자동차용 벨로우즈의 구조해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Structual Analysis of Bellows for Automotive)

  • The purpose of the study is to perform structual analysis of 9 type bellows for automotive. The bellows joint which was used as a absorber or safety equipment to prevent the deformation or fracture of a structure, has been analyzed by the FEM modeling using axi-symmetric conical frustum element. Using FEM the general behavior of bellows analysis can be investigate easily, as well as the stability of the analysis can be guarantee. The results of finite element structual analysis and actual result gave a good agreement.

사출성형기의 주요 구조부품 해석 (Structural Analysis of Injection Molding Machine Components)

  • Mold platen are one of the most important structural components of the injection molding machine. Mold platen had been designed, and manufactured based on the experience and the method of trial and error. Recently, as the computer progress, the numerical simulation method using commercial finite element analysis code has been used to analyze the characteristics of components. It's a urgent problem to reduce the weight of mold platen while preserving the safety and reliability for the structual failure. Finite element analyses to establish basic design technologies and reducing the weight of mold platen were carried out. As result, we are obtained the about 10% reducing the weight for mold platen.

  • There are three items, which are panhead displacement, tilting angle of pan head, required moment of main shaft, which representing kinematic performance of pantograph. Kinematic variables effective on kinematic performance are length of each components and installation angle, In this study, cost function is defined with 3 items, By this cost function, length of thrust rod was optimized. Finite element analysis was used to consider structural soundness. Finite element model was qualified by comparison between analysis result with experiment result. By qualified F.E, model various severe condition was simulated to consider structural soundness.

  • 본 논문에서는 화학문헌을 실험데이타로 하여 저자동시인용기법과 저자추이분석기법을 이용해서 저자망과 개념망을 구축하여 이 두 기법을 비교·분석하였다. 저자·개념망은 학문의 지적 구조에 대한 지식은 물론 용어간의 상호연관성에 대한 구조적 지식을 제공하기 때문에 주제문헌의 지식베이스의 기초 데이타로 이용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 한국어의 본용언과 보조용언이 연속 확장되는 서술부의 표현에서 시상(aspect) 과 양상(mood)정보를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다.여러 개의 용언들이 연속적으로 복합되는 서술부의 형태로 표현되는 실제의 데이타를 수집하고,구조 형태를 분석하여 36개의 기본형식을 유도하였다.그리고 이들 각 구조가 내포하고 있는 시상과 양상을 찾아내기 위하여 개냄정보의 추출함수를 도출하였다.이 함수로 부터 추출되는 정보들을 기계변역 시스템이나 추론머신의 구문과 의미해석에서 개별적인 보조용언이 갖는 애매성을 줄이고 더욱 정밀한 의미를 제공한다.

  • The Korea high-speed rail, based on the French design. It also implements new concept to increase the strength of bridge deck by adding an impact factor (dynamic intensity factor) in static load. In order to assure the dynamic stability, SYSTRA and Jeseph Penzien, a professor in CEC (the US) conducted a dynamic stability review on design phase. Analyzing the review results, they developed design criteria for dynamic behavior. This study deal with operating PSC box GIRDER equipped with measurement equipment or measured data of Seoul $\∼$ Taejeon, P.S.C BOX GIRDER bridge and steel comsition bridge equipped with measurement equipment based on structual knowledge about configuration of measuring sensor, response analysis of structure when train runs was performed by using measured data of PSC box girder to directly compare with design criteria. moreover, the dynamic stability with comparison of high-speed rail construction criteria was reviewed and analyzed based on historical records.

  • The function of diaphragms at abutments and piers of prestressed concrete (PSC) box girder train bridge is to transfer forces from the superstructure onto bearings or column and to stiffen the superstructure cross-section against in-plane deformation. Due to large stress disturbance at diaphragm, the design for the diaphragm using conventional design method is relatively irrational than designs for other structual members. And, due to contribution to boundary condition of deck slab by the diaphragm, the behavior of deck slab near the diaphragm is different from behavior of the deck slab obtained from two dimensional analysis of the bridge, which is basis far the design of deck slab. In this paper, three dimensional behavior of deck slab near diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge constructed by the precast span method are analyzed by using three dimensional finite element modeling. Then, strut-and-tie model is applied to design the diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge. The modeling techniques in this paper can be applied effectively to examine the causes of cracks at deck slab near diaphragm and to design diaphragm rationally.

차폐된 단일, 결합 및 Edge-Offset 마이크로 스트립 구조의 주파수 의존특성 (Frequency-Dependent Characteristics of Shielded Single, Coupled and Edge-Offset Microstrip Structures)

  • Spectral domain에서 hybrid mode 분석과 Galerkin method를 사용하여 차폐된 단일, 결합 및 edge-offset 마이크로 스트립 구조의 분산특성을 고찰하였다. 진행방향의 스트립 전류에 대한 새로운 2개의 basis function이 제안되었으며 그들을 사용한 수치해의 수렵속도를 비교하였다. 결합 마이크로 스트립의 전류분포는 단일 마이크로 스트입의 전류분포로부터 Fourier변환의 shift theorem을 이용하여 얻었으며 off-centered 스트립의 분산에 대한 영향이 논의되었다. 수치 결과들은 여러가지 구조 parameter 들을 포함하여 다른 유용한 data 들과 비교한 결과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

  • In the developement of LNG cargo, the current concern focuses on the slim design of insulation layer to increase the LNG carrying capacity. Not only thermal stability with BOR(Boil-Off Rate) but structual stability against the LNG weight and the sloshing phenomenon must be also considered. In this paper, we applied the stitched sandwitch composite called the 3X-Board which is stitched through the core thickness direction using glass fiber to the LNG cargo. We evaluated the thermal and structural characteristics of 3X-Board by changing the core thickness and the material, in order to explore a validity for the slim design through the finite element analysis.

원통형셸의 초고주파 동적특성을 위한 등가평판모델 (An Equivalent Plate Model for the High-Frequency Dynamic Characteristics of Cylindrical Shells)

  • For cylindrical shells, the closed-form solutions are confined to the specific boundary and/or loading conditions. Though the finite element method is certainly a powerful solution approach for the structural dynamics problems, it has been well known to provide the solution reliable only in the low frequency region due to the inherent high sensitivities of structual and numerical modeling errors. Instead, the spectral element method has been proved to provide accurate dynamic characteristics of a structure even at the ultrasonic frequency region. Since the wave characteristic of a cylindrical shell becomes identical to that fo a flat plate as the frequency increases, an equivalent plate model (EPM) representing the high-frequency dynamic characteristics of the cylindrical shell is introduced herein. The EPM-based spectral element analysis solutions are compared with the known analytical solutions for the cylindrical shells to confirm the validity of the present modeling approach.
