본 연구의 목적은 고속철도 역사시설 및 열차서비스 전반에 관한 서비스 만족도를 측정하여 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 주요 서비스요인을 도출하고 그 관계를 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 고속철도 이용객 202명을 대상으로 설문을 수행하여 분석한 결과, 역사 및 열차 관련 서비스에 관한 설문문항 63개 중, 주차관련서비스, 역사편의시설관련서비스, 발권서비스, 열차 내 서비스, 열차 내 환경 등의 다섯 가지 주요 서비스요인이 도출되었다. 구조방정식모형을 통한 가설검증 결과, 주차관련서비스는 열차 내 서비스에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않으며, 그 외 역사편의시설 및 발권서비스는 열차 내 서비스 및 환경에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 선행요소로 나타났다. 또한 열차 내 서비스와 환경요인은 고객의 만족을 강화시키는 주요한 변수로 검증되었다. 따라서 역사시설 및 열차서비스의 경험은 철도서비스만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Following the growth of e-Business, there has been a recent increase of interest in promoting Social Business (s-Business) based on Social Network Service(SNS). As the introduction of the Internet brought about the increasing number of its users followed by the growing market of e-Commerce, online games, and e-Learning, the increasing number of SNS users has opened the new markets combining the existing industrial fields with SNS, and it developed into a revenue model beyond the mere sharing of information. Despite such industrial and social environments, understanding of new social business technology from the aspect of business has been insufficient, and the empirical study on participation in the social business has been scant as well. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the s-Business in detail and to study the factors giving influence to the users' participation in s-Business. This study proposes six variables(Self-Empowerment, Job Relevance, Formation of Social Capital, Relative Advantage, Shared Value, Relationship Specified Investment) and the moderating effects of Psychological Contract as influential factors closely related with s-Business. A total of 362 data from a survey were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Result showed that all factors with the exception of Job Relevance have meaningful influence on the intention to participate in s-Business. The implication of the findings suggests to compliment limitations of the existing researches, and to prepare the theoretical foundation for promoting s-Business participation in addition to further suggesting directionality from the view point of the users of the social business-relevant studies.

Due to the recent aircraft accidents both in Ethiopian airline and Malaysian airline, almost all the media are focusing the importance of the airline safety. Especially, media's eyes and ears are interested in the reasons why Malaysia airline's missing presumed as by either terrorist attack or pilot's mistake. Safety Behaviors of pilot are viewed as the most important human factor issues among researchers. This is because, if it were the case of a commercial airline, pilot's safety behavior would be directly related to the lives of couple of hundreds passengers. This paper considers the antecedents of this safety behaviors as pilot's leadership, pilot's leadership and self-efficacy. This paper has tried to find out which human factors of a pilot would have significant impact on their safety behaviors. According to the empirical research result from SEM (Structural Equation Model), it was found out both the leadership and self-efficacy of a pilot had direct impact on their safety behaviors through safety motivation. Thus it could be concluded that flight crew must follow the instruction of a pilot who had the authority of the flight operation. The managerial implication are discussed in the conclusion part of this paper. As an implication, this paper concluded that it would be necessary to do further research on pilot's leadership and self-efficacy.

Technology is one of the major competitive advantages for small and medium enterprises (SME), especially ones operating in the manufacturing sector. Increasing technological capabilities is the basis for SME's business performance improvement. The main problem of SME's is a limitation in the areas of production facilities, technology, and human resources. Some of these constraints cause a decline in business performance and competitiveness of SME's. In this case analysis of technology components has to be carried out to determine the effect of technology on SME's business performance improvement. This study aims to measure the components of technology and to analyze the influence of each technology component on business performance of rattan processing SME's in South Kalimantan. The assessment is carried out on the technoware, humanware, inforware, and orgaware components using the technometric method (UNESCAP). Business performance is measured through a combination of financial and non-financial aspects deducted from financial and marketing figures. Analysis of the influence of technology components on business performance of SME's is done using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square software (PLS). Data is collected through interviews and questionnaires from 21 rattan processing SME's in South Kalimantan that produce rattan furnitures. The results show that the value of the contribution of technology (TCC) to the performance of rattan processing SME's in South Kalimantan is still quite low. Analysis of the results shows a direct influence of technoware and humanware on business performance, while orgaware influences business performance indirectly through humanware.

본 연구에서는 경로분석을 이용하여 TIMSS 2007의 수학 성취도 국제 비교 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학생의 배경 요인이 수학 성취도에 미치는 영향력을 비교하고 각 요인들 사이의 상관관계 및 인과관계에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. 수학 성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 이전의 연구들을 바탕으로 학생의 배경에 대한 설문들 중 가정의 장서보유량, 어머니의 최종학력, 아버지의 최종학력, 교육포부, 학생의 정의적 성취지수, 스스로 학습활동 빈도, 그리고 숙제횟수의 총 7 가지 변수들을 설정하여 각 변수들이 수학 성취도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 또한 각 변수들 사이에는 어떤 인과관계가 성립하는지 살펴보았다. 그 결과 부모의 최종 학력, 장서보유량, 정의적 성취지수는 교육 포부에 영향을 주어 학업성취도에 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 교육포부와 정의적 성취지수, 숙제 회수는 학업 성취도에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 기업의 사회적 책임(Corporate Social Responsibility: CSR)은 지속 가능한 경영 및 긍정적인 기업 이미지의 형성을 위해 필수적인 기업 활동이 되었다. 그러나 CSR 활동이 기업 수준에서 기업 성과에 미치는 효과 연구는 많이 이루어졌으나, 제품 수준의 마케팅 성과로서 브랜드 자산에 미치는 효과와 관련한 연구는 미진하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 냉장고 기업의 CSR 활동과 브랜드 자산과의 관계를 실증하고, CSR 활동과 브랜드 자산의 관계에 있어 제품 및 서비스 품질 평가의 매개 효과를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 파악하였다. 연구결과, CSR 활동은 제품 및 서비스 품질 평가, 브랜드 자산에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 CSR 활동은 브랜드 자산에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 제품 및 서비스 품질 평가를 통해 브랜드 자산에 간접적으로 더 큰 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 실무적이고 이론적인 시사점과 향후 연구 방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

아동의 자살생각이 실제 자살로 연결될 가능성이 매우 높다는 측면에서 이 연구는 부모의 삶의 만족도 및 우울이 아동의 자살생각에 미치는 영향과 그에 대한 아동 자아존중감의 매개효과를 확인해 보고자 하였다. 아동의 자살생각과 관련하여 예측 변인으로 대부분 아동의 우울 변인을 사용하였고 부모의 우울을 포함한 연구는 아직까지 없었으며, 마찬가지로 아동의 발달에 미치는 전반적인 영향력에도 불구하고 부모의 삶의 만족도가 아동의 자살생각에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 그동안 확인된 바가 없었다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 구조방정식을 활용하여 한국복지패널 7차년도 자료에 있는 아동 512명과 그 부모의 응답을 분석하였고, 분석 결과 모의 삶의 만족도만이 아동 자살생각에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 모의 우울이 아닌, 모의 삶의 만족도가 아동의 자살생각에 영향을 미치되 아동의 자존감을 매개하지 않고도 아동의 자살생각 수준을 낮출 수 있는 요인임이 확인되었는데, 이러한 측면이 향후 아동 자살예방 노력 및 개입 프로그램에 고려될 필요가 있다고 여겨진다.

본 연구는 부모의 양육태도가 비행에 미치는 영향에서 휴대전화 의존의 매개효과를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시한 한국아동 청소년패널조사(Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey, KCYPS) 1,2,3차년도 조사에 총 2,086명의 중학생을 연구대상으로 포함하였다. 첫째, 구조방정식 분석 결과, 부모의 긍정적, 부정적 양육태도는 비행에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 부모의 긍정적인 양육태도는 매개변수인 휴대전화 의존을 줄이는 것으로, 부정적인 양육태도는 휴대전화 의존을 늘리는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부트스트랩핑 방법을 통해 휴대전화 의존도의 매개효과 유의성을 검증한 결과, 휴대전화 의존은 청소년 비행에 대한 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 부정적 양육태도 각각의 영향을 완전 매개하는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 결과는 휴대전화 의존도와 청소년 비행을 줄이는데 부모의 양육태도의 중요성을 보여주는 것으로, 이것을 바탕으로 정책적, 실천적인 방안을 논의하였다.

Time delay inevitably exists in active control systems, and it may cause the degradation of control efficiency or instability of the systems. So time delay needs to be compensated in control design in order to eliminate its negative effect on control efficiency. Today time delay in linear systems has been more studied and some treating methods had been worked out. However, there are few treating methods for time delay in nonlinear systems. In this paper, an active controller for a nonlinear and hysteretic building structure with time delay is studied. The nonlinear and hysteretic behavior of the system is illustrated by the Bouc-Wen model. By specific transformation and augmentation of state parameters, the motion equation of the system with explicit time delay is transformed into the standard state space representation without any explicit time delay. Then the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method and instantaneous optimal control method are applied to the controller design with time delay. Finally, numerical simulations and comparisons of an eight-story building using the proposed time-delay controller are carried out. Simulation results indicate that the control performance will deteriorate if time delay is not taken into account in the control design. The simulations also prove the proposed time delay controller in this paper can not only effectively compensate time delay to get better control effectiveness, but also work well with both small and large time delay problems.

본 연구에서는 계획된 행동이론을 적용하여 SNS 이용에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 SNS 이용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, SNS 이용이 결속적 네트워크와 교량적 네트워크라는 사회적 네트워크 유형에 각각 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이들 간의 관계에서 성별에 따른 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 SNS의 주 이용계층인 20~30대 이용자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 토대로 실증분석을 실시였다. 구조방정식에 의한 가설검증 결과, SNS 이용에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범, 그리고 지각된 행동통제는 SNS 이용에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 SNS 이용은 결속적 네트워크, 교량적 네트워크에 각각 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 조절효과를 분석한 결과, SNS 이용 영향요인과 SNS 이용 간에는 성별에 따른 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났지만, SNS 이용과 사회적 네트워크 유형 간에는 성별에 따른 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 SNS 이용과 사회적 네트워크에 관한 이론적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
