금속재료 표면층의 급격한 응력구배에 대한 X-Ray회절 특성값과 측정된 변형률의 해석방법 (Analysis Method of X-Ray Diffraction Characteristic Values and Measured Strain for Steep Stress Gradient of Metal Material Surface Layer)

  • The most comprehensive and particularly reliable method for non-destructively measuring the residual stress of the surface layer of metals is the sin2ψ method. When X-rays were used the relationship of εφψ-sin2ψ measured on the surface layer of the processing metal did not show linearity when the sin2ψ method was used. In this case, since the effective penetration depth changes according to the changing direction of the incident X-ray, σφ becomes a sin2ψ function. Since σφ cannot be used as a constant, the relationship in εφψ-sin2ψ cannot be linear. Therefore, in this paper, the orthogonal function method according to Warren's diffraction theory and the basic profile of normal distribution were synthesized, and the X-ray diffraction profile was calculated and reviewed when there was a linear strain (stress) gradient on the surface. When there is a strain gradient, the X-ray diffraction profile becomes asymmetric, and as a result, the peak position, the position of half-maximum, and the centroid position show different values. The difference between the peak position and the centroid position appeared more clearly as the strain (stress) gradient became larger, and the basic profile width was smaller. The weighted average strain enables stress analysis when there is a strain (stress) gradient, based on the strain value corresponding to the centroid position of the diffracted X-rays. At the 1/5 Imax max height of X-ray diffraction, the position where the diffracted X-ray is divided into two by drawing a straight line parallel to the background, corresponds approximately to the centroid position.

  • This paper deals with strength analysis of tooth and method of manufacture of external tooth profile in harmonic drive. From the calculation of load imposed on the contact teeth, moximum contact stress is investigated to design the addendum modification coefficient. New tooth profile of the external gear is generated according to the law of gearing, assuming that internal gear has involute tooth profile. External tooth profile can't be manufactured by conventional exclusive tools which have pressure angle of 20$\circ$. The method to design cutter tooth profile is presented.

지방공무원의 직무스트레스가 구강건강 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The effects of occupational stress on oral health impact profile (OHIP) in local government workers)

  • Objectives : This study looked at the relationship between occupational stress and the Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP), to evaluate the effect of occupational stress-related factors. Methods : Data was obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 260 local officials in Gangwondo. The research comprised three questions relating to subjective oral symptoms, an occupational stress measurement tool and an oral health impact factor which was composed of questions. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and path analysis in Amos. Results : Occupational stress had a positive correlation to drinking frequency, Oral symptoms had a negative correlation. And drinking frequency, smoking amount and occupational stress had a positive correlation to oral symptoms. It denoted that drinking frequency, occupational stress and oral symptoms had a negative correlation to OHIP. The path model had an excellent goodness of fit (p=0.07, namely p>0.05). Five 'goodness-of-fit indices' of the model were all above 0.9: GFI=0.987, AGFI=0.952, NFI=0.902, IFI=0.939, CFI=0.934), and its RMSEA was 0.045. Occupational stress and oral symptoms had a firsthand impact on OHIP. In addition, it affected OHIP through the parameters of oral symptoms. Occupational stress exercised a firsthand influence on drinking frequency, drinking frequency exercised a firsthand influence on smoking amount. Smoking amount had a firsthand impact on oral symptoms. Conclusions: Oral health education programs for the development of an improved oral hygiene environment through reduction in drinking and smoking also need to focus on relieving stress by improving workplace culture. In addition, due to good communication is required to reduce occupational stress caused by interpersonal conflict.

요가와 명상 중심의 산림치유 프로그램이 성인의 기분상태와 스트레스 반응에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Yoga and Meditation-Focused Forest Healing Programs on Profile of Mood States (POMS) and Stress Response of Adults)

  • 본 연구는 요가와 명상 중심의 산림치유 프로그램이 성인의 기분상태와 스트레스 반응에 미치는 효과에 대하여 검증하고자 하였다. 실험에 동의한 성인 17명을 대상으로 강원도 홍천군 소재의 치유의 숲에서 2017년 9월 8일부터 10일까지 2박 3일 동안 실시하였다. 측정도구는 단축형 기분상태 척도(K-POMS-B: Korean version of Profile of Mood States-Brief)와 스트레스 반응 척도(Stress Response Inventory)를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 프로그램 참가 전과 후의 기분상태와 스트레스 반응 차이를 살펴보았다. 요가와 명상 중심의 산림치유 프로그램이 성인의 기분상태에 영향을 미치는가를 알아본 결과, 기분상태 총점은 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소하였다. 하위척도 중 활기는 증가하였으나 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았고 긴장, 우울, 분노, 피로, 혼돈은 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 요가와 명상 중심의 산림치유 프로그램에 참여한 성인의 스트레스 반응에 영향을 미치는가를 알아본 결과, 스트레스 반응은 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소하였다. 하위척도 중 공격성을 제외한 긴장, 신체화, 분노, 우울, 피로, 좌절은 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소하였다. 본 연구 결과가 향후 요가와 명상 중심의 산림치유 프로그램의 효과를 밝히는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • In the present study, velocity profile and wall shear stress distributions of developing turbulent oscillatory flows in an oscillator connected to straight duct located in exit region of a curved duct was investigated experimentally. The experimental study for air flows was conducted to measure axial velocity profiles, shear stress distributions by using the Laser Doppler Velocimetry(LDV) system with the data acquisition and processing system of Rotating Machinery Resolver(R.M.R) and PHASE software. The results obtained from experimental studies are summarized as follows. The critical Reynolds number for a change from transitional oscillatory flow to turbulent flow was about 7500, in the 60region of dimensionless axial position which was considered as a fully developed flow region. The turbulent oscillatory flow, velocity profiles of the inflow period in the entrance region were gradually developed, but those of the outflow period were not changed nearly. Velocity profiles of inflow and outflow were shown as a symmetric form in a fully developed flow region. The wall shear stress distributions of turbulent oscillatory flow increase rapidly as the flow proceeds to downstream and flow was in good agreement with the theoretically.

링기어 절삭을 위한 클램프 척의 응력해석 (Stress Analysis of a Clamp Chuck for Machining of a Ring Gear)

  • This study contains to theory and analysis research for the stress and the translation of an expand disk that fix a ring gear for tooth profile machining. The stress of the expand disk is analysed by the finite element method(FEM) to calculate design parameters. From the analysis results, the stress of the expand shows a linear tendency under various fixing force. This results show that the expand disk have a elastic characteristics as a disk spring. The maximum stress was observed on under side in split section of the expand disk. It is verified that the analysis results are useful to calculate design parameters of the expand disk.

감각처리 영역이 부모의 양육 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sensory Processing Areas on the Parenting Stress of Parents)

  • Objective : To evaluate the sensory processing ability in relation to parenting stress and find the sensory modulation areas affecting the parenting stress in disabled children Methods : Parents of 124 children with disabilities between 3 to 7 years receiving occupational therapy in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do made out the questionnaire and in items of questionnaire, Short Sensory Profile and Parenting Stress Index of short form was included. Results : Among general information, parenting stress of parents had significant correlation with the degree of disability and correlation with the lower level 2 of Parenting Stress Index. The more sensory processing disability was increased, the more parenting stress was increased. Parenting stress showed the significant correlation with movement sensitivity area and under-responsiveness/behaivor area seeking specific stimulation among sensory processing areas and had significant correlation with tactile sensitivity and auditory filtering. Sensory processing areas which affect the most the Parenting Stress were movement sensitivity and under-responsiveness/behaivor area seeking the specific behavior among sensory control disabilities. Conclusion : The parenting stress of parents with the disabled children had the correlation with sensory processing ability. The difficulty of sensory processing increased the parenting stress. Hence, in order to improve children's sensory processing ability, the appropriately coping program should be developed and the appropriate intervention for improvement of sensory processing ability of children will be necessary.

CRP 시스템의 피팅수명 (Pitting Life of CRP System)

  • Cam rack pinion (CRP) system which consists of cam rack and roller pinion transforms the rotation motion into linear one. The roller pinion has the plurality of rollers and meshes with its conjugated cam rack. The exact tooth profile of the cam rack and the non-undercut condition to satisfy the required performance have been proposed by introducing the profile shift coefficient. The load stress factors are investigated by varying the shape design parameters to predict the gear surface fatigue limit which is strongly related to the gear noise and vibration at the contact patch. The results show that the pitting life can be extended significantly by increasing the profile shift coefficient.

PREDICTION OF RESIDUAL STRESS PROFILE IN SINGLE-SIDED BUTT WELD USING COMPLIANCE METHOD

  • It depends on the joint configuration, dimensions and constraints on the joint whether the residual stress at the root of single-sided butt weld is tensile or not. Therefore, recommendation is generally made that high R ratio should be used in the fatigue test of this type of joint in order to prevent excessively long life caused by compressive residual stress. in this research, the residual stress profile in butt weld joint was obtained through compliance method, using successive extension of a slot and measurement of the variation of strain during the slot extension. The residual stress profile was firstly assumed to be the linear summation of Legendre polynomials up to 9th order excluding 0th and 1st order. Strain variation on the surface was measured while the slot was being extended by cutting to find out the 8 unknown coefficients of each polynomial tenn. The cut was made by the electric discharge machine. It was concluded that the residual stress near the surface stayed positive, however, it turned into the negative value as soon as it passed through 2 or 3 mm depth. Several fatigue tests were also carried out under zero stress ratio. Test results showed that fatigue life coincides well with the design cuive of butt joint in British Standards, which supports that it is tensile residual stress that exists near the weld root.

알루미늄 프로파일의 체결방법이 응력과 변위에 미치는 영향 (Effect on the Stress and Displacement of Aluminum Profiles Fastening Method)

  • This study analyzed the effects on displacement and stress as a result of improving the profile fastening method targeting rectangular-shaped and cube-shaped specimens. For the rectangular-shaped specimens, the improved fastening method reduced maximum displacement to 41.7% and maximum stress to 18.3% compared to the existing fastening method. For the cube-shaped specimens, maximum displacement and maximum stress results were found to be similar to those of the rectangular-shaped specimens. Thus, as a result of comparing the stress and displacement of the existing and improved fastening methods, it was found that the improved fastening method is superior to the existing fastening method in terms of load support.
