  • The psychological and biochemical stress responses of healthy men and women were measured under the normal situation. Experimental subjects, who were cadets of the Korea Air Force Academy, were selected by the random sampling. Quantitative scaling of the psychological stress was obtained by life stress test(Cheon et al, 2000) and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI).(omitted)

아버지 양육참여와 사회적 지지가 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향: 어머니 심리특성의 매개효과 (Effects of Fathers' Parental Involvement and Social Support on Parenting Stress of Mothers with Infants: Mothers' Psychological Characteristics as a Mediator)

  • This study had two purposes. One was to investigate the interrelations between the mothers' parenting stress and fathers' parental involvement, social support, and the mothers' psychological characteristics. The other was to prove that the fathers' parental involvement and social support have an effect on the mothers' parenting stress, and that these effects are mediated by the mothers' psychological characteristics. For this purpose, the data of 1,754 2-year-olds and their mothers from the 2010 Panel Study on Korean Children were analyzed using PASW ver. 21.0 and AMOS ver. 23.0 to carry out descriptive statistics, correlation co-efficiencies, and structural equation model, along with the Sobel test. The results showed that the mothers' parenting stress had significant, negative correlations with the fathers' parental involvement, social support, and mothers' positive psychological characteristics. The findings also proved that not only the fathers' parental involvement, but also social support, had significant effects on the mothers' parenting stress, and that the mothers' positive psychological characteristics mediated these relations.

유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Kindergarten Teachers' Resilience in the Relation Between Job Stress and Psychological Burnout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 유치원에 근무하는 유치원교사 164명이다. 연구대상의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진 및 회복탄력성은 설문지를 사용하여 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석했으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 위계적중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 회복탄력성은 심리적 소진과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 영향을 미쳤으며, 이와 같은 영향은 회복탄력성에 의해 조절되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of job stress, emotional labor, and positive psychological capital on the job satisfaction of physician assistants (PAs). Methods: The sample consisted of 166 PAs working in general hospitals in B city, Y city, and C city. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The factors of job stress (${\beta}=-.488$, p<.001), positive psychological capital (${\beta}=.188$, p=.004), and total clinical career (${\beta}=-.147$, p=.014) had the greatest influence on the level of job satisfaction experienced by the PAs. The total explanatory power was 49.9%. Conclusion: It was found that job stress, positive psychological capital, and total clinical career were influencing factors in the job satisfaction of PAs. Therefore, to improve their job satisfaction, it is necessary to develop strategies to manage the job stress experienced by PAs, and to strengthen and develop positive psychological capital.

Study on Relationship between Self-Directed Learning and Career Preparation behavior of College Students: Major Satisfaction, Positive psychological capital, Job-Seeking Stress mediation effect

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and job-Seeking Stress in the relationship between college students' self-directed learning and career preparation behavior. For this purpose, the study was conducted on 253 college students. The parallel mediation effect was analyzed using SPSS (24.0). Process Macro and Bootstrapping. The following results were confirmed. First, self-directed learning, major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, job-Seeking stress, and career preparation behavior were found to have a mutually significant influence relationship. Second, in the relationship between self-directed learning and career preparation behavior, major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and job-seeking stress were confirmed to be variables that affect the parallel mediation effect and serial multiple mediation effect.Third, college students' self-directed learning was found to increase career preparation behavior through the mediating roles of major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and employment stress. Therefore, in order to increase the career outcomes and success rates of college students, their own efforts, professors, and schools must create diverse environments and develop programs for college students' careers. Additionally, follow-up research must continue to supplement this.

재미 한인청소년의 집에 대한 장소애착, 문화적응 스트레스와 심리적 적응에 대한 연구 (A Study of Place Attachment to Home, Acculturative Stress, and Psychological Adjustment Among Korean Youth in the United States)

  • This study examined the relationships between place attachment to home, acculturative stress, and psychological adjustment among Korean youth in the United States. In particular, this study sought to better understand how place attachment to home and acculturation stress impacts upon youth's psychological adjustment, as measured by depression and self-esteem. The subjects consisted of 225 Korean youths (113 males and 111 females) residing in Michigan in the USA, of whom 47.6% attended middle school while 52.4% of whom attended high school. The instruments utilized were the acculturative stress scale (Sandhu and Asrabadi, 1994), the place attachment scale (Choi, Lee, & Han, 2009), Radloff's depression scale (CES-D), and Rosenberg's self-esteem scale. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses were used to assess the predictive effects of place attachment to home and acculturative stress on youth's psychological adjustment, alongside controlling demographic variables. The findings indicated that place attachment to home and acculturative stress impacted upon depression and self-esteem, as experienced by the youths examined. These results have implications for our understanding of the importance of both youths' place attachment to home and acculturative stress in the acculturation process.

심인성 소양증환자와 만성 담마진환자의 스트레스지각과 통제소재 및 우울증상과의 관계 (The Relationships among Stress Perception, Locus of Control and Depressive Symptom of The Patients with Psychological Pruritis and Chronic Urticaria)

  • For investigating a disease specific psychological mechanism in various dermatological disorders, we tried to explore the difference in correlation among stress perception, locus of control as a coping strategy, depressive symptoms and pruritic symptoms in the patients with psychological pruritis and chronic urticaria. The subjects were composed of 32 patients with psychol-ogical pruritis and 67 patients with chronic urticaria(subject group), and 25 patients with organic pruritis and 59 patient with major depression(control group). Global assesment of recent stress scale(GARS), I-E locus of control scale, Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and medical college of wisconsin center pain follow up questionnaire were used for assesement. The results were as follows: 1) There were a significant positive correlation between stress perception and depressive symptom in patients with psychological pruritis, chronic urticaria, and major depression but not hi organic pruritis. 2) In relationship between locus of control and depressive symptom, patients with psychological pruritis, organic pruritis, and major depression except chronic ruticaria showed a significant negative correlation. 3) For intensity and pattern of pruritis, there were positive relations with depressive symptom and stress perception only in patients with chronic urticaria. Above results indicate that stress perception and locus of contorl may play a significant role in the formation of psychological and dermatological symptoms in psychological pruitis and chronic urticaria. But the mechanisms of these processes are different in either disorder.

  • The purpose of this study is to research high school students' stressful life events, to examine effects of SES, psychological environments, stress coping methods on stress. Data were collected by 965 high school students in Cheon-buk. Data were analyzed with the frequency, percentage, factor analysis, reliability, ANOVA test, Multiple Regression in use of SPSS WIN 7.5 Program. The main results are as follow: 1. High school students; stressful life events are ① comparingㆍinterferenceㆍscolding ② having a bad at their study. ③ educational environments ④ ability ⑤ apearance. Peoples stressed me are ① her(him)self ② friend and ③ teacher. Stress coping behaviors are it's ① speak ill a person. ② listen to the music. ③ sleep. ④ be patient. ⑤ keep still or take breath deeply. 2. SES, Psychological Environments, Stress Coping Methods are related to stress. Especially hopeless in future, parental not affections and parental interference are related to stress highly. Also the stress by sex discrimination are related to gender intimately. 3. Effects of SES, Psychological Environments, Stress Coping Method on high school students' stress are very different. So it must to be differentiated the support on the high school students' stress.

다문화가족 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스와 심리적 학대의 관련성 (The Relationship between Multi-cultural Family Husbands' Stress Related to their Wives and their Psychological Abuse)

  • 본 연구는 Lazarus et al.의 스트레스 이론을 기초로 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스(스트레스 인지)와 심리적 학대(대처행동)의 관련성을 확인하는데 목적을 두었다. 통계분석에는 대상자의 연령, 학력, 수입, 아내의 연령, 국적, 결혼지속기간, 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스 및 심리적 학대에 모두 응답한 271명의 데이터를 사용하였다. 분석방법은 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스를 독립변수, 아내에 대한 심리적 학대를 종속변수로 하는 연구모형을 설정하여 모형의 데이터에 대한 적합도 및 변수 간 관련성을 구조방정식 모형으로 검토하였다. 그 결과, 모형의 적합도 지수는 CFI=0.909, RMSEA=0.057로 통계학적 허용기준을 충족시켰다. 변수 간 관련성에 있어서는 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 대한 스트레스가 심리적 학대에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다문화가족 남편의 아내에 심리적 학대를 예방하기 위해서 남편의 스트레스 관리에 대한 개입의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

대학 행정직원의 지각된 스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Psychological Flexibility on the Relationship between Perceived Stress and Depression in University Administration Staff)

  • 본 연구목적은 대학 행정직원들의 지각된 스트레스와 우울간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 대상자 186명에게 설문지를 시행했다. 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계 분석했다. 분석결과, 지각된 스트레스, 긍정적 지각, 심리적 유연성이 우울에 영향을 미치는 반면, 부정적 지각은 우울에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지각된 스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 심리적 유연성의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학 행정직원의 스트레스가 통제 상실과 같은 부정적 지각보다는 긍정적 기능 감소와 같은 긍정적 지각과 더 밀접한 관계를 가진 것으로 논의했다. 또한, 심리적 유연성이 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향력을 감소시키고 우울을 예방할 수 있음을 논의했다. 대학 행정직원들의 스트레스와 우울 문제에 대한 개입 방안으로서 심리적 유연성을 향상시키는 수용전념치료를 제안했다.
