Purpose: The purpose of study was to describe and evaluate the educational status regarding clinical practicum for child health nursing to facilitate student's clinical compliance for the bachelor's degree in Korea. Methods: The study was a descriptive study and included data from 40 institutions among the 53 university nursing programs in Korea(75.5% response rate). Data were collected using mailed semi structured questionnaires and content analysis was done. Results: Findings show that most institutions have common learning objectives for the clinical practicum; neonatal care, high risk infant care, hospitalized child care, and advanced nursing practice. The mode for theoretical credits in child health nursing was 5 to 6 and 3 to 4 credits for clinical practice. The practice settings were prepared to provide diverse experiences, including childcare centers, and community centers with various learning activities. Evaluation for learning outcomes included faculty and instructors. It was pointed out that updating evaluation based on student and faculty feedback is important for a comprehensive practicum evaluation. Conclusions: Findings suggest that there is a -need for a generalized curriculum for clinical practicum and for the expanding role of advanced nursing practice-, a need for diverse clinical settings for practice, and effective guidance and learning activities. It is significantly noted that the attitude and teaching methodologies of clinical instructor's are highly important to effective clinical learning outcomes.
This paper explored how university students viewed flipped learning from their own perspectives. Using qualitative research methods, 5 students from a Computer Graphics course at a mid-scale university in Seoul were interviewed for this purpose. Researchers collected data about their learning experiences, emotions, and reflections about flipped learning in general and its components such as online materials, in-class activities, and instructor guidance. Research findings indicated that students were not so much conscious about the unfamiliarity of the class, the increased work load, nor the online lectures. They rather prioritized 'what they could actually learn' from the course, and thus defined flipped learning as a method which enabled students to constantly check and fill in the gaps in their learning through team-based activities and prompt feedback from the professor. A combination of students' positive attitude and active participation in team-based activities, the overall atmosphere of the department which supported interactivity and collaboration, the professor's emphasis on learning-by-doing and student-centered learning appeared to form their notions of flipped learning. The use of technology did not appear to heavily impact students' conceptions of flipped learning. Researchers suggest that pedagogical beliefs of the professor, culture surrounding the learner, and the good match between the course content and instructional strategies are central for designing a successful flipped learning class.
Since internships or field training provide students with opportunities to choose skills, business interests and aptitudes in the actual workplace, their significant role in higher education has been gradually emphasized. In particular, engineering students gain increased adaptability to the industry, enhance their research abilities and acquire field-based expertise through internships or field training. However, effective operation of such internships or field training often pose various limitations. In this regard, the development of a system to manage students properly is urgently required for the effective operation of internships or field training. Systematic management of a series of related information ranging from a survey on the demand for internships or field training, planning, development and operation of pre-training programs, student guidance through information sharing between universities and businesses, data-gathering with regard to students' difficulties and their requirements, to prospects for future employment. In line with these requirements, this study attempts to present a modeling scheme for the development of a student management system for use in internships or field training. Towards this end, a questionnaire survey is conducted with engineering professors, students and graduates, along with a review of related literature to identify the needs for system development. Based on the results, a model of the system will be proposed through expert consultation.

The importance of human factors has been emphasized for pilots because most of aviation accidents have been caused by the human factors of pilots. Human factors issues such as fatigue affecting flight safety are needed to be educated to student pilots who have less experience in flight training. In order to prevent aviation accidents caused by human factors, the management of stress, fatigue, and obsessive-compulsive disorder which increase psychological harmful factors of student pilots, is essential for aviation safety. The management of fatigue is required as a part of safety management system following the guidance of leading aviation authorities. The purpose of this article was to investigate the factors of fatigue at each stage by classifying it into before, during, and after flight training to manage the fatigue of students pilots. Then, the factors of relatively high fatigue were analyzed by using the AHP process to provide factors related fatigue affecting pilot training.
The study tried to investigate perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. For this, the survey was conducted targeting 269 specialty subject teachers in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. And the results are as follow: First, job performance competency were divided into 5 categories(curriculum guidance, school life guidance, class management, extraordinary activities and administrative duties) and 34 sub-categories. Second, higher importance values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and school life guidance. Higher educational needs values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and administrative duties in categories. Third, higher importance values were construction and reconstruction of NCS learning modules, organization and manage of NCS based vocational education curriculum, guide of the new laws and employment, student records manage, research activities of NCS, hands-on-background training, NCS projects in sub-categories. Fourth, the results show that the NCS experienced teachers more highly evaluated the importance and educational needs of the job performance competency than the NCS inexperienced teachers did.
The purpose of this study was to analyze students' expectation for specialized subjects teacher's role of technical high school. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. A survey questionnaire was developed by researcher to collect the information needed for the study. It consists of 15 items. 428 questionnaires were used for analysis. A chi squared test was used for data analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, when specialized subjects teachers lecture major theory subject classes, students of technical high school wanted it to be according to their level. Their practical class preference differed depending on their department. For the security guidance method during practical class, students most wanted teachers constantly instructing in class. Second, students of technical high school wanted their teachers to pay attention to personality guidance during student life guidance & counseling time. They hoped that teachers would not discriminate towards wrong doings. Also students wanted career the most as a counseling topic and expected a guidance role from teachers. Third, students of technical high school wanted teachers to work hard to create a harmonious class atmosphere when managing a class. They wanted teachers to have affection for class and students. They wanted teachers making jokes easily with students to get friendly. Fourth, students of technical high school hoped 'employment and entrance higher grade school' the most as a career guidance topic. They wanted teachers to consider their aptitude when they were counseling about finding a job and wanted to learn more about job information during employment instructions.

In this study, we tried to investigate the relationship between the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction and the professionals by analyzing the effect of the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction on the beauty professional hall. Research Results It was found that there is a correlation (p <0.001) between the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department and the beauty professionals (p <0.001), and the satisfaction of the department is "specialty" t = 4.625 (p =). .000),'Occupational recognition' t = 3.152 (p = .002), major value is'specialty' t = 2.330 (p = .021),'professional activity' t = 2.438 (p = .015), 'Occupation recognition' t = 4.843 (p = .000), university student activity adaptation is a subordinate factor of the cosmetology profession, "professional activity" t = 2.746 (p = .006), "occupation recognition" t = 4.303 ( Appearing as p = .000), it was found that the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department has a significant effect on beauty professionals. The reality of violence involving youth has recently increased and has become a serious social problem. The study was done to identity violence related feetors including types of assault, victim status and a violence preventive plan. The subjects were students in boy's high schools in the Jinju area and data were collected through a questionnaire. The research was done to demonstrate the seriousness of school violence and to determine the origins of the problems present measures to eradicate school violence. 1. The types of assault included slander, violent language to classmates, destroying school property, stealing money by beating and violent conduct, sexual harrassment or sexual violence. About 19% of the high school students had experience as violent assaulters. The reasons for such assault were abuse by the victim, discontent at home & school and for amusement with friends without any reason. 2. With respect to the status of damage by violence most cases took place within the school which is considered to be safe for students. Violence such as slander, abuse, violence language, disregarding or excluding took place the most at school and in case of the assaulter it was a college student or a student in the senior grad. 3. As for measure to prevent violence identified by the students, the need to provide space for youth leisure activity was listed as important along with the need for guidance for the future which took into account suitability related to the student's ability and the need to get rid of education mainly for entrance exams. Endeavors to prevent violence must be persistent in all aspect, so that such inhuman like violence will not appear and the negative elements raised by youth will be solved one by one.
Although student research programs have been implemented worldwide, research programs during premedical school have unique characteristics. The purpose of this study is to evaluate factors that influence the effects of premedical school research programs. Eighty second-year premedical students at Pusan National University were included in the study. Effect elements and influential factors were extracted through reference reviews and in-depth individual interviews. A Likert scale questionnaire was developed using the extracted elements and factors, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to analyze the reliability of the survey. The mean value and the standard deviation for each question were calculated to evaluate education effectiveness and learning satisfaction, and the influence of each factor on effect was analyzed using correlation analysis. Students' research skills and knowledge were improved in the short term; however, interest in research or in a career as a researcher did not increase. Student interest, participation, and contributions were important factors. Among professors, passion, considerateness, and teaching method including the level of lesson were influential factors. Implementation of curriculum and support and guidance were influential as well, whereas evaluation system was not a factor. To improve student research programs, several factors that influence education effectiveness and learning satisfaction should be considered.

The Information and Communication Technology(ICT) is applied variously by advanced development, however that also causes the ethical problem simultaneously nowadays. It is emphasized the necessity of information and communication ethics and the scheme also is suggested that the student actually may produce and use their own UCC as an educational material which relates to ethics of information and communication in this paper. By doing that activity, student could learn themselves from what they've produced. Therefore they can approach the subject with more interests, beside the method how teacher has been teaching normally which can be described as cramming. The suggestion is phased by the steps as below; First of all, adequate guidance is selected and the aim of education is established to the method of education through producing UCC by analyzing the contents system of information and communication ethics. Second, it is analyzed educational effect along media of UCC. Third, it is analyzed educational effect along the producing format of UCC. Finally, the scheme is developed that student could be learned from UCC they have created. Therefore, students could be participated by themselves more actively to the education and manage the negative effects of ICT. They also could acknowledge and determine the right ethical awareness of information and communication, and develop more advanced ethical awareness by doing this activity.
