This paper models knowledge diffusion on an inter-organizational network. Based on literatures related to knowledge diffusion, the model considers critical factors that affect diffusion behavior including nodal property, relational property, and environmental property. We examine the relationships among network structure, knowledge search, and diffusion performance. Through a massive simulation runs based on the agent-based model, we find that the average path length of a network decreases a firm's cumulative knowledge stock, whereas the clustering coefficient of a firm has no significant relationship with the firm's knowledge. We also find that there is an interaction effect of network structure and the range of knowledge search on knowledge diffusion. Specifically, in a network of a larger average path length (APL) the marginal effect of search conduct is significantly greater than in that of a smaller APL.

To refer to the clause and sentence structure and to the use of words, Example dictionaries were offered. It is necessary to make nore precise rule for (1) extracting subject name of the frames and (2) making representative word of sentences for advanced system in the future.

This paper analyze the fee structures of digital music contents and the revenue sharing ratios that are now on-going debates in Korean digital contents industry. Especially we consider Korean situation where copyrighters and telecom companies have conflict of interest. We found two major results. First, the choice between the flat rate scheme and the usage-based rate scheme is not important to telecom companies and copyrighters. The important thing is that copyrighters should decide the revenue sharing ratio and given that telecom companies should decide the retail price. Consequently, this way can lead to win-win solutions between them. Second, the flat rate scheme affects the relationship between consumers and telecom companies. Under the flat rate scheme, telecom companies have more benefits than consumers. In the vertical integrated structure, particularly, this tendency is more severe.

The deeping interests and research toward Entrepreneurship, which is considered as an potential alternative for solving the continuing economic recession in the $21^{st}$ century, have grown. The process and methodology of the research could not be systematically arranged and the results of the research lack in efforts on the application of increasing suceess ratio in starting new business. This study adopted corpus methodology, through which we try to analyzes the knowledge structure in entrepreneurship research, derive essential concepts and the consisting domains in venture research. Based on the results of analysis, this study constructs the knowledge structure of venture research in a form of knowledge ontology. The results of the study could be a ground for entrepreneurship research and utilized as implication for a creation of construction for the entrepreneurship knowledge ontology.

It has been well known that customer' needs have much influence on the structure of supply chains. Uncertainty in customer demands forces companies' supply chains to be very flexible. When a company can not meet customers' changing needs, competitiveness in market places will be jeopardized. To survive in the competitive market places, structure of supply chains should be reconfigurable. In this paper, fractal concept is adopted to handle the reconfigurable issue. In a fractal-based SCM, structure of supply chains can be automatically reconfigured through the dynamic restructuring process with a fractal goal model. Goal in the system is divided into sub-goals, which are represented by a fractal goal model. The fractal goal model is a formal model which can be evaluated, changed, and scaled easily. Thus a well-designed fractal goal model is indispensable for a fractal-based SCM, and enhances the reconfigurability. Fractal structure for reconfigurable SCM is designed and presented. Fractal goal model is applied to SCM and an exemplary case is also briefly illustrated.

This paper proposes on the structure for reducing the circuit area and increasing the computation speed in implementing to hardware using the SEED algorithm of a 128-bit block cipher. SEED cipher can be implemented with S/W or H/W method. It should be important that we have minimize the area and computation time in H/W implementation. To increase the computation speed, we used the structure of the pipelined systolic array, and this structure is a simple thing without including any buffer at the input and output circuit. This circuit can record the encryption rate of 320 Mbps at 10 MHz clock. We have designed the circuit with the Verilog HDL coding showing the circuit performances in the figures and the table.

In order to satisfy customers'various needs in the market, manufacturing companies tend to add similar variants to an existing product model. This variety causes immense growth of product configuration and makes data management uncontrollable. In order to resolve this problem, we propose a method to efficiently represent the variants in a single schema of product structure and configuration and manage the product configuration. First of all, the product structure which adopts the concept of features and options is suggested. Second, the method to represent option specifications which restricts option configurations is proposed. Finally, the prototype module, which inspects if a product configuration violates the option specifications, is introduced.

It has been reported that destruction test by core collection is the most reliable of the structural concrete strength in present building construction field. But it causes low efficiency by damage and cutting in structure due to the core collection. It also has some problems in repairing. Additionally in case of strength test with management specimen, different environment compared to the structure environment cause problems about estimation precise structure strength. Therefore, it is required to develop structure direct strength test that has test values and credibility above the ones obtained by core specimen collection strength test and seasonal specimen test to suggest a reasonable and practical management method of structural concrete.

THis study examines a contingency relationship between task uncertainty and structure of project teams in conjunction with the leader-member communication patterns. Multivariate analyses are used to analyze the data from 63 R & D project teams of research laboratory in a large manufacturing corporation. Major findings for this study can be summarized as follows. First, project teams with an organic structure are found to yield high performance when task uncertainty is high, while project teams with a mechanistic structure achieve high performance when their tasks are relatively certain. Second, patterns of leader-member comunication are significantly associated with both task uncertainty and structural characteristics of project teams. This implies that leaders of project teams communicate with their members in more conslutative manner when their tasks are uncertain or when their team structure exhibits organic characteristics. Finally, task uncertainty playus a significant moderating role in the relationship between consultative communication patterns and performance of project teams. Based upon these findings, this study offers several theoretical, practical, and methodological implications.

To use SGML, which is international standard of markup language to construct fulltext database in digital libraries, the DTD is developed first. It is based on structure analysis of document. This study develops the SGML DTD for Korean document through document structure analysis of the Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management.
