유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Kindergarten Teachers' Resilience in the Relation Between Job Stress and Psychological Burnout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 유치원에 근무하는 유치원교사 164명이다. 연구대상의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진 및 회복탄력성은 설문지를 사용하여 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석했으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 위계적중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 회복탄력성은 심리적 소진과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 영향을 미쳤으며, 이와 같은 영향은 회복탄력성에 의해 조절되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing on burnout in operating room nurses. Methods: Using a cross-sectional design, a total of 109 operating room nurses working at 7 general hospitals with 300 beds or more in B city were analyzed. The instruments used for this study assessed job stress, resilience, professional identity, and burnout. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, a t-test, an ANOVA, a Pearson's correlation coefficient and a multiple regression analysis. Results: There was a statistically significant correlation between burnout and job stress (r=.53, p<.001), resilience (r=-.59, p<.001), and professional identity (r=-.47, p<.001). The factors influencing burnout include job stress (${\beta}=.27$, p<.001), resilience(${\beta}=-.37$, p<.001), dissatisfaction with the nursing job (${\beta}=.32$, p<.001), and moderate satisfaction with the nursing job (${\beta}=.19$, p=.014), and the explanatory power was 53.0%. Conclusions: The results suggest that intervention to reduce job stress and to improve resilience, which were the factors influencing burnout in operating room nurses, is necessary.

간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 스트레스 대처방식이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Ego-resilience and Stress Coping Styles on College Adaptation in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ego-resilience and stress coping styles on college adaptation in nursing students. Method: The sample for this study consisted of 1st and 2nd year students from 3 colleges of nursing, one each, in Jeolla, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang Provinces. The data were collected from November 5 to 22, 2010. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0. Results: A positive correlation was found for college adaptation with stress coping styles and ego-resilience. The strongest predictor of college adaptation was an optimistic attitude. In addition optimistic attitude, satisfaction with nursing as a major, confidence, academic scores, age, emotional control, and gender accounted for 63.3% of variance in college adaptation. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that development of stress coping and ego-resilience in nursing students is important to college adaptation. Further research in improving ego-resilience and stress coping is warranted.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress on job performance in reemployed nurses after career interruption. Methods: The participants were 207 nurses who worked at hospitals with more than 100 beds located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces. The nurses had experienced a career interruption of at least one year, and had less than five years of experience at the current workplace. The collected data were analyzed utilizing SPSS 24.0 program and using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The participants' job performance, professional self-concepts, ego-resilience, and job stress showed significant positive correlations. It was found that the professional self-concept, ego-resilience, and job stress had an effect on the participant's job performance in order, and explained 51.3% of variance in job performance. Conclusion: To improve the job performance of career disconnected nurses, it is necessary to reinforce job stress control, professional self-concept, and level of ego-resilience.

Effects of the healing movie programs on post-traumatic stress syndrome, resilience, and cognitive emotional control strategies of Korean cancer survivors: a non-equivalent control group pretest- posttest design

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of the healing movie programs for cancer survivors on post-traumatic stress syndrome, resilience, and cognitive emotional control strategies, a quasi-experimental design. Methods: Participants included 39 cancer survivors registered in four healthcare centers in Gyeongsangnam-do. The intervention and control group included 19 and 20 participants, respectively. The healing program using movies developed in this study was provided to the intervention group in 10 sessions, occurring twice each week for 5 weeks and lasting 80 minutes per session. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and they were analyzed to examine differences in the test scores before and after the intervention. Results: In the intervention group, the post-traumatic stress syndrome (F = 14.97, p < . 001) decreased significantly and the resilience (F = 19.55, p < .001) and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation (F = 5.11, p = .029) increased significantly. The difference between the intervention and control group was statistically significant in post-traumatic stress syndrome, resilience, and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation. Thus, the healing program of this study significantly reduced post-traumatic stress, and it improved both resilience and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation of cancer cancer survivors. Conclusion: The healing program is an effective psychosocial nursing intervention that helps cancer survivors feel better about their illness, and it helps them healthy transition from negative emotions to increased resilience and positive cognitive emotions.

ADHD아동을 양육하는 어머니의 양육스트레스 대처와 가족탄력성의 관계 (The Relationship between Parenting Stress of Mothers of Children with ADHD and Family Resilience)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 ADHD 문제를 지닌 아동을 양육하는 어머니의 양육스트레스 대처와 가족탄력성 사이에 어떤 인과관계를 가지는지를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구를 위한 자료수집은 부산경남에 거주하는 ADHD 아동을 둔 어머니 113명을 대상으로 설문조사하였으며 위계적 회귀분석의 방식으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 학력과 가족월소득에 따라 가족탄력성 수준에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 양육스트레스가 높을수록 가족탄력성은 떨어지고($r=-.622^{**}$), 3가지 유형의 대처방법 모두 가족탄력성과 유의한 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족탄력성에 영향을 미치는 변인은 문제중심대처(${\beta}=.376$)와 양육스트레스(${\beta}=-.338$), 어머니의 학력(${\beta}=.239$)순으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서는 ADHD 아동을 양육하는 어머니의 양육스트레스를 감소시키고 가족탄력성을 증진시키기 위한 사회복지실천방안을 제시하였다.

간호사의 회복탄력성, 스트레스, 소진, 조직몰입과의 관계 (A Study on Relationships among Resilience, Stress, Burnout and Organizational Commitment of Hospital Nurses)

  • 간호사는 병원종사자 중 다양한 대상자에게 간호를 제공함과 동시에 여러 직종 간에 조정 역할을 하며 전문지식과 기술에 대한 요구 증가, 교대근무 등으로 심한 스트레스와 소진을 경험하고 이직에 대한 의도를 높이게 된다. 회복탄력성은 스트레스와 소진을 감소시키고 조직몰입을 높일 것으로 기대되어 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 간호사의 회복탄력성, 스트레스, 소진, 조직몰입간의 관계를 파악하여 회복탄력성이 스트레스, 소진, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대상자의 회복탄력성은 최대 5점에서 3.38(${\pm}.38$)로 나타났으며, 스트레스는 최대 5점에서 3.73(${\pm}.50$), 소진은 최대 6점에서 2.74(${\pm}.68$), 조직몰입은 최대 7점에서 4.22(${\pm}.68$)로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 회복탄력성, 스트레스, 소진, 조직몰입의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 회복탄력성과 스트레스, 소진 사이에는 부적 상관관계를, 회복탄력성과 조직몰입은 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과에 기초하여 간호조직에서는 간호사의 스트레스와 소진을 낮추고, 조직몰입을 증진시키기 위해 간호사의 회복탄력성에 관심을 가지고 간호사의 회복탄려성을 높이기 위한 노력으로 관련 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

공군 병사의 자아탄력성, 정적 정서, 부적 정서가 군 생활 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Ego-resilience, Positive affect, Negative affect on military life stress in ROK air force soldiers)

  • 본 연구는 공군병사의 자아탄력성, 정적 정서, 부적 정서가 군 생활 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도된 서술조사 연구로 공군 병사 321명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 자아탄력성 평균점수는 3.11점, 정적 정서 평균점수는 3.46점, 부적 정서 평균 점수는 2.26점, 군 생활 스트레스 평균 점수는 1.94점이었다. 자아탄력성과 정적 정서는 유의하게 정적 상관관계를 나타내며, 부적 정서 및 군 생활 스트레스와는 부적 상관관계로 나타났다. 자아탄력성은 군 생활 스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만 정적 정서와 부적 정서를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치며, 정적 정서와 부적 정서는 군 생활 스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 자아탄력성을 높여주고, 정적 정서 경험을 많이 할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하여 부적 정서 및 군 생활 스트레스를 감소시킬 필요가 있다.

항만하역근로자의 직무 스트레스와 자아탄력성이 직무 스트레스 회복경험에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Job Stress and Ego-resilience on Recovery Experience from Job Stress in the Container Terminal Workers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting container terminal worker's recovery experience from job stress. Methods: The subjects were 299 workers from one S dock in P city. Data were collected from April 5 to June 5, 2015 and analyzed by SPSS/WIN 18.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Sheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and logistic regression. Results: The mean scores of job stress, ego-resilience, and recovery experience from job stress were 47.18, 46.90, and 49.17 respectively. Recovery experience according to the general characteristics showed significant correlation between daily exercise. There was a significant negative correlation between recovery experience and job stress, and a positive correlation between recovery experience and ego-resilience. Recovery experience was 2.54 times higher for a high ego-resilience group than for a low ego-resilience group, and the group that exercised was 2.25 times higher, than the non-exercising group. The group with a low level of interpersonal conflict was 1.97 times higher, than a group with a high level of interpersonal conflict. Conclusion: Based on this study, intervention programs to increase ego-resilience, decrease interpersonal conflict, and encourage over 30-minute-daily exercise for in container terminal workers should be developed to improve recovery experience of job stress.

소방공무원의 탄력성과 외상후성장이 외상후스트레스 증상에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Resilience and Posttraumatic Growth on Posttraumatic Stress Symptoms in Korean Firefighters)

  • Objective : One of the aims of this study was to confirm the relationship in firefighters who have a high risk of developing posttraumatic stress disorder. We also explored the mediation effects of resilience and posttraumatic growth (PTG) on the association between traumatic experiences and posttraumatic stress symptoms. Methods : A total of 677 firefighters were assessed in terms of the intensity of job-related traumatic experiences using the Visual Analogue Scale. They completed the Korean version of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI), the Korean version of the Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R), and the Korean version of the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10). Results : The intensity of traumatic experiences was significantly negatively related to the CD-RISC-10 score, but it was positively related to the PTGI and the IES-R scores. The CD-RISC-10 score had a significantly positive correlation with the PTGI score, but it was negatively correlated to the IES-R score. Path analyses revealed that resilience and PTG independently mediated the association between traumatic experiences and posttraumatic stress symptoms. Conclusion : These results suggest that traumatic experiences contribute to posttraumatic stress symptoms and that these impacts may be mediated through resilience and PTG.
