individual characteristics of 200 students found that number of students living in single dwelling unit was statistically significant to maintain their psychological well-being, except for number of students living in each dwelling unit (χ2 =128.92, p= .004). Pearson correlation analysis also found that there exists statistically significant relationship between psychological well-being of students and environmental factors. Further, stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most prime predictor for psychological well-being of students residing in dorm was "use of furniture" (β= .281), implying careful design, lay-out and easy-access to interior furniture by facility planner. The study also demonstrated that as the level of positive perception of physical environmental features rose, overall psychological well-being of students also responded positively at specified rate. Finally, the findings reinforce a solid evidence that carefully well-coordinated physical environments play an important role in maintaining emotional stability of college students in dorm even in pandemic period.

직업경험을 중심으로 한 보험상품 교차판매 성과의 결정요인 분석 (Determinants of Insurance Products Cross-selling Performance : Focusing on Career Experience)

  • 최근 보험산업은 판매채널의 다양화, 교차판매 활성화 등 다양한 환경 변화가 일어나고 있다. 보험 판매 채널이 전속 채널에서 비전속 채널, 방카슈랑스 등으로 다양화되고 있으며, 보험설계사가 한 명의 고객에게 다양한 금융상품을 판매하는 교차판매가 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 보험설계사의 절대 수는 줄어들고 있으며, 13월차 생명보험 설계사의 정착률은 2016년 40.4%이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구에서는 보험설계사의 교차판매 성과에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 분석하여 보험설계사 양성에 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 실증분석방법으로 질적연구와 양적연구를 병행하였다. 질적연구로 개방코딩을 활용하여 심층 면접을 실시하였고, 이러한 질적연구의 검증을 위해 2016년 4월~2019년 3월 기간 동안 영업성과 자료를 분석하였다. 질적연구 결과 보험상품 교차판매 성과의 결정요인으로 총 84개의 개념, 28개의 하위범주, 10개의 범주가 도출되었으며, 10개의 범주는 개인특성, 상담 방법, 교차판매비율, 영업 문화, 교육, 고객의 변화, 고객 DB 제공, 만족도, 업무지원시스템, 고객서비스였다. 본 연구의 질적연구 결과 고성과자로 분류할 수 있는 보험설계사는 전체 보험 계약에서 생명보험 계약 건수와 계약 금액의 비중을 높이는 교차판매에 적극적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 실제 영업성과 자료를 바탕으로 한 분석에서는 보험설계사의 나이, 근무월수, 직급이 전체 보험계약 건수 대비 생명보험계약 건수와 생명보험계약 금액에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을, 전체 보험계약 건수 대비 손해보험계약 건수와 손해보험계약 금액에 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 회사를 이탈하지 않고 장기근속하면서 고성과자로 분류되는 보험설계사는 전체 보험계약 건수와 금액에서 생명보험의 계약 건수와 금액 비중이 늘어나고, 손해보험의 계약 건수와 금액 비중이 줄어드는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 보험설계사 양성을 위한 교육 프로그램과 업무지원시스템 개발에 중요한 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Classification of Degraded Peat Swamp Forest for Restoration Planning at Landscape Level Using Remote Sensing Technique

  • Malaysia possesses about 1.56 million ha of Peat Swamp Forest (PSF). The PSF safeguard enormous biological diversity, while providing crucial benefits for the sustainable development of human communities. Numbers of threatened plant species are associated with the PSF, including the commercially important Gonystylus bancanus timber. To prevent significant losses of biodiversity, it is important to manage the PSF for both biological conservation and sustainable use. Equally important is to restore all degraded PSF in an attempt to ensure the PSF ecosystem is suitable for the vegetation to grow and rehabilitate back to the normal condition. Prior to plan any forest restoration program, there is a need to properly map the degraded PSF in order to estimate the forest conditions and determine the vegetations status. Most of the time this need to be done at a landscape level and requires a technology that can provide accurate, timely and reliable information for the planner to make decision. This paper describes a study using geospatial technology in combination with ground survey to classify the degraded PSF in South East Pahang Peat Swamp Forest (SEPPSF), Malaysia, into different degree of vegetation classes. With map accuracy of about 83%, the technique proved to be useful in delineating the different degree of PSF degradation from which the information can be used to properly plan forest restoration program in the area. The final output which is in the form of map can be used in developing a Restoration Master Plan for the degraded PSF areas.

수산물 마아케팅 경로(FMC)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fisheries Marketing Channels)

  • How to distribute fisheries catches from producer to consumer is very important for everybody joined fisheries marketing channels (FMC), because most people are influenced their revenue and expenditure through marketing channels. Many institutions in Korea after 1960's have tried to develop the rationalization of FMC, but they have not gotten the satisfactory results in general in spite of a lot fruits. Comparing with general manufacturing industry, the fisheries industry has some specializations in the marketing channels. It makes them unique structure included wholesale market system similiar to fresh (perishable) food market with expertised technology. Wholesale market collects, distributes the fisheries catches and evaluates in by auction or bidding without consideration of producer's opinion. It is very necessary institution to make a decision to equatible price for fresh food and to play an important role for marketing effectiveness with minimum total transation and with massed reserve among institutions. But it has two weak points to increase the marketing cost and to make products bad fresh (perishable). Therefore, both Producer and consumer want to find the direct channels not to pass through wholesale market and to get more profit. I wanted to explain what problems of traditional FMC are and why the direct channel is necessary as follows in this paper. Chapter II : The types and specialization of FMC Chapter III : The structure and problem of fisheries wholesale market channel Chapter IV Marketing cost of FMC and direct channel I suggested when the direct channel in FMC is designed, new planner must carry out marketing functions which are performanced by wholesaler, middle man and the joined members of auction at wholesale market. In view of consumption area, these functions are : (1) the finding of production partner to make a business ; (2) communication of information ; (3) collecting ; (4) distribution ; (5) selecting and grading ; (6) evaluating ; (7) financing and payment ; (8) organization, in view of consumption area. The government must support also the group or individual of new direct channels to succeed it with (1) furnishing of market information (2) supplying of land and facility (3) financing (4) feed-back of dierct channels totally (5) making an opportunity of communication between producer and consumer. I want to emphasize again wholesale market is necessary and important institution for equatible price of fresh food in spite of the its weak points. At the same time. the direct channels are necessary to reduce the marketing cost and to keep better fresh food.

임펠러 5축 NC가공을 위한 가공전략수립 지원시스템 (A 5-Axis NC Machining Strategy Support System for an Impeller)

  • An impeller is a type of high-speed rotor that is used to compress or transfer fluid under high-speed and pressure at high temperatures. The impeller is composed of an axial hub and several blades attached along the hub. The weight and shape of an impeller must be balanced, because their imbalances can cause noise and vibration, which can lead to the breakage of the impeller blades during operation. Thus, the hub and blades of an impeller are commonly machined in a 5-axis NC machine to obtain qualified surfaces. The impeller machining strategy or process plan can not be easily obtained due to the complex, overlapped and twisted shapes of impeller blades. Skillful machining process planners may generate appropriate machining strategies based on their experiences and floor data. However, in practice most shop floor data for the impeller machining is not well-structured such that it does not effectively provide a process planner with information for machining strategies and/or process plans. This paper reports the development of a case-based machining strategy support system (CBMS) that employs case-based reasoning to obtain the machining strategy of an impeller by using the existing machining strategies of the shop floor. The CBMS generates impeller machining strategies through a stepwise reasoning process considering the similarity features between the blade shapes and machining regions. A case study is provided to demonstrate that CBMS can generate useful machining strategies facilitating process planners. The developed system can simulate the tool paths of impeller machining and runs on the web.

국내 컨벤션산업의 육성전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Promotion for Convention Industry in Korea)

  • 세계각국은 컨벤션산업을 21세기 성장을 주도하는 전략산업으로 집중 육성하고 있다. 그러나 우리 나라의 컨벤션 산업은 대형 컨벤션센터의 부재, 국제회의 전문인력의 부족, 국제회의 관련 업의 수도권집중, 항공노선의 부족, 관련업계와의 공조체제 부족, 국제회의정보 부족 등 많은 현안 문제가 있을 뿐 아니라 국제회의 전용시설이 전혀 없는 게 현실이다. 따라서 국가의 이미지 제고, 국제 교역 활성화, 지역개발촉진, 고용기회확대, 세수증대라는 광범위한 파급효과를 가져오는 컨벤션 산업의 육성을 위하여 국내 컨벤션 산업의 실태를 분석하고 그 문제점을 파악하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적을 둔다.

한.양방 협진 정보시스템 구축방안 연구 (Plan of Information System for Combined Treatment of the Oriental and the Western Medicine)

  • Background : Recently, Medical Act was amended to encourage the induction of combined treatment between Oriental Medicine doctors and Western doctors. As yet, the information infra for combined treatment has not been studied. Objectives : This study aimed to design the architecture of information system for combined treatment of the Oriental and the Western Medicine. Methods : First, we defined the information of combined treatment through the analysis of research trends from the inside and outside of the country. Because the data compatibility is very important, the definition of information must be ahead of anything else. Second, we designed the architecture of information system based on the prior definition. Results : We classified the information for combined treatment by subject such as law, clinic, research, manpower, facilities, and education. In this paper information system examined in three aspects. First the infra layer is organized as hardware, netware, and security. Second is data warehouse layer for the storing, filtering, and extraction of data. Third is service layer which is related to data transmission. And Finally all information for combined treatment is provided through the portal system for medical consumer, political planner, and R&D researcher. Conclusion : In this paper, we studied the essential factors of combined treatment information in the view point of information system. But the detailed design and implementation of information system must be followed to effect this results.
